전력 MOSFET은 산업 전반에 걸쳐 수요가 급증하고 있고, 멀지않아 장래에 컴퓨터, 통신, 메카트로닉스, 자동차등의 발달로 인하여 갑작스레 수요가 폭발하리라 예상하고 있다. 전력 MOSFET은 10년도 채 못되는 짧은 역사를 지니고 있기 때문에 국내에는 거의 소개된 바가 없으며, 이를 사용한 시스템을 생산하는 업체도 알려진 바 없다. 그러나, 에너지 자원이 빈곤한 우리나라에서는 전력 MOSFET을 사용한 절전형 전원이나 조절기의 개발이 시급하리라 생각된다. 또한 전력MOSFET은 LSI급의 IC제조시설을 활용하여 제작이 가능하기 때문에, 비교적 소규모 시설 투자에 의해 생산시설을 갖출 수가 있다. 따라서, 국내에서도 반도체 기술의 다양화 측면에서라도 전력MOSFET의 개발을 신중히 검토해야 할 때가 왔다고 생각한다.

국가 경제규모의 성장과 더불어 하수관거 공사의 규모도, 영세업체들에 의해 소규모 지역별로 시공되던 것에서 벗어나 최근에는 효율적 공사관리와 소요품질의 확보를 위하여 광역화되는 추세에 있다. 광역화의 규모는 2-3개 지자체와 산하의 40-50여개의 마을이 포함될 정도에 이르고 있다. 이러한 하수관거 공사의 규모 확대에 따른 변화에 대응하기 위하여는 적기, 적소에서의 제반 자원의 효율적 활용이 무엇보다 중요한 것으로 분석되었으며 이러한 문제점의 해결방안으로서 IT 기술을 활용한 공사관리시스템을 개발 사용하였다.

유해화학물질 취급시설을 설치, 운영하는 모든 사업장은 화학물질관리법에 따라 2015년부터 2019년까지 유해화학물질 취급량에 따라 단계적으로 취급설비의 안정성에 대한 장외영향평가서를 작성, 제출하고 화학물질안전원에서 만약의 사고가 발생시 사업장 외부의 사람이나 환경에 미치는 영향이 없도록 적합하게 설치되어 있는지 검토 및 검사를 받게 되어 있다. 뿌리기업 중 대부분의 표면처리업, 특히 년간 유해화학물질 취급량이 100톤 미만의 소규모 업체는 2019년까지 유예기간이 있지만 사전 대비책을 세워야 한다.

국내 재제조 산업은 대부분 자동차부품, 토너 카트리지 등에 집중되어 있으며, 소규모 영세업체가 상당한 비중을 차지하고 있다. 판매되는 재제조 부품의 반품회수율(불량률)은 5~10% 정도이나, 재제조 기술 수준은 미국, 유럽 등 선진국의 30% 정도로 평가된다. 최근에는 규모는 크지 않지만 컴퓨터, 카메라, 가전 등 전자제품 분야에서도 재제조 시장이 형성되고 있다. 우리나라 재제조 산업은 대상 부문 및 시장 규모 등에서 미국에 비해 매우 초보적인 단계에 있지만, 재제조 산업이 갖는 경제적 환경적 가치를 고려하여 관련 산업의 활성화 방안을 모색할 때이다. 본 고는 한국산업연구원에서 7월 5일에 발표한 보고서 내용을 발췌 정리한 것이다.

기술지도제도는 전문기술인력을 활용하여 재해율이 높은 중ㆍ소규모 현장의 건설재해를 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 정부가 간접적인 안전관리 전문제도로 도입하였다. 하지만 IMF 이후 급격히 변화된 건설현장 안전관리 체계와 재해율 증가, 지도기관 업체의 난립과 부실한 지도업무수행 등으로 기술지도제도의 실효성에 많은 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기술지도제도의 운영 실태와 관계 법령, 설문조사 자료를 분석하여 문제점을 도출한 후 제도 운영상의 개선 방안, 지도기관의 전문성 강화 방안, 자율적인 안전관리 유도 방안으로 구분한 내실화 방안을 제시함으로써 효율적인 재해예방대책으로서 기술지도제도의 신뢰성을 제고시키는데 그 목적이 있다.

