기업간(企業間) 분업(分業)의 효율성(效率性) 증진(增進)과 중견기업(中堅企業)의 역할(役割)

  • 우리나라 제조업(製造業)의 수직적(垂直的) 구조(構造)는 선진공업국에 비하여 소(小) 영세기업(零細企業)의 비중이 월등히 높은 피라미드형의 형태를 보이며 80년대말 이후 소기업군의 확대는 더욱 두드러지고 있다. 이처럼 소기업의 비중이 높아진 것은 제조업체들이 가격경쟁력(價格競爭力)을 높이기 위하여 생산비용이 높게 드는 자체생산(自體生産)을 가능한 한 줄이고 임금(賃金)이 낮은 중소기업으로 생산공정을 이양해 왔기 때문이다. 소기업 비중이 높은 분업구조는 가격경쟁력이 중시되어 생산을 분업화해야 하는 경제체제에서는 높은 효율성(效率性)을 발휘한다고 평가할 수 있다. 90년대에 이르러 중소기업이 저가(低價)의 생산요소(生産要素)를 조달받기 어려운 경제여건이 조성되면서 중소기업의 경영불안이 높아지는 등 가격경쟁력을 유지하기 위한 생산분업체제(生産分業體制)는 한계(限界)에 도달한 것으로 보인다. 따라서 대기업과 중소기업간 분업도 기술(技術) 중심의 분업관계(分業關係)로 전환되어야 할 단계에 이르렀다고 볼 수 있다. 그러나 종전과 같이 소기업(小企業)에 의존하는 분업구조(分業構造)로는 기술분업(技術分業)이 정착되기 어렵다. 왜냐하면 연구개발, 전문인력의 고용 등 기술개발과 관련된 기업활동에는 생산량에 관계없이 고정비용(固定費用)이 들어서 기술개발 비용과 위험을 분산시키려면 기업의 생산규모가 상당히 커져야 하기 때문이다. 이는 소기업 중심의 분업구조가 중견기업(中堅企業)중심의 구조로 개편(改編)되어야 함을 의미한다. 중견기업이 육성되려면 첫째, 대기업과 직거래하는 중소업체(中小業體)의 수(數)가 축소되어야 한다. 거래업체수의 과다는 기업규모를 영세하게 만드는 가장 직접적 요인이기 때문이다. 그러나 거래업체의 정리과정에서 기존업체들이 중소기업 보호여론을 등에 업고 반발할 수 있고, 대기업이 교섭력을 강화하기 위한 수단으로 악용할 수 있으므로 객관적이고 투명한 정리기준의 제시가 전제되어야 한다. 둘째, 대기업의 중소기업에 대한 대폭적 자본참여(資本參與)가 허용되어야 한다. 대기업의 자본참여는 중소기업 지배를 강화할 것으로 우려되어 현재는 극히 부분적으로 허용하고 있으나, 개방경제하에서는 대기업과 국내 중소기업간의 협력관계를 유지시키는 효과적 수단으로 작용하게 될 것이다. 셋째, 은행 등 금융자본(金融資本)의 중견기업에 대한 투자(投資) 활성화(活性化)가 필요하다. 금융자율화로 금융기관의 수익성이 강조되는 상태에서 금융자본이 거래업체의 주주(株主)로서 참여하면 경영정보를 손쉽게 파악할 수 있어 우량업체의 신속한 육성이 가능해질 수 있다.

  • Minor enterprises can successfully build up their market share plans in a relatively shorter time than compared with major enterprises, which require long time for design developments in their big organization. Therefore, there are some items that are more suitable to the minor enterprises. For example, computer desk may be the one. It must be one of the strategically suitable items of minor enterprises rather than of large enterprises because of their own easy production policies. This paper is based on a research report that I submitted to Gyongsan-Si, Gyongbuk-Do which supported a small company for a special purpose of its provincial economic policy. I took part in the research and suggested five types of characteristic concepts and the ideas. And as a result. the type war accepted as the most appropriate one of them to produce. And the acception was based on the following five factors; consumer's need, productivity, proper price, energy saving, and user' easiness.

Design Point Operating Characteristics of an Oxidizer Rich Preburner (산화제 과잉 예연소기 설계점 운영 특성)

  • It was designed and tested at the design point that an oxidizer rich preburner for a staged combustion liquid rocket engine propelled by kerosene and LOx. The oxidizer rich preburner was designed as some of LOx injected from the mixing head was burned with kerosene and the rest of LOx injected from injection holes in the regenerative cooling chamber was vaporized by combustion gas. The preburner is operated at OF ratio of 60 and combustion pressure of 20 MPa. The Preburner has a honey-comb type mixing head with simplex swirl injectors, a turbulence ring improving combustion stability and uniformity of product gas temperature distribution, and a nozzle simulating the duct. With the combustion test results at the design point, the oxidizer rich preburner showed high combustion stability and uniformity of product gas temperature distribution.

