내장형 선형 ICP(Inductively Coupled Plasma) system에서 자장이 플라즈마와 PR 식각특성에 미치는 영향

  • 고밀도 플라즈마를 생산할 수 있는 대면적용 플라즈마 소스의 개발은 미세전자구조 산업에서부터 FPD 산업에 이르기까지 많은 영역에 걸쳐 필수 불가결한 기술요소가 되어가고 있 다. 이러한 대면적용 고밀도 플라즈마에의 적용을 위하여 새로운 유도결합형 플라즈마 소오스의 개발이 진행되고 있으며, 차세대 반도체 식각 및 세정 공정을 위하여 여러 형태의 안 테나가 연구되어지고 있다. 그러나 TFT -LCD에 적용이 가능하게끔 기존의 ICP 소오스를 직 접적으로 대면적화 하는 데에는 여러 가지 문제점들로 인해 그 한계점이 들어났다. 그 예로 안테나의 길이가 길어짐에 따른 안테나 저항 값이 커지며, 안테나 소스 길이자체가 사용하는 인가전력(13.56MHz)의 반파장에 해당되는 길이가 되었을 경우 생기는 심각한 정상파 효과, 유전물질의 두께 증가 및 그에 따른 재료비의 상승 및 관리상의 어려움들이 바로 그것 이라 할 수 있겠다. 그러므로, 본 연구에서는 차세대 TFT -LCD 대면적 공정에 적용 가능한 고밀도 플라즈마 를 발생시키기 위해서 내장형 유도결합형 선혈 안테나를 사용하였다. 내장형 유도결합형 선 혈 안테나가 가지고 있는 고유의 정전기적 결합효과를 최소화시키기 위해 직사각형모앙의 플라즈마 댐버(830mm*1,020mm)에서 영구자석을 사용하여 multi-cusp 자장효과 및 다양 한 자장의 배열에 따른 플라즈마 특성변화를 살펴보았다. 영구자석을 사용하여 외부자장을 인가하였을 때가, 그럴지 않은 때보다 RF 안테나 코일의 전압을 낮춰주었으며, 영구자석의 배열에 따라 코일의 인덕턴스의 값이 크게 변함을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 최적화된 자장의 배열은 플라즈마의 이온밀도를 증가시켰으며, 플라즈마의 균일도도 10% 이내로 유지됨을 알 수 있었다. 또한 영구자석에 의한 자장의 유무 및 공정압력과 인가전력에 따른 P Photoresist Film의 식각특성에 관해 살펴보았다.증을 위한 실험.측정장비의 구입 및 업계와의 공동활용, 국내.외 최신기술 정보자료의 수집과 신속제공, 국내.외 전문가 초청 활 용, 미래 지향적 목적활용 기초연구사업 수행, 미래기술 동향예측 및 홍보 등을 통해 서 국내 도금기술의 기술자립 및 고도화를 위한 여건마련을 위하여 노력하고 있다.빛 이때의 부식속도(선형분극법), 인위적인 피막 파괴 전,후 의 전위 변화 및 부식속도 측정법에 의한 국부부식 발달 저지능 등을 평가하여 각 실험결과를 비교분석하여 보았다. 수록 민감하여 304 의 IGSCC 와 매우 유사한 거동을 보인다. 본 강연에서는 304 와 600 의 고온 물에서 일어나는 IGSCC 민감도에 미치는 환경, 예민화처리, 합금원소의 영향을 고찰하고 이에 대한 최근의 연구 동향과 방식 방법을 다룬다.다.의 목적과 지식)보다 미학적 경험에 주는 영향이 큰 것으로 나타났으며, 모든 사람들에게 비슷한 미학적 경험을 발생시키는 것 이 밝혀졌다. 다시 말하면 모든 사람들은 그들의 문화적인 국적과 사회적 인 직업의 차이, 목적의 차이, 또한 환경의 의미의 차이에 상관없이 아름다 운 경관(High-beauty landscape)을 주거지나 나들이 장소로서 선호했으며, 아름답다고 평가했다. 반면에, 사람들이 갖고 있는 문화의 차이, 직업의 차 이, 목적의 차이, 그리고 환경의 의미의 차이에 따라 경관의 미학적 평가가 달라진 것으로 나타났다.corner$적 의도에 의한 경관구성의 일면을 확인할수 있지만 엄밀히 생각하여 보면 이러한 예의 경우도 최락의 총체적인 외형은 마찬가지로 $\ulcorner$순응$\lrcorner$의 범위를 벗어나지 않는다. 그렇기 때문에도 $\ulcorner$순응$\lrcorner$$\ulcorner$표현$\lrcorner$