Various application systems are developed using RFID as a part of ubiquitous computing, and it is expected that RFID chip will become wide-spread for the distribution industry especially. Efficient and efact intelligent-type of warehouse management system is essential for small-to-medium-sized enterprises in the situation having a trouble in the viewpoint of expense and manpower. In this paper, we implement small-scale warehouse management system using log-based context awareness technology. This system is implemented to be controlled on web, configuring clients to control RFID readers and building up DBMS system in a server. Especially, it grasps user's intention of storing or delivering based on toE data for the history of user's access to the system and it reports user's irregular pattern of warehouse use and serves predictive information of the control of goods in stock. As a result, the proposed system can contribute to enhance efficiency and correctness of small-scale warehouse management.

소규모 전자상거래 업체에서 데이터베이스를 사용하여 고객 물류 정보를 관리하지 못하고 파일로 관리한다. 파일로 관리되는 데이터는 자료 형식의 차이로 업체 간 데이터를 주고받기 어려운 문제가 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 파일로 관리되는 고객 물류 데이터를 하나의 시스템으로 통합하여 관리할 수 있는 체계가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 JSON을 이용한 고객 물류 관리 시스템을 제안하여 통합 문제를 해결하고자 한다. 본 시스템은 각 고객 물류 데이터의 데이터 구조를 분석하여 통합 데이터베이스를 위한 스키마를 생성하고, 새로운 스키마에 맞게 기존 데이터를 전처리 과정을 거쳐 통합 데이터베이스에 저장하여 관리한다. 제안된 시스템을 사용하면 파일로 입력된 데이터가 자동으로 통합 데이터베이스로 저장되어, 업체별로 관리되는 데이터를 통합하여 관리할 수 있다.

The industrial community in a metropolis has played an essential role to keep business in a large city. This paper aims to analyze the realities of trade network among enterprises at Buksungro Tools Commercial Cooperative in Daegu. The urban style industrial community is found at Buksungro in Daegu. There are more than one hundred small-sized enterprises. Major trades among enterprises are occurred within and/or by the area. The long-term trade networks within the Buksungro Tools Commercial Cooperative have played the key role to maintain the industrial community. The trade relationship has depended on business networks based on social capital rather than commercial mechanism. The trade networks have been established through credit transactions as well as handling troublesome orders. The trade networks help to transfer technology and to learn the tacit knowledge among firms. The long-term trade networks are more influenced by the social accessibility than spatial accessibility.

Proposal assessments for new weapon system development such as C4I system have been applying a qualitative assessment. The main problem of qualitative assessment is that the results vary depending on the evaluator's subjective preferences and priorities. Also, if there is no discrimination of technical skills degrade, the company will be selected by bid price regardless of technical power. In order to making a fairness, We need a method to compensate for the evaluator's subjectivity and to enhance discrimination. Previous standardization method is limited because targets of the proposal assessment are minority and have similar skill level. So, The new standardized evaluation methods applicable to the proposal was presented. This way is using the priority instead of the score and has better performance than existing methods as the target numbers are smaller.

It is difficult to attain the sales goal unless a marketing analysis is not properly made, due to store managers' lack in expertism of management. In view of culture, the change of retail stores is imperative at the point that the type of consumers' purchase is rapidly changing and a more positive business system is needed. preventing an opportunistic loss of management through the analysis of outcome such as consumer management, sales management and account management by using computers. In view of design. the display in sale is to interpret products more charmingly, and should make interpretation accurately by selecting an important theme. For this, taking the store for valuables for instance. the progress on the effective foundation and store dinic business by presenting the design blue print can be made, and the strategy coping with the foreign distribution market's rush into Korea can be established. through the advanced store management.
