The Effects of Entrepreneurs' Hope on Emotional Exhaustion and Psychological Well-Being (창업자의 희망이 감정적 소모와 심리적 웰빙에 미치는 영향)

  • Entrepreneurial hope plays an important role in entrepreneurship, but theoretical and practical understanding of what it is and what it does is lacking. This study examined the effects of entrepreneurs' hope on their emotional exhaustion and psychological well-being. Psychological well-being was classified into three dimensions: self-acceptance, personal growth, and positive relationships. Data were collected from 156 CEOs of entrepreneurial firms. Results of this study indicated that entrepreneurs' hope was negatively related to emotional exhaustion, but positively related to self-acceptance, personal growth, and positive relationships. Results also indicated that emotional exhaustion was negatively related to self-acceptance, personal growth, and positive relationships. Finally, the theoretical and practical implications of the results were discussed.

  • The consumption of mobile device batteries which are limited resources is an important criterion when circuit designers analyze and evaluate circuits. For this reason, researchers conducted researches with different models of battery consumption to analyze power consumption of mobile devices. The battery consumption model generation techniques have various characteristics depending on availability of sensors, run-time model generation, and models for using in verification and testing. However, there is lack of comparison and analysis between varied battery consumption model generation methods. In this research, we compare and evaluate the analysis methods which have been studied so far to support the circuit investigation for circuit designers. Finally, we suggest the direction of researches in battery consumption analysis using the comparison result.

  • Despite the suzerain of Korea Taekwondo physical activity and a corresponding lack of basic research on energy consumption and the status of this research is urgent. In this study, the sensor (SenseWear (R) PRO2 Armband), using physical activity were obtained in Taekwondo, and body composition data were obtained by Inbody 520, We were thigh scan using CT scanner and thigh muscle area by CT scan data were acquired. Result of analysis, average thigh muscle area of experimenter 8 people was 132.79 $cm^2$, Of 20 cm above the patella thigh was a 178.79 $cm^2$. Thigh circumference and muscle area showed that the correlation. The average energy consumption per minute was 6.94 calories, and thigh muscle area and average energy consumption per minute also showed that correlation.

  • In this paper we describe an asynchronous MAC protocol with receiver-initiated duty cycling for energy-efficiency in wireless sensor networks(WSN). Legacy asynchronous MAC protocols, X-MAC and PW-MAC, has weaknesses which generates too many control packets and has data collision problem between multiple transmitters, respectively. Therefore, we propose a receiver-initiated asynchronous MAC protocol which generates control packets from transmitter to complement these disadvantages. Compared to the prior asynchronous duty cycling approaches of X-MAC and PW-MAC, the proposed protocol shows a improvement in energy-efficiency, throughput and latency from simulation results.

  • 본 연구는 간편하게 스마트폰에서의 전력 소모를 분석 할 수 있는 프레임워크를 제시한다. 스마트폰은 제한적인 전력 공급을 가지기 때문에 개발자와 사용자는 전력 소모에 최적화된 응용프로그램을 개발하고 선택할 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 전력소모 분석 프레임워크를 제공 함으로써 전력 모델 생성, 전력 소모 추정, 추정 데이터 분석 기능을 제공 한다. 본 연구의 프레임워크를 이용해서 Nexus one, Desire, Galaxy S의 전력 소모 분석을 한 결과 평균 80% 이상의 정확도를 얻었다.

  • In this paper, we are suggested a method that's a major topics in sports medicine. It is disease control, control and management of chronic degenerative disease, and promotion of health. We are analyze physical activity to scientific and quantitative a trainee at Wu-Shu gymnasium, for a suggested method. We are measured a quantity of physical activity by SenseWear-PRO2-Armband which develop body-media company. Armband include to skin temperature sensor, near-body temperature sensor, accelerometer, heat flux sensor, galvanic skin response sensor. Acquired data was recorded to storage in Armband. We are analyzed using InnerView Wearer Software in the Stored data to skin temperature, calorie expenditure, quantity of physical activity. The result of this analyzed, we are know that a man of long-term exercise expenditure energy at short time and if liveliness of physical activity was Increase in expenditure energy with increase skin temperature. Also, we are know that the heat flux after increase expenditure energy with increase skin temperature. And, know that GSR was not affected a factors that physical activity, expenditure energy, increase skin temperature, and others.

