[ $[^{123}I]{\beta}$ ]-CIT [$2{\beta}$-carbomethoxy-$3{\beta}$-(4-iodophenyl)tropane]는 도파민 운반체 (dopamine transporter)에 특이결합하며 $[^{123}I]{\beta}$-CIT의 도파민 운반체 결합정도는 파킨슨병에서 도파민 뉴우런의 변성정도를 반영하는 것으로 제안되어 왔다. 이 연구의 주요 목적은 파킨슨병 환자에서 $[^{123}I]{\beta}$-CIT SPECT를 이용하여 측정된 $[^{123}I]{\beta}$-CIT의 선조체 결합지표들이 질병의 임상적 진행정도를 반영하는지를 검토하고, 간편화된 조직방사능비가 $[^{123}I]{\beta}$-CIT의 결합정도를 나타내는 정량적 지표로 이용될 수 있는지를 검증하는 것이었다. 파킨슨병 환자 30명($59{\pm}9$세, 평균${\pm}$표준편차: Hoehn-Yahr stage 1-3)과 정상인 6명 ($58{\pm}5$세)을 대상으로 $[^{123}I]{\beta}$-CIT SPECT 영상을 얻었다. $[^{123}I]{\beta}$-CIT 선조체 결합의 정량적 지표로서 (선조체 방사능-소뇌방사능)/소뇌방사능 비(specific binding ratio, SBR)와 추적자역학모델을 이용하여 측정한 선조체 결합능(binding potential)($k_3/k_4$)을 구하였다. 파킨슨병 환자에서 $[^{123}I]{\beta}$-CIT의 선조체 결합역학은 정상인에 비하여 현저하게 느렸으며 그 결합지표들은 정상인에 비하여 뚜렷하게 낮았다. 한편, 편측파킨슨병 환자에서 $[^{123}I]{\beta}$-CIT 결합은 증상 반대쪽 선조체 뿐만 아니라 같은 쪽 선조체에서도 정상인에 비해 유의하게 감소되어 있었다. 파킨슨병 환자에서 $[^{123}I]{\beta}$-CIT 투여 후 24시간의 선조체 SBR 및 최대 SBR, 선조체 결합능은 모두, 유병기간, Hoehn-Yahr stage, UPDRS(Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale) 총점, UPDRS 운동점수, UPDRS 일상활동점수와 유의한 상관관계를 나타내었다. 24시간 선조체 SBR과 최대 SBR은 선조체 결합능과 우수한 상관관계를 보였다. 이상의 결과로부터 $[^{123}I]{\beta}$-CIT의 선조체 결합은 파킨슨병의 진행정도를 나타내는 지표로 이용될 수 있다. 또 $[^{123}I]{\beta}$-CIT 투여 후 24시간 영상으로부터 얻은 간편화된 조직방사능 비는 $[^{123}I]{\beta}$-CIT의 결합정도를 정량적으로 반영한다. $[^{123}I]{\beta}$-CIT SPECT는 파킨슨병의 조기진단 및 진행 추적에 임상적으로 유용할 것으로 판단된다.

A new wiregrid modeling scheme is proposed for a curvature varying scatterer A 2-dimensional conducting elliptic cylinder is modelled by wires with the different size of radius considering the radius of curvature on the surface. The magnitude of the internal field in the conducting elliptic cylinder is used as an indicator to check the accuracy of solutions between two methods. Numerical results show that this new wiregrid model scheme can be reduced the number of wires and applied to enhance the accuracy of solutions for a curvature varying scatterer.

Recently, construction companies have had difficulty in managing their business due to economic hardship domestically and abroad, decreased orders, and low profitability due to intensified competition. To address these issues, construction companies need to develop or introduce construction methods that improve productivity. The purpose of this study is to investigate a re-bar construction method that reduces the high expenses of transport by folding a pre-fabricated re-bar cage. It was concluded that the application of rebar pre-fabrication would be activated and the productivity of construction sites improved by adopting the folding rebar pre-fabrication method.

This study aims to explore Yulgok Yi I(栗谷 李珥)'s political intention through his presenting Seonghakjibyo(The Essentials of the Studies of the Sages, 聖學輯要) to the King Seonjo(宣祖), paying attention to his political situation in early reign of the King. Until presenting the book to the King in December 1576(the 8th year of King Seonjo's reign), Yulgok had been neglected from the political development of the King. So his presenting Seonghakjibyo, which basically professed the perfection of the studies of the Sages(聖學), to the King included another aim to convert the King's negative view on him by synthesizing his political views and appealing to the King. Yulgok's political views are intensively summarized in the book's beginning "Jincha(進箚)" and the final chapter "Seonghyeondotong(聖賢道統)". Through "Jincha", he recalled the past of his political situation during early reign of the King and expressed his own will to participate in the government again by presenting this book that was the summary of his political views. Then through "Seonghyeondotong", he suggested his own specific political opinions to the King as the successor of Taotong(道統) in Chosun by expressing such an ethos that he succeeded directly to Chutzu(朱子). This study firstly tries to identify Toegye Yi Hwang(退溪 李滉)'s presenting Seonghaksibdo(The Ten Diagrams on Sage Learning, 聖學十圖) to the King and Yulgok's successive will on it. Then we will review the times till presenting Seonghakjibyo to the King, 8 years of early reign of King Seonjo when he had been neglected from the political development of the King. Finally we will specifically analyze how his political views are expressed in each beginning and final chapter of the book.

