Direction of Praxis of Home Economics Education for the Transformation of Future Society Drawn from the Habermas's Critical Theory (Habermas의 비판이론에 기초한 미래 사회 변혁을 이끄는 가정교육학의 실천 방향 탐색)

  • This study aims to examine the prospecting view of future society from a critical perspective, and to explore the direction of home economics education that can lead to transformation of future society from Habermas's critical theory. For this, Habermas's critical theory was understood, and the direction was explored in which field should act to guide future society when home economics education took a critical science perspective. Direction for praxis of home economics education was explored in both lifeworld and system area of society based on the critical theory that individuals, families and society are mutually beneficial and continue through interactions. The praxis of home economics education from a critical science perspective has been found through examples of IFHE's advocacy and policy participation activities. In conclusion, it supported the reason that home economics education as a critical science should form a social, political and economic system as well as lifeworld with valued human conditions and practice professional activities in academic, daily life and societal areas which will lead to the critical and participatory changes in individual and family life.

The Role of Textbooks Pictures in the World Recognition (세계인식 형성에 있어서 교과서 삽화의 역할 : 일제 시대 간행된 초등 지리교과서의 인종·민족 삽화를 중심으로)

  • This paper aims to point out that the contemporary textbook is a common cognitive construct, and that the realistic drawings in the textbooks have played an important role in shaping the world recognition. The main subjects of this study are the racial-ethnic illustrations of elementary school geography textbooks, published by the Japanese Ministry of Education, the Japanese Government-General of Taiwan and Korea, the educational association of Manchu. By comparing the same factors in various textbooks, it examines how the temporal and spatial recognition of the world is adjusted by visual representation. The main findings of this study are three fold. First, the world was introduced to the extent of the sum that the census and the classifications of racial and ethnic groups were adopted. And the world appeared later in the year supported by the racial and ethnic minorities. Second, the expressive style of racial and ethnic groups changed from an emphasis on a heterogeneous part as an object of scientific observation in the early stage to a later one with a life culture similar to the reader. Third, racial ethnic illustrations have been used differently depending on the publishing region in the Empire, giving readers in different regions with different images of the same category. In many cases, it was possible to know the politics of representation and the use of certain racial ethnic illustrations. The textbooks of the first half of the 20th century gave great recognition to the people who could not meet with the readers by using the illustrations. A child in the mainland is aware of his position in a "viewing position" while viewing various empire people through the textbook. On the other hand, in the textbooks of the colonial children, they stood in the position of 'being seen', and showed a change in internalizing the position of the mainland along with the expansion of the empire.

The Study on Development Factor Establishing According to SBCD's Conceptual Change (SBCD(School Based Curriculum Development)의 개념변화에 따른 개발요인 설정에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to discuss the factors according to SBCD conceptual change by literature analysis and FGI(focus group interview). It's to identify the problem of SBCD centered around world-wide and research trends. Also this study briefly surveys the current factors considered in SBCD. The results were as follows First, SBCD is able to be classified according to national curriculum level's acceptance degree. Second, each nation and school had a different understanding to the SBCD. Third, this study developed three domains(human, content, and environment) and nine factors(principals, teachers, students, parents, community people, regular curriculum, after school curriculum, other special programs, and school environment) based on literature analysis and FGI to develop SBCD. As observed by the above results, it will provide schools with the groundwork for discussion of increasing chances for successful curriculum development with continuous extending of SBCD.

Discovering child' and the Bauhaus: Cult of Innocence in the Modernism (어린이의 발견'과 바우하우스: 모더니즘에 나타난 '순수함'의 숭배)

  • This study was intended to enlighten two-faced desires of the Bauhaus, revealing that it is closely related with the child education rooted in Frobel. The Bauhaus declared to disconnect with the traditional education standing for Academies and asked students to go bad to such 'innocence' as children had. The faculty of Bauhaus tried to understand of the essence of the world through primary geometrical forms as 'purity' without any inessential things as $Fr{\ddot{o}}bel$ did. Their attempts not to admit any nonessential things, however, and dinging to purity was rather a sort of neurosis. The modernism is not different from the child art hiding sadistic and dictatorial elements behind the myth of 'innocence'. Considering the child education was born and grown with nutrition from the bourgeois development, it was not compatible with democratic ideals of the Bauhaus. While the new types of schools for children provided an excellent preparation for the Bauhaus to initiate a new design education, people of the Bauhaus were going toward a different direction from aspiration of the bourgeois, strong supporters of the new schools.

