지난 2000 년대 초반 주요 대기업과 일부 대형 공기업을 중심으로 시작한 BSC 성과관리 구축 움직임이 공공부문 전반으로 빠르게 확산되었다. 하지만 BSC 성과관리에 충분한 준비와 변화관리에 대한 고민 없이 따라하기식 프로젝트가 잇따른다는 지적이 일고 있으며, 운영결과를 어떻게 검증하여 개선해야 하는지에 검증방법이 미흡한 실정이다. BSC 성과관리의 근간이 되는 전략체계도가 과연 설계시 생각한 대로 인과관계를 가지고 있는지, 어떻게 검증하여 개선해야 하는지 구체적인 사례를 통해서 제시하고자 한다.

최근 수심측량 기술의 발달로 싱글빔 수심측량기에서 정밀 다중빔 음향측심기로 진보되었으며, 이 장비를 통하여 취득된 데이터의 정확도를 확보하기 위한 연구가 다양하게 진행되고 있다. 일반적으로 수심측량 정확도는 장비의 성능 및 S/W에 의한 Calibration의 검증만 수행되고 있을 뿐, 절대측량성과에 의한 정량적인 정확도평가가 이루어지지 않고 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 정확도가 검증된 수위계를 이용하여 취득된 데이터의 수심별 오차를 규명하고 IHO의 수심 허용오차와 비교하여 정확도를 평가하였다. 정확도 평가 결과, 성과는 수심이 깊은 지역일수록 오차가 크게 발생하며, 수심이 낮아질수록 오차가 감소함을 알 수 있다. 또한 수위계를 이용한 성과검증시 발생된 수심별 오차를 다중빔음향측심기에서 취득된 성과에 대하여 재보정을 수행함으로 정확도 높은 성과를 취득할 수 있다.

국내 수문자료의 경우 지금까지 자료의 정확성과 관련하여 많은 지적이 있어왔다. 이와 관련하여 정부에서는 유량자료의 정확도를 높이고 전국의 수자원 정보를 파악하기 위하여 유량측정 정확도 향상을 위한 연구에 지원하였으며, 수문관측 매뉴얼을 작성하였고, 각 홍수통제소의 유량측정 과제지시어의 측정 기준 강화를 통해 유량측정의 정확도를 높이기 위해 많은 노력을 하였다. 2003년부터 2006년까지 자료를 바탕으로 유량측정 검증시스템의 적용 결과에 따른 유량측정성과, 수위-유량관계곡선 및 유량자료의 개선된 결과를 소개하고자 한다. 유량측정 검증시스템은 유량측정 기준 강화에 따른 유량측정 성과 개선 파악 및 각각 유량측정성과의 기본특성 검토, 이상치 여부 판별 및 평가 등 유량측정성과의 검증, 개선된 방법론에 따른 수위-유량관계곡선의 작성, 환산된 유량자료의 평가 및 평가 결과 개선이 필요한 경우 수위-유량관계곡선을 반복 재작성하는 과정으로 이루어진다. 또한 해당지점의 향후 유량측정시 보완 사항을 파악함으로써 장기 수문관측의 정확도를 높이는 시스템을 구축하는 것이 기본이다.

When a system or service is realized, it needs to be verified by requirements. The process of verification is to check whether customers/stakeholders requirements have been property transformed into a system or service. A set of verification processes is described in the international or industrial standards. However, it is not appropriate to directly apply those verification processes in the national research and development projects. In particular, we noticed the problem in the development of safety systems, standards and process in the railway systems domain. As such, this paper is concerned with a detailed development of the verification process in that domain. Specifically, an effective and efficient verification process is presented regarding the safety systems and process, safety standards, and safety documents. Also, the verification process was modeled by a computer-aided systems engineering tool, Cradle(R). As a result, the outcomes of the verification process on be managed efficiently.

본 연구에서는 증권사 정보시스템의 아웃소싱 성과에 영향을 미치는 기업특성적 변인에 대해 파악하고자, 아웃소싱 수혜기업인 증권사의 조직 및 부문적 특성이 아웃소싱 정도의 매개효과를 통해 아웃소싱 성과(업무효용성, 업무능률성, 업무생산성, 예산감소율)에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증적으로 검증하였다. 증권사의 조직적 특성(경쟁전략, 재무능력)이 아웃소싱 정도를 매개로 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증한 가설 1과 증권사의 부문적 특성(업무특수성, IT 자원, IT 역량)이 아웃소싱 정도를 매개로 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증한 가설 2를 실증분석한 결과, 경쟁전략, 재무능력, 업무특수성, IT 자원, IT 역량의 요인들이 아웃소싱 정도를 통해 업무효용성과 예산감소율에 영향을 주는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히 재무능력, IT 역량 등이 업무효용성, 예산감소율과 같은 정보시스템 아웃소싱의 성과에 상대적으로 많은 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 정보시스템 아웃소싱 정도의 매개효과를 확인할 수 있었다.

