The core technology development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is linked to the development of other core technologies, which will change the industrial structure in the future and create a new smart business model. In this paper, tried to analyze the technology maturity level and analyze the technology maturity. To do this, used technology trend information to investigate and integrate the market, policy, etc. Of core technology of the 4th Industrial Revolution to achieve a comprehensive maturity level. Because technology maturity measures are scored by technology developers, prejudices may be acted upon according to a person's tendency, which may be a subjective evaluation. It is also a measure of the maturity of individual technologies, and thus is not suitable for evaluating the overall system integration perspective. However, it is possible to evaluate the maturity before integrating the core element technologies constituting the whole system and to use it as a means to compare the effect of the whole system and its feasibility and play an important role in the planning of technology development.

This study analyzed the correlation of work values, career attitude maturity and employment preparation behavior by determining the sociodemographic characteristics, and the study confirmed the validity of the influence of work values and career attitude maturity on employment preparation behavior. The subjects of this study were 218 nursing students at a university located in Geonggi-do. The data was collected from June 4th to August 27th, 2019 by using structured questionnaires. As a result, female students scored significantly higher in work values and career attitude maturity than did the male students, and the students who had better grades showed higher employment preparation behavior. In addition, the result showed positive correlation between work values and employment preparation behavior, and the study showed correlation between career attitude maturity and employment preparation behavior. Greater independence, readiness, certainty, and decisiveness were higher and were sub-factors of career attitude maturity and employment preparation behavior. Moreover, the higher the students' patriotism and indoor activities, the higher was their employment preparation behavior. In conclusion, the employment preparation behavior was higher according to greater work values, while the influence of career attitude maturity on employment preparation behavior was not statistically significant.

The evaluation of growth potency can be done with many physiologic indicators. It has been well known that skeletal maturity has a close relation with both sexual maturity and somatic maturity, but the correlation between skeletal maturity and dental maturity was believed to be less certain. But, recent studies show that specific teeth, including lower canines, present close correlations with skeletal maturity. So, in this study, we studied hand-wrist X-ray films and orthopantomograms of 387 Korean boys and girls aged from 7 to 15; the purpose was to determine skeletal and dental maturity, and to find out a new method to estimate individual skeletal maturity using multiple-regression model, without the help of hand-wrist X-ray film. As a result of this study, followings were observed. 1. The following multiple-regression model can estimate skeletal maturity index (SMI) with 84% of accuracy, and regression coefficient of chronologic age, sex and lower canine show statistical significance. SMI = 0.60 x chronologic age - 1.67 x sex$^{**}$ + 0.88 x lower canine$^{*}$ - 0.05 x lower 2nd molar$^{*}$ - 10.3 $^{*}$ : mean age corresponding each developing stage, $^{**}$ : male=1, femal=0 2. The following multiple-regression model can estimate skeletal age with 87% of accuracy, and regression coefficient of chronologic age, sex and lower canine show statistical significance. 과거의 금융 산업은 단순한 사무자동화였으나 최근에는 지식정보산업으로 전환하게 되면서 금융과 IT가 융합된 금융 IT 산업이 SW 업계에서 중요한 부가가치 산업으로 발전하고 있다. 이 산업은 일정시간 동안 고유한 결과물을 산출하는 프로젝트로 진행되고 있으며, 이 프로젝트의 목표를 성공적으로 완수하기 위해 기업은 더욱 세밀하게 프로젝트관리 활동을 진행하고 있다. 프로젝트관리성숙도는 프로젝트관리업무를 측정하는 것으로 프로젝트 성공을 위해 관련 있는 업무가 어느 정도 수준으로 진행되고 있는가를 평가하는 목적으로 사용한다. 이에 이번 연구는 아직 연구 자료가 없는 금융 IT 산업에 대해 프로젝트관리성숙도(PM Solutions PMMM)를 측정하고자 한다.

Stable and reliable air traffic service is required for users (aircraft pilot, air traffic controller, airlines and public) through enhancing capability related to airport operation and continuously improving air navigation system. ASMS (air navigation service provider (ANSP) safety maturity survey) is to determine the level of management and safety requirement such as organization, risk, policy, process, training and environment in Air traffic service field. We designed and developed the survey (26 study areas of management part and 23 study areas of safety part) considering global best practices (Eurocontrol and FAA) and customizing domestic circumstances with quantitative level assessment regarding management and safety issue of Air navigation system. The survey enables the performance of Air navigation system to enhance and prevents from occurring accident or incident. Therefore, we provides best information with users as well as high quality Air traffic service.

In order to investigate the possibility of using a cervical vertebral maturation indicator as a mandibular growth indicator, the relationship of cervical vertebral maturation and mandibular & body height growth changes was assessed in biennial serial lateral cephalometric radiographs of eighteen korean male and fourteen korean female while they were 8.5 to 18.5 years old. The following results were obtained. 1. It was a reliable method to evaluate skeletal maturation by using cervical vertebrae. 2. In general, cervical vertebral maturation stages of females were higher than those of males at the same age and there were significant differences in statistics at the age of 10.5, 14.5. 3. The age of a female at the same cervical vertebral maturation stage were earlier than that of a male. 4. In the case of males, significant Ar-Gn increases were found between stage 3 and 4,5; Ar-Go increases between stage 4 and 5. 5. In the case of females, significant S-Gn and Ar-Gn increases were (end between stage 3 and 4. 6. Significant body height increases were found between stage 3 and 4 in both sexes. 7. The peak velocity of body height and mandibular length was observed between cervical vertebral maturation stage 3 and 4 in both sexes. 8. The relationship between mandibular & body height changes and specific maturation stage of cervical vertebra was found, therfore using a cervical vertebral maturation indicator as mandibular growth indicator is quite within realms of possibility.

