2010년 1월 21일 한국로봇산업진흥원의 대구 설립이 확정되고, 대구시가 추진하고 있는 로봇융합 산업밸리 등 로봇산업에 대한 관심이 쏠리고 있다. 이미 세계 각국은 로봇을 국가적 아젠다로 채택하여 국가전략산업으로 육성하기 위해 집중적인 지원을 아끼지 않고 있다. 대구 경북은 메카트로닉스 등 로봇 연관 산업기반이 갖춰져 있어 ETRI에서 보유하고 있는 로봇분야 기술과 접목하여 지역 경제의 새로운 도약과 국가 미래 성장동력의 한 축인 로봇산업 발전에 기여할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 본 고에서는 로봇 산업 현황, 로봇산업진흥원의 설립 목적과 개요, ETRI 로봇기술에 대하여 기술하고자 한다.

현대사회는 복지국가를 지향하는 경향이 강화되면서 고위험사회로서 치닫고 있다. 이러한 사회변화의 추세는 안전에 대한 국민의 관심과 정부의 정책변화를 요구하기 시작했다. 재난으로 부터 안전을 지키기 위한 노력의 일환으로 체험학습이 중요한 요소로 등장하기도 한다. 이런 사회적 관심의 변화는 박물관을 통한 체험학습으로 그 목적을 이룰 수 있다. 그동안 우리의 관심 밖에 있던 소방유물에 대한 관심과 소방기본법에 명시된 소방박물관 설립에 관한 조항이 소방유물에 관심을 갖도록 하였다. 비록 짧은 소방역사를 재조명하고, 관련 유물을 찾아 보관과 전시를 통한 체험 학습장으로 박물관의 필요성이 강조되었다. 본 연구는 소방박물관 설립의 필요성과 전시에 필요한 소방유물을 분류하여 전시 가치를 높이는 방안을 제시하고자 시작하였다.

한국기술교육대학교(이하 한기대)는 미래의 첨단산업 기술현장을 책임지고 나아갈 이론과 실기를 겸비한 실천적 공학자와 능력개발 전문가를 양성하기 위해 전액 정부출연에 의해 설립된 대학이다. 현재, 한기대는 국내에서 서울대, 한양대와 함께 일본학술진흥회와 한국과학재단이 지원하는 거점대학(core university)사업을 유치하여 한ㆍ일간 과학자 교류도 활발히 수행하고 있으며 대학교가 보유한 첨단시설과 우수한 인력과 부속기관, 국제교류사업 등 주어진 좋은 여건을 충분히 활용할 경우 우수한 창업보육센타로의 비약적 발전이 기대된다. 본 논문에서는 한기대의 설립목적, 특성에 따른 창업보육센터의 현황과 발전방향에 대해 논의하고자 한다.

본 논문은 기존의 방송교육이 지니고 있는 정지성, 획일성, 일방통신성, 순간성 등의 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 하나의 방안으로 디지털도서관기술을 기반으로 한 방송교육정보 인프라 구축 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 방송사가 디지털도서관을 설립하여 자사의 방송교육정보 인프라를 구축하고 이를 통합할 수 있는 $\ulcorner$통합 가상방송교육센타$\lrcorner$를 인터넷상에 설립하여 통합 탐색이 가능한 인터페이스를 제공한다면 방송교육의 목적을 배가할 수 있다. 디지털도서관기술을 기반으로 한 방송 교육정보 인프라 구축 방안을 방송교육프로그램의 정보적 속성을 분석한 DB 프로그램의 설계, 멀티미디어기술을 기반으로 하여 서지정보와 본문정보가 상호 연동된 DB의 구축과 인터넷 웹서비스 기술에 의하여 서비스가 가능하도록 설계하는 것이다.

This study attempted to provide policy recommendations in promoting new cooperatives established in agriculture based on the 2012 Cooperative Act. A questionnaire survey was conducted with 195 newly established cooperatives as the policy target of this study. The new cooperatives were classified as three kinds namely as 'Business' Cooperatives', 'Consumers' Cooperatives', 'Social Cooperatives' based on their member attributes and objectives. Interesting to note that, all of these new cooperatives born by the new Act has taken the marketing business as their main stream business. Among the three types, 'Business Cooperatives' are ranked the highest amount of capital shares per person in average, having about 30 members in size. In categorization, 'Business Cooperatives' include farmer cooperatives as majority and employee cooperatives. They are usually involved in both production and marketing and even in processing activities, and have tried to secure their business performance by e-commerce and stable business contracts. Their diverse activities are highly associated with their local community. Consumers' Cooperatives include consumer cooperatives and stakeholder cooperatives in achieving welfare of members. This type has lower share in capital but has over 30 members in a cooperative, taking marketing (distribution) business as main and often take advantage of their social network and physical store. Regional relationships are less than producer cooperatives. 'Social Cooperatives' are established by public interest and have around 10 members and lowest per capital. their business and community activity is similar to the consumer cooperatives. This study recommends the needs of designing suitable business models by these three types of cooperatives in the future, while appropriating their membership size for their tangible business operations. The government policy direction should aim to develop their new business opportunities and its management stabilization, especially in conjunction with the existing agricultural cooperatives (Nonghyup). It must be rather than to provide simply policy supports for establishment. An in-depth study is recommended in this regard.

The purpose of this study is to review the foundation of the representative early scientific societies and their major activities. The documents, books, and literature related to this study were collected through internet websites (e.g., google scholar, wikipedia) and analyzed by the qualitative content analysis method. The result of this study shows that requirement for the necessary resources to acquire or to prepare the instruments for the experiment is significantly increased with the rising importance of the experiments to conduct the scientific methods. As a consequence, scientists faced urgent necessities to conduct scientific experiments with cooperation and exchange of the newest information by establishing a community beyond the independent and individual research activity. Establishment of the scientific societies is the result of these necessities. At the beginning of the scientific societies, the resources are provided by either wealthy patron or member contribution or public through foundation of government organization. This study provides the implications for future scientific societies.