본 연구의 목적은 첫째 창업자가 창업을 함에 있어 창업준비를 통해 창업성과에 미치는 영향관계와 본질적으로 항상 내재되어 있는 실패에 대한 두려움 요인이 창업성과에 미치는 영향 관계를 실증 검증하고자 한다. 두 번째로 상반된 개념의 독립변수가 동시에 종속변수에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 이에 따라 변수간의 상관관계를 분석하고, 사회적지지를 조절변수로 하여 창업준비와 창업실패에 대한 부담감에 조절효과가 있는지 검증하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구의 의의는 창업준비와 창업실패 부담감이 창업성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 규명하고 사회적지지의 조절효과 요인을 분석하는데 있다. 연구의 학문적 함의점은 주요 많은 국내문헌에서 창업실패감과 창업의지에 관한 연구중심에서 벗어나 창업준비와 실패에 대한 부담감이 창업성과에 미치는 영향을 직접적으로 검증하는데 있다. 또한 창업자들이 인식하고 있는 창업준비와 창업실패에 대한 부담감이 창업성과와의 영향관계를 파악하여 구체적인 실무적 시사점을 제공할 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 최근 객체지향 설계에 많이 사용되고 있는 객체지향 다이아그램들의 일관성과 완전성을 해결하기 위하여 [1]에서 제공된 일관성과 완전성 규칙들을 기반으로 다이아그램들을 검증할 수 있는 검증 모델을 프레임을 이용하여 설계하였다. 본 논문에서는 프레임을 이용한 설계 과정을 보이기 위하여 다이아그램의 일관성과 완전성을 검증할 수 있는 검증 모델에 대한 각 다이아그램을 대상으로 정보를 유도하였고 유도된 정보를 기반으로 검증에 기초가 되는 공통 내부 표현을 프레임을 이용하여 설계하는 과정을 제시하였다. 설계된 검증 모델은 다양한 객체지향 다이아그램에 대하여 적용이 가능하며 기존의 다이아그래밍 도구와도 결합이 가능하도록 구성되어 있다.

This study aims to examine the intermediary roles of employee performance between high performance work system (HPWS) and its operational performance on the resource based view. Taking into account the unit of analysis, this study used a hierarchical linear modeling analysis in order to test rigorously the association between HPWS at the organisational level and employee performance at the individual level. For this empirical test, Human Capital Corporate Panel (HCCP) data including 316 firms and 7,872 respondents (including 923 team leaders) were used. To meet the unit of analysis and test the mediation effect, data at the individual and team level were aggregated into the organisational level. The empirical results show that HPWS have a positive impact on operational performance as well as employee performance such as job satisfaction, organisational commitment and organisational trust. Regarding the mediation effect, job satisfaction and organisational trust mediate between HPWS and operational performance. Theoretical implications are discussed in conclusion.

This study examines the effect of deviant strategies on corporate value and future performance by departing from the same strategy as other firms in the same industry. Business strategy affects the development and growth potential of a firm and becomes an important factor in determining future performance and corporate value. Business strategies differ according to industrial characteristics, and a firm that implements a heterogeneous strategy within the same industry may have different future performance or corporate value compared to other firms. This study analyzed listed firms from 2011 to 2019 in order to verify the effect of strategic deviation on the relationship between future performance or corporate value. The analysis results are as follows. First, strategic deviation was found to have a positive (+) effect on corporate value, but it was found to have a negative (-) effect on future performance and also affect the persistence of performance. These results are meaningful in examining the effect of strategic deviation on corporate value or future performance and performance persistence by classifying strategies in prior studies and expanding the results that the type of strategy affects corporate value and future performance.

This paper shows that the motives of foreign market entry is classified into the motive of overseas propensity(Motive(M) 1) and of the limited competition of domestic market(Motive(M) 2). International preparing activities are also divided into the activity of ex-ante forecasting and market research(Activity(A) 1), and of ex-ante cooperation and business experience with local firms(Activity(A) 2). M 1 and M2 of Taiwanese ventures can not explain the local performance, but both the influence of M 1 on international preparing activity and business performance, and inter-relationship between Performance(P) 1 and 2 are statistically significant at the 5 % level of significance. On the other hand, Korean ventures in Deadeok Innopolis show that the influence of Activity 1 such as ex-ante forecasting and market research on business performance(P 1) is statistically significant at the 5 % level of significance, but both the relationship between the motive of foreign market entry and P 1 or P 2, and inter-relationship between P 1 and P 2 are not statistically significant. This study finds out there exists the distinct difference owing to their own nationality between Taiwanese and Korean ventures.
