This study analyzed the Quality of Accounting Earning of Investor Relations(IR). For this, we utilized Book-Tax Difference Variability as the proxy of the level of the Quality of Accounting Earning. This study used 2,106 sample data from 2011 to 2016 on the listed firm on KOSPI(Korea Composite Stock Price Index). In short, the study results are as follows. Investor Relation(IR) has a negative relevance with Book-Tax Difference Variability, which agreed with the result of additional analysis using extra sample. According to these results, we can expect that Investor Relations(IR) firms will report more faithful Accounting Earning. This study makes the following fresh contribution to the field. The study result confirms how Investor Relation(IR) affects the Quality of Accounting Earning. We hope that this study will help the development of capital market.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of narrative and expository texts on incidental vocabulary learning of Korean university EFL learners while reading. The experimental groups were divided into 3 groups. The first experimental group were exposed to narrative texts and second group received expository texts. And the third group were administered narrative and expository texts alternately. The vocabulary tests were conducted after the last session to assess the incidental vocabulary gains of the learners. The results indicated the superiority of the expository texts over narratives in terms of enhancing learners' incidental acquisition of unknown words. Moreover, the results showed that the blended reading group of expository and narrative texts did better on the vocabulary gains than those of narrative reading group and expository reading group. However, in the essay writing assessment, the expository group committed the most vocabulary errors in writing.

On Dec 1, 2008, according to the special law for the information disclosure of education relevant institutes, the educational information of each university is opened at their homepages and at portal web sites. Every university, thus, is in the moment to set up strategies to consistently respond to following information disclosure as well as the one already disclosed. The strategy should contain the assurance of the basic accountability mechanism of the university. On the occasion of the public announcement of the university information, the present study has a purpose to examine the structure of the university accountability and to suggest a mechanism, which is necessary for effectively and efficiently executing the increasing accountability practices in disclosing and announcing the information. To meet the purpose, this study introduces how to redesign university jobs as practices focused on evidence information for the accountability and also suggests solutions how to improve the mechanism for the accountability responsibility, which include clarifying the roles and responsibilities for accountability jobs, revising the process of information disclosure and building the information systems for an accountability.

We studied indices to explain runs lost for Korean professional baseball teams. Kim and Kim (2014) studied batting indices to explain run productivity of teams; subsequently, we studied fielding indices to explain runs lost. We considered several combined indices made by combining fielding indices closely connected with the runs lost of teams. Data analysis from all games in the regular seasons of 1982~2014 show that weighted WPH (defined as weighted average of WHIP and number of home runs allowed per game) best explain runs lost. Weighted WPH consisting of WHIP (with weight 81%) and number of home runs allowed per game (with weight 19%) was found optimal weighted WPH having correlation coefficient 0.95033 with average runs lost per game. Analysis by chronological periods gave results not much different.

균열이 형성되어 있는 설비가 고온에서 정하중을 받으면, 크립 조건에서 균열이 성장하여 파손이 발생한다. 이 때 잔여수명 평가법을 설명하기 위해 발전소 헤더의 경우를 예로하여 잔여수명 평가절차, 이에 필요한 기초이론 및 Cr-Mo강의 관련 재료 물성 데이터 등을 설명하였다. 현재 국내발전소들이 노후화되어 잔여수명평가의 필요성이 증대되고 있으므로, 이 분야의 연구 및 기 술개발은 시급하고 중요한 과제라고 생각된다.

농촌 지역의 중심지는 일반적인 도시와 마찬가지로 주변 지역의 주민들을 위한 서비스 기능을 수행한다. 이러한 중심지의 기능과 배열 원리를 설명하는 중심지 이론은 중심지의 계층 구조를 밝히고, 계층에 따른 서비스 기능의 종류와 규모를 결정하며, 나아가 배후지와 시장권의 크기를 추정하는 데 많은 기여를 했다. 그러나 중심지와 외부 지역(또는 배후지)과의 교역에 의한 경제 성장과 전체적인 경제구조적 메카니즘을 설명하기 위해서는 경제기반이론이 더욱 유효하다. (중략)

본 글에서는 동력학에서 좀 어렵게 느껴지는 코리올리 힘(Coriolis force)을 쉽게 알 수 있도록 하기 위하여 몇가지 관련사례를 써 본 것이다. 먼저 뉴우튼의 법칙에 관한 통찰을 설명하고, 코리올리 힘의 공학적 사례를 몇가지 들었다. 그리고, 기초동력학에서 일반적으로 다루지 않는 푸코진자(Foucault's pehdulum)를 쉽게 설명하고, 지상에서 수평운동할 때 편차계산을 쉽게 할 수 있는 방법을 설명하고자 한다.

본 고에서는 초고속 인터넷 서비스를 위해 기존 IP 도메인 네임 서비스 체계를 초고속 ATM 망에 확장하는 방안에 대하여 설명한다. 이를 위해 먼저 ATM 네이밍 서비스 구조와 통신방식에 대하여 검토하며, IP-DNS와 연동 방안을 설명한다. 다음으로 ANS(ATM Name System)를 이용한 정보검색과 네이밍 서비스 제공 방안을 설명한다.
