  • 최근 인구와 기계문명의 발달로 예전에 비해 좀더 복잡한 응급 사고가 발생하고 있다. 현재 응급 구조 시스템은 타인에 의한 신고나 정적인 웹페이지로 수집된 정보를 통해 당시 상황에 맞춰 응급 체계를 수립하고 있다. 이는 비전문 의료인인 구급대원의 현장 판단과 의료기관으로의 부적절한 판단으로 인해 응급 환자의 적절한 치료의 가능성을 낮추는 요인이 될 수 있다. 따라서 선행연구로써 기존의 응급 의료 시스템에 멀티 에이전트 개념을 도입하여 멀티 에이전트 기반의 응급 의료 시스템(MAEMS)을 모델링하였다. 멀티 에이전트 시스템은 독립적인 성격과 자율적인 성격으로 않은 부분에 응용되어 설계되고 있다. 특히 에이전트의 독립적인 성격은 이질적인 환경에서 동일한 목적의 행위를 수행할 수 있으며, 동적으로 많은 변화가 있는 상황에서 자율적으로 판단하여 행동할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 MAEMS에 구성되어 있는 각 에이전트를 구현하며, ARENA를 통해 시뮬레이션함으로써 실제 통계자료와 비교하여 멀티 에이전트를 도입한 응급 의료 시스템의 효율성에 대해 연구한다.

은행원의 Big5 성격이 창업 의도에 미치는 영향: 디지털미디어 활용역량을 매개 변수로

  • 본 연구의 목적은 금융기관 종사자의 Big5 성격요인에 따른 창업의도를 밝히는데 있다. 또한 디지털미디어 활용 역량이라는 매개 변수가 창업의도에 어떠한 영향을 끼치는지 알아보고자 한다. 금융기관 중 제1 금융권에 재직중인 은행원으로 대상을 세분화하여 살펴볼 예정이다. 은행원의 창업의도에 관한 선행 연구가 적을 뿐만 아니라, 그 내용도 직장 내에서의 직무 만족이나 고용불안정에 따른 이직과 창업의도, 그리고 은퇴 후의 삶에 대한 논문이 다수이다. IT와 핀테크의 발달로 인해 은행의 구조조정은 꾸준히 진행되어 왔으며 앞으로도 지속적으로 실행되어질 것이다. 대상자의 확대로 정년과 상관없이 30대 이후의 모든 연령층에서 희망퇴직이 이루어지고 있는데, 30~40대의 희망퇴직자는 상당수 이직이나 창업에 뜻을 두고 있다. 은행원의 성격 특성을 분리하고 창업의 성장에 중요한 역할을 하고 있는 디지털미디어 활용역량을 분석하여 창업의도와 어떠한 관계가 있는지 살펴볼 예정이다. 은행원의 특성에 맞는 창업교육프로그램이 이루어진다면 창업의 성공적인 결과를 이루어내는데 기여할 것으로 예상된다.

Heart rate variability of students in hospital clinical practice by MBTI character types (MBTI성격유형에 따른 병원 임상실습 중인 응급구조학과 학생의 심박변이도 변화에 관한 연구)

  • This study examined the relationship between the MBTI character types and heart rate variability. The subjects were 25 students in the department of emergency medical technology in C city, Chungnam, Korea. The heart rate variability was measured under two conditions: a stable state, and in the second week and fourth week in clinical practice. The period of the heart rate variability measurements was from Jun. 21, 2013 to Jul. 26, 2013.The changes in the HRV at the stable state and during clinical practice depending on the MBTI character types, and the HRV at the stable state and during clinical practice according to the distribution chart of four character types showed a significant difference in the nHF and standard deviation of all R-R intervals (SDNN). In the changes in the HRV at the stable state and during clinical practice depending on the preference distribution chart of each indicator, the T-F group and J-P group in the nLF, T-F group and J-P group in the nHF, S-N group in the standard deviation of all R-R intervals (SDNN) and the J-P group in the mHR showed a significant difference.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the possibility of Hologram media as Advertising media in terms of comsumer communication. First, Motivation and Personality Traits was set variables that drive consumer media experience and, also examined the impact on eWOM and Purchase Intention structurally. As the result, it Found that Intrinsic and Social motivation of consumers have a positive impact on the media experience, eWOM and PI. In the case of Personality Triats, Openness to the motivation, Openness and Extraversion had an impact of positive to the degree of eWOM. Furthermore, eWOM influence on PI positively. This result can be considered the need for the Media MIX Strategy or IMC.

