Factors influencing subjective happiness on the perceived stress and faith maturity of christian university freshman (일개 기독교 대학 신입생의 지각된 스트레스, 신앙성숙도가 주관적 행복감에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the predictors of subjective happiness of christian university freshman. The study was a cross-sectional descriptive survey. A self-report questionnaire was used to collect data from 232 freshmen in April, 2018. Data were analysed using descriptive statistics and t-test with SPSS win 21.0. Significant predictors of subjective happiness included life satisfaction (β=.515, p<.001), perceived stress (β=-.164, p<.001), peer support (β=.162, p<.001), family support (β=.153, p<.001) and faith maturity (β=.150, p<.001). The regression model explained 70.3% of subjective happiness. Based on these results, effective happiness promotion programs focusing on stress management and build social support system and faith-training program are highly recommended to promote the improved quality of life among christian university freshman.

Glycogen Effect of the Sperm Maturation during the Spermiogenesis of Rana catesbeiana (황소개구리 (Rana catesbeiana)의 정자변태과정 중 글리코겐이 정자 성숙에 미치는 역할)

  • To investigate the process of spermoigenesis and glycogen effect during the spermatogenesis of Rana catesbeiana, the morphological characteristics of the testes were examined by light and transmission electron microscopy. Spermiogenesis of R. catesbeiana was divided into three stages on the basis of the features of the nucleus and the cytoplasm organelles. Except for the primary spermatogonia, the phases from the spermatocytogenesis to the spermatids before spermiation phase were surrounded by spermatocyst. Especially , the glycogen particles were not observed until in the stage of spermatocytogenesis, but from the early spermatids to the maturation phase were observed in the nucleus, acrosome and cytoplasm of the spermatids. The present result suggests that the glycogen may play an important role in the sperm maturation, and as a source of the energy in the wave-movement of sperm tail.

  • In companies competing for today's information society, Data quality deterioration is causing a negative influence to generate company competitiveness fall and new cost. A lot of Preceding study about data qualify have been proceeded in order to solve a problem of these data qualify deterioration. Among the sides of data qualify, it has been studied mainly on qualify of the data valve and quality of data service that are the results quality concept. However. this study studied structural qualify of the data which were cause quality concept in a viewpoint of meta data management and presented data quality management maturity model through this. Also empirically this study verified that data quality improved if the management level matured.

  • This study was carried out to compare the temperature and time of heat shock, and the effect of heat shock on development of embryos after in vitro maturation and fertilization in bovine oocytes. The results obtained were as follows. 1. The optimum temperature and time of heat shock were 41$^{\circ}C$ and 30sec on in vitro development of embryos from 4~8 cell to blastocyst. 2. The rates of cleavage on zygotes produced on in vitro were significantly increased by heat shock after IVM than before IVM(P<0.05). 3. When the oocytes were treated heat shock after IVM and 5 days cultured, developmental rates to blastocyst were increased than other experimental treatments.

  • The Korean government developed an organizational maturity model for public data quality management based on international standards to evaluate the data quality management level of public organizations, However, as the model has too many indicators to apply on the site, a new model with reduced number of indicators is proposed in this paper. First, the number of processes is reduced by integrating and modifying the processes of the previous model. Second, a new maturity evaluation method is proposed based on capability levels focused on the activity, not on the process. Third, the maturity level of public data quality management is represented by five discrete levels or real values of 1 through 5. Finally, characteristics of the proposed model are compared with those of the previous model.

  • We investigated maturation and spawning of Miichthys miiuy in the south-western water of Korea, based on samples collected by stow net from August 2015 to December 2016. We analysed monthly changes in maturity stage, gonadosomatic index (GSI), total length (TL) at 50% group maturity. The spawning period was August to October. We estimated the TL at 50% group maturity as 54.8 cm for females and 49.0 cm for males.

