  • Internet is a major source of data on consumer behavior and a medium in which marketers use their knowledge of consumer behavior to influence consumers. The focus of this research has been college students by assuming the constant of the special traits of internet shopping and the shopping tastes of the consumer, in order to closely examine the influences behind the degree of satisfaction of the internet shopping through the shopping value of internet shopping.

  • 본 논문에서는 중국의 소비자가 e-비즈니스에 대한 행태를 설문조사를 통해 분석하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 크게 e-비즈니스에 대한 만족감, 신뢰도, 개인정보유출에 대한 태도, 그리고 온라인 소비에 대한 제약 요인 네 가지 측면에서 조사하였다. 조사결과에 의하면 중국의 소비자는 e-비즈니스 이용에 대해서는 비교적 만족하고 있으나 상대적으로 e-비즈니스에 대한 신뢰도는 만족감보다 낮게 나타나고 있다. 개인정보유출에 대해서는 비교적 긍정적이지만 남성보다는 여성이 상대적으로 소극적인 태도를 보이고 있다. 그리고 온라인 소비를 제약하는 가장 중요한 요인으로 제품의 품질에 대한 보장으로 나타났다. 이는 온라인 거래에 있어서 제품에 대한 보장이 결국은 e-비즈니스의 신뢰도를 높이는 가장 중요한 조건으로 해석할 수 있다.

  • 현대의 인간 생활을 변화시키는 요인중에서 과학기술을 기반으로 한 산업과 사회의 비중은 높다. 특히 개인의 생활과 밀접한 관계가 있는 전지 전자 및 컴퓨터 산업은 짧은 기간에 인간의 생활과 의식구조를 변화시켰으며, 산업사회에서 정보사회로의 발전을 가속화 시키고 있다. 인간이 산업화를 통하여 물질적인 풍요와 신체적인 편리성을 얻었다면 정보화를 통해서는 정신적인 풍요와 만족감을 추구하고 있다. 이러한 정신적 풍요와 만족감은 인간 생활속의 제품과 환경에 대한 감성 만족을 통하여 얻어질 수 있다. 인간의 감성을 만족시킬 수 있는 제품과 환경의 개발은 개인의 감성에 대한 정확하고 정밀한 이해가 요구된다. 소비자의 욕구 또는 감성은 계속하여 변화하며, 세계는 정보통신기술에 의하여 좁아지고 있다. 우리가 ‘국가는 존재하되 국경은 없다’는 세계화된 정보사회에서 생존하기 위해서는 세계인 개인의 생활문화가 반영된 ‘High Clusture’제품을 개발하여야 하며, 그 과정이 감성과학이며 감성공학이다.

A Comparison Counterfeit Goods use Behavior in Korea and China Consumer: focus on Motivation, Benefit and Cost Factor (한중 소비자의 위조품 구매태도 비교분석: 동기와 혜택 및 손실요인을 중심으로)

  • This study started why do consumers use the counterfeit goods. We executed the pretest through the depth interview, and made an purchase motivation scale, useful benefit factor and cost factor scale of counterfeit goods. We found out having the recognition difference of China consumers with Korea about these. The results is as follows. First, A counterfeit motivation appeared to the recognition difference appeared in a ostentation, economical efficiency and self-satisfaction factor with korea and china consumers. Second, counterfeit useful benefit factor organized to a personal significantly and economic benefit and the recognition difference appeared. Third, Counterfeit good useful cost composed to the personal good-quality, economic and social image of cost factors, and the recognition significantly difference appeared to all of cost factors with Korea and China consumers. These results are helpful for a depth understanding about the counterfeit use behavior, and will be utilized for the public campaign to reduce such behavior.

The effects of fashion retail tech store's characteristics on consumer's flow and satisfaction (패션 리테일 테크 매장의 특성이 소비자 몰입 및 만족감에 미치는 영향)

  • This study focused on how retail tech promotes differentiated customer experiences in offline fashion stores. The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of the characteristics of fashion retail tech stores on consumers' flow and satisfaction. We surveyed Koreans aged 10 to 50 who had experienced offline fashion retail tech stores. The survey was conducted from April 28, 2023, to May 21, 2023. The total number of survey respondents was 200. The quantitative data collected through questionnaires was analyzed using SPSS 25.0. To reveal the effects of fashion retail tech store characteristics on consumer's flow and satisfaction, frequency analysis, we conducted frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The results of this study, figured out that fashion retail tech store's characteristics, including playfulness, efficiency, interaction, and information provision, have a significant impact on behavior flow, emotional flow, and satisfaction. As a result of analyzing the influence of consumers' flow led to satisfaction, it was confirmed that emotional flow positively influenced satisfaction, but behavioral flow had no meaningful effect on satisfaction. The results of our study can be used to make a successful marketing strategy and can serve as foundational data for consumer research on retail-tech-applied offline fashion stores.

