영구자석 전동기는 전력 밀도가 높고 효율이 좋은 특징으로 견인, 의료, 군사 분야 등 다양한 산업 분야에서 사용되고 있다. 이러한 분야에서 사용되는 전동기 구동 시스템은 높은 신뢰성이 요구되므로 인버터에서 발생하는 전력 반도체 스위치 고장을 빠르게 감지해야한다. 본 논문에서는 제어기 상전압 지령과 추정된 상전압 사이의 오차를 통해 전력 반도체 개방 고장을 감지하고 진단하는 방법을 제시하였다. 제안된 방법은 추가적인 측정 회로 없이 제어기 내부 값을 사용하여 개방 고장을 감지하고 개방된 스위치를 진단할 수 있다. 특히 부하 변동을 고려한 감지 방법을 제안하여 고장 감지의 신뢰성을 개선한다.

스크린리더는 그 특성상 모든 응용 프로그램을 지원해야 함에도, 타 응용 프로그램의 빈번한 업그레이드 와 스크린리더 개발 인력 부족 등의 이유로 시각장애인들이 자주 쓰는 소수의 응용 프로그램만을 지원하는 것이 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 스크린리더의 개발 생산성을 높일 수 있는 방안으로 개방형 API 를 제안한다. 스크린리더에 개방형 API 를 채택하고 이를 공개함으로써 스크린리더 개발 업체는 주엔진 모듈의 성능 향상에 모든 인력을 투입하여 성능 좋은 스크린리더을 개발할 수 있을 것이며, 프로그램 개발이 가능한 사용자나 자원봉사자들이 개방형 API 에 맞도록 응용 프로그램 지원 모듈을 플러그인 형태로 개발할 수 있을 것이다. 이를 통해 국내에서도 다양한 응용 프로그램을 지원하는 우수한 스크린리더를 개발할 수 있을 것이다.

본 논문에서는 Reified 트리플 추출을 위한 한국어 개방형 정보추출 방법을 제시한다. 시맨틱웹 분야에서 지식은 흔히 RDF 트리플 형태로 표현되지만, 자연언어문장은 복수개의 서술어와 논항간의 관계로 구성되어 있다. 이러한 이유로, 시맨틱웹의 대표적인 지식표현법인 트리플을 따름과 동시에 문장의 의존구조를 반영하여 복수개의 술어와 논항간의 관계를 지식화하는 새로운 개방형 정보추출 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 문장 구조에 대한 일관성있는 변환을 고려한 새로운 개방형 정보추출 방법을 제안하며, 개체 중심의 지식과 사건중심의 지식을 함께 표현할 수 있는 Reified 트리플 추출방법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방법의 우수성과 실효성을 입증하기 위해 한국어 위키피디아 알찬글 본문을 대상으로 추출된 지식의 양과 정확도 측정 실험을 수행하였고, 본 논문에서 제안한 방식을 응용한 의사 SPARQL 질의 생성 모듈에 대해 소개한다.

In this study, we have examined the effect of open innovation of SMEs on innovation performance of firms. Most studies do not consider internal generation in relation to open innovation and innovation performance.We conducted empirical studies to overcome this problem. The research was carried out by collecting data collected from 512 SMEs and the 3SLS method was used to minimize the internal generation. As a result, open innovation investment and use of external ideas among SMEs' open innovation have positively influenced project success and technical performance. But, the introduction of technology and cooperation with the research organization did not affect the innovation performance, which is presumed to be due to the fact that the open innovation of SMEs is limited to relatively inexpensive activities. Therefore, in order to promote open innovation of SMEs, it is necessary to provide support for relatively high-cost activities and to improve the innovation performance of enterprises. In order to reduce the difficulties of open innovation activities, domestic universities and research institutes should support the construction of enterprise networks and actively support the utilization of technology to expand innovation performance.