The Change of Customer Participation in Service by the Development of Relationship : Application of Latent Growth Modeling (관계발전에 따른 서비스 고객참여의 변화 - 잠재성장모형의 적용 -)

  • This study aims to identify the change of customer participation(CP) which is essential to the service industry as the relationship between the customer and the employee develops. The latent growth modeling analysis based on the longitudinal data is utilized to examine the pattern of the change. This is based on the fact that CP needs to be understood in the relationship and is to confirm the change in CP by the development of the relationship. Given the dynamics of the relationship, we intend to overcome the limitations of previous cross-sectional researches by revealing the trajectory of CP in the relationship through the longitudinal data. We also want to examine which variables in the relationship can facilitate changes of CP. Research has shown that CP is significantly changed with the development of the relationship when we analyzed it through latent growth modeling. This confirms that CP needs to be understood in the relationship. In addition, 'relationship proneness' variable and 'dependence to provider' variable have positive effects on the initial values of CP, but they have not been established to promote the changes of CP. Consequently, when considering the dynamics of relationships, it is important to recognize that CP is also dynamic. This study sought to get out of the cross-sectional and fragmented understanding of CP that is dynamic. Through this, we would like to propose the successful operation of the customer management program of service firms in relation to CP. This will lead to the success of service encounter where appropriate CP levels at each stage of relationship development can be achieved.

Water Soluble Ionic Components in Precipitation at ChungNam West-Coast Area (충남 서해안지역 강수 중 수용성 이온 성분의 변화특성)

  • This study was compared each ingredient's local/seasonal change characteristics by analyzing anions and cations, watersoluble ionic components, from the precipitation of Dangjin and Anmyeon-do areas. The samples were collected for 8 months from both spots between the period of April 1, 2002 to November 31, 2002. The precipitation samples were collected continuously through the entire duration of precipitation by using the wet-only automatic samplers. When rain continues to fall over 24 hours or occasionally, we considered those collected from 9 o'clock in the morning for 24 hours as the day's samples. As a method to verify for the reliability of the analyzed data is concerned, we use the ion balance method and the electricity conductance method, was used widely as a way of watching the atmosphere by the WMO(World Meteorological Organization)/GAW (Global Atmosphere Watch). Also, Dangjin and Anmyun-do area confirmed that contains artificial pollutants by analysis of ion concentration data.

Changes to the pH and Chemical Composition of the Precipitation inside the Pinus densiflora and Pinus rigida Stands (산림을 통과한 강우의 pH 및 화학적 조성의 변화)

  • This study was conducted to investigate vertical movement properties of precipitation passing forest stands (Pinus densiflora and Pinus rigida stands) in Chunchon, Kangwon-do. The results were as follows: The pH range of precipitation was 4.08∼7.08, and the average pH showed 6.2$\pm$0.7. The average pH of the Pinus densiflora stand showed that the stemflow was 5.9$\pm$0.9, and the throughfall was 6.0$\pm$0.8. The pH value of stemflow and throughfall in the Pinus rigida stand was lower than for the Pinus densiflora stand. Changes of the cation concentrations in two different stands, $Ca^{2+}$, increased more than the $Mg^{2+}$, $K^{+}$, and N $a^{+}$ions. Anions, S $O_{4}$$^{2-}$ and N $O_{3}$$^{[-10]}$ increased more than C $l^{[-10]}$ . Leaching and washout for each species differed by precipitation and influence of tree organs (crown, branch, stem, etc.).etc.).

