In this paper, we did on the new theory, policy, institution and legal research on the international competition order and justice society for 21st century. At first, we introduced the basic of competition law for fairness of trade in the new international market order under WTO. Secondly, we are researched on the economic approach of the competition law, market competition order and justice society in the new globalism. Third, we studied the international circumstance through the analysis of the patterns of the anti-competition practices and the regulation systems for competition order. We also reviewed the execution criteria and precedents of the fairness theory and competition laws in the USA, EU, Japan, and Korea, briefly. Finally, we presented to the alternative policies that based on our study about the new theory, policy, institution, competition law in opinion from reach the international market competition, fairness society and economic justice for 21st century under WTO.

This research examines the effect of globalization of Korean economy on small and medium-sized entrepreneurial firms. When Korea underwent the Asian economic crisis in 1997, it reconstructed Korean venture industry and had helped fuel venture firms' rapid growth. Therefore, this study shows the changed structure of Korean economy and the change of venture ecosystem due to the Asian financial crisis. In spite of a favorable turn of the industrial structure toward venture firms, their globalization level is reported still being low. In this study, we also examine how the Korean economy's globalization affects to the venture environments, focusing on the degree of Korea venture's globalization and role of venture capital. This study indicates that the globalization of Korean economy has played a positive role in the growth of the venture firms. However, with the growth of venture firms, small and medium venture companies have received relatively little focuses in Korean economy because the government policy of economic development has been oriented to large companies for several decades.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the content of regional learning in social studies textbooks for the 1st-year and 3rd-year middles school. The content of regional learning in social studies for middle school is described with not layered scale between local and global but segmented scale. So this study selected Andong city as an exemplary case and reconstructed the learning content and class to things necessary in the age of globalization. In the class for designing the local image of Andong, the students were advised to visit the homepage in Andong city. In the course. students showed increasing interest in local festivals, events, locality promotion, etc. executed by Andong. Many of the students were interested in activity designing new local images of Andong. In particular, According to the result of applying localization learning necessary in the age of globalization to 1st-year middle school students, the class was found to be understood adequately. It is needed to develop localization teaching-learning programs fit for the developmental stage of 1st-year middle school students.

의료에서 국가주의적 접근의 규제와 평등이란 지금까지의 틀에서 벗어나 세계화된 변화의 시대에 부응하기 위한 새로운 전략을 수립하여야 한다. 획일적이며 통제 일변도의 의료정책에서 탈바꿈하여 자유시장경제 원리를 적용하고 패러다임을 전환하여 한국 의료의 발전방향을 모색해야 할 때이다. 새정부 출범을 기점으로 경영난의 사슬을 끊고, 병원 활성화를 통한 국민 건강향상이란 의료 본연의 미션을 힘차게 펼쳐보기 위한 방안을 각급 병원 직능 대표 방담으로 풀어보았다.

21세기에 들어와 국제교류가 그 어느 때보다 활발히 이루어지면서 급속히 세계화되고 있다. 이런 점에서 에이즈 대응책도 자국민 위주의 정책에서 국내 체류 외국인을 포함하는 보다 적극적 정책으로 대응해야 할 필요가 대두돼 왔다. 또한 이보다 한 걸은 더 나아가면 국가와 국가 간의 범세계적 협력을 통해 대응책을 마련하는 것이 시대적 소명이며 요구이다. 이러한 시대적 흐름에 부응해 설립된 것이 바로 '외국인에이즈예방센터(Korea HIV/AIDS Prevention & Support Center)'이다.

인류의 소중한 문화유산인 '직지'가 지난 4월 유네스코로부터 세계기록유산분야 최초의 시상제도인 '직지상'으로 제정된 것을 기념하기 위한 경축 세미나가 지난 6월 4일 오후 청주 고인쇄박물관 세미나실에서 열렸다. 이날 세미나의 제1주제는 허권 유네스코 문화팀장이 '직지상 의미와 전망'을 주제로 발표하고 김승환 충북대 교수의 사회로 황재봉 시의원, 임병무 충북일보 논설위원이 토론을 벌였다. 이어 제2주제로 박조원 한국문화정책연구원의 '직지상 제정과 세계화 추진'이란 주제발표와 전순동 충북대 교수의 사회로 강형기 충북대 교수의 박종관 충북민예총 사무처장이 토론을 벌였다. 제3주제는 노영민 국회의원이 '국가차원의 직지문화정책과 지원방안'이란 주제발표를 한데 이어 이동주 직지세계화추진단장, 남윤성 청주문화방송 특집부장의 토론이 있었다. 다음은 노영민 의원이 발표한 내용을 요약 소개한다.
