Designing Questionnaires for Better Reliable Survey: Case Study of Using Railway Safety Culture Survey Data (신뢰성 향상을 위한 설문문항 설계: 철도안전문화 설문자료 사례를 중심으로)

  • The study of safety culture estimate has received a wide attentions in many other industries, rather in the contexture of railroad stands at an initial phase. A factor analysis and internal reliability test were conducted to check if the survey results are reliable by looking at how the factors are dimensioned and how the questionnaires are sub-grouped in accordance with such factors, and further if there are any other common attributes being extracted as a new factor. The designed 5 factors were expanded to 7 through the test, and they were renamed accordingly. The questionnaires are reorganized according to the new 7 factors. It implicates that thorough investigation of the common attributes is important in reducing the gaps between interviewers' and interviewees' understanding. Moreover, the results of internal reliability test represent the new design of questionnaire is reasonably acceptable with the high reliable values. We expect such approaches can be applied for the railway culture survey study to be more reliable and applicable.

성공적인 정보통신 신기술기반기업의 창업 핵심요소 분석

  • 최근 신기술기반기업 (New Technology Based Firm; 이하 NTBF)이 국가 경쟁력에 미치는 영향 및 중요성에 대한 관심이 증가됨에 따라, 국가적인 차원에서 이들의 지원을 위한 조치들과 이들의 창업을 촉진시키고 육성하기 위한 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구는 NTBF 들이 성공적인 창업을 달성하는데 영향을 미치는 주요 요소들을 분석함으로써 우월한 기술과 아이디어들을 활용하여 시장에 진입하려는 NTBF 들의 성공적인 창업의 기회를 넓히는데 도움을 주고자 한다. 먼저, 기존의 문헌 분석을 통하여 성공적인 창업의 핵심요소로 알려져 있는 항목들을 분석하였으며 다음으로, 문헌 분석을 통하여 얻어진 창업과정의 영향 요소들을 이용하여 NTBF들을 대상으로 하는 설문을 작성하였으며, 이들에 대한 실증 분석자료로 활용하여 각각의 항목들이 어떠한 중요도를 갖는지 분석해 보았다. 분석 절차로는 각 기업의 성과에 대한 측정 지표를 만들고 이와 상관관계가 있는 NTBF 창업활동 요소들을 분석함으로써 성공적인 창업의 핵심요소를 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과에 있어서 실증분석 대상으로 한 NTBF의 수가 적어 통계적 의미가 약함을 인정하지 않을 수 없다. 따라서 향후 핵심 성공 요소들의 도출에 있어서 보다 많은 설문 집단을 대상으로 분석을 수행하는 것과, 설문의 방법이 아닌 다른 분석 방법들도 시도될 필요가 있는 것으로 생각된다,

  • 본 연구에서는 공학교육인증에서 구성원의 의견이나 요구사항을 효과적으로 파악하기 위한 설문조사 수행 절차와 웹 기반 설문시스템의 기능 및 시스템 아키텍처를 제안하고 제안된 프레임워크에 따라 웹 기반 설문시스템을 개발한 방법을 소개한다. 본 설문시스템은 설문문항을 문항은행식으로 설문대상자별, 설문 영역별로 DB화하여 계층적으로 관리함으로써 체계적인 설문문항의 관리는 물론 웹 기반 설문지 작성의 노력을 줄일 수 있다. 그리고 웹상에서 전자메일을 통하여 설문조사를 수행하여 비용, 시간, 에러 발생을 줄일 수 있다는 면에서 큰 장점을 갖고 있으며, 설문조사 결과를 다양한 방식으로 분석하여 도식적 표현을 통한 보고서 작성 기능을 제공한다.

A Study on the Analysis System of Customer Satisfaction Survey (고객만족도 설문 분석 시스템에 관한 연구)

  • In order for corporations and institutions to perform efficient management, they first have to infer what factors customers seek for, then continuously strive to provide them with better service. The most important element to provide better service is accurate feedback from customers; however, Korea lacks of standardized system for measuring customer satisfaction. This study suggests the analysis system for survey, which evaluates customer satisfaction efficiently. The system sets up measuring factor for each service quality, and makes it possible to perform methodically. Especially, the system introduces scoring scheme so that it evaluates quality of service or unit service and prioritizes factors those need to be improved. Furthermore, the survey is operated via mobile and online system, which can be analyzed in real time, and lets foreigners use in their own languages. Through applying the analysis system of customer satisfaction survey to students who participated in work-study program, it substantiates the effectiveness of this system.