  • The Contemporary animation style based on technology become various within some categories and genres as recreating the importance and meaning of many formalities. According to the variation of the contemporary animation style, The computer animation that has affected on continuous development of science and its following broad-band culture takes charge of the important position in producing the contemporary visual art. On this thesis, I will research < Ani-matrix > which has 9 episode each for the different Matrix world focused on its animation style. I will analyze their forms of expression into the both aspects of esthetics viewpoint technologically and film making style traditionally regarding to the matter of reality and reemergence on a viewpoint of a realistically esthetics. Also I will analyze mutual connection among the reinterpretation for the reality, philosophical message, and animation style within < Ani-Matrix> suggested by influence of Post-modernism. Thus, I intend to prospect the formation of animation style followed by its esthetics construction and effect on computer animation of the film genre.

Mobile game meet Reality (모바일 게임, 현실과 만나다)

  • 오늘날 우리는 모바일 기기의 눈부신 성장과 보급으로 인해 누구나 손쉽게 모바일 게임을 즐길 수 있게 되었다. 많은 게임 제작 업체들은 모바일 게임개발에 총력을 기울이고 있고, 단말기 제조업체들 역시 게임 전용폰을 출시하는 등 모바일 게임에 대한 호응이 고조되고 있는 상황이다. 이는 모바일 게임이 시간과 공간적 개념을 뛰어넘는 이동성(Mobility)이라는 큰 장점을 가지고 있기 때문이다. 그러나 이러한 장점에도 불구하고 현재까지 모바일 게임의 컨텐츠는 기존의 다른 게임에 비해 그다지 큰 차별성을 가지고 있지 않다. 고스톱이나 단순한 퍼즐게임 등이 호응을 얻고 있기는 하지만 '이동성' 이라는 큰 장점을 살리기 위해서는 거 적극적이고 새로운 개념의 접근이 필요하기 때문이다. 더구나 요즘은 PSP 와 같은 막강한 휴대용 게임기가 등장하면서 휴대폰에서 즐기는 모바일 게임은 작은 화면이나 낮은 메모리 등의 한계로 인해 점점 더 그 자리를 내어주고 있는 실정이다. 그렇다면 '이동성'을 적극적으로 활용할 수 있는 모바일 개임 제작에 대한 새로운 접근방식은 어떻게 이루어져야 할까? 이를 위한 효과적인 방법으로 본 논문에서는 게임의 무대를 우리가 살고 있는 '현실-Reality'로 옮겨 올 것을 제안한다. 그렇게 되면 게이머는 모바일 기기가 가진 제약에서 벗어나 그 자신이 직접 현실세계를 배경으로 한 게임캐릭터가 되고, 물리적 이동에 따라 게임이 진행되는 전혀 새로운 방식의 모바일 게임을 경험할 수 있게 될 것이다. 현재 국내외적으로 이러한 실험적 시도가 조금씩 이루어지고 있기는 하지만 아직 호응은 그리 높지 않다. 그리하여 본 논문에서는 그러한 사례들을 조망하고 가장 효과적인 방법을 국내의 현실에 적합하게 적용할 새로운 모바일 게임의 방식을 제안하고자 한다. 연구사례로 제안 할 모바일 게임은 인터넷 미니홈피, GPS, 멀티미디어 메시지, 카메라 폰, 전자상거래의 기능을 통합하여 활용하는 'Dice Adventure Meeting'이라는 이름의 모바일 미팅 게임이며, 게임의 구체적인 시나리오를 살펴보면서 현실을 배경으로 한 새로운 모바일 개임의 제작에 대한 접근방법을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 생명공학기술(biotechnology)은 보건·의료, 농업, 환경, 자원분야에서의 급격한 산업적 응용에 따라 21세기에는 세계경제에 막대한 파급효과를 보일 것으로 예상된다. 경제구조가 점점 고도화되어 한 국가의 기술능력이 산업경쟁력의 확보를 위해 그 중요성이 강조되는 상황에서, 미래첨단기술이라고 할 수 있는 생명공학기술에서의 성공여부는 앞으로 다가올 21세기의 국가 경쟁력 결정에 중요한 열쇠가 될 것이다. 본 연구는 이러한 상황인식하에 생명공학 기술에 대한 일반적인 현황과 전망을 살펴본 뒤 선진국의 생명공학기술 산업화 동향을 진단하고, 우리나라 생명공학산업 현황과 정부의 지원 정책을 조망한 뒤 생명공학산업의 활성화 방안에 대하여 의견을 제시하고 있다. 우리나라의 생명공학기술은 정부의 주도하에 산업계의 연구투자비 및 연구인력의 꾸준한 증대와 아울러 생명공학 제품도 수적으로나 판매규모면에서 큰 증가가 이루어져 왔다. 그러나 본질적으로 우리나라 생명공학기술에 대한 연구는 선진국에 뒤져있기 때문에 기초연구의 역량이 부족하고, 산업계의 과감한 기술개발 투자가 이루어지지 못하였으며, 또한 기술개발과 상업화를 위한 기술하부구조의 구축이 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 또한 WTO체제의 출범에 따른 지적재산권 보호의 압력이 높아지는 상황에서 설상가상으로 IMF체제까지 당하여 기업의 연구개발 능력은 매우 심각한 위기에 봉착하고 있는 것이다. 이러한 상황에서 생명공학산업의 활성화를 위해서는 정부의 역할이 더욱 필요하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 상황인식하에 정부의 생명공학산업 활성화를 지원정책으로 연구자금, 시설 등 직접적인 지원정책 중심의 한계적 시각에서 벗어나 기업을 비롯한 기술혁신 주체간 상호작용과 기술혁신 환경조성을 위한 간접적 지원중심의 정책전환 필요성을 제시하고 있다. 또한 우리나라 생명공학 기술혁신시스템을 재정비하기 위한 중점 개선방안으로 연구개발 투자의 확대, 기초연구 역량의 강화, 벤쳐기업형 생명공학기업의 육성, 기술하부구조의 구축, 산업계·학계·연구소간 연계·교류 시스템의 강화를 제시하고 있다.

