기존 원격 통신 네트워크나 서비스를 위한 관리는 통합된 관리 모델(SNMP/SMI)을 사용함으로써 다양한 기반 구조의 통합을 가능하게 하였다. 그러나, 음성과 데이터의 통합, 유선과 우선의 융합, 사업자간 서비스 영역 구분으로 인하여 기존 관리 시스템은 비능률적이고, 복잡하며, 구현과 큰 네트워크에 적용하기 어렵다. 이를 개선하기 위하여 SUN에서 네트워크 관리 기술인 JMX(Java Management Extenstions)를 제공하고 있다. JMX는 어플리케이션과 네트워크 관리 및 모니터링을 위한 아키텍처이며, 현존하는 관리 및 모니터링 시스템을 통합하는 수단을 제공하여 준다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 JMX를 활용하여 통합 네트워크 관리를 할 수 있는 시스템을 설계한다.

본 논문에서는 메시징 서버를 이용한 문서 관리 시스템을 제안한다. 본 문서관리 시스템은 각 구성 부분들을 콤포넌트 단위로 설계하고, 메시징 서버를 기본 엔진으로 사용한다. 엔진으로 메시징 서버를 사용하면 각각의 문서를 하나의 객체로 처리할 수 있게 되어 문서 객체들에 대한 직접적인 관리가 가능해지므로 프로젝트 관리, 문서 권한 관리, 새로운 문서 유형의 추가 수정등이 용이하고, 문서들을 계층적 구조로 저장 검색하기에 용이하다. 이 시스템은 워크플로우와 같은 메시징 기반의 시스템과의 연동에 쉽게 적용될 수 있다.

정보의 다양화와 급속한 정보량의 증가로 정보검색 시스템의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 그러나 현재 시스템 자체로는 사용자들의 요구나 선호도를 만족시킬 수 없고 그만큼 사용자에게 편의성을 제공하지 못한다. E-mail의 정보를 보다 효율적으로 관리하기 위하여 사용자가 원하는 문서를 그룹핑하고 지식라인 생성이 가능한 문서 관리기 시스템을 생성해야한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 LSA기법을 이용하여 문서를 순차적으로 관리하고 유사한 지식을 그룹화 시키는 문서관리 알고리즘을 제안하고 사용자의 선호도에 맞는 알고리즘을 생성하기 위한 문서관리시스템을 설계한다.

This study aims to design and implement an integrated information retrieval system for the archives in Korea. Particularly, this study is focused on the improvement of the usability of the system. To achieve the goal, this study analyzed the current retrieval systems of national archives and presidential archives in Korea. A new integrated retrieval system, called KAIRS, is designed based on the EAD elements, which is implemented through emulation technic between two retrieval systems. KAIRS showed higher of user satisfaction compared to the existing two retrieval systems in their usability test.

현재의 대부분의 기업에서는 효율적인 자원관리와 정보유통을 위해 그룹웨어 시스템을 도입하고 있다. 대부분의 그룹웨어 시스템에서는 전자결제, 정보공유, 문서관리의 기업일반적 또는 보편적 업무에 안는 시스템이 대부분이다. 따라서 각 기업에 맞는 전문적 업무지원을 위해서는 다른 추가 시스템 도입이 필요하며, 시스템 도입에 따른 비용이 발생된다. 본 논문에서는 선박업 관련 T컨설팅업체의 그룹웨어에 선박정보관리의 전문적 업무 지원이 가능하도록 설계, 구현하였으며 이 시스템은 추가 시스템 도입에 따른 비용발생과 자원낭비를 줄이고 기존 그룹웨어 시스템에 업무지원까지 가능하도록 통합한 형태의 시스템이다.

업무흐름 관리 시스템은 기업, 연구소 등에서 BPR 이나 IT 투자에 대한 효과를 가시화할 수 있는 시스템으로서 그 중요성이 점차 증대되고 있다. 업무흐름 관리 시스템은 점점 복잡해지는 기업의 업무흐름을 체계적으로 관리하고 자동화하기 위한 소프트웨어이다. 이 시스템에서 정의한 업무흐름을 실제로 수행하기 위한 소프트웨어 서비스를 업무흐름 수행 서비스(Workflow Enactment Service)라고 부른다. 본 논문에서는 실제 개발한 업무흐름 관리 시스템의 구조와 업무흐름 수행 서비스의 설계 모습과 구현에 대하여 기술한다.

This project is to design and to implement an cornputenzed acquisition system by structured analysis technique for the Yomi university library. In result of desgmng, we added three subsystems, whlch are accession control, account, and print out system, to DOBIS/E acquisition system because we found that our DOBIS/E acquision system is able to use as we do ordenng and receiving in traditional process. DOBIS/E system and three added subsystems is closely related, and allow acquisition librarians to work more efficiently than before.

본 논문에서는 EDI 시스템의 정보보호 관리를 위한 요구사항 및 기능을 정립하고, 관리기능의 구현을 위한 정보보호 관리 모델을 설계한다. 정보보호 관리를 위해서는 ITU 권고안 X.700〔4〕의 OSI 정보보호 관리 영역을 확장하여, 권고안 X.800〔2]의 관리 요구사항을 만 .족하도록 한다. 정보보호 관리 모델의 설계는 X.402 및 X.435〔1〕를 근간으로 설계된 한국통신의 KT-EDI를 기본 골격으로 하며〔7〕, 본 모델에서는 관리의 안전성과 효율성을 제공한다.

해외시장 진출이 가능한 국내 고유노형 개발을 목표로 지난 '07년 8월부터 APR+(Advanced Power Reactor Plus)기술개발 사업이 추진 중에 있다. 본 사업을 통하여 생산 되는 원전 설계 결과물들을 기존의 파일 기반 관리 시스템에서 진일보한 데이터 기반 관리시스템을 개발하여 관리하고자 한다. 본 시스템은 원자력 발전소 전 수명주기 동안 데이터 간의 유기적 연계 사용을 목표로 하고 국제표준을 사용하여 개방형 시스템으로 구축한다. 본 연구는 APR+ 설계정보관리시스템 구축을 위한 기반연구로써 국제표준 기술 및 원자력 발전 분야의 정보관리 사례 등을 분석하여 시스템 개발 방향을 전망하고자 한다.

Shipbuilding is a kind of ETO(Engineering To Order) industry which designs and produces a product in accordance to various requirement of customers, rules and regulations. Recently, the number of ordered ships has been increased by up to two or three times in each domestic shipyards. Most shipyards have been adopted 3D ship CAD, ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) and APS(Advanced Planning System) to get an efficient product development and manufacturing system. However, not only the effective operation of 3D ship CAD, ERP and APS but also the production efficiency can be achieved only if product information management which can manages the product data is implemented in an integrated environment. Present study has suggested a systematic approach to implement a PLM system to manage the product data in early design shipbuilding. Also, a prototype of PLM is implemented to manage the product data in a basic ship-design. In the prototype system, a product structure and architecture of PLM is considered.