Clinical Characteristics of Kawasaki Disease in Infants Younger than 3 Months of Age (3개월 이하 영아에서 가와사끼병의 임상 특징)

  • Purpose : Kawasaki disease(KD) is rare in infants <3 months of age. In this younger group, the diagnosis may be delayed due to lack of most of the clinical criteria, resulting in a high risk of cardiac complications. We examined clinical characteristics in these patients for early recognition and treatment. Methods : We conducted a retrospective study on the infants with KD aged three months or younger treated at our hospital from January 1998 to July 2002. Results : Of a total of 291 patients treated during the study period, 11(3.8%) were three months old or younger. Of the 11 patients, 10 had atypical presentations. Infants had fewer of the accepted criteria, and the most common findings were fever(100%) and oral mucosal changes(72.7%). Erythema at the site of BCG inoculation was observed in six of the 11 patients(unknown in the remaining five). This feature proved a definite diagnostic clue in two patients in whom cardiac complications developed in the subacute phase. Cardiac complications were found in six patients(54.5%) : three had coronary dilatation, two had coronary wall irregularity, and one had mitral valve prolapse with regurgitation. Defervescence occurred within $1.1{\pm}0.3day$ in 10 of the 11 patients treated with intravenous immunoglobulin(IVIG) and one was given a second course of IVIG. Echocardiographic abnormality persisted in only one patient with mitral regurgitation at the 6-month follow-up. Conclusion : Most patients with KD younger than three months of age have atypical presentations and a high complication rate. For early diagnosis, erythema at the BCG inoculation site, if present, could be used as a valid diagnostic clue to atypical KD in this age group.

Adolescents' Purchasing Behavior for Hair-care Products (청소년의 헤어제품 구매 행동에 관한 연구)

  • This study investigates the relationship between the purchasing behavior for hair-care products and the attitude toward hair-care products by adolescents. A total of 412 middle and high school students located in Seoul and Gyunggi-do province participated in this research. SPSS 12.0 for Windows Program was utilized for statistical analysis. As a result, the hair concerns and the satisfaction of adolescents as well as their attitudes towards hair-care products were significantly affected by gender, school level, and educational experiences. Female high school students with some degree of educational experiences had a more rational and brand-oriented attitude. Students having a higher rational and brand-oriented attitude bought hair-care products in regards to the quality of the product and environmental impact. On the other hand, those having a conspicuous and fashion pursuit attitude showed an image and fashion concern purchasing behavior. Adolescents usually purchased styling and dyeing products at a cosmetic specialty store and hair-care cleaning products from a discount store. They obtained the information about hair-care products from relatives, personal experiences, and TV advertisements.

Light and Electron Microscopy of Rainbow Trout Gonadotropes and Spermatogenic Cells (무지개송어 뇌하수체의 성선자극호르몬 분비세포와 정자형성세포의 광학 및 전자현미경적 미세구조)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the morphological changes of gonadotropes in pituitary gland and spermatogenic cells in testis, obtained from 150 of 3-year-old immature and mature male rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) during the reproductive cycles from March to February in the following year. In the maturation cycle of the pituitary gonadotropes of cultured rainbow trout, three periods can be distinguished i.e. a period of resting(March-August), a period of full spermatogenesis (September-November), and a period of breeding (December-February). The ultrastructures of the gonadotropes largely parallel the cyclical changes in the tests. The seminiferous tubules contain all spermatogenetic stages and sperm cells in a period of early maturation. At first, the size of the nucleus and cytoplasm decrease gradually at every stages from spermatogonia to spermatids. In the secondary spermatocytes, the small mitochondria are located over the outer cytoplam. In spermatids, the cytoplasmic masses move toward the posterior part of the nucleus. In spermatids, the two large mitochondria are located over the cytoplasm. In spermatids, the cytoplasmic masses move towark the posterior part of the nucleus. In spermatids, the two large mitochondria are located over the cytoplasm and begin to elongate. In spermatozoa, the surface of the nucleus devreases in volume. Examination by TEM shows that the nuclear envelope and plasma membrane are slightlywrinkled and closely adhered to the nucleus of spermatozoa. Two oval mitochondria are quite separated and the flagellum is inserted into the base of the spermatozoa head.The axoneme in this fish has the typical pattern such as nine peripheral doublets and a central doublet(9+2). there are remarkable individual differences in the size and morphology of spermatozoa head as observed by transmission and scanning electron microscopy.

