흰쥐 전뇌 기저부 핵의 신경세포와 그 세포내 소기관에서 신경성장인자 수용체에 대한 면역세포화학적 연구* (Immunocytochemical Studv of the Newe Growth Factor Receptor in the Neuron and its Organelles of the Adult Rat Basal Forebrain Nuclei)

  • 신경성장인자 수용체(nerve growth factor receptor, HGFr)의 소재를 휜쥐 전뇌 기저부 핵들의 신경세포와 그 세포내 소기 관에서 연역세포화학적 방법으로 관찰하였다. NGFr에 면역반응을 보이는 신경세포들은 내측중격, 수직 및 수평대각선 브로카대, 거대세포 시삭전핵 그리고 Meynert 기저핵에는 다수 미상핵-피각과 복부담창구에는 소수 관찰 되었다 NGFr에 면역반응을 보이는 신경세포들은 형태학적으로 3가지 형 즉, 1) 난형(또는 원형). 2) 방추형, 3) 삼각형(또는 다각형)으로 구분되었다 내측중격은 주로 난형의 세포로 구성되었으며(91.2%), 수직 및 수평대각선 브로카대, 거대세포 시삭전핵 및 Meynert 기저 핵에는 난형의 세포가 높은 율로 구성되었으나, 방추형과 삼각형 세포들도 내측중격에서보다는 많았다 특히 복부담창구에는 다른 핵들에 비하여 방추형세포(25%)들이 높은 출현율을 보였다 일반적으로 이들 세포의 크기는 삼각형세포가 제일 컸으며, 방추형세포가 그 다음, 그리고 난형 세포가 제일 작았다 전자현미경적 관찰에서 0.05% triton X-100을 처리한 조직중 Meynert 기저핵을 관찰한 결과. Golgi체, multivesicular body 및 소포체들이 N6Fr에 면역반응을 보였으며. trion X-100을 처리하지 않은 조직에서는 단지 수평대각선 브로카대의 신경세포 원형질 막에서만 약한 면역반응을 보였다 위의 결과로 미루어 NGFr은 조연소포체에서 합성되어. Golgi체에서 농축되고, multivesicular body를 통하여 원형질막에 위치하게 되며, 원형질막에서 NGFr은 외래성의 NGF와 복합체를 형성한후, 궁극적으로는 Iysosome의 형태로 세포체 안으로 들어 가는 것으로 추정된다.

  • 흰쥐를 실험 동물로 하여 기본식에 0.5% 가 되도록 DL- ethionine 을 첨가하여 1 주 내지 4 주간 사육하고 회장 흡수상피세포의 소포체를 중심으로 하여 이와 관련있는 소기관들의 변화를 관찰한 성적을 요약하면 다음과 같다. rER 에 있어서는 attached ribosome 의 탈락과 그 내강의 확장을 free ribosome 에 있어서는 poly- some 의 감소와 monosome 의 증 가를, Golgi complex 에 있어서는 확장을, 그리고 sER에 있어서도 그 내강의 확장 등이 주적인 변화였다. 이 변화들은 ethionine 투여후 2 주째부터 나타나기 시작하여 점차로 성하여지는 경향이 있다. 이상의 연구 성적으로 보아 ethionine 을 투여하면 회장 흡수상피세포에 있어서도 간장이나 취장에서와 같이 단백 합성에 관하여는 소기관들에 주로 변화가 일어난다고 믿어진다.

산화제 과잉 예연소기 인젝터의 분무 특성에 관한 연구 (An Experimental Study of the Spray Characteristics for an Oxidizer-rich Preburner Injector)

  • The spray characteristics of the oxidizer-rich preburner are investigated. This system is generally operated at an oxidizerfuel mixture ratio of 50. The spray quality and mixing performance are very important for safe combustion. To know the spray characteristics of the oxidizer-rich preburner, we have designed various swirl injectors and measured droplet velocity and size by the PDPA system. The flow discharge coefficient of the fuel orifice is $0.12{\sim}0.21$, oxidizer orifice discharge coefficient is $0.16{\sim}0.28$. From the spray visualization, fuel nozzle spray angle is $15^{\circ}{\sim}25^{\circ}$, oxidizer nozzle spray angle is $65^{\circ}{\sim}85^{\circ}$ and combined spray angle is reduced $2^{\circ}{\sim}5^{\circ}$ compared to the oxidizer nozzle only case. From the PDPA measurement, droplet SMD is $175\;{\mu}m$ at 50 mm and $190\;{\mu}m$ at 100 mm of variant 1 combined case. The number concentration measurement revealed the reason of the droplet diameter increasement with distance. That is due to drop coalescence results from collision of drops which is occurred in dense sprays at a long distance from nozzle orifice exit.

