[ $\ulcorner$ ]국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률$\lrcorner$ 개정은 국토 개발에 있어서 '선 계획 후 개발'이라는 원칙하에 국토 및 도시를 삶의 질 향상, 도시공간의 효율적 개발, 관리, 보전하는데 환경친화적으로 관리하고자 하였다. 선 계획 후 개발이라는 기조 하에 도시공간의 사회적, 지형적, 지리적, 문화적 등 다양한 측면으로 검토 및 분석을 통해 보전과 개발의 적합한 토지를 분류하는 방안이 필수적일 것이며, 이에 대한 의사결정을 함에 있어서 과학적 효율적인 분석방법이 필요하다. 본 연구는 증평군을 대상으로 충남 연기군의 행정중심복합도시의 입지, 진천 음성군의 혁신도시 선정, 증평지방산업단지조성 등 도시 내 외의 여건변화 및 도시의 확장, 주변 도시인구의 지속적 증가 등으로 인한 도시공간구조 재검토를 위하여 GSIS 기법을 이용하여 공간분석을 수행하여 도시개발 적지분석을 수행하였다.

2004년 MIT 10대 신기술, 2005년 일본 총무성 10대 기간 기술로 선정된 테라헤르츠 기술 개발에 집중적인 연구개발이 진행되고 있다. 물질의 투과, 낮은 광자에너지로 식품, 인체에 상대적으로 안전하여 인간에 필요한 테라헤르츠 영상이나 인간에 유해한 물질을 추출하기 위한 테라헤르츠 분광기술에 관한 많은 가능성들을 제시하여 왔다. 또한, 영상 및 분광 이외에도 유무선 경계가 희박해지고 있는 시점에서 유무선 통합 기능제공이 가능하고 정보전달, 센싱, 비파괴 검사 등 다양한 응용영역으로 기술수요가 급격히 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 수요기술의 핵심은 언제, 어디서나, 실시간, 무고통으로 값싸게 활용하여 풍요롭고 안전한 삶을 유지하는 것으로 고령화 사회의 핵심 인프라 구축과 연동되어 가치를 공유하고 있다. 전자기파 대역에서의 초소형, 고효율, 실시간, 저가격 파원 및 검출기 기술개발의 장점을 갖는 포토닉스 기반 테라헤르츠 기술 동향에 대해 기술하였다.

다목적 대형 댐의 건설로 수몰된 과거의 삶의 공간을 20년이 지나서 다시 복원한다는 것은 그곳에 살던 실향민 등에게는 참으로 반가운 소식이다. 본 연구에서는 1980년대 초에 완공된 충주댐으로 인하여 물 속에 잠긴 청풍지구를 수몰이전의 입체 지형 공간적으로 원형복원하기 위한 원격탐사 기법을 적용한 것이다. 비교적 해상도가 좋은 인공위성 사진자료와 댐 수몰이전의 디지털 위성영상 데이터를 수집하고, 수몰직전에 제작된 지형도를 이용하여 위성영상자료의 통합 적용하여 수몰직전의 지형공간정보를 현재시간으로 영상 복원하기 위하여 원격탐사 기법을 적용한 것이다 이를 위하여 지형도에서 추출한 등고선과 현재의 등고선과의 접목을 통하여 청풍 주변지역을 중심으로 당시의 수치표고모형을 생성하였다. 또한 이를 입체적으로 보여주기 위한 투시조감도를 각 방향에서 생성함으로서 수몰이전의 아름다운 모습을 3차원적으로 영상복원 하였다. 또한 좀더 가까이서 수몰마을을 보기 위한 근접비행시뮬레이션 동영상을 제작하여 과거 기억 속의 고향을 영상에서 찾아볼 수 있도록 한 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the difference of cognitive function, depression, and quality of life according to demographic factors and exercise participation among 148 elderly over 60 years old. The cognitive function was measured by the Korean version of mini mental state exam, Digit span test, Trail making test, and the Stroop test. Also the psychological variables were showed depression and quality of life. As a results, first, depending on the degree of demographic characteristics of elderly had significant difference. Second, according to the participation of the exercise, the score was higher than the aged who did not participate in the exercise. Third, there were significant differences according to duration of exercise, period of exercise, frequency of exercise, and exercise time of the aged that who participate in exercise. Lastly, the cognitive function, depression and quality of life of the subjects were found to be correlated. In conclusion, the aged need to regularly participate in various exercise and physical activity programs to improve the quality of life by improving the cognitive function and decreasing depression of the elderly.

