At the point of changing from the capacity qualification of temporary equipments for building to safety certification system, the meaning of qualification and the present state of main products are evaluated for Capacity qualification system and compare with related system in developed country. These suggest classification of temporary equipments for building construction in safety certification. Now, present state of the capacity qualification system is estimated; according to the reforming system from restating law in 2003, there are a lot of changing of application in every 3 years because of that. The ability of Making business is improved by checking again but, there are limitation to constantly keep the safety as the system to approve form about sent imitation products. Changing from the capacity qualification system to safely certification system make to include the structure of the qualification system and make a plan standard. It make least panic in the building market and set up some standards for capacity by changing building circumstance. The classification of temporary equipment for building construction in safety certification from the module of quotation form classify each duty quotation item, self-regulation safely verification item and option quotation item, these will more improve the system form and quality of temporary equipment for building than before.

Although many certification works have been carried out since Green Building Certification was enforced in 2002, analyses of the effects and efforts to improve this system are still poor. In the certification system, the energy performance was usually assessed by Energy Performance Index(EPI) of the Energy Saving Design Standards for Buildings. However, due to the inadequacy of analyses on current situation of the Index, there are difficulties to reform it. In this research of green-certified apartments, the author examined correlations between energy performance indexes and aimed to improve the Index by analyzing the scores based on point distribution of respective fields. The average EPI score of green-certified apartments was 74.68, and there was wide variations in min 63.4 and max 90. Furthermore, the average score of energy consumption, which was allotted the most points, was 7.04 out of 12. Therefore, betterments in the Index such as reinforcement in grade ranges and adjustment of the calculation method are necessary.

UMTS와 같은 제 3세대 이동 통신 시스템에서 공개키 기반 구조의 이용이 가능해짐에 따라 공개키 인증서를 획득한 각 이동 단말들 사이의 암호 통신에 대한 연구가 활발해지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이동 단말기를 소유한 사용자와 디지털 정보 서비스를 운영하는VASP 사이에서의 인증과 지불에 관련된 메커니즘을 제안한다. 이동 사용자는 브로커로부터 획득한 공개키 인증서를 사용하여 다른 도메인에서도 온라인 TTP(Trusted Third Party)의 통신을 거치지 않고도 효율적인 인증 서비스 및 디지털 정보 서비스를 받을 수 있다. 본 논문은 사용자 단말기의 제한된 성능과 이동 통신 환경이라는 제약적인 조건을 고려하여 이에 적합한 소액지불 프로토콜을 제시한다.

Purpose: Infrastructure inspection and its diagnostics technique have been rapidly developing recently. Therefore, it is important to secure the reliability of diagnostic equipment, and this paper deals with inspection of diagnostic equipment, introduction to a certification system and development plans for infrastructure. Method: Several certification systems are established and introduction plans are reviewed through experts by synthesizing the contents of certification research for existing infrastructure diagnosis equipment. In addition, the revision of the law for introduction of the system is reviewed, detailed operation regulations are prepared and phased development plans are reviewed, which are based on the operation scenario. Result: Inspection and certification plans were constructed through four routes in order to consider infrastructure inspection and diagnostic equipment in use, and new diagnostic equipment using state-of-the-art technology. Furthermore, market confusion depending on the introduction of a new certification system is minimized and reliability is secured by transforming a simple inspection system in the short term into a formal certification system in the long term. The law amendments according to the introduction of the system were reviewed and detailed operation regulations were developed. Also, phased development plans, which are based on the long-term development scenario including manpower, infrastructure and specifications, were presented. Conclusion: It is important to secure reliability through the distribution and certification of diagnostic equipment using 4th industrial technology to strengthen the safety management of infrastructure at the national level since the infrastructure is various in type and increasingly large in size. It is also essential to train human resources who can use new technology with inspection and diagnosis system in order to enhance the safety management of all infrastructures. Moreover, it is necessary to introduce a regular inspection system for infrastructure that combines loT technology in the long-term point of view and to promote the introduction by giving active incentives to institutions that actively accept it.

산업안전 보건법에서 유해ㆍ위험한 작업을 필요로 하거나 동력에 의하여 작동하는 기계기구로서 유해ㆍ위험방지를 위해 방호조치가 필요한 기계기구 및 설비에 대하여는 방호장치의 설치를 의무화하고 있고 근로자의 안전을 위하여 작업상 필요한 보호구에 대해서는 신규, 수거, 부분검정을 통해 성능검정을 받도록 하는 검정제도를 의무화하고 있다. 그리고 선반, 컨베이어 등과 같은 산업용 기계류나 해외에서 안전인증획득을 목표로 하는 제품 및 재해예방에 기여할 수 있다고 인정되는 제품 등에 대하여 제품의 구조ㆍ성능 그리고 재료의 안전성에 대한 심사ㆍ시험 및 검사 등을 통하여 안전증표의 사용을 인증할 수 있도록 산업안전보건법 제34조 2항 등에서 검사 검정과 같이 의무화하는 것은 아니지만 다소 강제성의 경향을 갖도록 규정하고 있다.

However, people are in confusion and have an aptitude to waste time and money because these certification systems for buildings have very similar criteria. Outsourcing databases is to offload storage and computationally intensive tasks to the third party server. Therefore, data owners can manage big data, and handle queries from clients, without building a costly infrastructure. However, because of the insecurity of network systems, the third-party server may be untrusted, thus the query results from the server may be tampered with. This problem has motivated significant research efforts on authenticating various queries such as range query, kNN query, function query, etc. Although aggregation queries play a key role in analyzing big data, authenticating aggregation queries has not been extensively studied, and the previous works are not efficient for data with high dimension or a large number of distinct values. In this paper, we propose the AMR-tree that is a data structure, applied to authenticate aggregation queries. We also propose an efficient proof construction method and a verification method with the AMR-tree. Furthermore, we validate the performance of the proposed algorithm by conducting various experiments through changing parameters such as the number of distinct values, the number of records, and the dimension of data.

본 논문은 신원확인 수단으로 부각되어 관심이 높은 홍채인식에 대한 연구이다 홍채인식 시스템의 경우 홍채영역에 따라 각 영상들의 특징 값이 차지하는 비중이 서로 다르게 분포되어 있고 눈썹이나 조명에 의한 잡음으로 인하여 인식성능에 영향을 미친다. 이 경우 기존에 등록되어 인증된 사용자의 홍채영상일지라도 제대로 인식하지 못하거나 인증에 실패할 수 있으며, 실세계에서의 홍채영역 사용이 원활하지 못하게 된다. 그러므로 단일 생체인식 시스템에서 홍채인식을 할 경우, 중요한 특징을 그대로 유지하고 인식성능을 향상시키기 위해서 획득된 홍채 영상의 정규화와 전처리 과정을 거친 다음 홍채영역을 분할한 후 각 영역에서의 보정치 적용을 통한 특징추출 방법을 제안한다. 또한 웨이블릿 변환과 주성분 분석을 이용하여 인식 성능이 개선된 특징추출 방법임을 보인다.