On the other hand, the medium and small construction companies and contractors that could threaten the order four can be a problem. In this study, small construction companies to the lien of the lien claim on the issue of case studies have looked for the study. Small construction companies, in your case through the litigation between the lien of the lien litigation perspective, the cause of four orders after the analysis step by step construction was listed in chronological order. Identifying problem was the result of a lien. This study to previous studies regarding the lien on the issue through case studies of one kind of lien was derived for the problem. A follow-up studies and more case studies and interviews are considered necessary in the study.

  • 본 연구에서는 다중선회연소기의 원리에 기초하여 연료와 산화제의 접촉면적 및 혼합속도를 증가시킴으로써 연소부하의 증대 및 연소효율의 향상효과를 얻을 수 있 는 새로운 연소방식을 개발하기 위한 시도로서 속도차가 있는 동축의 두 공기분류 사 이의 전단층에 기체연료를 분출시켜서 형성되는 난류확산 화염에 관하여 유동장의 성 상이 화염안정한계 및 화염구조에 미치는 영향을 조사하여 실용연소기의 유도장제어 및 고부하연소기설계를 위한 기초자료를 얻는데 목적이 있다.

  • The scavenging efficiency has a great influence on the performance of a diesel engine, especially slow two-stroke diesel engines which are usually used as a marine propulsion power plant. And this is greatly affected by the conditions in the cylinder, scavenging manifold and exhaust manifold during the gas exchange process. There are many factors to affect on the scavenging efficiency and these factors interact each other very complicatedly. Therefore the simulation program of the gas exchange process is very useful to improve and predict the scavenging efficiency, due to the high costs associated with redesign and testing. In this paper, a three-zone scavenging model for two-stroke uniflow engines was developed to link a control-volume-type engine simulation program for performance prediction of long-stroke marine engines. In this model it was attempted to simulate the three different regions perceived to exist inside the cylinder during scavenging, namely the air, mixing and combystion products regions, by modeling each region as a seperate control volume. Finally the scavenging efficiency was compared with three type of scavenging modes, that is, pure displacement, partial mixing and prefect mixing.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop venturi type after-burner in order to obtain pollutant reduction effect and find the best stable combustion condition. For this purpose, through a flow analysis, the shape of venturi type was made and flame holder locations were also decided by measuring chemical species at before and after the after-burner. Also, various chemical species concentration were measured at changing the induced air rates and the oxygen for oxygen enrichment for the solution the problems of much oxygen flow rate and the flame stability range. As results of this study, a flow distribution and the purification effect was excellent at venturi contraction 0.5 and flame holder location 12mm below the center of Venturi throat. On the purification characteristics, we found that pollutants reduction was effective when area ratio and oxygen are increased. But there are suitable quantities due to the flame shape change and combustion efficiency.

  • The specific power output and thermal effeciency of any two-stroke engine are dependent on its scavenging behavior. Among the many factors which influence on the scavenging process, the cylinder head shape is one of the important factor. Hence in this study three different type models of cylinder head shape which are the cylindrical, the spherical and the arbitrary shape are studied to show the effects of the turbulent scavenging process in the cylinder with one inlet port, two side ports and one exhaust port. A modified version of KIVA-II which strip out of or add planes of cells across the mesh above the piston for flow simulation of two-stroke engine is used. The $k-{\varepsilon}$ turbulent model is used. The results show that the flow in a two-stroke engine cylinder of the spherical head shape among the three different type model is a desirable for efficient scavenging.

산화제 과잉 예연소기 후단 온도분포 연구 (A Study on the Temperature Distribution at the Exit of Oxygen Rich Preburners)

  • A preburner is one of the key components for a staged combustion cycle engine fueled by kerosene and Lox. Since it has oxygen rich combustion inside, temperature control is very crucial. The temperature of the exhaust gas should be low enough not to burn turbine blade and yet high to keep the efficiency high. In addition temporal and spatial deviations also managed strictly. Conventionally, the required average and maximum temperature are determined by engine system and the preburner should be developed to meet the criteria. Currently being developed preburner has 50K spatial temperature deviation requirement. It was estimated by numerical simulations and proven by tests. The numerical analysis were done with both supercritical condition and normal conditions. The tests results showed that the temperature deviations were less than expected, and the results from the test and simulations were well agreed when the supercritical conditions were considered. Above all, since the gas temperature created by the preburner is very stable with minimum deviation, the preburner developed can be used to drive a turbine and for gas-liquid combustion chambers.

  • A four-stroke four-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine can be fitted with various types exhaust system. In this paper, the impacts of exhaust system design on scavenging performance and wave action characteristic during valve overlap are investigated by using one-dimensional gas dynamic code. This work shows that a huge reflected exhaust pressure waves which reaches the exhaust port during valve overlap period is crucial design factor which determines quality and quantity of the fresh charge. Hence pressure wave that reaches the exhaust port of the cylinder during the valve overlap sequence should be weakened for good scavenging performance. This paper describes advantages and disadvantages of the various exhaust systems applied to a turbocharged and intercooled 4-cylinder diesel engine system in terms of scavenging efficiency and engine performance. To verify the computational results, experimental comparison has also performed.
