The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics and factors of each area by considering the gender health of the elderly as the integration of mental, physical, emotional, and social gender health based on the WHO gender health. The sexual health of the elderly is significantly different by gender, academic background, and region, and there is a clear difference in mental, physical, emotional sexual health and social sexual health. The mental, physical and emotional sexual health of the elderly in urban areas, those with high education and male is high, but the elderly in the rural areas, those with low education, and female are high in social sexual health. The factors affecting sexual health are as follows. Mental sexual health was positively influenced by satisfaction of sexual life and sexual knowledge. Physical sexual health was positively influenced by life and spouse satisfaction, and emotional sexual health was positively influenced by sexual relationship, spouse satisfaction, sexual life satisfaction and sexual knowledge. Social sexual health has a negative (-) effect on spouse satisfaction and sexual relationships. Integrated sexual health in old age can affect subjective health and quality of life, leading to successful aging. Sexual health education is needed to form a safe and healthy sexual life and interpersonal relationship. The 'sex' that appears as a cumulative trajectory of life should be accompanied by the accurate sexual health awareness and sex education that encompasses all generations. Therefore, in the composition of sex health education program, it is necessary to reflect the components that can enhance the sensitivity of adulthood to strengthen understanding and communication of spouse.

하천의 건강성을 평가하기 위해 일반적으로 수생태계 건강성 지표(TDI, BMI, FAI, HRI, RVI)가 사용되고 있다. 이 지표는 5가지 등급으로 구분하여 매우 좋음(A), 좋음(B), 보통(C), 나쁨(D), 매우나쁨(E)으로 구분된다. 하지만, 하천의 건강성 관점에서 수질, 토지이용, 지리적 특성, 경관지수와의 상관성을 바탕으로 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 하천의 수생태계 건강성에 영향을 미치는 환경적 인자들과의 관계성을 분석하여 수생태계 건강성이 '좋음'에 해당되는 하천으로 분류하고자 한다. 이를 통해 환경적 인자들의 임계값을 산출하여 하천 관리에 대한 구체적인 우선순위 설정 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 낙동강대권역을 대상으로 수질, 토지이용, 지리적 특성, 경관지수의 여러 변수 중 수생태계 건강성과의 관계에서 대표성을 나타낼 수 있는 환경적 인자를 선정하기 위하여 정준상관분석(CCA)을 수행하였다. 또한 모델 기반의 클러스터 분석을 활용하여 소권역별로 수생태계 건강성이 '좋음'에 해당할 확률을 파악하고, 여기에 해당하는 소권역에 대하여 각각의 환경적 인자에 대한 임계값을 정량적으로 평가하였다. 본 연구에서는 하천의 환경 인자들과의 관계를 분석하여 수생태계 건강성을 평가하고 하천 관리에 대한 구체적인 우선순위를 파악하는 방법을 제안한다. 주성분 분석 및 모델 기반 클러스터 분석을 사용하여 각 소권역에 대한 환경 인자의 임계값을 평가하고, 정책 결정자들이 하천의 건강성을 유지하고 개선할 수 있는 정보를 제공할 수 있다.

This study tries to identify and clarify the concept of barriers to sexual health nursing care. A hybrid model was used to perform a concept of barriers to sexual health nursing care. To accomplish this, we analyzed data collected from 4 participants as well as from available literature regarding. We categorized barriers to sexual health nursing care were identified to have five dimensions and six attributes. The definition of barriers to sexual health nursing care recognizes the need and necessity of sexual health nursing care, but due to difficulty in accessing sex, prejudice, stereotypes, difficulty in communication, and lack of knowledge related to sex, the subjects are provided with professional sexual health nursing education and it is found that the service was not provided. This study is a basic data for evaluating barriers to sexual health nursing care as a prerequisite for reducing barriers to sexual health nursing care experienced by nurses to provide sexual health nursing care. Besides, the results may serve as a basis for proposing the development of a program to reduce barriers to sexual health nursing care.

본 연구는 예방적 건강행위에 대한 필요성 인식 정도와 실천정도를 파악하고 이를 요인분석하여 산업장의 예방적 건강행위를 이끌기 위한 프로그램의 기틀을 세우기 위해 시도되었다. 연구도구는 참고문헌과 선행연구 등을 참조하여 본 연구자가 만든 설문지를 사전 조사후 수정, 보완하여 사용하였다. 연구대상은 경기도 소재의 2개 기계제조업체에 근무하는 근로자들이였으며 1989년 5월 5일부터 10일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료 중 탈락 및 기재가 불충분한 질문지를 제외한 284명의 응답자를 분석에 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS를 이용하여 전산처리하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 예방적 건강행위의 필요성 인식정도의 평균은 122.1점으로 매우 높은 점수분포를 나타냈으며, 실천정도의 평균은 87.6점으로 필요성 인식정도 보다는 낮은 실천정도를 나타냈었다. 2) 예방적 건강행위에 대한 필요성 인식정도와 실천 정도간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 29개 예방적 건강행위 중 20개의 항목에서 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 이것을 예방적 건강행위에 대한 필요성 인식정도가 높을수록 실천정도가 높은 것을 의미하는 것으로 인식정도가 행위에 영향을 미침을 반영하고 있다. 3) 요인분석결과 29개의 예방적 건강행위 항목들은 7가지의 요인으로 범주화되었으며 각 범주들은 요인부하량이 높은 것들을 참고로 하여 보건의료자원활동을 통한 예방적 건강행위, 개인위생에 대한 예방적 건강행위, 작업과 관련된 건강행위, 식습관을 통한 예방적 건강행위, 휴식을 통한 예방적 건강행위, 기호습관(금연, 금주)을 통한 예방적 건강행위, 활동을 통한 예방적 건강행위등으로 명명할 수 있었다. 결론적으로 생산직에 종사하고 있는 근로자들은 예방적 건강행위에 대한 필요성을 깊이 인식하고 있으나, 실천정도는 그에 미치지 못하고 있었다. 그러나 예방적 건강행위의 필요성 인식정도와 실천정도간의 상관관계에서 29개 항목중 20개 항목에서 유의한 상관관계를 보여 인식정도가 높을 수록 실천정도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 근로자의 건강에 대한 인식 및 태도가 가장 직접적으로 영향을 미칠 수 있는 산업간호사의 역할 중 보건교육에 대한 업무가 보다 중요한 비중으로 수행되어져야 함을 시사하는 결과라고 볼수 있다.

