This paper is to develop a model for evaluation of highway alignment design considering the driver's behavior in order to enhance the highway safety. Under the conditions, this research included a new evaluation criteria development and an analysis on how to change evaluation criteria according to roadway alignments, to evaluate safety. The vehicle spacing and speed deviation are suggested as new evaluation index The evaluation criteria model can be used to compare the anticipated safety performance of two or more geometric alternatives for a proposed highway improvement.

Quality assessment of the building is strongly dependent upon satisfying owner's requirements. To develop indicators for the assessment of design quality, survey on current situation of design process and analysis of Design Quality Indicator(DQI) is performed. The survey revealed that the main cause of frequent design changes is variability feature of owner's requirements. DQI, an indicator developed in UK, questionnaire encompasses questions which are relevant throughout the development stages of a building, and can be used at every key stage of the process. Further research will focus on the development of indicators for the assessment of design quality applicable to Korean market. In addition, research on the visualization method to present assessment results and supporting tools to facilitate assessment will be considered.

신뢰성 있는 프로젝트 가치평가를 위해서는 프로젝트 투자에 의해 발생하는 효과들을 정확하게 파악하고, 이를 계량적이고 객관적으로 측정할 수 있는 평가방법론을 개발하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 전통적으로 제조시스템에서의 프로젝트 가치평가는 재무적 방식에 의한 평가에 기초해 왔다. 그러나 제조시스템에서의 프로젝트 가치평가는 재무적 방식에 의한 평가에 기초해 왔다. 그러나 제조시스템에서 품질, 재고, 리드타임 등 비재무적 성과지표를 화폐가치로 정량화하는 것은 매우 어렵다. 따라서 최근에는 재무적 성과지표와 비재무적 성과지표를 모두 고려하는 성과지표 중심의 프로젝트 평가방법의 개발이 보편화되고 있으며, 전통적인 프로젝트 평가에서는 고려하지 않았던 불확실성을 확률분포로 고려하는 평가방법의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 그러나 현재까지 성과지표 간의 상호관계를 고려하여 프로젝트 투자에 의한 개별 성과지표의 개선을 정량적으로 평가하는 방법론에 관한 기존연구는 거의 없다. 본 논문은 제조시스템에서의 성과지표를 중심으로 공리적 설계에서의 정보공리의 정보량 개념을 이용한 프로젝트 평가방법론에 대해 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 개별 성과지표의 정보량 계산을 위한 수학적 모델링에 대해 고찰하고, 해석적 분석의 어려움을 해결하기 위해 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션의 적용에 대해 서술한다.

Through the research on the design evaluation index of parent-child interactive game furniture, it is convenient for designers to quantitatively analyze the design advantages and disadvantages of related products, which is of positive help to control and improve the design quality. Combined with AHP and TOPSIS, this study proposes the evaluation model of three design criteria and 26 design indexes. After expert scoring, calculation, and consistency test of each index, the weight value of each design index is obtained, and the index is classified according to the importance of each index. Finally, eight essential indicators, eleven secondary indicators, and seven general indicators are classified. A case study was conducted with TOPSIS, and the design samples of three parent-child climbing game furniture were analyzed. Finally, the three samples' relative proximity was 0.505, 0281, and 0.640, respectively. The research shows that the AHP-TOPSIS method can scientifically and effectively sort and screen the advantages and disadvantages of design schemes and provide a reference for the research and development of related products.

기업의 웹사이트는 기업의 환경 변화를 주도하는 관문으로서의 역할을 하고 있다. 그러나 현재 기업의 웹사이트 평가지표에 대한 연구는 진행되지 않고 연구의 대부분이 웹사이트의 외형적인 측면들을 평가하고 있다. 특히 e-Biz 측면에서 전자상거래 주체인 B2B(Business to Business) 웹사이트에 대한 연구는 거의 이루어 지지 않고 있어, 기업 관점의 웹사이트 평가와 B2B 웹사이트에 대한 평가지표 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 평가지표 KPI(Key Performance Indicator)를 도출하고, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 기법으로 웹사이트 평가 연구를 통하여 평가지표를 추출한 후 B2B에 적용함으로써 각 지표들의 중요도 및 가중치의 차이를 살펴본다. 이를 통해 기업과 기업간에 전자상거래 규모의 확대에 따른 의사결정과 B2B 웹사이트를 보다 쉽게 설계 할 수 있는 명확한 기준을 제시하였다.