A Consideration on the Major Concepts of Rural Social Geography in Korea (한국 촌락사회지리학의 주요 개념 모색)

  • Social geography in Korea has been studied centering around urban social geography which has been developed mainly in English world, and then there have been a few concepts and theories that were tested in the rural social geography of Korean rural landscape. This article tried to grasp the conceptual basis of German social geography, and had views on the rural social geography in the relent English world. As a result, the author concluded that the rural landscape would be a representation of rurality, a component of local and national identity, and thought to be not only a physical reality but social, mental, cultural reality On the basis of this consideration, the author explored major concepts which would correspond with the universality and speciality of Korean rurality. They are as follows: 'lineage group' as a geographical socio-group, the 'regionalization' by social groups, and 'the territoriality of settlement' as a social space.

A Study on the Prospective IT R&D Fields in the Smart Grid Area (스마트그리드산업에서의 유망 IT R&D 분야 도출)

  • Except for some fields, Smart Grid-related technology in Korea is considered to be below the level of developed countries. Under this situation, this study is conducted to look into IT technology related to Smart Grid and draw prospective IT R&D fields in the Smart Grid Industry. To seek out prospective IT R&D fields, the two-stage process evaluating economics, political property, and technical validity. According to the result, four fields of (1) sensor, (2) information protection, (3) AMI middleware, (4) electricity management are selected as prospective fields. The sensor and AMI middleware fields focus on development of key technology, so the strategy that launches leading products in global market faster than other countries(Focusing & First Mover Strategy). The information protection felid is divided into the safety technology for the felid electricity network and the personal & corporate information protection technology, and therefore the R&D Sharing strategy is efficient. For the electricity management filed, a strategic alliance for developing component technology of Grid is desirable.

An Empirical Study on the Execution Factors Affecting on Corporate Performance in the Global Electronic Commerce (해외 역직구의 핵심역량이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구)

  • Recently Korea affected by the US and China trade wars, has been stagnant in the global trade market. However, the global e-commerce market is growing and emerging with new trade opportunity. The purpose of this study is to derive factors of the execution of cross border electronic commerce in the global e-commerce market and to grasp the effects of these factors on firm performance and ultimately to provide policy implications for export expansion. For this purpose, we conducted a literature review to derive the factors for firm performance in the global e-commerce market. Subsequently, conceptual research model and research hypotheses were estabilished, and empirical analysis was conducted through questionnaires. As a result of the empirical analysis, trust and ICT capability have a positive effect on firm performance, and the impact of trust on firm performance depends on the level of dispute settlement. However, ICT capability does not affect firm performance. This study differs from previous studies in that it considered global e-commerce from the perspective of the enterprise and examined factors for firm performance.
