현대사회에서 정보기술의 급격한 발전은 사회전반에 걸쳐 큰 영향을 미치고 있으며, 이러한 변화 속에서 국민에게 보다 편리하고 효율적인 행정서비스를 제공하려는 정부의 노력도 끊임없이 진행되고 있다. 전자정부 11대 중점과제의 하나인 "4대 사회보험 정보연계시스템 구축" 사업은 2002년부터 운영 중에 있으나, 정보연계사업 고유의 성과를 평가하는 체계가 마련되어 있지 못한 실정이다. 평가체제의 미비는 사업목표의 객관적인 달성정도를 파악할 수 없을뿐 아니라 향후 달성목표치 설정을 위한 기준선정이 불가능하며, 나아가 대국민 서비스의 질적 향상을 극대화 하는데 필요한 객관적인 자료의 부재로 이어진다. 본 연구는 4대 사회보험 정보연계시스템이 구축목표에 부합되게 운영되고 있는지를 평가하는 지표가 필요하며, 그 필요성에 따라 IT조직 및 기술에 관한 성과평가기법인 IT-BSC 성과평가모델을 활용하여 4대 사회보험 정보연계시스템의 특성에 최적화된 성과평가모델을 제안하고자 한다. 제안된 성과평가모델는 4대 사회보험 정보연계시스템의 성과평가지표로 활용됨으로써 향후 운영방향설정 및 목표달성도 측정의 주요한 정보로 활용될 것이다.

The purpose of this research is to develop evaluation indicators for evaluating the educational value of libraries and, for this, frist of all, preliminary evaluation indicators were derived by analyzing comprehensively about 60 domestic and overseas papers which researched on the value of libraries. On the basis of the derived preliminary evaluation indicators, 10 experts were selected and the final evaluation indicators were developed by conducting Delphi survey three times. The final evaluation indicators are composed of five evaluation areas, which are the divided areas of the educational value of libraries, such as the literacy improvement, supporting of learning and education, research supporting and provision of information resources, improvement of educational environment and quality of education, strengthen competence, 13 evaluation items, and 62 evaluation indicators. In the future, it seems that researches to measure the educational value of libraries based on this will have to be conducted.

This research is a progress in order to answer the research question of 'how the listed World Cultural Heritage is being managed now?' the alternate indicators of management effectiveness evaluation were set up based on international principles which were published by UNESCO, ICOMOS etc. Meanwhile the international contents of management and requirements were reflected in the alternate indicators of management effectiveness evaluation. The results were five evaluation categories included context, planning, setting, tourism and community were divided and total 46 alternate indicators in all were selected. In addition, to develop evaluation criteria for Management effectiveness evaluation of world cultural heritage by using Delphi Technique, three rounds of surveys were conducted on a selected expert group to derive and structuralize the evaluation factors. 46 factors got channeled into 32 factors after Delphi survey on appropriateness and credibility. The selected indicators were 7, 6, 7, 6 and 6 respectively in the five evaluation categories. According to the results the follow-up study, it selected management effectiveness evaluation index of world heritage.

