현대 S/W 프로젝트에서의 규모와 복잡성이 증대됨에 따라 표준 프로젝트 관리 프로세스의 도입과 연구가 활발하게 진행이 되고 있으나, 운영성 프로젝트와 같은 소규모 프로젝트의 관리를 위한 프로젝트 관리 프로세스에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 국제 표준 프로젝트 관리 프로세스인 ISO-21500 과 실제 소규모 프로젝트 수행사례를 비교하여 소규모 프로젝트 관리 특성을 파악하고, Core 관리영역과 Support 프로세스 영역을 비교 분석하였다. 연구 결과로 소규모 프로젝트의 통합, 범위, 일정 관리 영역 항목에서 품질 및 리스크와 같은 다른 관리 영역에 비해 더 많은 비중으로 수행되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 향후 본 연구를 통해 소규모 프로젝트 수행 시 고려되어야 할 사항들을 정의하여 소규모 소프트웨어 프로젝트를 더 성공적으로 수행할 수 있도록 도움이 되고자 한다.

The small construction projects under $\\5$ billion occupy 90$\%$ of Korea construction industry. Because of the lack of the right recognition and management tool for the small construction projects, it is difficult to carry out successfully. This study recognized the present status of the domestic small construction industry through the questionnaire with experts. By the analysis of the questionnaire, this study finds items such as the management methods and the success factor about the small projects. Also the study suggests the conceptual framework that the construction party could manage the small project effectively.

소규모 단위의 프로젝트이지만 안정성과 정확성을 중요시하는 제약 시스템 개발 프로세스에 대한 제반 문제들을 보완하기 위해서 시스템 개발 위험도를 최대한 낮추고 품질을 향상시키는데 적합한 반복적 개발 방법을 기반으로 프로젝트의 복잡도, 영역 속성의 측정 결과 값에 따라 프로세스 테일러링 할 수 있도록 개발된 세계적 제약회사 Merck ＆amp; Co., Inc.의 프로세스 테일러링에 대한 표준 가이드라인을 제시한다. 실제 소규모 단위 시스템 개발에 프로세스 테일러링을 적용한 프로젝트와 적용하지 않은 프로젝트간의 성과 결과 측정을 통해 프로세스 테일러링 적용을 통한 시스템의 안전성과 정확성이 향상된 사례를 검증하고 있다.

In this paper, the Agile Framework for Small Projects (AFSP) was applied to four industry cases. The AFSP provides a structured way for software organizations to adopt agile practices and evaluate the results. The framework includes an extended serum process and agile practices, based on agility and critical success factors in agile software projects that are selected from Serum, XP, FDD, DSDM and Crystal Clear. The case projects were evaluated, and the analysis of the results clearly showed that the framework used in the aforementioned cases displayed a high degree of efficiency.

It is difficult to apply a Software Process Certification to small scale project, because of much activities and documents for manage project and guarantee the qualities in small manpower. This paper presents optimized Software Process Certification Model for small scale software development, a combine Scrum with essential elements of NIPA's(National IT industry Promotion Agency) SP-Certification model. The proposed model defined minimum Activities and Documents for SP Certification. The model that I showed consists of 16 Processes and 58 Activities, and 39 Artifacts are created. As a result of having compared proposed model with a Standard Process of Small Business, I confirmed that a small scale project's burden reduced because Activity decreased 38% and Document decreased 20%. In order to verify the validity of the proposed model, applied it in two small scale projects, and compare with the project by Scrum process only, it finished that systematic management was possible without additional manpower, and reached SP-Certification level 2.

정보시스템은 기업에 반드시 필요하며 고품질의 정보시스템이 요구되고 있다. 하지만, 고품질의 정보시스템을 구축하는데 많은 어려움이 있다. 이에 따라 정부에서는 감리제도를 도입하여 고품질의 정보시스템 구축에 대한 문제를 해결하고자 노력하고 있지만 소규모 프로젝트의 경우에는 감리대상의 범위에 들어가지 않고 적은 비용으로 인해 프로젝트 품질 관리활동이 없이 품질 관리에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구에서는 요구분석 영역에서의 감리활동 사례를 분석하고 자주 발생하는 지적 사항을 토대로 이해당사자들이 프로젝트의 특성에 맞게 점검항목을 만들어 AHP 분석을 통하여 중요도를 산정하고 추가적인 점검사항을 더해 품질 향상을 위해 소규모 프로젝트에 적용 가능한 품질 관리 프로세스를 제안한다.

The minor construction companies in Korea have grown in focusing on the construction operation field. Also, soft field is vulnerable area, and there are not enough delivery systems, therefore, a capacity of the construction industry expansion and productivity is insufficient. Furthermore, the minor construction companies are losing their areas, because the major construction companies having numerous know-how and ample funds are competitive. As the construction industry are more larger and complicated, the design build methods might be increased in the construction industry and the minor construction companies could have more competitive. Hence, this paper analyzes the success factor in minor construction projects by design build methods focusing on instance $company^{\circ}{\phi}s$ case and survey, and critical success factor deduction and importance degree analysis of this factor using AHP analysis. In addition, this paper gives fundamental data how to manage the construction project effectively for minor construction $companies^{\circ}{\phi}s$ expansion in near future.

SW개발 프로젝트를 관리하기 위한 방법이 존재하지만, 발주자와 공급자는 프로젝트에서 최종 생산되는 산출물에 대한 요구가 다르거나 정확한 지침이 없어 필수 산출물이 누락될 수 있다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해 행정기관에서 발표한 프로젝트 관리 방법과 SW개발 방법을 비교 분석하여, 발주자 관점에서 종합적 프로젝트 관리에 필요한 필수 산출물과 선택 산출물을 제시하였다. 사례를 통해 소규모 프로젝트에서는 최소한의 필수 산출물 위주로 관리하는 것이 효율적임을 보였다.

Planning phase became very important because the construction market in Korea is often unpredictable. The existing feasibility analysis cannot fulfill its purpose in development projects because they are based on intuitive approach rather than systematic approach. The purpose of this study is to make a prototype of feasibility model to be a good investment. To build the model, first, risk factors which can be occurred in project had to be selected. Risk factors were divided into several groups in basis of characteristical risk. Economical risk factors were input on financial analysis. Then, to catch the relevance and influence of all risk factors, influence diagram and decision tree were made. Finally, sensitivity analysis was activated, then what the critical factors were, and how those factors could be solved. Through these procedures, the feasibility model that was made in this study could include both quantitative and qualitative factors. This model is expected to be used as a guide of feasibility analysis including all risk factors and is to serve systematic frame in planning and feasibility stage.

본 연구는 프로젝트 계획에서 마감까지의 전 프로세스를 소규모 IT 업체의 현실에 맞게 간략화하고 효율화 하는 방안을 다룬다. 개발자들의 추가투입 공수를 최대한으로 줄이고, 최소한의 노력으로 최적의 프로세스 관리가 되도록 하는 소프트웨어 프로젝트 관리 모델을 개발한다. 이를 통해 프로젝트에 예상되는 실행 액티비티 , 단계별 산출물을 정의하고 실행단계별 작업 표준을 제정해서 표준안을 따라 하는 것만으로 일정수준이상의 프로젝트 관리가 되도록 한다. 또, 연구된 관리 모델을 기반으로 이를 지원하는 시스템을 실제 개발, 적용하여 연구된 내용의 실제 적용가능성을 높인다.
