The purpose of this study is to establish a prototype system for effective construction safety management. The research method involves comparison and adaptation into construction of quality and environment management systems in foreign and domestic manufacturing fields. The results of this study we as follows: The suggested model for construction safety management can be used effectively for the parties such as employer, employees, stakeholders, and the public especially through the application of performance measuring and reporting system.

1990년 대 이후 대한민국의 음악 엔터테인먼트 컨텐츠는 동서양을 넘어 각 대륙으로 수출되며 다양한 부가 가치를 창출하고 있다. 이에 따라 엔터테인먼트 산업은 직업과 진로의 선택에 있어 젊은 층의 높은 선호를 받고 있지만 업계의 외형적 성장에 비해 내부의 직업적 환경과 만족도는 열악한 상황으로 90년 대 이전 '도제 방식'이라는 미명 하에 이어져 온 텃세와 관행 등은 업계 종사자와 신규 창업자를 이탈시키고 있다. 산업의 선순환과 지속 가능성 제고를 위하여 다양한 형태의 청년 창업 지원이 이루어지고 있으나 실제 창업현장에서의 효과는 미미한 실정이다. 본 연구는 SWOT 모델을 이용하여 음악 엔터테인먼트 분야 청년 창업의 강점과 약점, 창업 환경에 따른 위기와 기회를 분석한 후 음악 엔터테인먼트 분야 청년 창업의 시사점을 제시하고 성공 전략을 모색하고자 한다.

Since community growth and vitality frequently depend on local businesses and community inhabitants depend on local retailers for their daily necessities, studying small businesses in rural areas is important to community sustainability. The purpose of our research was to investigate what marketing, merchandising, customer service, or business operation strategies were being implemented by successful independent rural retailers(i.e., clothing, jewelry, floral, hardware etc.), in competition with large discount stores in the U.S.. In addition, social capital as indicated by community involvement was examined for its use as a business strategy that contributes to the success of small retailers. In-depth interviews were conducted with 27 rural retailers representing three communities within a Midwestern state. Data were content analyzed. Participants were following several of the recommended business strategies but opportunities existed to implement changes. Results are discussed in terms of key practices followed by these successful small business owners.

Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) refers to factors that are important for assessing a firm's social and environmental effect, as well as its governance standards. This paper investigates the relationship between ESG-based corporate governance and SDGs strategy implementation by discussing about incorporating ESG issues into corporate operations. It digs into the advantages and disadvantages of aligning corporate governance with the SDGs, demonstrating the potential for delivering long-term value for both firms and society as a whole. In this paper, we investigate ESG-Based Knowledge Management (ESG-KM), a knowledge management system that incorporates sustainability principles. More specifically, the paper investigates how the synergy between ESG-KM and ESG-Based Corporate Governance (ESG-CG) might influence firms' long-term value creation, stakeholder involvement, and sustainable decision-making. Finally, this paper investigates how public organizations might use knowledge management to improve the implementation and effect of ESG-CG principles, resulting in better sustainable outcomes. Public enterprises may support responsible decision-making, increase stakeholder involvement, and achieve long-term performance by linking ESG principles with corporate governance standards. The paper then explores how ESG-KM might help public firms integrate these concepts into their governance structures. The scientific novelty of this paper resides in its thorough investigation, realistic implementation methodologies, and novel combination of ESG principles, corporate governance, and knowledge management. Furthermore, by providing actionable insights and emphasizing the application of these concepts in the context of public enterprises, the paper makes a valuable contribution to the field of management, propelling the discourse on responsible and sustainable business practices in both the private and public sectors.

RFID 기술의 도입 및 이에 대한 투자는 기업이나 국가의 경쟁력 확보와 생존을 위한 필수 요건이 되고 있는 현실에서 국내에서도 많은 기업들이 RFID의 도입 및 활용 범위 확대를 신중하게 고려하고 있다. 그러나 국내의 많은 기업들도 RFID 기술 도입의 필요성과 중요성은 긍정적으로 인식하고 있지만, 도입에 따른 성공사례들이 많지 않고 RFID기술 도입에 따르는 기존업무 관행이나 비즈니스 프로세스에도 큰 변화가 예상되기 때문에 새로운 정보기술인 RFID 도입을 망설이고 있는 형편이다. 국내의 RFID와 관련한 연구는 RFID자체의 기술적인 측면이나 정부가 추진하는 RFID 관련 여러 정책 분야에서 개별기업 또는 관련 기업 간에는 활발히 진행되고 있지만 많은 기업들이 도입 확산 할 수 있는 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 RFID 기술 도입에 관한 다양한 연구에 있어서 제조업체, 유통업체, 물류업체 등 국내 5만여 업체가 공동으로 사용하고 있는 Pallet Pool System에 RFID기술 적용에 관하여 연구함으로서 개별기업의 차원을 넘어 많은 기업들이 RFID Pallet Pool System(RPPS)을 통하여 RFID System을 도입함으로서 공급망상에서 필요로 하는 정보를 유효하게 수집할 수 있는 방안을 제시함으로서 SCM분야의 물류체계 개선에 시너지 효과를 창출하려는데 연구의 목적이 있다.

There have been many critical point of view on the Korean industrial relations arguing that its conflictual nature and combative unions, and too much protective labor laws make the foreign investors to avoid Korea as an investment location. This argument has been raised since IMF' financial bail-out when Korea needed badly foreign FDI. Since then, however, any significant improvement in industrial relations field has not been made. In this kind of dead-lock situation, the Ireland' success story give us an important lesson, in which the strong economic growth had been made through the massive FDI, stimulated by the social partnership between government, unions and employers. Our study has an aim to examine the several success factors for Ireland's economic success, and to take a deep look into the context and characteristics of the Ireland' social partnership, and its outcome. We also try to draw some lessons to Korean economy, in particular, in its economic policy and industrial relations.

The initial start-up founders are also often successful and sometimes unsuccessful. Conditions of establishment, it is necessary to management strategies such as site selection and strong entrepreneurial spirit with matching funds force to their aptitude. However, novice founder, in real estate transactions, there is a case in which a freak accident, such as the double sale occurs. South Korea's real estate transactions practice, difficult subject to systematic support, even as has been resolved legally, the damage of the victim so that the difficult issues that remain intact occurs. Therefore, beyond the problem to punish the perpetrators in such breach of trust crimes a legally double trade to this, is the strategy through the management histological approach received victim now of damage is required. The Korean military is preparing for successful manpower reduction using advanced science and technology, in addition to carrying out the initiative of the Defense Innovation 4.0. Accordingly, studies on core technologies related to defense reform have been conducted both internally and externally in the military, and the corresponding results have also been applied. Nevertheless, compared to the development of such technologies, it is considered necessary to have more preparation for the policies related to the operation of the newly introduced equipment. As for the placement of personnel and the organization of time in service (TIS) with respect to the operation of surveillance equipment, there has been a tendency to sustain the conventional practice. Therefore, this study intends to suggest the schemes for facilitating policy improvements in the operation of manpower and security regulations in the field of information for the purpose of introducing a successful next-generation coastal guard system. To do this, the approach of this study was focused on the policies for the operation of the guard system. This is in contrast to previous studies that centered on its equipment and technologies. In addition, how to efficiently operate the guard system was also studied in view of cognitive science by deriving the most efficient time for a person to execute surveillance through the monitor based on the previous studies.
