현재 대부분의 국내외 종합통신사업자들은 외부적인 통신산업의 경쟁 격화 및 새로운산업 트렌드 변화로 인해 매출과 영업이익이 정체되는 위기상황에 처해 있으며, 이를 타개하기 위해 미래 통신산업의 mega trend에 대응하여 사업구조를 재편하고 신규 수익모델을 창출하는 등 사업포트폴리오를 변화시키고 있다. 국내외 수많은 종합통신사업자들 중에서 일부는 미래 통신산업 mega trend 변화에 적극적으로 대응하여 다양한 전략적 옵션들을 취함으로써 성공적으로 변모해가고 있는 반면, 다른 일부는 소극적으로 대처하거나 또는 아무런 인식이 없이 본업에만 안주하여 스스로 위기를 자초하고 있는 듯 하다. 이에 본 고에서는 새로운 패러다임 변화에 적극적으로 대처하고 있는BT와 NTT 그룹의 사업포트폴리오 변화 사례 분석을 통해 국내 종합통신사업자에게 미래 서비스 사업구조 개선 방향에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다.

This study compared the perceptions of novice teachers and expert teachers on software education in the 2015 revised curriculum. Awareness comparisons were assessed by questionnaire for priorities for field support, activities for professional development, organizational hours, achievement criteria statements, and appropriateness for textbooks introduced only in 6th grade. In all questions, there was a difference in recognition between the two groups. In particular, novice teachers were '' appropriate '' in terms of organizational hours, achievement criteria, and textbooks introduced only in 6th grade. Expert teachers, on the other hand, were inadequate. In addition, as a result of analyzing the key keywords of free-response opinions about the introduction of educational robots in the curriculum and textbooks, positive keywords were obtained for both groups. However, novice teachers showed passive and passive keywords such as 'support', 'difficulty', and 'problems', and expert teachers showed differences in their educational utilization after introducing 'utilization' and 'education'.

The purpose of this study is to compare perceptions toward multicultural adolescents' career problems between multicultural adolescents and parents with multicultural backgrounds and youth and parents in non-multicultural families and to discuss their differences. For this purpose, the data from 825 respondents were analyzed using correspondent analysis. The results follow as: first, multicultural adolescents tended to agree very much with the difficulties of interpersonal relations, distance from appearance, and economic difficulties while non-multicultural adolescents tended to disagree with. Second, both multicultural and non-multicultural adolescents disagreed with the confusion about identity as Koreans, but parents of non-multicultural adolescents showed a negative perception. Third, in terms of education and institutions, multicultural adolescents recognized the strong need for expanding career education opportunities for multicultural students, supporting employment, strengthening access to career information, and professional help for careers compared to non-multicultural adolescents.

This study examined how the police officers use their annual leaves. While Korean police officers have burdens of heavy workload exceeding their regular office hours, they are passive to get leaves to keep in shape from long hours of work, to maintain the appropriate level of work productivity, and to secure time for leisure and cultural activities. It appeared that most of the police officers surveyed haven't used their annual leaves for less than half of the days designated by law. It also appeared tat female officers used more leaves than male officers, and married officers than single ones. Considering the characteristics of work environment, it showed that officers doing shift work had less days of leaves than officers in non-shift work. The reasons why the police take leaves passively lie on various factors that heavy workload, work-oriented life, work-oriented police organizational culture preceding family and so forth. Therefore, it needed to supplement the personnels to meet the needs of overwhelming workload of the police and to allocate the work properly in advance. In addition, it needed to raise the awareness of the police managers and proliferation of organizational culture to place emphasis on balance between work and family.

근리주구개념은 도시사회구조를 이해하는 기본적 틀로서 인식되어왔을 뿐 아니라 도시공원의 계획에 따르는 공원체계의 개발 및 도시민의 여가행동 규명에 중요한 하부체계로 사용되어왔다. 80년대를 전후하여 발표된 다수의 논문에서 보고되고 있는 도시공원의 낮은 이용사례는 공원의 소극적 관리 상황 뿐 아니라 계획 그 자체에 문제가 있음을 환기시키고 있다. 본 연구는 미국의 소 도시를 대상으로 지역주민에 의한 근린주구 개념을 파악하고 주민의 근린공원 이용실태를 분석하여 전통적인 근린 공원계획의 설정목표 및 기준상의 문제를 제조명하고자 한다. 연구결과 주민의 근린주구개념의 '동질성'의 사회경제적 기능주의 입장보다는 물리지형적 특성으로 기울어 사회학자 및 공원계획가의 근린주구에 대한 기본전제에서 벗어나고 있으며, 계획가에 의해 임으로 설정된 근린공원의 서비스 영역(0.8km 둘레) 내부에 위치한 주민들의 공원비용은 주민자신에 의해 도출된 근린 주구 영역이 공원의 포함여부에 커다랗게 영향받고 있음이 밝혀졌다. 본 연구는 근린주구의 사회학적 개념과 현상학적 접근방식의 일환으로 Cognitive Mapping 기법에 대한 정리도 제시한다.