오늘날 기술집약적인 벤처기업들에 대한 관심이 집중되고 있다. 소수의 진취적인 벤처기업들이 기술개발 및 신상품 개발 등 두드러진 활약을 보이고 있기 때문이다. 그러나 실제 이 벤처기업의 성공 가능성은 그렇게 높지 않다. 특히 벤처기업 환경이 아직 미약한 국내의 경우 위험부담이 훨씬 더 크다. 이러한 벤처기업 환경에서 투자대상 벤처기업을 선정하는 것은 매우 전략적인 의사결정이다. 일반적으로 일반 벤처투자가들은 관심이 있는 산업에 해당하는 기업의 사업계획서와 기초적인 관련 정보를 토대로 투자여부를 결정한다. 그렇지만 실제로는 이와 같은 분석에 필수적으로 요구되는 정보가 불확실할 뿐만 아니라 기술분야에 대한 전문적 지식도 부족하기 때문에 투자 여부를 결정하는 것은 매우 복잡하고 어려운 문제이다. 그러므로 투자대상 벤처기업의 선정을 효과적으로 지원해주는 체계적인 접근이 필요하다. 특히 벤처 사업과 관련된 기술 동향 및 수준 등에 관련된 전문 지식과 경험이 체계적으로 제공되어야 하고 또한 벤처 투자가의 개인적 경험과 판단이 평가 프로세스에 직접적으로 반영될 수 있어야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 전문가의 지식과 경험을 체계화하고 투자가의 개인적 판단을 효과적으로 수용할 수 있는 전문가시스템의 접근방법을 제시하고자 한다. 투자대상 벤처기업의 선정을 위한 전문가시스템을 구축하기 위해 본 연구에서는 다양한 정보수집 과정을 거쳤다. 우선 벤처 투자와 관련된 기존 문헌을 심층 분석하였으며 아울러 벤처 투자 업계에서 활약중인 전문 벤처캐피탈리스트들과의 수차례 인터뷰를 통해 벤처기업 평가의 주요 요인과 의사결정 과정을 파악할 수 있었다. 이러한 과정을 통하여 본 연구에서는 벤처 투자의 90%를 차지하는 정보통신분야에 속한 기법 중에서 투자대상 벤처기업의 선정을 위한 전문가시스템을 구축중이다.의 밀도를 비재무적 지표변수로 산정하여 로지스틱회귀 분석과 인공신경망 기법으로 검증하였다. 로지스틱회귀분석 결과에서는 재무적 지표변수 모형의 전체적 예측적중률이 87.50%인 반면에 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 90.18%로서 비재무적 지표변수 사용에 대한 개선의 효과가 나타났다. 표본기업들을 훈련과 시험용으로 구분하여 분석한 결과는 전체적으로 재무/비재무적 지표를 고려한 인공신경망기법의 예측적중률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 로지스틱회귀 분석의 재무적 지표모형은 훈련, 시험용이 84.45%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 84.45%, 85.08%로서 거의 동일한 예측적중률을 가졌으나 인공신경망기법 분석에서는 재무적 지표모형이 92.23%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형에서는 91.12%, 88.06%로서 향상된 예측적중률을 나타내었다.ting LMS according to increasing the step-size parameter $\mu$ in the experimentally computed. learning curve. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport has also been promoting the commercialization of land transport technology to commercialize the technologies owned by small and medium-sized venture companies, and to support the transfer and commercialization of public technologies. At this point, in order to improve the investment effect of subsequent new projects and to select excellent research institutes, it is necessary to establish a valid evaluation index system suitable for the purpose of the project. The evaluation index system for subsequent new projects should be linked to the project objectives and goals of the preceding project, and should be selected in consideration of existing evaluation indicators to prevent interruption of research results. Therefore, this thesis sets the evaluation index system into multiple scenarios through hierarchical cluster analysis using the evaluation result data for each evaluation committee for small and medium venture companies participating in the land transportation technology commercialization support project, and then analyzes the structural equation model. As a result of scenario analysis, considering the measurement effect of each path representing the causal relationship between evaluation indicators and the effect of each evaluation index on evaluation items, the scenario with the highest impact on the evaluation result was selected as an improvement plan.

Corporate Laboratories have been a key driver of Korea's economic growth through attaining technology competitiveness. The study is focused on selecting outstanding small and medium corporate laboratories with high R&D capability and fostering the selected laboratories. The main topics of this study are to establish logics regarding the selection process and to propose the implementation schemes of the process. For the selection of outstanding laboratories, this study presents a evaluation indicators based on logic model and verification of the validity of following evaluation indicators through a Pilot test. The evaluation indicators from this study are expected to be in practical use as a reference for support policies of outstanding laboratories' R&D activities. For corporations, these indicators can be used to examine their R&D capability. This study also suggests differentiated policy support measures using the findings to maximize the effectiveness of the selection process.

Under the "Act on Safety Control of Small Public Facilities (enacted in 2015)", each local government selects and conducts annual safety inspections for small public facilities. Among small public facilities, small bridges pose high risks and are heavily utilized by local residents, making them challenging to manage due to their large numbers and limited resources. Therefore, there is a need for a rational selection method that considers the management capacity of local governments, as well as the establishment of objective risk evaluation and maintenance planning for small hazardous facilities. In this study, we propose a selection method based on structural and functional classification of small bridges, considering the management capacity of local governments. Additionally, we present quantitative evaluation indicators for ten risk evaluation criteria, aiming to facilitate objective risk evaluation.

Currently, people are paying more attention to smart home businesses. Therefore, the research on smart home system is becoming important. Smart Home App, which is an important component of smart home system, needs to consider the development of evaluation indicators for usability. In this regard, this paper takes smart home App as the object to develop the usability evaluation indicators of smart home App design. For this purpose, this study performed three rounds of survey by using the Delphi method. In the first round, 8 suitable areas were selected by collecting opinions from experts and analyzing the Content Validity Ratio, which was derived from literature review. Based on the results of the first survey, a total of 38 evaluation items were collected through prior research and user interview surveys. For the 38 collected evaluation items, 27 evaluation items have been selected by analyzing Average Value, Standard Deviation, Content Validity Ratio, Consultation and Convergence in the second and third rounds. The result of this study can be used as a guideline when evaluating the usability of smart home App design.

This study develops the evaluation model which is for assessing on the side of users in expressway service areas, and researchers apply this study for monitoring expressway service areas by routes. The direction of development on Evaluation Criteria is all about on the side of necessity of rest area users, the reflection of current conditions, the construction of total evaluation criteria, and the examination of connecting study with current study. After that, this study examines previous evaluation criterias and researchers will select the primary provision of evaluation through FGI, and they derive the final evaluation criteria throughout the verification of suitability on Evaluation Criteria. Throughout AHP analysis which is a professional survey system of users, researchers dereive on the side of facilities, on the side of environments facilities, on the side of position, and on the side of services in order by the weightings. As you can see in this study, this study also considers quantitative and qualitative factors together, and it allows to evaluate conditions of rest areas. In addition, this study can be a primary study for suggesting the ways of improvements of rest areas by using Spider Map and for monitoring future study.
