In this paper a two-step algorithm is proposed to efficiently generate rebar elements from 3D CAD data in the context of CAD/CAE data transfer. The first step is an algorithm to identify various type rebar objects and their attributes by analyzing 3D CAD data in STEP format, which is one of the international data standards. The second algorithmic step is a procedure to generate one-dimensional rebar elements from the object data made through the first step for finite element analysis or other CAE tasks. Successful rebar element data generation from real 3D CAD data for a reinforced concrete structure shows the efficacy of the proposed algorithm.

New technologies such as the IoT, Big Data, and Artificial Intelligence, starting from the Web, mobile, and smart device, enable new business models that did not exist before, and various types of Internet companies based on these business models has been emerged. In this research, we examine the factors that influence the success and failure of Internet companies. To do this, we review the recent studies on business model and examine the variables affecting the success of Internet companies in terms of network effect, user interface, cooperation with actors, creating value for users. Using the five derived variables, we will select 14 Internet companies that succeeded and failed in seven commercial business model categories. We derive decision tree by applying inductive learning based on ID3 algorithm to the analysis result and derive rules that affect success and failure based on derived decision tree. With these rules, we want to present the strategic implications for actors to succeed in Internet companies.

The importance of platform businesses in the global market is growing, but in Korea, platform businesses with a global competitive edge are rare. This study compared the competitiveness of the local and international platform businesses by analyzing the six success factors of platform businesses. It surveyed 104 professionals in ICT regarding the competitiveness of SNS services (Kakao Talk, Facebook), mobile payment systems (Samsung Pay, Apply Pay), digital content (Naver, YouTube), online shopping (G Market, Amazon) and education (K-MOOC, MOOC). In sum, the local platform business sector, compared to its U.S. counterpart, is lagging behind in creativity, value creation, cost reduction, networking effects and the ability to build, change and develop new ecosystems.

This study is performed to measure a performance of IMS using Delone & McLean's Information Success Model as a practical analysis for IMS implementation and their effects. For this, I reviewed the pre-research literatures to attain the measurement factors for IMS implementation and information system success model. For inspecting the hypotheses, answered the questionaries to the IMS managers. The results are as follows: the first, to improve the user's will, they have to focus on the service quality. The second, to improve the user's satisfaction, focus on the system quality. Finally, which affect on the performance is user's will rather than satisfaction.

미래 청년기업가들의 우수한 창업아이템과 기술이 한자리에 모인 국내 최대 창업행사‘2004 대한민국창업대전’이 12월 3일부터 사흘 동안 서울무역전시장에서 열렸다. ‘새로운 도전, 성공의 첫걸음(Challenge, Beyond Success)’이라는 슬로건으로 열린 행사에는 중소기업청 김성진 청장과 협회 장흥순 회장, 한국여성벤처협회 이영남 회장 등 유관 기관장들이 대거 참석했으며, 행사 기간 동안 4만 여명의 관람객이 행사장을 찾았다. 중소기업청이 주최하고 벤처기업협회가 주관한 이번 행사에서 학생부 69팀, 일반부 50팀 등 총 119개 팀이 참가하여 창업아이템의 열띤 경합을 벌였다. 또 1:1 맞춤상담, 기술거래장터 및 기술발표회 등의 부대행사와 창업성공을 기원하는 대굿, 패션쇼 등 다채로운 행사가 열렸다. 김성진 청장은“무한경쟁시대는 기술발전을 끊임없이 요구하고 있어 창업활성화는 미래를 위해 중요한 요소”라며“우리 경제의 희망이자 내일인 창업에 매진하고 있는 모든 이들의 성공을 기원한다”고 말했다. 중소기업청은 앞으로 창업대전이 명실상부한 종합창업행사로 자리매김 할 수 있도록 행사규모를 지속적으로 확대시키고, 포상훈격 격상 및 입상자들에 대한 종합적인 사업화 연계지원 등을 강화해나갈 계획이다.