The aim of this study is to examine changes in swallowing function and quality of life with therapeutic singing-based music therapy for patients with dysphagia. The music therapy program was based on the previous study (Kim, 2010), and designed to improve breathing, phonation, and swallowing functions focusing on laryngeal elevation. Three patients with dysphagia participated in this study and each participant received a total of 11 or 12 individual music therapy sessions and each session was conducted for 30 minutes. In this study, three kinds of measurements were used. First, the measures of maximum phonation time (MPT), fundamental frequency, average intensity, jitter, shimmer, noise to harmonics ratio (NHR) by Praat test, second, laryngeal-diadochokinesis (L-DDK) to investigate laryngeal elevation, and last, the Swallowing-Quality of Life (SWAL-QOL) was measured. These cases have shown improved breathing, phonation, swallowing function, and the scores of SWAL-QOL in all of the patients. It suggests that this music therapy intervention was effective on laryngeal elevation, and the music intervention with therapeutic singing can be effectively implemented in further research for patients with dysphagia.

According to the statistics of the Ministry of Land Transport and Transportation in 2018, the average annual average number of air traffic users for has increased by 5.07% for domestic flights and 8.84% for international flights. Korea is facing a steady rise in demand from foreign tourists due to the Korean Wave. At the same time, a new lifestyle that values the quality of life of individuals is taking root, along with the emergence of LCC, and Korean tourists' overseas tours are also increasing, so improvement and expansion of domestic airport passenger terminals is urgently needed. it is important to develop a structured airport infrastructure by making efficient and accurate forecasts of aviation demand. in this study, based on the Big Data, long-term domestic and international demand forecasts for urban airports were conducted.. Domestic flights will see a decrease in the number of airport passengers after 2028, and international flights will continue to increase. It is imperative to improve and expand passenger terminals at domestic airports.

This study analyzes two fairy tales of similar plots in which stepmothers appear, "Kongji and Patji" and "Cinderella". The purpose was to investigate the role of a stepmother in a fairy tale and to examine the differences between the stepmothers in the two fairy tales mentioned above. Stepmothers in "Kongji and Patji" and "Cinderella" show similar tendencies but there were differences in the content of the tasks, as well as the evil actions of the stepmother after marriage. However, stepmothers who commit these cruel evil deeds were necessary for several reasons. First of all, children who cannot cope with psychological conflicts themselves can cope with contradictory emotions by projecting the guilt and psychological conflicts onto their stepmother and exposing themselves to their anger. Besides, they can understand the diversity of life and learn how to overcome pain, sorrow, and hardship. A fairy tale in which a stepmother plays a role is of educational significance in that it teaches lessons to children by showing that in the end, the wicked are punished and good people live a happy life. This helps the child to have a positive self-identity.

현대사회의 급속한 고령화로 암 환자의 수는 2002년 기준 약 10만 명에서 매년 7~10 %씩 증가되어 2012년에는 20만 명이 될 것으로 추정되어지고 있다. 수술, 방사선 치료, 약물요법 등이 주요 치료방법이며, 암 환자의 30-50 %가 전리 방사선치료를 받고 있다. 방사선치료는 19세기 말에 발견된 미지의 X-선이 희망의 방사선으로 변화하여 암의 진단 및 치료에 활용되고 있으며, 인간 삶의 질 향상에 핵심적인 역할을 담당하고 있다. 기존의 X-선이나 감마선의 단점을 극복 할 수 있는 입자 빔을 1970년대 미국의 캘리포니아 대학 Berkely National Laboratory에서 처음으로 암 치료에 적용하였다. 현재는 일본과 독일에서 활발하게 활용되고 있으며 국내에서도 입자 치료시설을 구축 또는 개발계획 중에 있다. 방사선치료의 완치율을 높이기 위해서는 정확한 선량을 암세포에 전달해야 한다. 환자에 전달되는 입자빔을 실시간으로 측정하는 기술이 연구되어지고 있다. 지금까지는 빔의 특성을 측정하기 위해 간섭적인 방법을 사용하였으나, 투과형 검출기를 개발하여 실시간으로 치료와 빔 특성을 동시에 수행하는 기술개발연구가 보고되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Multileaf Faraday Cup (MLPC) 검출기 설계구조와 데이터 측정방법에 관한 연구를 수행하고자 한다. 빔의 전송 방향으로 3개층의 $4{\times}4$ 배열의 구조로 48 channel의 전류값을 측정하여 입자빔의 분포를 실시간으로 관측하고, 측정된 전류는 ADC를 거쳐 치료계획에 의해 선택된 영역의 SOBP를 유지하도록 range modulation propeller를 조절하는 feed-back system을 갖춘 방사선치료빔 실시간 측정장치 개발에 관한 결과를 보고하고자 한다.