이 연구는 인삼 성분 약물이 도파민 수용체에 미치는 영향을 연구하기 위한 첫 단계로써 그 기본적인 assay system을 정착 시키기 위함이 목적이었다. 우리는 이 연구를 수행하기 위하여 생후 2-4 일의 쥐를 사용하여 흑질, 선조체, 해마구, nucleus accumbens등의 뇌 부위에서 신경세포 배양을 시도하였다. 흑질로 부터 배양한 신경세포들의 경우엔 면역 세포학적방법을 써서 살펴본 결과 대부분의 신경이 도파민성 신경이나 GABA성 신경들 이었다. 또한 이들 세포들의 전기 생리학적 상태를 알아보기 위하여 흑질에서 신호 전달체계가 잘 확립된 GABA 수용체의 작용을 살펴 본 결과 이 신경세포들은 GABA-A 및 GABA-B 수용체의 발현은 물론 이온 채널에 미치는 신호 전달체계를 완전히 갖추고 있었다. 도파민 수용체의 작용을 전기 생리학적으로 연구하기 위하여 배양한 신경세포에 도파민agonist를 가해서 이온 채널에 미치는 효과를 살펴 보았다. 선조체에서 배양한 신경세포들은 Dl 과 D2 agonist에 대해서 상반되는 반응을 나타냈다. 즉 Dl agonist는 선조체 신경세포를 활성화 시켰으나 D2 agonist는 선조체 신경세포들을 억제 하였다. 한편 해마구의 CAI 과 CA3 부위로 부터 배양한 신경세포에 대한 도파민 agonists의 작용은 선조체의 신경세포에 대한도파민 agonists의 작용과는 상반되는 반응 이었다. Dl agonist는 해마구로 부터 배양한 신경세포의 활성을 억제 하였으나 D2 agonist는 이들 신경세포들의 활성을 증가 시켰다. Nucleus accumbens 에서 배양한 신경세포들은 도파민에 의해서 그 활성이 억제 되었다. 이러한 결과로 미루어 봐서 같은 도파민 수용체라도 분포되어 있는 조직에 따라서 신호전달 에 관여 하고 있는 C-단백이나 이차 전령물질이 달라서 신경세포에 대한 작용이 다르든지. 약리학적으로는 구분되지 않으나 뇌의 조직에 따라서 분포가 다른 도파민 수용체의 아그룹이 존재 한다고 생각된다.

The purpose of this research is to understand the view on people(百姓) and Lee Won-ik(李元翼)'s view on politics, comparing with Seonjo(宣祖)'s view on them. They as political actors sufficiently cognized the condition of life of people had been very desperate. Seonjo had approached from politics to the life of people, while Lee from the life of people to politics. The former has the precariousness of transformation and instrumentalisation of the life of people. The latter has the possibility of the life of people to lead the politics. Lee's stance was on the latter aspect. He had tried to conceive the people as they are, in other words as reality, not as they should be, in other words as idea. He refrained the elucidation of people from confining it within dichotomy structure of ruling-ruled. He had tried to conceive the organic relationship between people and other existences within community. He did not give knowledge-centered question of what is the life of people, but gave situation-phenomenon-centered question of how people has been living. This approach eulciates Lee's focus on the problems of Gongyi(工役), military service(軍役), Labour service(?役), the reduction and exemption of the tax, and the appointment of provincial officer(守令). As for Lee Won-ik, the best form of life of people is to make people have mind to deserve to live, to economize their power(寬民力), to make them savor their life(樂民生), and to make their life easy(安民).

The purpose of this study is analyze physical and textual characteristics of the fold screen with Gosi(고시), tour ancient poems own by Beopjusa temple(법주사) in Mt. Sokrisan(속리산). The calligraphic specimen of this fold screen is written by King Seonjo(선조), and it seems to be made by between 1725 and 1758. On the view of physical point, the size of the fold screen is 190.0cm high, and 67.2cm wide each fold. And its format is made by 8 fold screen and its calligraphic style is a ‘cursive’ style. It was printed by wood block printing with chinese ink on the Geonji(견지). On the view of textual point, the fold screen of Gosi(고시) is consist of four ancient poems, and its content is describe to yearning for the appearance of the true gentleman possessed with high principles and virtue. And the four ancient poems is arranged by a well organized passage.