깊은 전통 문화를 지닌 중국 전통 요소들은 줄곧 예술 창작의 발원지였고 사람들에게 잘 알려진 신화, 전설과 고전 명작들을 탄생해냈다.<대성귀래>의 성공은 단지 수많은 애니메이터들의 꿈일 뿐만 아니라 중국 전통 요소들의 재차 발광과 승화이다. <대성귀래>는 중국 고전 <서유기>를 배경으로 영화 전반의 제작에 중국 요소를 활용함과 동시에 사상에 대한 전통 문화의 속박을 깨뜨려 현실 생활과 절묘하게 결합해 대중들에게 전면적이고 새로운 영화 이념을 펼쳐냈다.<대성귀래>를 연구 대상으로 하는 것은 우리가 중국 애니메이션 콘셉트의 발전 추이를 알아가는데 새로운 시각을 제공할 것이다. 본문은 중국 전통 요소인 <대성귀래> 속 배역과 장면 및 배경 음악의 활용에 대한 분석을 통해 <대성귀래>속 중국 요소가 뛰어난 빛을 낸 활용에 대해 연구하였다.

성공적인 의사소통의 경우에 성(性)이, 이(理)와 명(命)으로 나타난 것이 같다. 진리(aletheia)가, 언어(logos)와 운명(moira)으로 나타난 것들이 일치하는 것이 성공적인 언화행위가 된다. 측정대상(melos)과 본체(ousia)가 구분되는 것은 언어와 운명의 괴리가 있을 수 있기 때문이다. 체계적인 언어처리의 지식기반을 측정대상에 한정한다. (1) 철학의 시작은 더 옳은 언어표현의 정의(definition)로 이전의 잘못 사용된 언어처리를 대체시키는 것으로 소크라테스는 보았다. [R. Crossman] (2)잘못을 지적하는 등에(Tabanidae)의 역할과 옳은 지식의 상기를 돕는 산파법(maieutics)이 소크라테스의 의미분석의 방법이다. [R. Crossman] (3) 언어를 통하여 진리를 추구한다는 입장(via language)에서 한 언어표현이 그 진리의 운명으로 나타남과 어긋날 때, 운명을 택하는 것은 조화 보다 더 안정의 우위를 인정하는 논리적인 입장으로 합리성 보다 실용(pragma)의 우위를 인정하는 것이다. [W. Quine] (4) 공동체의 공통규범의 추구는 그 언어 속의 공통의 형식 또는 법칙의 추구에 기초하는 것이 자연스럽다. 여기에서 그 언어사용은 그 기저의 법칙(underlying rule)에 개입한다는 입장에 기초한다. [J. Searle] (5) 진리의 언어표현과 운명적인 사태들 사이의 괴리를 처리하기 위하여 체계적인 언어표현의 대상(The Young Tableaux)과 실제(The continuum)의 구분을 수용한다. [AMS(2000)]언어표현의 대상은 나타난 것(顯)이고 실제에는 나타나지 않은 것도 있다. [伊川, 明道] (6) 이 나타난 것과 나타나지 않은 것에 간격이 없다는 것(顯微無間)은 그 의사소통이 성공적인 것이라는 것을 말한다. 따라서 그 언어의 표현완전성(functional completeness)은 언화행위가 성공적이라는 것이다. [J. Searle] (7) 수로 쓰인 것(象數)과 시로 쓰인 것(義理)이 하나인 것은 그 나타난 것과 나타나지 않은 것들 사이에 어떠한 틈도 없음을 말한다. [成中英] (8) 공통의 규범의 공통성 속에 규범적인 측면이 벌써 있다. 공통성에서 개인적이 아닌 공적인 규범으로의 전이는 규범, 가치, 규칙, 과정, 제도로의 전이라고 본다. [C. Morrison] (9) 우리의 언어사용에 신비적인 요소를 부인할 수가 없다. 넓은 의미의 발화의미(utterance meaning) 속에 신비적인 요소나 애정표시도 수용된다. 의미분석은 지금 한글을 연구하고, 그 결과에 의존하여서 우리의 실제의 생활에 사용하는 $\boxDr$한국어사전$\boxUl$등을 만드는 과정에서, 어떤 의미에서 실험되었다고 말할 수가 있는 언어과학의 연구의 결과에 의존하여서 수행되는 철학적인 작업이다. 여기에서는 하나의 철학적인 연구의 시작으로 받아들여지는 이 의미분석의 문제를 반성하여 본다.

This study empirically explores the relationship among knowledge management success factors (leadership, organizational culture, information technology, measurement, incentive, knowledge quality), knowledge management activities(knowledge creation and knowledge use), and task performance in disaster management area. Findings suggest that (1) organization culture, information technology, incentive and quality of knowledge are significantly related to knowledge creation activities while leadership, information technology, incentive and quality of knowledge are significantly related to knowledge use activities, (2) higher level of knowledge creation is related to high level of knowledge use, and (3) the level of knowledge use activities seems to be significantly related to task performance in disaster management, while knowledge creation activities are not.
