This paper verifies if the engagement in social activities mediates the effects of human, economic and cultural capitals on successful aging in elderly citizens. The questionnaire survey data collected from 356 elderly citizens aged 65 and over in Busan undergoes structural equation modeling for analysis. The analysis highlights the following. First, human and cultural capitals influence social engagement activities whereas economic capital does not. Second, economic capital affects successful aging whereas human and cultural capitals do not. Third, engagement in social activities impacts on successful aging. Fourth, engagement in social activities mediates the effects of human, economic and cultural capitals on successful aging. Based on these findings, this paper makes suggestions for improving the capitals and social activities of the elderly for successful aging.

SISP(strategic information system planning) is an important part of IS management. Through it, organizations establish effective long-term use of IS and ensure their support of organizational objectives. This entails establishing priorities for implementation of new applications, developing policies and procedures for managing the IS function and IS services, and construction of information architecture. Many studies have tried to improve SISP practice by discussing planning problems, identifying factors critical to the success of planning efforts, and providing methodologies for carrying out the process. Others tested the appropriateness of formal SISP under varying contextual circumstances and examined a number of contextual variables for their effects on SISP practice and its effectiveness. In this paper, the two criteria(the improvement of planning capabilities and the fulfillment of planning objectives) of successful SISP will be given and the relationship between organizational variable(IS-present role, IS-future role, formalization, time horizon) and improvement of planning capabilities will be analyzed. And then the relationship between improvement of planning capabilities and fulfillment of planning objectives will be examined. Specific description about the purpose of this study is as follow: (1) What are the determinants of successful SISP? (2) Which contextual factors are important and how strong are their influences to the improvement of planning capabilities? (3) How important is the improvement of planning capabilities to the fulfillment of planning objectives?

본 연구는 창업성공과 투자회수에 대한 결정요인을 탐색적으로 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 120개의 소자본 자영업 창업업체를 대상으로 연구 자료를 수집하여 실증적 분석을 하였다. 본 연구는 창업성공과 투자회수의 결정요인으로서 창업유형(전문창업 또는 모방 창업), 창업자의 개인특성(연령, 전문성), 사업특성(상권위치, 창업규모, 가족경영)을 선정하여 그 영향을 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전문창업이 창업성공과 투자회수에 대하여 긍정적 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 창업자의 개인특성에 있어서 창업자의 연령은 투자회수에 긍정적 영향이 있었으며, 창업자의 전문성은 창업성공에 긍정적 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사업상의 특성에 있어서 가족경영은 창업성공에 있어서 긍정적 영향이 있는 반면에 투자회수에 있어서는 부정적 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 창업규모는 투자회수에 부정적 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 연구결과의 이론적 논리적 시사점에 대하여 논의하였다.

This study was conducted to predict sociocultural psychological variables affecting successful aging of the elderly. The participants were 187 elderly people aged at least sixty who used 16 elderly welfare centers in G metropolitan city and J and S city from december 2018 to january 2019. Data analysis was done by using SPSS WIN 23.0 program, for one-way ANOVA, independent t-test, pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression. This study showed a positive correlation between successful aging and basic psychological need, ego-integrity, cultural competence. The ego-integrity(${\beta}=.372$, p<.001), cultural competence(${\beta}=.410$, p<.001), relationship(${\beta}=.168$, p=.003) have a 71.1% explanatory power for the successful aging of the elderly. It is necessary to develop sociocultural psychological programs to promote self-integration, cultural competence, and relationship for successful aging of the elderly.

소아치과 영역의 진료를 성공적으로 하기 위해서는 어린이를 잘 다루는 것이 선행되어야 한다. 성공적인 소아취급(management)은 시술을 용이하게 하여주고 어린이의 정신적인 손상도 적게 하여준다. 이를 위해서는 치과의사는 우선 일반적인 어린이의 정신발달과 인격발달사항을 알고 있어야 하며, 각 환자의 행동을 관찰 분석하고 이해해야 성공적으로 소아취급을 할 수 있다. 소아환자의 취급은 여러 가지 방법이 문헌에 의해서 소개되고 있으나 일반적으로 흔히 사용하는 방법을 기술하고자 한다.