  • This study was performed to discover the optimum operation conditions for the advanced water treatment using the ceramic membrane, introduced the first in the nation at the Y water treatment plant (WTP). The result of investigation to find the optimum operation conditions which can continue preserving the filtration performance as well as satisfying both the economics and the water quality is as follows. In the ordinary water quality condition of the Y WTP, the optimum filtration time(the backwash period), which can minimize the production of backwash waste and preserve the membrane performance was examined to be 4.0 hours on basis of institution capacity ($16,000m^3/day$). Examining the recovery rate of TMP from the chemical cleaning (CIP) discovered that the inorganic contaminants, which cause membrane fouling, such as iron, manganese, aluminum, were removed through the acidic cleaning using citric acid, whereas the membrane recovery rate was found to be low. But, on the other hand, the TMP was recovered to the initial value from the alkali cleaning using the NaOCl. Therefore, the main contaminant causing the fouling was determined to be hydrophilic organic compound( biopolymer). The membrane recovery rate is highly influenced by the temperature of the cleaning chemical. That is, the rate increased with increasing temperature.

Improvement of Polycarbonate Properties by Coating of TiO2 and SiO2 Thin Film (TiO2/SiO2 박막 코팅에 의한 폴리카보네이트 특성 개선)

  • The property improvement of polycarbonate coated with a multilayer film composed of an inorganic $SiO_2$ film and a photocatalytic $TiO_2$ film was studied. The $SiO_2$ film as a binder had an excellent light transmission characteristic. After the treatment with atmospheric pressure plasma, the surface of $SiO_2$ film showed the hydrophilicity, which increased the film coating uniformity with a $TiO_2$-containing aqueous solution. When $TiO_2$ film was over 200 nm thick, the absorption effect of UV rays in the range of 180~400 nm suppressed the yellowing phenomena of polycarbonate substrate. The inorganic film improved the heat resistance of polycarbonate substrates. $TiO_2$ film in the outmost under the exposure of UV rays promotes the catalytic oxidation characteristics and yields the capability to the decomposition of organic contaminants, and also increases the self-cleaning properties due to the increase of hydrophilicity. Structural stability of the polycarbonate substrate coated with inorganic $TiO_2$ and $SiO_2$ film was shown. The role of $SiO_2$ film between $TiO_2$ and polycarbonate substrate suppressed the peeling of $TiO_2$ film by inhibiting the photocatalytic oxidation effect of $TiO_2$ film on the polycarbonate substrate.

Automotive Pre-primed Coatings with Automotive Structural Adhesive for Non-weldable Binding Process (자동차 구조용 접착제를 이용한 자동차용 Pre-primed 도료의 비용접식 접합공정 적용)

  • Currently, automotive pre-primed coatings has been developed to overcome environmental regulations and to reduce manufacturing cost in automotive industry. By these reasons, an automotive pre-primed system has been investigated to remove the wash and pre-treatment process using a roll coating application. It is required to develop non-weldable pre-primed system for automotive structural adhesives, because pre-primed sheet coated with organic compounds is hard to be assembled by welding process. Primer 1 (polyester type) and primer 2 (urethane type) were designed to satisfy flexibility and formability for non-weldable pre-primed system. According to the results of physical property test of the primers, adhesion test such as single-lap shear test and T-peel test, primer 1 (polyester type) had better physical properties such as pencil hardness, solvent resistance, flexibility and adhesion with automotive adhesive than that of primer 2 (polyurethane type). In addition, the possibility of the non-weldable pre-primed system was applicable to automotive assembly process in place of welding process.