  • 본지는 창간 3주년을 맞아 대한인쇄문화협회 비전2010위원회(위원장 민창준)와 공동으로 '인쇄비전 어디에 있는가' 라는 주제로 지난 6월1일부터 10일까지 설문조사를 실시했다. 인쇄업계의 현안과 미래를 진단해 보기 위해 실시한 이번 설문조사는 전국에 분포해 있는 인쇄업체 1천개 사를 표본 추출해 실시했다. 다음은 설문 내용을 분석한 자료다.

The difference of measurement results between the questionnaire and performance assessment of Pre-service teacher's TPACK competency (예비교사의 TPACK 역량 측정 설문과 수행평가 결과의 차이)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the results of the developed questionnaire and performance assessment for measuring TPACK competency of pre-service teachers. For this purpose, we developed the TPACK questionnaire for pre-service teachers. Then, through the performance assessment task and interview data related to the 'change of the moon and the celestial bodies', the TPACK competency of the pre-service teachers was analyzed and compared with the questionnaire results. The results of the questionnaire showed that PCK and TPK of the pre-service teachers were high, and the TCK and TPACK were relatively low. However, as a result of analyzing the performance assessment of pre-service teachers who showed low TPK in the questionnaire, it was found that the TPK was high. Conversely, as a result of analyzing the performance assessment of pre-service teachers who showed high TPK in the questionnaire, it was found that the TPK was low. In addition, as a result of analyzing the performance assessment of pre-service teachers who showed low TCK in the questionnaire, it was found that the TCK was very high. Conversely, as a result of analyzing the performance assessment of pre-service teachers who showed high TCK in the questionnaire, the actual TCK competency was found to be low. Although TPCK was high in the questionnaire, TPCK was found to be low through actual results of performance assessment. Through these results, it was confirmed that TPACK measurement tools measure self-efficacy rather than actual capability.

  • This study developed a statistical thinking level with constructs framework from based on Jones, Thornton, Langrall, & Mooney (2000) to analyze the 6th graders' thinking level shown on their survey activities. It was modified by 5 constructs framework such as collecting, describing, organizing, representing, and analyzing and interpreting data with four thinking levels, which represent a continuum from idiosyncratic to analytic reasoning. As a result, among four levels such as idiosyncratic level (level 1), transitional level (level 2), quantitative level (level 3), and analytical level (level 4), levels of two through four are shown on statistical thinking levels in this study.

  • 설문조사는 사회의 여러 분야에서 발생하는 문제들을 해결하기 위해 관련자들에게 동일한 질문을 제시하고 설문에 대한 응답을 통해 근거 자료를 수집, 분석하여 유용한 정보를 추출하는 일련의 과정이다. 온라인 설문조사 시장의 성장 추세와 장점들을 고려하여 본 논문에서는 설문 의뢰자들의 요구를 충족시키면서 설문 대상자들에게 편리한 설문응답 환경을 제공하여 설문 응답률을 향상시킬 수 있는 효율적인 온라인 설문조사 시스템을 개발하였다. 또한 구현된 온라인 설문조사 시스템에 대한 기능시험을 통해 효율적 활용 가능성도 확인하였다.

  • The problem lies in Sasang-constitution-medicine is a subjectiveness of diagnosis that the result of diagnosis varies according to the doctors. In order to supplement to this demerit, multiple approach has done to diagnose objectively. This study has focused on evaluating the effectiveness and accuracy of the questionnaire which considered as a basic data to indentify constitution. By analysing the tendency of the respondents who has defined constitution by clinical diagnosis and comparing of their answers, the result of their constitution analysis by our questionnaire were re-examed. The answer of each question to each constitution were tested how it is relevent to a scale of a constitution. As a result, we have found that there is limitation to find out constitution by the questionnaire we used, one we hope that suitable questionnaire will be developed for the research in the future.
