멀티미디어 기능과 더불어 인터넷과 컴퓨터를 이용한 학습은 교육의 큰 영역으로 자리 잡고 있다. 하지만 기존의 PC 환경에서는 학교와 가정 등 고정된 장소에서의 이용이라는 제약이 따른다. 이러한 제한점은 모바일 기기들의 보급 확대와 모바일 기기의 성능 향상으로 극복될 수 있다. 특히 PDA(Personal Digital Assistant)는 데이터를 축적하거나 멀티미디어 교육 자료를 이용하는 등 온라인 교육용 컨텐츠를 학습자에게 전달하고 효과적으로 커뮤니케이션 하는데 적합하다고 할 수 있겠다. 하지만 기존의 PC 기반 컨텐츠들은 PDA기반으로 재구축 되어야 사용이 가능한 실정이다. 이에 PDA의 장점인 휴대성, 저장성, 멀티미디어 이용, 인터넷 이용, PC와 동기화를 통한 데이터 공유 등을 이용할 수 있는 고등학교 영어 듣기 평가를 PDA에서 학습할 수 있도록 eMbedded Visual Tools을 이용해 Windows CE 3.0 기반 PDA에서 구현하였다.

본 논문은 IEC61850기반 변전소자동화시스템의 스테이션 장치에서의 새로운 시각화 기법을 제안하였다. 제안한 시각화 기법은 변전소 구성언어(SCL)을 사용하여 단선도, 통신도를 자동적으로 표시하고 기능도와 신호 흐름도를 표시하는 기능을 포함한다. 단선도에 표시되는 객체의 상태, 측정값의 표시와 제어 및 설정값 변경의 기능은 IEC61850 통신모듈에 의하여 수행한다. IEC61850의 새로운 특징에 의하여 쉽게 구현 가능한 기능을 포함한 시각화기법은 IEC61850기반 변전소자동화 데모시스템의 구현을 통하여 그 유용성을 입증하였다.

This paper describes the effect of an overhead ground wire in Power distribution lines of electric railways due to direct lightning strokes. Using the EMTP, the effects of an overhead ground wire and a s-horn are analyzed quantitatively. Also, the influences of the structure of electric railways and of peak value and time-to-half value of a stroke currents are evaluated. The analysis show that in installation of in overhead ground wire into a existing railway system, the induced voltage in power distribution lines of electric railways in suppressed.

This paper presents a method to evaluate the effect of voltage sag in distribution system using the component reliability data of utilities. The proposed method is based on Specified CBEMA curve which is the probability curve of the customers' effect by voltage sag. We carried out the experiment for the customers' sensitive equipments using the test facilities in KERI. The Monte Carlo method and the historical reliability data in KEPCO are used for simulations.

업무중심이었던 HCI가 인간의 모든 생활 접점에 존재하게 됨에 따라, 과업완료 중심의 HCI의 목표가 사용자 감성 만족, 심리적 만족 등으로 조정되고 있다. 이로 인해 다양한 사용자중심의 디자인 방법론들이 개발/제안되고 있다. 하지만 아직도 대다수의 사용자 중심 HCI관련 연구가 인간을 하나의 도구적 프로세스 관점으로 인식한 개인 특성연구에 치우쳐있다. 본 연구는 위에서 제기된 문제점을 해결하고자 인간의 타고난 성정에 대한 인간의 유형화 방법인 한국사상 사상체질을 제안함과 동시에 SNS상에서의 자기표현 전략에 대해 탐색적인 기초실험연구를 진행하였다. 이 연구는 향후 카카오톡에서의 사상체질에 따른 자기표현방식을 연구하기 위한 실험 모델을 제안하여, 이 두 연구의 비교를 통해 각 미디어가 지닌 특성과 개인적 특성에 따른 자기표현전략을 제안 할 수 있다.

Along with the increase of the importance of power quality, many various systems are dedicated in the analysis of power quality nowadays. But there still exists the same problems for realizing such kind of analysis systems well. One is the customization of the power quality measure devices; The other is an economic problem. This paper presents the usefulness and the advantage of the ICD (Intelligent Electronic Device) as the measure device of power quality And this paper detailedly describes the development procedure of web-based power quality monitoring system through ActiveX controls. Now this power quality monitoring system is already applied to the substation automation system.

The dissociative recombination of O2+(v+)＋e-→O(1S)＋O(1D) has been theoretically investigated using the multichannel quantum defect theory (MQDT). Cross sections and rate coefficients at various electron energies are calculated. The resonant structures in cross section profile, which are hardly measurable in experiments, are also determined and the existence of Rydberg states is found to affect the rates. The theoretical rate coefficients are computed to be smaller than experimental ones. The reasons for this difference are explained. The two-step MQDT procedure is found to be very useful and promising in calculating the state-to-state rates of the dissociative recombination reaction which is a very important and frequently found phenomenon in Earth's ionosphere.