  • It is important to create animation storytelling because it is the most critical factor to make animation successful at the box-office. As such, lots of researchers have paid attention to Disney's animations because the Walt Disney company has produced the largest number of interesting animations. One of Disney's strategies to make story interesting is the application of original works that were already open to public. On this point, this article explores how Disney deals with characters in its animation that is based on an original work. Drawing a comparison between characters of and those of "Hua Mulan", which is its original work, this article focuses on how characters are created and used for the purpose of managing animation storytelling. Significant differences between two works exist. That is to say, actively makes the use of characters. First, it creates several new characters that are not seen in "Hua Mulan." Those characters can be divided into three groups by their roles; realistic characters, unrealistic characters, and realistic characters of unrealistic personalities. Second, Mulan in has both masculine initiative and feminine adaptability, and each one is used as necessary through the whole narrative. Last, it sets up a relationship between characters either in a blood-based family category or in a social category. Through these results, it is possible to confirm that this modification of characters is solely to manage the narrative with more flexibility.

A study on the graphology in Korean based on relationship with personality types (한글에 대한 필적분석과 성격유형과의 관계성에 대한 연구)

  • The effort for identifying personal information for example one's personality, based on one's handwriting has been continued in foreign countries, however, there is no research on the graphology for Korean in Korea. In the area of handwriting analysis, of course, they have made attempts to identifying people depended on expert's individual ability or judgment. For these reasons, the academic approach is needed for the graphology for Korean. In this thesis, we performed the frequency analysis, test of difference, cross tabulation analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and logistic regression analysis by using the data on the test of personality diagnosis based on 5 factors method and writing habits such as the size and slope of letters for 339 adults. It can be shown that the 5 factors method has high consistency and reliability, so we accept these 5 factors as the personalities. In cross tabulation analysis, it is found that there is significant relationship between sex and the size of letters, hometown and the margin, job and habit. The correlations between 5 factors are very high and we can find the useful relationships between 5 factors and writing habit through regression analysis and correlation analysis. It is difficult and impossible to compare the Graphology between English and Korean because there are various interpretations and structures of Korean that is much different from those of English. But it is very important to try to test and analyze the Graphology in Korean to found the basic theories at the present stage when there is no research on the graphology for Korean.

Effects of Retirement Stress, Character Strengths, and Marital Dissatisfaction on Post-retirement Depression (은퇴 남성의 은퇴스트레스, 성격 강점, 결혼불만족이 은퇴 후 우울에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of retirement stress, character strengths and marital dissatisfaction on depression. Additionally this study examined direct effects and indirect effects of character strengths and marital dissatisfaction. The participant group was composed of 197 retired men living in Daegu and Gyongsangbuk-do. The Retirement Stress Scale (RSS), Character Strengths Test (CST), Korean Marital Satisfaction Inventory (K-MSI), and Center for Epistemology Studies Depression scale (CES-D) were administered to participants. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS was used for the purpose of analysis. The results of the study were as follows. First, an increase in retirement stress was associated with higher levels of depression. Second, hierarchical regression analysis indicated that higher levels of optimism significantly predicted higher depression. Also hierarchical regression analysis indicated that lower levels of appreciation of beauty and excellence without optimism significantly predicted higher depression. Furthermore, increases in marital dissatisfaction were associated with higher levels of depression. Third, the constructed model including both direct effects and indirect effects appeared to fit better than alternative model in explaining relationships between retirement stress and depression. In other words, character strengths and marital dissatisfaction appeared to affect the depression levels of retired men directly and indirectly. To sum up, this study demonstrated that the factors which had an effect on depression in retired men, character strengths and harmonious marital relationships appeared to act as a buffer against depression in retired men. The current results might serve as basic data for psychological well-being programs for retired men. Finally, the limitations and implications of the current study were discussed.

Employment Structure and the Ratio of Downsized Workforce (고용구조와 정리해고·명예퇴직의 비율)

  • The purpose of this paper is to investigate determinants of firms' workforce reduction ratio in Korea, utilizing a dataset surveyed by Korea Labor Institute in 1999. We hypothesize that firms' employment structure has an effect on their workforce reduction ratio. Our findings indicate that the ratio of the layoffs and/or the buyouts is higher, as the average tenure of employees is longer. The findings also indicate that the unionization as a proxy variable for the intensity of the seniority-based pay moderates positively the effect of employees' tenure on the workforce reduction ratio, implying that the more seniority-based the pay system is, the higher positive effect the average tenure of employees has on the workforce reduction ratio.

  • 열가소성 탄성체(Thermoplastic elastomers)의 일종인 polyurethane은 상온보다 높은 유리전이온도(T$_{g}$)를 갖는 hard segment(HS)와 낮은 T$_{g}$를 갖는 soft segment(SS)간의 열역학적 불친화성으로 인해 미세 상분리 구조를 갖는다. SS는 낮은 T$_{g}$로 인해 상온에서 rubbery한 성격을 나타내며 HS는 높은 T$_{g}$로 인해 물리적 가교 역할과 충진제 역할을 한다. Polyurethane은 중합당시의 조성이나 중합방법에 따라 다양한 내부구조를 갖으며 이런 내부구조의 변화에 따른 물리적 성질의 변화 역시 다양하다. (중략)