최근 공공기관 및 금융권에서는 경쟁력 향상을 위한 정보시스템의 통합으로 프로젝트 규모가 대형화되고 또한, 프로젝트 수가 증가하고 있어 적절한 소프트웨어 프로젝트 관리 방안이 필요하다. 그러나 프로젝트 관리 영역간의 미치는 영향에 대하여 체계적인 연구가 미흡하였다. 따라서 선행 연구를 통하여 프로젝트 관리에 중요한 영역을 도출하였고, 도출된 "범위, 일정, 품질, 인력, 위험"의 각 영역들간의 상호 미치는 영향도의 분석과 각 영역의 진행 상태를 "계획, 실행, 완료" 단계로 구분하여 수행도를 분석하였다. 분석된 영향도와 수행도의 결과를 종합하여 프로젝트 관리 수준을 평가하는 모델을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 IT 분야의 전문가 그룹을 통해 프로젝트 관리 영역들간의 영향 분석이 실증적으로 연구가 이루어졌고, 또한 각 영역의 진행상태를 측정 함으로써 실무적인 측면에서 더욱 체계적이고 균형 잡힌 프로젝트 관리와 감리 수행 시에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

제로 트러스트 패러다임은 비교적 널리 알려졌지만, 기관과 기업이 제로 트러스트 전환을 위한 정책 수립과 구축 계획을 마련하는 데는 많은 어려움이 있는 상태이다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해, 기관과 기업의 대상 서비스 또는 시스템의 제로 트러스트 전환 계획 수립에 기반이 될 수 있는 제로 트러스트 성숙도 평가 방법론을 제시한다. 또한, 업무중요도를 고려한 제로 트러스트 보안 요구사항 수립과 관련된 핵심 요소별 성숙도 기능에 대해서도 논하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 기관과 기업이 효과적인 제로 트러스트 보안 체계와 보안 인프라 구축 및 운영 계획을 수립하는데 도움이 되는 정보를 제공하고자 한다.

오늘날 선박, 항공, 자동차산업 등의 복합화로 인하여 내장형 소프트웨어의 중요성이 크게 대두되고 있다. 중요도가 높아질수록 고장 현상 발생률이 증가하고 이에 따른 오류나 고장에 대한 영향도 급증 하기 때문에, 신뢰성이 그만큼 중요하게 되었다. 신뢰성은 ISO/IEC 9126, ISO/IEC 12119 등에서 기능성, 사용성, 효율성, 유지보수성, 이식성과 함께 언급되고 있다. 신뢰성의 부특성에는 성숙성, 오류허용성, 회복성, 준수성이 있고, 이에 따라 품질평가 항목 메트릭이 제시되어 있다. 그러나 신뢰성 평가 기준은 수리적 난해함과 데이터 수집에 관한 문제에 부딪혀 적용하는 데에 어려움이 따르는 실정이다. 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 각 세부 평가 항목에 대한 체크리스트를 가지고 품질평가 메트릭에 적용하였다. 또한, 기존에 제시되어 있는 대표적인 신뢰성 모델 두 가지 NHPP(Non-Homogeneous Poisson Process) Model과 Jelinski-Moranda Model을 성숙성과 오류허용성의 품질평가 메트릭과 연관시켜 효율적으로 신뢰성을 측정하는 방안에 대하여 모색하였다.

To investigate the developmental stages of dental and skeletal maturation by ages and the correlations among dental maturity, skeletal maturity of cervical vertebrae, and that of hand-and-wrist, the author used the cephalograms, orthopantomograms, and hand-and-wrist radiograms of 1055 patients (male 458, female 597) aged 7 to 20 years old. In the cephalograms, the skeletal maturity stages of each bone were mainly assessed by Hassel and Farman's cervical vertebrae maturation indicators (CVMI) method. In the orthopantomograms, the dental maturity stages of each tooth were mainly assessed by Nolla's tooth calcification stages method. In the hand-and-wrist radiograms, the skeletal maturity stages of each bone were mainly assessed by Fishman's skeletal maturity indicators (SMI) method. The results were as follows. 1. There was a high correlation among dental maturity, skeletal maturity of cervical vertebrae, and that of hand-and-wrist in the both sexes (P<0.001). 2. There was a high correlation (r=0.91-0.93) between skeletal maturity of cervical vertebrae and that of hand-and-wrist. 3. There was a high correlation (r>0.8) between skeletal maturity of hand-and-wrist and maturity of upper and lower canine, first premolar, and second premolar. 4. There was high a correlation(r=0.8) between skeletal maturity of cervical vertebrae and maturity of upper canine. 5. By the ages, dental maturity, skeletal maturity of cervical vertebrae, and that of hand-and-wrist were obtained in the both sexes. In summary, dental maturity, skeletal maturity of cervical vertebrae, and that of hand-and-wrist we of sufficient diagnostic worth as an index to predict adolescent growth.
