본 연구는 한국어 학습자 작문의 자동 평가 시스템 개발의 일환으로, 자동 평가 결과에 대한 설명과 근거가 될 수 있는 평기 기준 범주를 선정하기 위한 데이터 구축과 선정 방법을 제시한다. 작문의 평가 기준의 영역과 항목은 평가체계에 대한 이론적 연구에 따라 다양하다. 이러한 평가 기준은 자동 평가에서는 식별되기 어려운 경우도 있고, 각각의 평가 기준이 적용되는 작문 오류의 범위도 다양하다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 자동 평가 기준 선정의 문제는 다양한 평가 기준에 중 하나를 선정하는 분류의 문제로 보고, 학습데이터를 구축, 기계학습을 통해 자동 작문 평가에 효과적인 평가 기준을 선정 가능성을 제시한다.

수문학적 기준지점(HRS, Reference Hydrological Station)은 유량의 변동성의 장기적인 추세를 파악하기 위해 고품질의 자료를 생산하는 관측소를 의미한다. 선진외국의 경우 운영목적과 수문학적 기준지점의 정의는 조금씩 다르지만 유사한 개념의 관측소를 운영하고 있다. 호주의 경우 기후변화에 따른 장기간의 수자원 부존량의 변화를 예측하기 위한 모니터링 지점으로 정의하며, 미국의 경우 시간에 따른 수문학적 특성의 자연적인 변화 및 인간의 활동에 따른 수문환경의 변화에 대한 연구를 위한 기준값을 제공하기 위해 참조지점(HBN, Hydrological Benchmark Network)의 자료를 제공하기 위해 운영한다. 영국은 기후변화에 따른 유역의 수문학적 응답을 조사할 목적으로 참조지점(RHN, Reference Hydrological Network)을 운영하고 있으며, 주로 자연유역에 설치하여 운영하고 있다. WMO는 2006년 '기후연구를 위한 적절한 유량관측소'를 선정해 줄 것을 회원국에 요청하고, 관련 자료의 데이터베이스를 독일의 GRDC(Global Runoff Data Centre)에 수집하고 있다. 국외의 경우 '자연에 가까운 유역특성을 갖는 하천 유량관측망 중 양질의 자료를 보유하고 있는 관측소'를 고려하여 수문학적 기준지점을 선정한다. 하지만 우리나라의 경우 장기간의 유량자료를 보유하고 있는 관측소가 상대적으로 부족하고, 장기간의 유량자료를 보유한 지점 또한 홍수예보, 댐 운영 등 물관리 업무에 직접 활용하기 위해 대하천의 본류 중심으로 자료를 생산하고 있다. 따라서 현재를 기준으로 국제적으로 통용되는 기준에 부합하는 기준관측소를 선정하는 것은 곤란한 상황으로 미래에 수문학적 기준지점이 될 수 있는 관측소를 선정하여 장기간 모니터링을 통해 기준관측소를 확대해 나갈 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 국외의 수문학적 기준관측소 선정기준을 비교 검토하여 우리나라 실정에 맞는 기준관측소 선정기준을 개발하였다. 선정 기준은 ① 유역의 개발정도, ② 댐·저수지 등 인위적인 조절 정도, ③ 취수량 또는 방류량 등 유역간의 물 이동, ④ 유량자료의 보유기간 및 정확도 등을 고려하여 기준을 설정하였다. 또한 기준지점의 선정을 위한 절차를 ① 수위관측소 사전목록의 작성, ② 관측소 정보 분석(유역특성, 시계열자료 등), ③ 수문학적 기준관측소 후보 선정, ④ 유관기관 및 전문가 검토를 통한 우선순위 선정 등 4단계로 구분하여 제시하였다.

The purpose of the research is to examine the teachers' cognition about the math textbook selecting and to provide the implications about the rational process of the textbook selection and criteria based on the research. In terms of the research result about the inner and outer criteria of the actual process of the textbook selecting, they utilized the standard selection criteria distributed by Office of Education, and they considered 'Organization of learning contents' and 'Learning evaluation' as the most important factors. The selection method was that the answer 'After scoring the grade with matching standards, selecting by adding the total score' was the highest. In case of the actual selection, the most considerable inner criteria appeared 'Learning quantity and propriety of the difficulty level'. The outer criteria showed 'Awareness', and the difficulty in the selection process was 'in sufficient time for reviewing'. Based on this research result, we draw the implication that needs to be improved in the process of the textbook selection and the criteria.

Although the impact of technological partner selection on the success of technological alliance is critical, little attention has been paid to the area of technological alliance partner selection criteria and the relationship between partner selection criteria and success factors of alliance. This study bridges this gap by understanding previous studies of general alliance partner selection criteria such as marketing, international, logistics and production alliances. I drew technological alliance partner selection criteria using AHP method with 12 experts who are currently in charge of technological alliance activities at Korean Venture Companies. This study found 4 criteria such as 'task-related', 'partner-related', 'learning-related', 'risk-related' criteria with 14 items and the relative importance of technological alliance partner selection showed as follows: 'risk-related', 'learning-related', 'partner-related', 'task-related' criteria. In order to test the relationship between technological partner selection criteria and performance, I used 215 survey data of Korean Venture Companies. The results showed that 'partner-related' and 'task-related' criteria had strong positive impacts on the success of technological alliance. Further, I put 4 moderating variables into the study model in order to see their moderating effects. However, no moderating variable showed significant effects. In conclusion section, I discussed the findings and implications of this study and directions for future studies.