This study aimed to investigate the narrative strategy and meaning of fantasy in classic novels and to derive the educational meaning from the fantasy of Sukhyangjeon. This study selected Sukhyangjeon because is considered a suitable literary text that embodies characteristics of fantasy inherent in classical novels through its successful portrayal of the fantasy genre and its high popularity during its time. Specifically, this study observed that the "notice of hardships" which repeatedly appears in the narration of Sukhyangjeon reinforces the fantasy of the novel as it serves as an advance notice of intervention from heaven. Therefore, this study investigated the relationship between the notice of hardships and fantasy by focusing on Sukhyang's life. The way in which the "notice of hardships" is a form of illusion realized it evident in the plot when heaven saves Sukhyang from her hardship even though it was heaven that had granted her those forms of hardship. Firstly, the "notice from heaven" constitutes the macro structure of Sukhyangjeon. Through it, readers realize the enormous power of heaven by seeing how Sukhyang's life has been realized in accordance with heaven's notice with that, it evokes a sense of respect to heaven. In addition, heaven saves Sukhyang from different forms of danger. It enhances a miraculous feeling, which the omnipotent power of heaven shows, against the innocent appearance of Sukhyang during her times of danger. Meanwhile, when heaven notifies Sukhyang and the surrounding people of their fate and subsequently realizes it through dreams, this act creates a mysterious atmosphere and improves the probability of the narrative. If so, the narrative meaning in reinforcing the fantasy of the novel by the use of "notice of hardships" could be revealed through Sukhyang's real life. First, the hardship in which Sukhyang has gone through is so realistic and detailed that the readers' feelings of empathy are evoked with the fear of the coming hardship, wailing together, and trying to resolve the inner anxiety through Sukhyang's happiness. Second, the heavenly beings who are touched by the good behaviors of Sukhyang save her from the dangers of death. This creates the belief in readers that heaven intervenes for the good people. Third, the active attitude that Sukhyang and Leesun show in the process of marriage helps them overcome their earthly hardship and preserve their relationship in heaven. This gives readers hope that they could go to a "higher life" after going through suffering. This fantasy of Sukhyangjeon helps readers overcome their anxieties of reality through fantasy and recognizes the importance of relationships to enhance a sense of unity and solidarity with others. Because of these elements, it is expected that the fantasy of Sukhyangjeon will have a meaningful value to modern readers.

The researcher conducted this study to investigate what special meaning does an emotion experience program, a Confucianism philosophical thinking, has for Sunwoo(善友), and based on what structure it unveils a good clue of Sunwoo(善友); and to reveal the structure of philosophical counselling treatment simultaneously. Thus, the researcher performed an "emotion experience program for 3 weeks, targeting 22 research subjects and collected the data of their experience. As for date analysis, a phenomenological analytic method of Colaizzi (1978), one of qualitative research methods was used. It was because the phenomenological analytic method of Colaizzi was suggested to derive common properties of whole research subjects rather than those of individual research subject, which could help develop the theories of philosophical counselling treatment. The finding of the analysis revealed the intrinsic structure of the phenomenon which the research subjects experienced through "an emotion experience program" was reborn as 'unfamiliarity and suspicion', 'burden', 'recognition of a method and a need', 'self-reflection', 'awareness of nature and the correct behavior', 'joy and pleasure', and 'rebirth as a valuable existence'. These were categorized to examine the structure of philosophical counselling treatment. The findings revealed the treatment went through the precesses: 'the start of learning and intentional guidance', 'reflection', 'enlightenment', 'Sugichiin(修己治人)', 'freedom', and 'transcendence. Considering the purpose of Confucian philosophy is living valuable life and the accomplishment of objectives is based on the transcendence, realizing preallotment and putting it into practice, the structure of emotion experience by the research subjects is appropriate for the purpose of Confucian philosophy and the process of objective accomplishment.
