Quality Evaluation of Teriyaki Sauce Processed with Shrimp Remnants and Its Physicochemical Properties (새우 부산물을 첨가한 데리야끼 소스의 제조 및 품질 평가)

  • This study aims to offer basic data in order to develop sauces which can satisfy customers who seek special and unique tastes by using extracts from teriyaki sauce made from shrimp remnants. Compared with traditional Eel bone Teriyaki sauce, shrimp remnant teriyaki sauce was better. In the comparison between teriyaki sauces with different amounts of soy sauce, the one made from Korean M soy sauce bas sweeter taste and stronger fish flavor than the one made from Japanese G soy sauce while the latter has saltier and more bitter tastes. However, the former was more preferred on the whole.

The Effects of Materialism Value and Consumption Oriented Attitueds on the Propensity of Conspicuous Consumption of Adolescent Consumers (청소년 소비자의 물질주의 가치와 소비지향적 태도가 과시소비성향에 미치는 영향)

  • This study attempts to analyze the propensity for conspicuous consumption of the adolescent consumers and related variables such as socio-economic variables, consumer experience, materialism and consumption-oriented attitudes to provide a basis for the development of consumer education program. The survey of this research was conducted by means of self admistered questionnaire with 788 adolescent consumers attending middle and high school located in Ulsan. The results of this research were as follows: 1) The average level of the propensity for conspicuous consumption was a little high median point. This implies that consumer education is necessary for the adolescent consumer in order to reduce the level of conspicuous consumption. 2) The adolescent consumers' propensity for conspicuous consumption varies significantly according to the socio-economic variables such as sex, grade, the allowance interval, the amount of allowance, the mother's education and the subjective level of household consumption. 3) The propensity for conspicuous consumption is positively correlated with materialism and the consumption-oriented attitudes. The consumer experience is positively correlated with materialism and not significantly correlated with the propensity for conspicuous consumption and the consumption-oriented attitudes. Materialism is positively correlated with the consumption-oriented attitudes. 4) According to the results of the regression analysis examining the influences of variables affecting the propensity for conspicuous consumption, the relative importance of the variables are in the order of; materialism, the consumption-oriented attitudes, sex and the amount of allowance. These independent variables explains 49.3% of the total variance about the propensity for conspicuous consumption.

  • 애플이 소유한 '앱스토어' 상표권에 마이크로소프트(MS)가 제동을 걸었다. 애플리케이션의 부가가치가 높아지면서 앱스토어 개념이 애플에 종속되는 것을 막기 위해서다. MS가 미국 특허상표청(USPTO)에 앱스토어 상표권이 일반 명칭이며 경쟁자들이 이용할 수 있도록 허용돼야 한다는 취지의 소송을 제기했다고 PC월드 레지스터 등이 11일(현지시각) 전했다. 애플은 지난 2008년 앱스토어를 '인터넷, 컴퓨터 및 전자통신 네트워크를 통해 공급되는 컴퓨터 소프트웨어(SW)의 소매상점 서비스'로 규정해 상표권 등록을 마쳤다. 이후 '아이폰'을 위한 앱스토어를 열어 30만 개가 넘는 애플리케이션이 등록되는 등 큰 성공을 거두면서 애플리케이션 장터의 대명사로 자리매김했다. 애플은 이달 초 맥PC를 위한 '맥 앱스토어'도 선보였다. 이에 대해 MS는 '앱'은 앱스토어에서 판매되는 상품 및 서비스를 가리키는 일반적인 용어고, '스토어'는 소매상점 서비스를 나타내는 일반명사라고 주장했다. 또 애플 최고 경영자(CE) 스티브 잡스가 한 언론 인터뷰에서 "아마존, 버라이즌, 보다폰은 모두 안드로이드를 위한 자체 앱스토어를 구축하고 있다"고 언급한 부문을 들어 애플 자신도 앱스토어를 일반 명칭으로 사용하고 있다고 강조했다. MS는 "소비자와 업계, 미디어들이 모두 앱스토어를 애플리케이션이 판매되는 온라인 상점으로 여기고 있다"면서 "앱스토어라는 이름을 애플이 배타적으로 활용해서는 안 된다"고 밝혔다. MS는 지난해 말 윈도폰7 운영체계(OS)를 위한 온라인 스토어 '마켓플레이스'를 개설했다. IDC는 마켓플레이스에 두 달 만에 4,000여 개의 애플리케이션이 등록됐다고 집계했다.

