Development of hybrid precipitation nowcasting model by using conditional GAN-based model and WRF (GAN 및 물리과정 기반 모델 결합을 통한 Hybrid 강우예측모델 개발)

  • 단기 강우 예측에는 주로 물리과정 기반 수치예보모델(NWPs, Numerical Prediction Models) 과 레이더 기반 확률론적 방법이 사용되어 왔으며, 최근에는 머신러닝을 이용한 레이더 기반 강우예측 모델이 단기 강우 예측에 뛰어난 성능을 보이는 것을 확인하여 관련 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 하지만 머신러닝 기반 모델은 예측 선행시간 증가 시 성능이 크게 저하되며, 또한 대기의 물리적 과정을 고려하지 않는 Black-box 모델이라는 한계점이 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해 머신러닝 기반 blending 기법을 통해 물리과정 기반 수치예보모델인 Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF)와 최신 머신러닝 기법 (cGAN, conditional Generative Adversarial Network) 기반 모델을 결합한 Hybrid 강우예측모델을 개발하고자 하였다. cGAN 기반 모델 개발을 위해 1시간 단위 1km 공간해상도의 레이더 반사도, WRF 모델로부터 산출된 기상 자료(온도, 풍속 등), 유역관련 정보(DEM, 토지피복 등)를 입력 자료로 사용하여 모델을 학습하였으며, 모델을 통해 물리 정보 및 머신러닝 기반 강우 예측을 생성하였다. 이렇게 생성된cGAN 기반 모델 결과와 WRF 예측 결과를 결합하는 머신러닝 기반 blending 기법을 통해Hybrid 강우예측 결과를 최종적으로 도출하였다. 본 연구에서는 Hybrid 강우예측 모델의 성능을 평가하기 위해 수도권 및 안동댐 유역에서 발생한 호우 사례를 기반으로 최대 선행시간 6시간까지 모델 예측 결과를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 물리과정 기반 모델과 머신러닝 기반 모델을 결합하는 Hybrid 기법을 적용하여 높은 정확도와 신뢰도를 가지는 고해상도 강수 예측 자료를 생성할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

  • With the 4th Industrial Revolution and the development of technology, markets of the VR&AR have increased. Also due to COVID-19 pandemic, demands for a digital environment were required because of physical space constraints. Firms are trying to solve this problem by using Metaverse platforms. However, with markets such as Metaverse, VR, AR, and Digital Twins are expanding, prior research on Metaverse definition or classification system is insufficient. Based on understanding VR&AR, Digital Twin, this study established a Industry-Service classification for Metaverse by defining Case studies on Metaverse and through prior research. And by Industry-Service classification for Metaverse this paper propose Metaverse Industry-Service Matrix to analyze the trend and possibility of Metaverse Platform

  • 지금까지의 국내외 연구들에서 다루어 왔던 TAM 연구들의 대부분은 사용 용이성과 유용성이 정보기술의 사용에 어떤 관련성이 있는가에 연구의 초점을 맞추어 왔다. 하지만, TAM의 구성요소중 하나인 외부변수에 대한 구체적인 정의가 동반되지 못했다 이에 본 논문에서는 TAM의 외부변수들을 선행된 연구들에서 찾아 정리하고, 개인적 변수와 조직적 변수로 크게 분류하여 이들 변수들이 사용 용이성과 유용성에 어떠한 영향을 주는 지를 연구함으로써, 사회나 조직 구성원들이 정보기술을 습득하고 수용하는 일련의 과정을 연구하는 것을 그 목적으로 하고 있다.   • 2020년까지 광주, 부산, 대전에 e스포츠 상설경기장 구축하는 계획이 발표되었다. 아직은 대략의 청사진만 나온 상태로 구체적인 운영 방안에 대한 연구는 이뤄지지 않았다. 특히 e스포츠 상설경기장의 관점에서 어떤 요소가 관람객들의 관람결정요인으로 작용하는지에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 관련 선행 연구들을 검토한 결과, "e스포츠 경기"에 대한 관람결정요인과 영화관 등 문화공간의 "서비스스케이프" 요인에 대한 연구를 종합하여 Framework을 수립하였다. 향후 본 연구자는 이를 기초로 실증 연구를 수행할 것이다.

  • 본 연구는 서비스 접점에서 서비스 실패가 일어나는 경우 기업의 복구노력이 고객의 만족에 마치는 영향에 관한 연구이다. 먼저 서비스 실패에 대한 기업의 복구노력이 갖는 의미를 살펴보고, 서비스 복구노력이 고객의 만족과정에 어떻게 영향을 미치는 지에 대하여 항공산업을 연구대상으로 기대불일치이론, 정당성이론 및 귀인이론을 적용하여 다양한 관점에서 실증 분석하였다. 특히 기대불일치이론 및 정당성이론에 관한 선행 연구들을 상세히 고찰하고, 이러한 이론적 관점에서 서비스 실패 후 기업의 복구노력이 고객의 만족과정에 어떻게 영향을 미치는 지를 다중회귀분석 및 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 실증 분석하였다. 또한 조직행동론의 연구결과를 이용하여 서비스 실패에 대한 귀인적 추론결과가 소비자의 만족과정에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다