  • With the active usage of digital media, the importance of and the interest in User Interface (UI)/User Experience (UX) have been increasing. This study proposes the development of design evaluation model to utilize the quality analysis model as a basis if there were to be a development of mobile education application. Main factors of the design evaluation model, which is based on User Value analysis, influence users' attitudes and intentions in continuing their uses of a mobile education application. The employment of the design evaluation factors onto the existing agile method's development stage, therefore, would provide an optimal UX environment for the application. This application not only will increase the satisfactions of consumers, but also will have positive impacts on their intentions in continuing their uses of a mobile education application.

  • This study was to investigated why consumers buy counterfeit luxury goods, and to address questions about what was used. To this end, benefits consumers experience using counterfeit or what is profit? In addition, experience using counterfeit what is lost or dissatisfied? Based on the results of previous studies on the use counterfeit motivation, loss of use, benefits, and behavioral factors associated with motivation to learn using these counterfeit goods, benefits, and loss factor, each counterfeit product attitude and purchase intention was affects. First, the motivation for using counterfeit display, economics, satisfaction, usefulness, respectively. Counterfeiting in the attitude demonstrated motivation and quality had a significant impact. The economics of buying a counterfeit, satisfaction and quality significantly affected the motivation. Second, counterfeit benefits and economic benefits, personal benefits factor, respectively. Counterfeit goods on the attitude factor has significant effect personal benefit. Purchase of counterfeit goods, the economic and personal benefits also had a significant impact. Third, the loss factor counterfeit personal loss, quality loss, material loss, and social factors were lost. Attitude toward counterfeits were no significant factors that affect. The social cost of buying a factor had a significant impact. These findings on the behavior of consumers with counterfeit deep understanding helps. In addition, to reduce the future use of counterfeit campaign gives data that can be exploited.

An Analysis of Customers' Value System Using APT Laddering Technique: Difference Comparison and Strategy Suggestion Among Hair Salon Types (APT 래더링 기법을 적용한 고객의 가치체계 분석: 헤어살롱 유형별 차이 비교 및 전략제시)

  • This study investigated the means-end chain theory more concretely through the APT hard laddering technique. This is carrying out a questionnaire survey targeting users by hair salon type, and the items drawn from the qualitative laddering technique are applied. The technique is a comparative analysis of each attribute, consequences, and value item by analyzing each step's questions. The results are as follows. First, hairdresser's ability, acceptance of individual-customized opinions, and cheap price were the most mentioned items in the selection attributes. As for the consequences items, image transformation, neatness, novelty, and psychological stability were drawn in order. The items indicated as important among the value items were satisfaction, followed by happiness, confidence, beauty, and bond. Second, the remarkable selection attributes, irrelevant of hair salon type, was revealed as hairdresser's ability and the key values pursued when using a hair salon were drawn as satisfaction, confidence, and beauty. From this result, it was found that meeting the desire of consumers using hair salons can be linked with ultimately pursued values. It was also verified that partial differences were shown by hair salon type and this meant that consumers' desire and expected benefits were different by hair salon type. Although this study drew value perception through comparison with hair salon types based on the means-end chain theory, it was confirmed that the most important selection attribute was hairdresser's ability and they select and use hair salons to gain satisfaction and confidence.

  • Today, a web site is used as a strategic method to fulfill a company's objectives. In particular, a web site provides a service for customers to find satisfaction in visiting family restaurants, and it recently has helped to attract the interest of a variety of customers. Currently, companies that manage family restaurants operate their Web sites as strategic tools and use them to perform public relations and marketing of their restaurants. This effort influences management and helps to improve the business and profitability of family restaurants. The research model of this study is an expansion of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and examines whether ease of use and usefulness of family restaurant web sites influence the relationship of intention to use, actual use, and recommendation to use by gender. The results of this research would suggest that web sites are useful in establishing a marketing strategy for companies that operate family restaurants.

  • Modern consumers expect the goods which is sewed more sensitive and emotional satisfaction. It is necessary to apply the knowledge of sensibility analysis to the design of car. The design of wheel for car is regarded as important because consumers want to have unique cars and spend on decorating their cars. This study is to understand the image of consumer's idea about the design of wheel for far through the sensibility analysis that is understood from a part of new design way. According to consumers'needs and emotion, the images of 'harmonious', 'fresh' and 'strong' are representative for the design of wheel for car. The wheel of spoke type stands for the image of 'harmonious', the wheel of mesh type for the image of 'fresh' and the wheel of dish type for the image of 'strong'. Therefore, the emotional image that consumers have of the product is extracted by the sensibility Analysis. In turn, the suggestion of a design direction that satisfies the consumers is possible.