편광관측을 통한 달 표면 표토의 입자 크기 측정

  • 달표면 표토의 평균 입자크기와 성숙도(maturity)는 달 연구 및 탐사에 있어 중요한 정보이다. 표토의 성숙도는 탐사하는 지역의 형성시기에 대한 정보를 제공하고, 평균입자크기는 달 탐사 로보의 설계에 중요한 정보로 쓰이기 때문이다. 우리는 달표면 표토의 평균입자크기와 성숙도를 측정하기 위하여 경희대학교 천문대에서 12cm 굴절망원경과 정방형 2k CCD를 이용하여 $633{\mu}m$ 파장의 편광관측을 수행하였다. 관측의 공간 분해능은 달의 중심부에서 2.89km/pixel이다. 달표면에서 산란된 빛의 편광도는 달표면 표토의 평균입자크기를 알 수 있는 중요한 정보가 된다. 표토의 평균입자크기는 최대편광도와 알비도에 관계되기 때문에 편광관측과 알비도 관측으로부터 평균입자크기를 측정할 수 있다. 표토의 평균입자크기는 시간이 지남에 따라서 점점 작아지는데, 이는 표토가 미세운석체의 충돌에 오랜 시간 동안 노출되어 있기 때문이다. 미세운석체의 충돌은 달표면에서 고르고 지속적으로 일어났기 때문에, 표토의 평균입자크기를 알 수 있다면 표토가 얼마나 오랫동안 달표면에 노출되었는지를 나타내는 성숙도를 측정할 수 있다. 우리는 편광관측을 통하여 처음으로 달표면 전체의 평균입자크기의 분포를 측정하였고, 그로부터 표토의 성숙도를 추정했다.

Maturationof Hamster's Follicular Ova in Culture (Hamster 의 노포난자의 배양에 의한 성렬)

  • 본 실험은 4 일간의 성주기가 뚜렷한 성체인 golden hamster로부터 미성숙인 난자를 적출하여 화학적배양액내에서 그의 성숙을 유도시키고 성주기에 따른 미성숙 난자의 성렬율을 관찰하는 것을 주요 목적으로 하여 행하여졌다. 한 개의 난소로부터 5-6개의 미성숙 난자를 적출하여 5% bovine serum albumin이 섞인 TC Medium 199에 넣어서$CO_2$-incubator를 이용하여 6 시간내지 24시간 동안 37$^{\circ}C$를 유지해가며, 배양액이 직접 공기와접촉하는 것을 막기 위해 유동성인 paraffin oil로 배양액을 덮고서 배양을 완수했다. 실험의 결과를 다음과 같이 완수했다. 1. Hamster의 난자의 성숙분렬을 유발시키는데 가장 적합한 배양액은 BMOC, Eagle's Medium , Waymouth's Medium 그리고 TC Medium 199의 네가지 가운데 TC Medium199이었다. 즉 이 배양액을 이용했을 때 난자가 높은 성렬도를 보여주었다. 2. 5% bovine serum alumn을 TC Medium 199에 섞어주었을 때 미성숙 난자가 성순분렬을 유기하는 율이 가장 높았다. 3. 발정기에 있는 난소로부터 얻은 난자가 가장 현저하게 높은 율로 성숙분렬을 보여주었다. 반대로 발정후기의 난자는 배양 시작 후 단시간 내에 대부분이 퇴화하였으며 발정기에 가까워 갈수록 퇴화율이 줄어들었다. 이것은 노포가 성숙분렬을 억제하는 물질을 생성하리라고 여겨지고 있긴 \ulcorner만, 동시에 이 노포는 또 한편 난자의 배란뒤에까지도 생명력을 유지할수 있는 능력을 발정기에 이르기까지의 기간동안 난자에게 부여하며, 난자는 이 능력을 배란전까지 축적하게 되며 이 때문에 노포로부터 유리되어 나온 난자가 장기간 그 생명력을 유지해나가는 것이라고 추정된다. 4. Paraffin oil 로 공기를 차단하여서 배양한 난자나 혹은 watch glass를 이용하여 공기와 접촉시킨 난자에서나 모든 비슷한 율로 성숙분렬을 보여주었다. 이로 보아 조작이 까다로운 paraffin oil을 이용하는 방법보다는 손쉽게 배양할 수 있는 watch glass 의 방법이 오히려 유용하다고 할 수 있다.

  • This study analysis effect of social support and career maturity on readiness for independent living of run away youths using drop in center. This result peer support had more influence on preparing for independent living than in supporting the working class and career maturity had a huge impact on all the low-variables of preparing for independent living. Career maturity level for run away youths paly an important role in preparing for independent living just like general youths. On the base this study propose supporting system preparing for independent living, worker empowerment, drop in center's role establish for independent living.

Thus Software Safety is the huge factor because Software is highly relevant to human safety in accordance with Software expansion. However this Software Safety has been focused on not organization improvement activities but current design/development, In this paper, to solve this issue, Software Safety Maturity level and relevant Process Area is defined. This study is expected to contribute to systematic software safety activities.