Delft Dashboard는 유동모델을 위한 오픈소스 프로그램으로 로컬 및 글로벌 데이터 세트를 사용하여 다수의 입력 매개변수를 신속하게 생성, 편집하고 모델 내 입력을 시각화하도록 설계된 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스(GUI) 이다. 특히 Delft Dashboard에 제공하는 개방경계조건을 이용하면 격자영역을 인식하여 개방경계를 자동으로 분배 및 지정하고, 각 개방경계 위치에서 분조별 조석조화상수 값도 산출되므로 유동 모델의 편의성을 증대시킬 수 있지만 상황에 따라 적합하게 경계를 분배하여 개방경계로 지정하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 Delft Dashboard에서 제공하는 개방경계조건 중 TPXO 8.0을 이용한 Delft-3D 해수유동 수치모의를 수행하여 개방경계조건이 결과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. TPXO 8.0의 경우 격자영역에서 개방경계조건을 설정할 때 사용자가 경계조건에 포함될 격자 수를 지정하면 전체 격자경계에서 격자 수에 해당하는 만큼 경계를 나누어 개방경계를 지정하고 각 개방경계 위치에서의 분조별 조석조화상수값을 산출한다. 특히 격자 수에 따라 개방경계로 지정되는 정도에 따른 영향을 분석하기 위하여 인위적으로 경계를 다양하게 분배하여 개방경계를 지정한 후 수치모의에 적용하였다. 수치모의는 동해안 고리원전 인근을 대상으로 격자 생성 후 Delft Dashboard TPXO 8.0을 이용하여 전술된대로 다양한 개방경계조건을 생성하였고 이를 Delft-3D내 적용하여 해수유동 모의를 수행하였다. 각 개방경계 조건별 초기 수면 변위 분석 및 인근 조위관측소의 관측값의 비교를 통해 개방경계조건이 모의결과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다.

In the knowledge-base 21st century, schools are required functions as a place of education for student as well as a place of life-long education for community. Therefore schools are needed to be open and to be multiple. The purpose of this study is to analysis of open-facilities to community of twenty elementary schools in Busan and to suggest a design guideline for open -facilities of school plan at the base of this analysis. The main contents of this study are as follows: 1) Study for general ideals and necessity of opening school facilities to community. 2) Establish the study objects of the opening facilities by existing studies and a questionnaire. 3) Focused on twenty elementary schools in Busan, analysis of the characteristics of opening facilities in terms of the using efficiency, that is, the approachability, the recognition and the territoriality. 4) At the base of 1) 2) 3), results are as follows: $\circ$ In consideration of approachability, the block plan of the open-facilities should be designed at making a circulation system without interruption of the student's educational area. $\circ$ In consideration of recognition, the form and detail of external and internal of the open-facilities should be designed at making distinction with the student's educational area. $\circ$ In consideration of territoriality, the zone of the open-facilities should be designed at composing exclusive hall, staircase and sanitation.

Some problems show the policy is not only ineffective but also disadvantage to the development of school libraries. The writer suggested three principles and critical strategies for the successful implementation of the School Library Opening Policy.

국내의 공공기관들은 정부 3.0 정책에 의해 다양한 분야의 데이터를 민간에 개방하고 있다. 본 연구는 국내외의 주요 데이터 개방 사이트를 중심으로 도서관 분야 데이터 개방현황을 살펴보았다. 조사대상 사이트는 서울 열린데이터 광장, 공공데이터 포털, Data.gov 이다. 이 사이트들에서 나타난 문제점을 중심으로 오픈 데이터의 활용성 제고를 위한 개선방안을 제안하였다.

The notable findings are as follow: First, men show higher level of perceiving open marriage, sex-role, acceptance of extra-marital relationship and intention of extra-marital sex than that of women. Second, the effects of men's perception of sex-role and open marriage, and the acceptance of extra-marital relationship have direct effects on their intention of extra-marital sex. The acceptance of extra-marital relationship shows the mediation effect on the path between that of open marriage and extra-marital sex among men. However, men's perception of sex-role does not affect the acceptance of extra-marital relationship. Lastly, women's perception of sex-role and open marriage, and the acceptance of extra-marital relationship directly influence the intention of extra-marital sex each, including the mediating effect of accepting extra-marital relationship between that of open marriage and extra-marital sex which are similar to the men's trend. Women's perception of sex-role show the direct effect on the acceptance of extra-marital relationship unlike man's trend. Therefore, the fact demonstrates that the effect of perceiving of sex-role on the intention of extra-marital sex is different according to gender. Some practical and political implications are discussed based on the study's findings.

Despite recent social movements to protect homosexuals' rights in Korea, psychological research investigating attitudes toward homosexuals has been largely ignored. The present study examined Koreans' explicit and implicit attitudes toward homosexuals and how openness is related to them. College students (N = 56) responded to questionnaires assessing explicit attitudes toward homosexuals and openness, one of the five factors of personality. They then took an Implicit Association Test designed to assess implicit attitudes toward homosexuals. We found that participants in general had more negative explicit attitudes toward gay men than lesbians. Implicit prejudice against gay men was also higher than lesbians. There was no participant sex difference in implicit attitudes toward gay men. However, male participants had more negative implicit attitudes toward lesbians than female participants did; in fact, females' implicit attitudes toward lesbians were not biased. While openness was negatively related only to explicit prejudice, values, one of the facets of openness, was negatively related to both explicit and implicit prejudice. This was the first study in Korea that investigated both explicit and implicit attitudes toward gay men and lesbians.