This study is to evaluate the uncertainty of the soil parameters associated with the Gap parameter during shield TBM tunnel excavation of ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ International Airport Terminal 2 connecting railway construction basic design. And This study is to evaluate the adequacy of the shield TBM design by performing a reliability analysis of the Surface settlement. In addition, By analyzing the reliability indices of the design constants and Sensitivity probability of failure to be used in designing an integer parameter Gap, and By evaluating the design constants of a great influence on the surface subsidence, it was to provide a basis for carrying out an optimum design.

현재 지하차도 설계 지하수위는 철도, 지하철 및 공동구의 설계기준과 기존사례를 준용하여 지표면 하 1.0 m를 기준으로 설계하고 있으며, 지하차도 설계시 지하수위 적용에 대한 명확한 기준과 그에 따른 설계와 유지관리지침 등이 마련되어 있지 않아 부득이 기존의 공법을 그대로 답습하고 있다. 또한 대부분 과다설계 요인과 친환경적이지 못하다는 지적받고 있는 부력앵커공법을 적용하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 영종하늘도시 사업지구에 시공중인 지하차도 구조물과 관련하여 지하차도 구조물 건설에 따른 지하수 흐름 변화 특성을 평가하여 유도배수공법의 효과를 검토하였다. 지하차도 건설에 의한 흐름변화 분석을 위하여 3차원 지하수 MODFLOW 프로그램을 이용하였으며 지하차도 건설전, 후에 대하여 프로그램을 수행하였다. 수행 결과 지하차도 건설 전 유역의 평균 지하수위는 지표하 1~2m 이상으로 비교적 높은 지하수를 형성하고 있는 것으로 평가되었다. 유도배수공법을 적용한 지하차도 건설 후 지하차도 주변부 지하수위는 건설전에 비하여 약 3~4 m 하강하는 것으로 분석되었으며, U-type 종점부는 지표하 최소 6 m 이상, 시작부는 지표하 최소 3.4 m 이상 아래에 형성되는 것으로 평가된다. 연구 결과는 향후 지하차도 유도배수공법 평가의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

The multimedia data of game affects the immersion of the game depending on its quality. It is difficult to design the evaluation criteria of artistic quality of the data. But, in a technical point of view, it is possible to evaluate its quality. Thus, the design of evaluation standard can ensure the reliability and objectivity of quality. However, multimedia data quality evaluation metrics had not yet been designed. Therefore, in this study, we extracted quality evaluation elements of Game Multimedia Data, and verified the reliability of the elements. And we defined detailed evaluation items of each element, developed Multimedia Data Quality Evaluation Metrics. We expect that the results of this study will serve as a guide in the development of high-quality games, have a positive impact on the growth of the game industry.

본 연구는 웹 기반 감성데이터베이스구축 및 보급을 위하여 국내의 감성 관련 주요 연구 결과 및 감성 자료를 수집하고 주요 감성 지표를 개발하였다. 개발된 감성 지표는 사용 적합성 지표로서 수집한 감성 자료들 중 사용 적합성에 관련된 감성 자료를 선별하여 이를 물리적/객관적 적합성 관련 지표와 주관적 적합성 관련 지표, 개발된 측정 시스템, 감성 정보물로 분류하였다. 물리적/객관적 지표는 다시 환경 지표, 생리 지표, 제품설계 지표, 평가척도 지표, 제품평가 기술 지표로 분류 등의 세부지표로 분류하고, 주관적 지표는 언어 지표, 묘사 지표, 심리 지표, 인지 지표로 다시 나누어 분류하였다. 개발된 제품, 측정 시스템, 또는 시뮬레이터 둥은 개발된 측정 시스템으로 분류하고 그 밖의 감성공학적으로 중요한 자료 및 정보는 감성공학 관련 정보물로 분류하였다. 분류한 지표는 전문가의 검증을 통해 타당성을 확인한 후 감성 데이터베이스로 구축될 예정이다. 이를 위하여 전반적인 감성 자료 관리 시스템을 통한 효과적인 감성 자료 관리체제 구축과 감성 자료의 공유가 뒤따라야 할 것이다.