The purpose of this study is to propose criteria for selecting picture books as various reading education materials for middle school students and to check whether it can be applied to book selection. First, identified the educational value of picture books as reading materials and the criteria for selecting picture books by academic field through previous studies. After integrating the commonalities of various picture book selection criteria presented in previous studies by categorizing them into illustrations, text, and other categories. And it devised selection criteria that can be applied after selecting middle school students as readers. Based on the unified picture book selection criteria, a survey was conducted to ask in-service librarians about the main criteria to consider when selecting picture books for middle school students, and intensive interviews were conducted with experts who have experience in picture book education. As a result, the picture book selection criteria from previous studies were revised and supplemented with two criteria related to text, four criteria related to pictures, and five other criteria, and presented as picture book selection criteria for middle school students. To verify the practicality of the picture book selection criteria, it checked the applicability of each category of criteria to picture books recommended by the Children's Book Research Society (ages 13 and older). Out of 22 picture books for middle school students, 15 books could be applied to all categories of the selection criteria, showing significant practicality.

This study proposes a new site selection model which reflects integrated opinions of several groups and identifies sites through objectivity of selection procedure. The proposed model consists of two parts, Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Geographic Information(GIS). This model was applied to Seocho-gu in Seoul. First, library site selection criteria were determined through literature study. Hierarchical relationship based on the questionnaire was determined and refined to be suited to Seocho-gu case. A survey was conducted with three groups, namely, library users, librarians, and public worker. A few inconsistent answers to the survey questionnaire were excluded and the relative importance of each criterion was measured. Next, an overlay method was used and the relative importance was used as a weight for selecting candidates. This process excluded the areas where a library was unable to be built, for example, rivers, military areas, other restricted areas by law, etc. and resulted in seventy-five sites. Five groups of candidates were identified according to the similarity of criteria. Finally, four groups, after eliminating one lowly fitted group, were determined.

본 연구는 우리나라의 주요 일간지들이 실시해 온 히트상품 선정행사의 현황을 집계하고, 그 타당성을 분석하며, 이러한 선정 결과의 공신력과 타당성을 높이기 위한 방안을 제시하기 위하여 수행되었다. 이를 위하여, 본 논문에서는 지난 10년간 10개 주요 일간지들이 실시한 히트상품 선정행사와 여기에서 선정된 5269개의 히트상품들을 연구대상으로 삼았다. 연구대상 일간지들 중에서는 '히트상품'으로 선정되기 위한 요건을 규정하지 않은 경우와 선정 기준들을 연도별로 변경하는 경우가 많았다. 또한, 전적으로 객관적인 데이터에 의존하거나 전적으로 심사위원들의 판단에 의존하는 방식이 대부분이었다. 선정된 히트상품들의 수렴타당성에 있어서는, 일간지들간에 적지 않은 차이가 나타났으며, 특히 상위권의 일간지들과 하위권의 일간지들간에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 발견되었다. 위와 같은 분석 결과들을 토대로, 일간지들의 히트상품 선정행사의 타당성과 공신력을 높이기 위한 몇 가지 방안들을 제시하고 있다. 첫째, 선정 기준들을 핵심기준과 확장기준으로 이원화하여 선정 기준의 일관성과 융통성 사이의 조화를 이루어야 한다. 둘째, 히트상품의 대상을 출시 후 1년 이상 2년 미만의 상품으로 한정하여야 한다. 셋째, 상품의 상업적 성공여부와 함께 상품의 윤리성에 대해서도 충분한 고려를 하여야 한다. 넷째, 같은 카테고리에서 경합하는 경쟁 상품들을 동시에 선정하는 경우는 최대한 지양되어야 한다. 다섯째, 전문가들의 판단과 객관적인 데이터를 효과적으로 결합하는 방법에 대해서 보다 많은 연구가 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to make establishing criteria for Korea traditional nursery rhyme suitable for children and apply them effectively in early child education. The researchers of this study are firstly concerned with establishing criteria for Korean traditional nursery rhymes suitable for children. Secondly, they are concerned with establishing Korean traditional nursery rhymes suitable for children which are selected by following the established criteria. A Delphi survey was performed with early childhood educators and 30 related professionals to establish criteria for Korean traditional nursery rhymes suitable for children. The SPSS 12.0 program was used to calculate the standard deviation and average. Through this process the final seven criteria selected are: 'traditional play spaces and fun of play language is showed', 'lifestyles and emotions of children in the past is expressed', 'easy to understand story', 'the content is interesting', 'assisting in the development of children', 'easy to sing melody', and 'simple and repetitive in rhythm'. And 112 songs appropriate to the children were selected based on these criteria. The lyrics of the songs mainly expressed 'the joy of play.' it means songs need to combine with play to succeed to the next generation.

This study examined adomestic firm's perspective on how their choice of partner selection criteria affects the mediating variables and the performance of international strategic alliances with particular reference to previous experience as a moderating variable. The findings of this study showed that the task-related and partner-related criteria are both positively related to trust and commitment but the results concerning the partner-related criteria repudiates the existing practices that domestic firms select foreign partners based on the partners' attributes because this weaken the commitment of the partnership. This study suggests that firms should revise their partner selection criteria, which will eventually lead to the more desirable performance of international strategic alliances.