  • Due to the conversion from the existing address system to road name address system, the versatility of the road name address from the public and private sectors is increasing gradually. Therefor, the reliability of the road name address basic map, of the default data is also an urgent need, this means the accuracy of the data. But, road name address basic map is production time due to the use of different map accuracy is to fall, so is also the situation insufficient of utilization. This study Construction of identify each attempt by the road name address basic map and analysis the location accuracy of road name address basic map. As a result, the RMSE of cadastral survey results showed that appears lower than the RMSE of digital map survey results. The judgment can be utilized as the basis for the proposed improvements for the road name address basic map.

  • Many studies for improving a scavenging efficiency have been executed by using simulative manner. This paper addresses to a scavenging process in a uniflow two stroke cycle engine. The Processes are simulated for scavenging pressure variation, after the assessment of turbulent models. The results have shown that employing RNG k-$\varepsilon$ model gave more accurate velocity profiles near the cylinder wall compared with the standard k-$\varepsilon$ model and the charged fresh air has increased with the scavenging pressure increase.

  • This paper deals with the measurement and analysis on the scavenging performance of the oppet-valve type two-stroke engine with different shroud system. The scavenging flow characteristics is investigated by flow visualization under steady condition, in which a dye is introduced into single-cycle method using the difference of specific gravity between two working fluids is used to evaluate the scavenging efficiency and the trapping efficiency. The 90° shroud system was found to be the highest efficiency system through both flow visualization and single-cycle test, as well as the shroud system to generally be efficient for reducing a short-circuiting flow during scavenging process in a two-stoke engine.

  • A preburner for the staged combustion in the high performance liquid rocket engine is being developed and strength experiments and finite element analyses on specimens, which simulate the brazing joint of the preburner, were performed and the results were compared. One specimen simulate the joints near oxygen injectors of head by the funance brazing and two specimens the joints of the combustion chamber cooling channel by vacuum brazing. The experiments were burst ones with strain gauges.

  • Uni-element preburners using a oxidizer-rich triplex injector have been designed and tested. During combustion tests 1L mode high-frequency instability of 1100 Hz and low-frequency instability of 100 Hz were observed. High-frequency instability has been suppressed by reducing chamber diameter and applying turbulent rings in combustion chamber. Recently, research to reduce low-frequency instability is in progress.

  • The geospatial schemes based on topo-climatology have been developed to produce digital climate maps at a site-specific scale. Their development processes are reviewed here to derive the needs for new schemes in the future. Agricultural and forestry villages in Korea are characterized by complexity and diversity in topography, which results in considerably large spatial variations in weather and climate over a small area. Hence, the data collected at a mesoscale through the Automated Synoptic Observing System (ASOS) operated by the Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) are of limited use. The geospatial schemes have been developed to estimate climate conditions at a local scale, e.g., 30 m, lowering the barriers to deal with the processes associated with production in agricultural and forestry industries. Rapid enhancement of computing technologies allows for near real-time production of climate information at a high-resolution even in small catchment areas and the application to future climate change scenarios. Recent establishment of the early warning service for agricultural weather disasters can provide growth progress and disaster forecasts for cultivated crops on a farm basis. The early warning system is being expanded worldwide, requiring further advancement in geospatial schemes and digital climate mapping.

NC선반의 국산화개발에 있어서의 Systematic한 방법

  • 우리 나라에서의 NC 공작기계에 관한 현황을 보면 약 100대의 각종 NC 공작기계가 수입되어 사 용되고 있다. NC 공작기계의 국산화는 KIST에서 최초로 시도되었는데 그 개발결과 성능면에서 호평을 받게 되었다. 기계를 국산화함에 있어서 그 구성부품들을 정밀가공하는 것도 중요하지만 그 보다 더 중요한 것은 완성된 기계시스템이 기능면에서 소기의 목적을 달성하는 것이라고 본다 . 본 개발연구에서는 이 점을 중요시하여 Systematic 한 해석과 그에 따른 구성부품의 선택및 제작에 신중을 기하여 소기의 NC 선반을 국산화하였는데 이 과정에서 고려가 되었던 기술적인 제문제와 그에대한 대책등을 소개하기로 한다.