변경 1000원권 대응, 어떻게 진행되고 있나

  • 자판기가 먹고 사는 것은? 돈이다. 돈이 아니면 자판기는 그 존재가치를 보장받지 못함은 물론 작동자체가 되지 않는다. 투입금액에 상응하는 물품을 무인서비스 하기 위해선 돈을 투입되는 기본행위가 우선 이루어져야 한다. 이 기본행위는 소비자와 자판기와의 1차적인 약속이자 신뢰성이 전재되지 않으면 않되는 가장 중요한 연결고리이다. 그런데 이러한 가장 기본적이고 중요한 연결고리가 최근 외부적인 환경변화에 따라 위협받고 있다. 한국은행 및 조폐공사의 변경 1000원권 발행계획으로 자판기가 이를 인식하지 못하는 사상 초유의 사태가 산업계에 닥쳐올 상황이기 때문. 지폐를 인식하지 못하는 자판기는 엄청난 직무유기이다. 지폐가 안되면 동전을 넣으면 되지 않느냐 하는 시각도 있겠지만 동전이 있으면 지폐는 애초 꺼내지도 않는 게 일반적이다. 가뜩이나 시장부진에 시달리는 산업계에 전혀 예기치 않았던 시장악재. 이 문제에 제대로 대처하지 못하면 자판기 산업은 큰 위기상황에 빠질 가능성도 크다. 그간 협회도 이 사안의 원활한 해결을 위해 산업계를 결속해 줄기차고 강력한 대응을 진행해 왔다. 그탓에 아직 본격적인 발권이 이루어지지 않고 발권시기도 산업계에서 요구하는 시기를 최대한 수용, 점차적인 발급을 진행해 피해를 최소화 하겠다는 확답을 받아 놓은 상태이지만 문제는 그렇게 간단하지 않다. 교체비용문제, a/s문제, 필드대응, 매출감소, 기계파손 등 현시점에서 우려되는 상황은 너무도 많다. 따라서 이 부분에 산업계가 어떻게 적극적인 대응을 진행해 나가느냐에 따라 그 피해와 파장의 범위가 달라질 것으로 보여진다. 현시점에서는 최소한의 피해가 와닿도록 필드에서의 원활한 대처를 목표로 하고 있지만 결고 쉽지만은 않는 일이다. 본란에서는 현재 변경 1000원권에 대한 산업계의 대처 현황을 알아보고 산업계가 피해를 최소화하고 현명한 대처를 진행 할 수 있는 방법을 모색해 보는 시간을 마련했다.

  • The impact of technical innovation upon technical development and production stage in small and medium industry was analyzed through a survey. 54.0% of the respondents answered that employee invention compensation system was 'highly helpful' to technical innovation, while 23% 'important'. 170 of the respondents answered that technical innovation due to employee invention compensation system took place at the stage of 'technical development', while 138 'idea gathering'. That explains that many innovative activities are taking place in the course of idea gathering from customers, competitors and experts; and production stage also requires innovative activities.

  • 최근 ICT/loT 기술들이 다양한 산업분야에 적용하는 사례가 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. 특히 노동 집약적인 농업 분야에도 다양한 형태로 적용되고 있지만, 대내외적으로 복잡하게 얽혀 있는 농업/농촌의 활성화를 위해서는 다른 방안 제시가 필요하다, 본 논문에서는 1차 산업을 중심으로 2차, 3차 산업과 연계 또는 융복합하여 영세 규묘의 지역 농가들 및 업체들의 클러스터화를 통해 새로운 고부가가치를 창출 시킬 수 있는 6차 산업화를 지원할 수 있는 통합 지원 플랫폼을 제안하였다. 제안된 통합 지원 플랫폼은 육묘의 품질 관리 단계에서 최종 소비자에 이르는 전 과정을 지원하는 통합 지원할 수 있는 서비스 플랫폼이다. 육묘, 생산, 가공, 유통/수출, 체험/관광, 판매, 소비에 이르는 전체 시스템을 단계적으로 연결하고, 통합 운영/관리될 수 있도록 함으로써, 농식품에 대한 신뢰도 및 지역 농가 및 지역 농촌의 경제활성화에 도움을 줄 수 있도록 하였다.