본 연구는 SCM의 전략적인 성공적인 운영을 위하여 선행연구를 통해 SCM의 성공요인을 도출하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 국내 상장기업 중 공급망 관리를 추진하고 있는 기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 수집된 데이터로 실증 분석을 하였다. 실증 분석 결과 SCM의 주요 성공요인은 "CEO의 리더십 SCM 의지", "SC간 정보공유", "상황변화에 신속공동 대응", "SCM 전담팀의 구성", "SC간 협업", "파트너 간 상호신뢰" 요인으로 함축 되었으며 SCM에 대한 주요 성공요인이 변화 관리적인 측면에서 지속적으로 추진되어야 함을 시사하고 있다.

The purpose of the this research is to find out what basic factors of aging for korean elderly(above 65years old). First of all, 90 preliminary questions were developed from 551 questionnaires. In addition, some practices of the composition factors were carried out from another 552 seniors and additional tests were tried for composition validity, certified validity and successful aging standards from other 399 elders. The survey showed that the standard of the successful aging for korean elderly, which was composed of 47 questions, displayed satisfaction of everyday life, off-spring's success, psychological support, positive activity. sense of self effectiveness, mental stability, satisfaction of spousal relationship and family support. The reliability of the Validation of Successful Aging for Korean Elderly showed high internal consistency of 0.932. It is also verified that the relationship between the factors and the questions has statistically meaningful, which makes it possible to confirm the reliability of the structure of the factors.

최근의 사회경제적 변화는 그 속도가 빨라짐과 동시에 불학실성이 극도로 높아짐에 따라, 대기업을 비롯하여 과거 큰 성장을 이루어왔던 기성기업들의 기존 사업 강화와 미래 성장동력 확보가 더욱 어려운 현실이 되었다. 이러한 불확실성이 높은 기업환경에서 내부 시스템에만 의존적인 전략으로는 한계가 명확하여, 기업들이 외부의 자원을 활용하여 내부적인 대규모 투자 위험을 줄이고 신규사업의 불확실성에 대처하는 개방형 혁신전략이 필수적으로 받아들여져 왔다. 이러한 개방적 혁신 전략의 중요한 수단으로서 CVC(Corporate Venture Capital)는 그동안 미국을 중심으로 40여년간 활발히 활용되어 왔고 학문적 연구 대상으로 자리 잡았으나, 한국에서는 극히 일부 기업을 통해서만 전략적으로 운영되어 왔고 그 구분도 명확하지 않아 CVC에 대한 연구가 상당히 미약한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 국내외의 기존 연구 결과들을 분석하여 CVC에 대한 정의와 운영상 특징에 대하여 살펴보고, CVC가 운영 기업 및 벤처기업의 기술혁신과 가치제고에 미치는 제반 조건들의 분석을 통하여 CVC가 성공적인 양방향적 성과도출을 만드는 최적의 모델을 도출하여 보았다. CVC는 첫째, 불확실성이 높은 산업에 속한 기업들간의 투자관계가 성립될 때, 둘째, 설립 시 전략적인 포커스가 명확할 때, 셋째, 모기업이 영위하는 산업과 같은 분야에 속한 벤처기업들에 투자하며 동시에 서로가 공유 할 보완적 자산이 존재할 때, 마지막으로, 금융적 성과에 대해서 해당 매니저에 대한 성과보상을 일반 벤처캐피탈과 동일하게 지급할 때 가장 성공적인 성과를 만들어 낼 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이를 통해 도출된 시사점들을 바탕으로 더 많은 기성기업들이 성공적으로 CVC를 운영한다면, 신성장동력 확보와 대기업-벤처기업간 상생혁신을 이룰 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 창업문화 확산에도 기여를 할 수 있을 것으로 기대 한다.

With using the 4th and 5th wave of KLoSA(Korean Longitudinal Study of Aging), this study analyzed the effect of the factors of Rowe and Kahn's successful aging model on the life satisfaction of older adults. The target population of this study was 1,385 who is older than 65. As data analysis, hierarchical multiple regression was used. The variables such as demographics, avoiding diseases and disability, high cognitive and physical function and engagement with life, relationship with adult children were entered hierarchically for the regression analysis. Since there are differences of longevity by gender, the difference of factors of successful aging were compared by marital status. In this study (besides Rowe and Kahn's successful aging model such as avoiding disease and disability, high cognitive and physical function, and engagement with life), the relationships with adult children were analyzed additionally. Findings show that married older adults were older and reside with their adult children twice more than those who do not have a spouse. According to research results, regular exercise and memory skills were important factors of affecting life satisfaction. Among the categories of active engagement, meeting with friends, relatives and neighbors were significant. Contact with their adult children by mail or phone were the most important factors affecting the older adults' life satisfaction. The three parts of successful aging were various depending on the operationalization of variables.