Evaluation and Comparison of Land Consumption Efficiencies of Transportation Modes (교통수단의 토지소모 효율성 비교분석)

  • This study attempts to evaluate and compare the land consumption efficiencies of various urban transport modes, utilizing the time-area method. With the careful considerations of travel conditions and modal characteristics, equations for the computation of time-area for various different modes are derived. With the appropriate assumed values of parameters, time-area consumptions per person per km for each mode both for peak and off-peak situations are computed and evaluated. The relationships between the time-area consumed and operating speed for each mode are graphically demonstrated and discussed. An example of the time-area consumed for a hypothetical commuter round-trip using various modes are also presented in order to clearly show the consumption of parking requirements by specific modes. It shows that regardless of facilities used, auto users are by far the worst in terms of area efficiency and that transit, especially rail rapid transit, is a superior mode. Pedestrian and bicycle, though consuming more than expected, also demonstrate the advantage in case of a short-distance trip in terms of area efficiency compared with the bus transit modes.

  • 무선 센서 네트워크에서의 에너지 효율은, 네트워크 및 노드의 운용시간에 직접 영향을 미치므로, 지연시간과 같은 일반 성능척도 이상으로 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 에너지 소모의 관점에서 정적 애드혹 센서 네트워크에서의 멀티캐스트 프로토콜들을 재평가하고, 멀티캐스트에서의 에너지 소모의 분석적 모델을 제안한다. 멀티캐스트 프로토콜은 멀티캐스트 패킷이 다수의 수신자들에게 전달되는 네트워크 구조에 따라, 크게 트리기반(tree­based) 멀티캐스트와 메쉬기반(mesh­based) 멀티캐스트로 분류된다. 메쉬기반 프로토콜은 링크 장애에 강하여 높은 신뢰성을 갖는 반면에, 트리기반 멀티캐스트는 높은 에너지 효율을 나타낸다. 그 이유는 메쉬기반 프로토콜은 메쉬 내에서 플러딩(flooding)에 의존하고 메쉬 내의 노드는 모든 멀티캐스트 패킷을 수신해야 하기 때문이다. 본 논문에서 제안한 에너지 소모의 분석적 모델에 의하면, 메쉬기반 멀티캐스트는 메쉬 내의 브로드캐스기반 플러딩으로 인하여 트리기반 멀티캐스트에 비하여 약 (f + 1)/2 배의 에너지를 더 소모한다. 여기서 f 는 평균 노드 연결도를 나타낸다.

  • A braking algorithm for a PM synchronous motor is presented. The resistance of the stator windings operates as a braking resistors and dissipates the regenerated power from the rotor without any braking components including the electronic power components and control circuits. The proposed braking algorithm maximizes the power dissipation in the stator windings and also generates the maximum braking torque under the limit conditions of DC link capacitor voltage and inverter currents so that it can minimize the braking time.

  • 소프트웨어가 해결해야 할 문제가 점점 복잡해지고 있음과 동시에 소프트웨어의 자체의 복잡도 또한 증가하고 있다. 또한 소프트웨어 개발 시간에 예상하지 못했던 실행 환경에 노출되는 경우가 빈번해 졌다. 이러한 요구상항과 함께 소프트웨어의 유지보수와 개발을 쉽게 하기 위해 자가 적응형 소프트웨어에 대한 필요가 늘어나고 있다. 자가 적응형 소프트웨어란 실행 환경과 내부 상황을 판단하여 적절한 기능을 수행할 수 있도록 스스로 재구성 할 수 있는 소프트웨어이다. 소프트웨어가 향상된 기능으로 재구성을 하려면 자신의 내부 상황과 자원 소모량 등 소프트웨어 실행 환경에 대한 계속 적인 관찰이 필요하다. 그러나 기존의 자원 소모량 관찰에 대한 연구는 개발 시간에 프로그램 자체 효율을 위해 프로그램 개발 언어 단위에서 이루어져왔다. 예를 들면 관찰 단위가 실행시 호출되는 함수나 데이터 중심으로 진행 되어 재구성 단위인 컴포넌트 별로 이해하기가 쉽지 않았다. 따라서 본 논문은 재구성 단위를 컴포넌트로 정의 하고 메소드 단위의 호출이 생길 때마다 발생하는 데이터를 컴포넌트 단위로 추상화 시키는 기법을 제안한다.