  • The benefit of TPL(Third-party Logistics) is reduction of transportation time, accuracy, improved expertise knowledge and access to logistics information system, improved operational efficiency, improved customer service, ability to focus in core business and greater flexibility. On the contrary, the defect of TPL is loss of control, unreliable promise of the enterprise (provider),inability to respond to logistics system requirement, lack of understanding of the user business goals . Consumer shopping perceptions of an Internet of Things environment (사물인터넷 환경에서의 소비자 쇼핑 인식)

  • The Internet of Things (IoT) has gained enormous popularity in various fields of industry. An IoT shopping environment is considered an effective tool for convenient use by consumers. Perceived values (including convenience and privacy risks) of IoT shopping can be the main factors that influence consumers' shopping intentions. The current study proposed a research model based on a value-based adoption model, which integrated perceived benefit and sacrifice, shopping attitude, and shopping intention in an IoT shopping environment. As potential customers, participants in their 20s and 30s were recruited through a marketing research firm. Responses collected via an online questionnaire validated the proposed research model and hypothesis. The results confirmed significant, positive relationships between perceived benefit, including both remote control and access convenience, and consumers' positive attitudes toward IoT shopping. The association between perceived privacy risk and consumers' shopping attitudes was not significant. The indirect effects of two benefits of IoT shopping on shopping intention were also significant and positive. From a practical perspective, this study can help marketers and service providers manage their IoT shopping platforms or applications more effectively to attract consumers. The implications and limitations of this study are discussed. Directions for future research and development of IoT shopping environment are suggested.

Determinants of Household Water Conservation: The Role of Consumers' Water Value Perception and Reasoned Action (소비자의 가치 인식과 합리적 행위에 기반한 가정에서의 물 절약 행동에 관한 연구)

  • Purpose: This study aims to identify effective ways to induce water resources conservation for general water consumers. Methods: In order to find the core factors to motivate water saving behavior for general consumers, this study utilized the theory of reasoned action which is well known as one of the most frequently used theory in consumer's green behavior analysis. Results: Among six hypothesized relationships in the research model four were proved to be statistically significant. The relationship between attitude toward water savings and the water saving behavior was found to be significant but only through the behavioral intention. Conclusion: Consumers with positive attitude on water conservation will practice water saving behavior with behavioral intention. However, consumers only with high knowledge on water conservation naturally and habitually practice water saving behavior without recognizing the intention to save the water. Thus, both positive attitude on the water conservation and subjective norm must be satisfied since the two factors tend to lead to actual green behavior using different psychological routes.

A Study on Consumers' Value Perception of Fruits and Vegetables Grown in Smart Farm (스마트팜 재배 과채류에 대한 소비자의 가치 인식에 관한 연구)

  • This study investigated consumers' perception of fruits and vegetables grown in smart farms to stimulate the sale of agricultural products grown in smart farms. To this end, a survey was conducted on 1,050 consumers. The main results are as follows. First, 58.6% of respondents knew about smart farms, and they perceived fruits and vegetables grown in smart farms as more valuable than those grown in conventional facilities. In the detailed values, values of safety and environmental damage reduction were perceived to be of greatest value among five values. Second, as a result of investigating the importance of smart farm cultivation information in comparison with price, the most respondents emphasized both smart farm cultivation information and price information, and smart farm cultivation information was compared with price information. Cases were investigated to be more important with slight differences. Third, 41.4% of respondents had the price premium payment intention for fruit and vegetables grown in smart farms. Fourth, as a result of analyzing variables affecting the premium intention, the higher the health value among five values was recognized and the more important the smart farm cultivation information was, the higher the premium payment intention was.