Design Proposal for Revitalization of Yangyeongsi in Daegu (대구 약령시 재활성화를 위한 디자인제안)

  • Recent research regarding local traditions, cultural heritage, and sightseeing resources that represent local characteristics for the purpose of local promotion has been actively advanced. Yangyeongsi in Daegu, South Korea is Doing developed as a core location in order to revitalize regional culture. The unique tradition and functions of this city area have been preserved. Previous research "The Fundamental Research of Revitalization for Yangyeongsi in Daegu for the Local Promotion" undertaken by the author revealed a lack of fundamental research available to establish an understanding of how to revitalize Yangyeongsi. The research methodology designed this by, (1)a site investigation and verification of previous research (2)a deep analysis of Yangyeongsi to uncover potential improvement opportunities (3) assessment of essential elements and appropriate directions for revitalization of the traditional market (4) application of the environment design improvement process to the local design center. The design proposal is that, firstly, space assessment will De improved by the maintenance and expansion of fundamental facilities. Secondly, space application can be maximized by servicing the complex road network through a traffic flow plan. In addition, consideration for the local characteristics will promote unity and identification with the region. Lastly, revitalization and industrialization development of sightseeing resources and secure streets and event spaces will promote enjoyable experiences for visitors. Research results were submitted to the local authority and applied to the future policy plan. Continuous research on revitalization and analysis of the local characteristics are recommended in order to benefit local promotion.

A Meta-regression Analysis of Wetland Valuation Studies in Korea (우리나라 습지의 환경적 가치 : 메타회귀분석)

  • Wetland provides various environmental services as well as marketable goods to human society. This paper presents a meta-analysis of the wetland valuation studies conducted in Korea during the past decade. Meta-analysis is a technique of summarizing research results from the separate but related studies using statistical methods. The objectives of the paper is to identify the main factors affecting the wetland values and to examine the applicability of meta-regression analysis for summarizing the information from valuation studies of natural ecosystem. The total of 64 observations from 24 studies are assembled, and we observe significant differences in wetland values depending on the characteristics of the studies. With the statistical significance, our results indicate that the method employed affects the wetland values while the wetland function evaluated affects little. In addition, we found that the size of wetland is negatively associated with the values, implying that wetland values exhibit the decreasing returns to scale. The evidences from our empirical analysis suggest that the meta-analysis has a potential as a tool to synthesize the research results from valuation studies and to provide useful information to policy makers. However, this study acknowledges that more effort should be dedicated toward the construction of DB on valuation studies as well as the research on the model improvement to enhance the validity and reliability of meta-analysis.

  • This is a basic research aimed at enhancing a brand image by unifying color images of a brand at both online and offline stores. h survey was conducted on color images of online and offline stores to measure the level of consistency between consumers' perception of the color image and the brand's color strategy. A brand preference survey was also performed to shed light on the relationship between the brand preference and the consistency of color images at online and offline stores. This study is committed to building an effective color strategy, based on the brand strategy, through web color planning that is consistent with the offline color image. This paper started with a specific purpose of devising solutions in regard to the prior study, entitled 'Study on Color Strategies in Brand Coffee', which recognizes the need for consistent color images, or integrated color strategies, in online and offline stores. I specifically took the approach of looking at color planning in the stage of designing a website. Two standards were used to analyze emotional and functional aspects of color images: color grading by I.R.I and five communicators of color information by Rouge. Direct visits were made to the offline stores for surveys to address the shortcomings of the prior study, in which offline stimuli were limited to printed materials. The direct visits enabled a study of an overall color image of the offline stores, while providing a set of substantial and specific guidelines for designing colors for a website. I hope this study goes a long way toward enhancing the level of consistency between online and offline color images based on the brand's unique color strategy, and thereby improving the overall level of brand image.

  • During few decades, Korean economy has been growing with heavy and manufacturing industries. However, the economy meets limitations of growth rate, and employment rate. The Korean government has been trying to overcome these limitations using development of venture businesses and re-organization of industrial ecosystem. These efforts make high survival rate of recent venture companies. There are previous researches about relation between characteristics of entrepreneur and managerial performance, there are several limitations. Firstly, most of papers were based on survey with specific region or industry. Secondly, related researches were carried out with unable to distinguish among firm's survival periods. This paper uses the '2017 Survey of Korea Venture Firms' data that is approved by the Korean government. This data includes whole industries and survival periods. The aim of this research is finding the effect of characteristics of entrepreneur on managerial performance of venture firms by different survival periods using data envelopment analysis (DEA). If entrepreneur has doctoral degree, the firm's managerial performance is lower than bachelor degree. In addition, over 10 years of working career, and joint-venture have positive effect on firm's performance. This paper can provide valuable information to venture related policy makers and investment decision makers.
