It has been studied to support data having multiple properties, called Skyline Query. The skyline query is not exploring data having all properties but only meaningful data, when we retrieve informations in large data base. The skyline query can be used to provide some information about various environments and situations in sensor network. However, the legacy skyline query has a problem that increases the number of comparisons as the number of sensors are increasing in multi-dimensional data. Also important values are often omitted. Therefore, we propose a new method to reduce the complexity of comparison where the large number of sensors are placed. To reduce the complexity, we transfer a CMF(Category Based Member Function) which can identify preference of specific data when interest query from sync-node is transferred to sub-node. To show the validity of our method, we analyzed the performance by simulations. As a result, it showed that the time complexity was reduced when we retrieved information in multiple sensing data and omitted values are detected by great dominance Skyline.

In this paper, we introduce a method that can be used to select the position of head node for context-awareness information. The validity of the head node optimal location is saving the energy in the path according to the clustering. It is important how to elect one of the relay node for energy efficiency routing. Existing LEACH algorithm to elect the head node when the node's energy probability distribution function based on the management of the head node is optional cycle. However, in this case, the distance of the relay node status information including context-awareness parameters does not reflect. These factors are not suitable for the relay node or nodes are included in the probability distribution during the head node selects occurs. In particular, to solve the problems from the LEACH-based hierarchical clustering algorithms, this study defines location with the status context information and the residual energy factor in choosing topology of the structure adjacent nodes. The proposed ECOPS (Energy Conserving Optimal path Schedule) algorithm that contextual information is contributed for head node selection in topology protocols. This proposed algorithm has the head node replacement situations from the candidate head node in the optimal path and efficient energy conservation that is the path of the member nodes. The new head node election technique show improving the entire node lifetime and network in management the network from simulation results.

This study is a literature review that analyzes the head of Ri election rules and regulations described in the village code, identifies problems, and proposes solutions for these problems. For data collection, a total of 146 village codes was collected from January 2019 to August 2019. The results showed people in most villages vote for the head of Ri according to democratic electoral processes. For system improvement, a one-person, one-vote system was proposed instead of a one-family, one-vote system in order to enhance gender equality and political rights. As for the appointment system, the following changes were proposed: First, candidate eligibility should be improved as only people who were born in that village are eligible; Second, the maximum age of candidacy for the head of Ri should be established as under 65 years old by considering physical ability in the event of disaster occurrences and physical activity required for running village businesses; Third, consecutive terms of the head of Ri when there is no successor should be limited in order to prevent indigenous forces from settling in the local community; and Fourth, education should be provided for building the head of Ri's stature in order to devote to promote public interest for village development.

In order to prepare basic data for research on the protection of emotional workers in Pyeongtaek with the support of Pyeongtaek City, this study conducted a survey centered on 104 counselors classified as emotional laborers. Based on the results of the survey centered on 104 emotional workers, basic research data on the difficulties of emotional workers can be prepared, and protection methods for emotional workers who are currently interested in each local government can be found. As a result of selecting a sample centering on counselors in Pyeongtaek City for a survey on the actual condition of emotional workers, and conducting a survey based on the selected samples, it was found that emotional workers did not find their rights to human rights and were not protected even in the workplace. Currently, a bill to protect emotional workers is being announced, but it is not protected, so it is confirmed that system improvement is necessary. This study focused on 104 items that were significant through pre-processing among the recovered questionnaires. It was analyzed using SPSS, R, and it was confirmed that there is a need for a regulation that can provide an institutional device in Pyeongtaek City. In this study, it is judged that it is necessary to prepare a protective device for emotional workers by selecting more samples corresponding to the occupational group of emotional workers.

우리 회의 2005년 정기총회가 대치역(대치사거리)에 위치하고 있는 현대건설(주) 주택문화관 에서 1월 26일(수)에 134명 참석, 68명 위임으로 성대하게 개최되었습니다. 금번 정기 총회에서는 2004년 사업실적에 대한 보고가 있었으며 정관개정, 2005년 예산안 및 사업계획안에 대한 의결도 있었습니다. 그동안 수고해 주신 김종수 감사의 임기만료로 태산구조안전(주)의 오창학 소장이 신임감사로 선출되었습니다. 정기 총회를 개최하기 전에 기술세미나를 통해서 우리회 회원 및 비회원들도 많이 참석하셔서 성황을 이루었습니다.

한국안전학회는 우리나라 산업안전의 흐름과 변화를 주도하는 단체 중 하나다. 1986년 국내 최초의 안전 관련 학회로 창설된 이래 지속적인 성장을 거듭하여 현재는 회원수가 1,000여 명에 달하는 거대 학회로 자리매김했다. 이런 역량을 바탕으로 한국안전학회는 그간 수많은 연구와 실험에 참여하는 한편 주요 이슈에 대한 토론회나 세미나를 정기적으로 개최함으로써 안전 분야의 학문적 발전에 기여해왔다. 이런 큰 족적을 남겨온 한국안전학회가 최근 새로운 회장의 선출을 계기로 또 한 번의 도약을 준비하고 있다. 안전 분야에 변화와 혁신의 물결을 불러올 것이란 기대를 받고 있는 제14대 한국안전학회 박재학 회장을 만나 향후 학회 운영 계획과 재해감소 방안 등에 대해 이야기를 나눠봤다.

세계전기통신표준총회(WTSC)는 새로운 전기통신 환경변화에 따라, CCIT 총회가 명칭을 달리한 것으로 이번이 2번째 회의이다. 통상 4년마다 개최되며, 표준 제.개정, 차기 표준화과제 확정, 표준화 관련 제도 제.개정, 연구반 의장단 선출, 리드그룹 선정, ITU-T 예산 확정을 다룬다. 본 고에서는 WTSC의 전반적인 변화내용에 대해 분석한다.

현재 UMA 단말을 제공하고 있는 곳은 삼성전자.노키아.모토로라 등 3사뿐이다. 서비스 사업자와 단말 제조업자간 신경전이 약간 섞여 있기 때문이다. 새로운 기술이 등장할 때 항상 벌어지는 일로, 사업자측은 단말기 선출시를 요구하고, 단말 제조사는 서비스 시작을 강요하는 불협화음 말이다. 이 불협화음에도 불구하고 업계에서는 내년 초까지 6개 정도 업체가 UMA 단말 시장에 진출할 것으로 예상하고 있다. 업계에서는 FMC 단말기가 중저가형이어야 한다고 주장한다. 가격이 높으면 사용자들이 새로운 단말기를 구입하기에 부담스럽다는 이유이다.

최근의 한국사회는 모든 분야에 있어 개혁을 추진하고 있다. 이러한 개혁은 문민정부라는 국내 정치변화도 한 요인이지만, 지구촌 시대로 들어서는 국제적 환경 변화도 큰 요인이다. 이제 교육 분야, 특히 대학은 외부세계와 단절되어 오직 진리만 추구하던 '상아탑'적 전통에만 안주할 수 없게 되었다. 대학도 환경의 변화에 능동적으로 대처하여 조직 체계와 그 운영에 있어 개방성을 추진하여야 한다. 대학의 최고 정책 결정기구인 대학이사회의 구성과 기능 그리고 집행기관인 총장의 선출과정 및 리더십에 대해 개방성이 강조되고, 행정의 운영에 구성원의 참여와 공개가 보장되는 것은 대학행정의 민주성을 확립하는 필수적 요소이다.