현재 자신의 건강에 대한 관심이 증가함에 따라 스마트폰을 이용한 건강 관련 어플리케이션이 많이 개발되고 있다. 건강 관련 어플리케이션을 이용하면 실제로 건강을 관리하는데 있어 많은 장점들이 있지만 대부분의 스마트폰 사용자들은 사용하지 않으며, 건강 관련 어플리케이션의 존재를 모르는 사람들도 있었다. 즉 건강 관심도에 비해 건강 관련 어플리케이션의 사용성이 떨어진다는 뜻이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 만보계 기능을 이용하는 카디오트레이너라는 어플리케이션의 사용성 테스트를 실시하여 사용성을 떨어뜨리는 요인을 파악하고 원인을 분석한다.

This study aimed to develop a scale to measure the family strength of single-parent families. We analyzed the everyday life and demands of single-parent families using the theory of family strength to draw 78 items that encompass family basis, relationships, roles, social networks and family culture. Using a sample of 286 single-parent families through an online survey platform, we examined the factor structure of the items and selected 48 items based on the results of the factor analysis. Reliability, criterion and construct validity were also examined. The final scale comprised of five domains ; basis, parents' role, work-life balance, social network, lifestyle and household management. This scale can be used as an assessment measure of the family strength of single-parent families for consulting, case management and suggesting various programs in the field. This merit will help enhance the quality of programing for single-parent families at the Healthy Family Support Center and the development of family strength scales for various types of families.

In this study, we applied approach of integrative star-plot area (SPA), chemical water quality and habitat conditions (QHEI) to diagnoze ecological conditions at the eight sampling sites of Sapkyo Stream. These outcomes were compared with biological health based on the Index of Biological Integrity (IBI) using fish assemblage. And then, we evaluated the integrative ecological health condition using the star-plot method. This approach based on the sum of all the star-plot areas over these water and habitat characteristics. It was developed to reflect an integrative assessment of the ecological health in the stream. The biological health, based on the model values of IBI indicating "fair-poor" condition according to the criteria. Physical habitat health, based on the QHEI, averaged 123 indicating a "good-fair" condition. Also, chemical health, based on simply BOD values indicating "poor grade" according to the criteria of the Ministry of Environment Korea (MEK). The SPA indicating that 50% of the all was impaired condition and the most sampling sites were downstream sites influenced by the point and non-point sources. Overall our results suggest that the ecological health impact was a combined effect of eutrophication and habitat degradations in the stream. The approach of SPA can be used as a tool to evaluate the integrative health of stream environment and to identify possible causes of observed effects.

The purpose of this study was to identify and describe attitudes and beliefs that might act as barriers to addressing patient sexuality concerns and to determine the extent to which these attitudes and beliefs are influenced by personal factors such as age, gender, education. The Sexuality Attitudes and Beliefs Survey was used to assess nursing students(N=214). Important barriers to addressing patient sexuality reported by the majority of the students included not making time to address the concerns (86.9%) and Feeling confident in ability to address patients' sexual concerns(76.2%). A statistically significant difference was found in scores based on sex(p=0.03) and religion(p=0.02). Results of this study have implications for educational programs in dealing with patient sexuality.

매년 4월의 셋째주. 한국건강관리협회는 이때를 ‘건강관리 강조주간’으로 정하고 전국 20여개소에 가두 무료 건강상담소를 설치하여 각종 기본 건강검사 및 건강상담을 실시해오고 있다. 지난 4월 15일부터 1주일간 실시되었던 ‘91년도 가두 건강검사는 국민들에게는 건강관리의 필요성을, 협회에는 보다 활발한 검사의 필요성을 느끼게 해주었다. 총 1만여명에 대한 혈당검사혈액형검사혈압측정요검사기생충검사 등이 건강검사와 상담을 마친 서울지부 가두 무료 건강검사의 현장을 이번 호에 소개한다.

알레르기성 비염을 앓는 아이가 부쩍 늘었다. 2009년 국민건강보험공단의 발표에 따르면 알레르기성 비염을 앓는 아동, 청소년이 4년 전에 비해 1.3배나 증가했다. 특히 4세 이하 영유아의 경우 5명중 1명이 알레르기성 비염을 앓고 있다고 한다. 그러나 이 시기의 아이들은 어느 곳이 어떻게 불편하지 정확하게 표현하지 못하기 때문에 치료에 소홀하기가 쉽다.