Research on technology security has been limited to technology leakage prevention. Companies recognize technology security as an investment. so It is a passive situation for recruitment and equipment installation. Therefore, the amount of damage caused by the technology leakage is regarded as profit, The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of technology security on the domestic economy by using the inter-industry relations table. The inter-industry relations table was created by Vasily Leontiyev. In 1960, the Bank of Korea made it for the first time in Korea. Korea introduced the ISMS in 2001 and conducted a study on the technology security economy. Through this study, we hope that technology security will be recognized as income, not investment.

최근 우유 소비량 감소로 인한 분유 재고 증가, 원유생산할당제, 더 강화된 체세포 등급 및 유대산정 기준, 매년 증가되는 우유 생산 원가, 질병 및 환경 스트레스로 인한 젖소 유지 및 생산비용 증가 등으로 인하여 우리나라 낙농가들의 경영성적이 극도로 악화되고 있는 실정이다. 문제는 이러한 요인들이 단시일 내에 낙농가들의 의지와 노력만으로는 극복하기 어렵다는 점이다. 이러한 이유로 인하여 전국의 낙농가 수들은 점차적으로 감소하고 있고 앞으로도 이런 추세는 당분간 지속될 것으로 보고 있다. 그렇다면 어떻게 해야 우리 목장은 살아 남을 수 있을까? 답은 변화다. 그동안 관행적으로 해 왔던 사양관리나 환경관리, 구체적이지 못한 경영목표 관리, 소극적인 신기술 접목 등이 목장 경영 선진화에 큰 걸림돌일 수밖에 없으므로 이에 대한 혁신이 필요하다. 본고에서 목장 경영 선진화에 필요한 기술 경영 특히 스트레스 환경관리, 초산분만 월령 단축 및 적정 육성우 보유 개선 방안들을 중점적으로 다루려 한다.

환경오염이 심각해 질수록 수자원에 대하여, 생산공정에서 발생되는 폐수를 환경오염 기준치 이내로 처리후 단순 방류하는 소극적인 방법에서 보다 효과적이며 경제적인 처리 방법으로 개선하는 적극적인 인식의 전환을 요청받게 된다. 이것은 생산성에 직결되는 중요한 문제이며 기업의 경쟁력을 강화하는 조건이라 아니 할 수 없다. 더욱이 정부에서는 수자원의 고갈로 상수도 과다 수요업체를 대상으로 하는 오,폐수의 중수도화 정책을 시행할 예정이며, 세금및 상수도료 감면 혜택등으로 실질적인 상수도 절감을 유도하고 있으며, 금년 12월 부터 시행키로 발표된 바 있어, 이와 관련되는 기술의 관심이 그 어느때 보다 높아 지고 있다. 오,폐수 재사용의 기술은, 분류 처리 기술과 고도 처리 기술, 난분해성 폐수의 처리 기술로 크게 나누어 지는데, 당사가 반도체 도금 공장인 A 산업체에 적용한 분리막에 의한 난분해성 유기 용제 폐수의 처리 공법에 대한 연구 개발 실례를 소개하고자 한다.

In this study, the characteristics of the experiences and perceptions of vulnerable adolescents on the school environment were explored and categorized, and of which the meanings were confirmed. For this purpose, Q methodology was used, and 94 Q samples were extracted by analyzing pre-interviews, literature analysis, and media search contents to form a Q population. Q classification was performed on the subjects. The schools belonging to the sample P are 7 high schools in Seoul and 4 high schools in Gyeonggi-do. As a result of analyzing the data collected in Q sorting using QUANL-PC program, a Q analysis program, it was classified into 4 types. Type 1 is 'a conformal and moeling type', and Type 2 is 'negative and defiant type', Type 3 is 'passive and helpless type' and Type 4 is 'progressive and struggling type'. Through this study, it is expected that this study will be able to understand the experiences and perceptions of the school environment of underprivileged adolescents, and to obtain the necessary clues for realistic support strategies for them.

In this study, we compared the perception of general and specialist teachers about the software education that entered the classroom by the 2015 revised curriculum. For the comparison of cognition, the 17 - hour hourly curriculum, the statement of achievement criteria, and the curriculum were organized in grades 5-6, but the appropriateness of the inclusion of only textbooks in grade 6 was questioned. The general teacher had many opinions that all three items are appropriate. On the other hand, professional teachers were inadequate and many were. It is necessary to provide various opportunities such as the training for the recognition change in the future. In addition, positive keywords for the introduction of general and specialist teachers were derived as a result of analyzing the main keywords of the free - response opinions about the introduction of educational robots in the practical course curriculum and textbooks. However, general teachers showed differences in the use of post - adoption education, such as passive and passive keywords such as support, difficulty, and problems, and the use of specialist teachers and education. In the future, it seems that it is necessary to provide teaching support to elementary school teachers, to provide beginner level difficulty training.
