2006년 3월 21일과 22일에 걸쳐 멕시코의 수도 멕시코시티에서 개최된 '제4차 세계 물포럼'에서 "전지구적 변화를 추구하기 위한 지역 활동(Local Actions for a Global Challenge)"이라는 주제로 각료회의를 개최 후 다음과 같은 각료 선언문이 발표되었다.

This article is a study of Karl Marx's manifesto and the reform in donghak for the modality and their symbolism. As a text, Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels' declaration on the Communist Alliance and the reform program of the peasant Donghak were choose. This Declaration and the Reformation are the works of philosophical practice discourse of the 1800s in this article, which unfolds paradigmatically, deriving its common symbolic meaning in the semiotic sense, and evolving ideologically towards a democracy free of property. In the end, these two historical incident which are published in the contemporary breath, constitute an accusation against a nonhuman policy of surveillance and punishment. Twice a day, the space of the church is transformed into a factory, the act of dividing into two categories by capitalist and work and divorcing by accident is embodied as a social ethic. It is against the phenomenon that the structure of which no man exists is no longer institutionalized. The revolutionary movement aimed at breaking the framework of this hunt manifests itself in the two manifestos mentioned above, and Karl Marx completes the culmination of the utopia that must be achieved through the Declaration of the Communist Alliance by placing his being in the position of "eternal refugee". By choosing to die in his freedom developed during Jeon Bong-joon's trial, he also completes the people's spirit of revolution. In the case of simultaneous exploitation in East and West, the form of oppression is the withdrawal of capital from domination and power, and a new alternative to this is the philosophical context that allows the establishment of a new paradigm with "man is the greatest capital".

The purpose of this research is to analyze how the transformation of Gwangju Biennale policy change their exhibitions. The research analyzed the Gwangju Biennale Declaration which announced upon the foundation of Biennale, as well as the following development plans to examine how the Biennale's aim has changed. There're any Biennale which has the declaration except Gwangju. We can see the keywords of art criticism at that time in the declaration and the innovations suggested on the 20th anniversary of Gwangju Biennale. This research shows the 20 years development of the declaration of Gwangju Biennale which visualize Gwangju spirit achieved more universal expansion by displaying artworks. The achievement of Gwangju Biennale which universalize the Gwangju spirit and expansion of community art parallelize the development of Korean contemporary art.

노사정위원회가 경제위기 극복을 위한 고통분담의 대타협을 마침내 일궈냈다. 노동계ㆍ기업ㆍ정부 등 3대 경제주체의 대표가 지난 1월 15일 노사정위원회를 구성하고 20일 제1차 공동선언문을 발표한데 이어 2월 6일 협의를 마무리짓고 제2차 공동선언문을 발표한 것이다. 협의과정에서 계속된 철야회의, 팽팽한 의견대립, 일부 대표의 회의장 퇴장 등 우여곡절이 적지 않았다. 그러나 나라 전체에 걸친 신속하고도 근본적인 개혁의 단행없이는 도저히 극복할 수 없는 총체적 국가위기라는 데 인식을 같이 하고 공정한 고통분담으로 경제위기를 극복하고자 의견을 모았다.

신고리 5 6호기 공사 중단과 탈핵을 주장하는 900여개 환경 시민단체가 7월 27일 '안전한 세상을 위한 신고리 5 6호기 백지화 시민행동'을 발족했다. 이들은 선언문을 통해 "우리 사회가 안전한 탈핵세상으로 가기 위해서는 신고리 5 6호기 백지화가 그 첫걸음이 돼야 한다. 여러 어려운 점이 발생할 수 있지만, 함께 노력한다면 충분히 극복가능한 문제"라며 "우리는 이번 공론화과정이 충분한 시민들의 참여와 토론으로 에너지 민주주의를 실현하는 과정이 돼야 한다고 생각한다"고 밝혔다.

본 연구팀은 유비쿼터스 게임 플랫폼을 위한 Embedded C++ 컴파일러를 개발하였으며, 컴파일러 개발 과정에서 객체지향언어인 C++과 Java 언어를 모두 수용할 수 있는 심벌 테이블을 설계하였다. 심벌 테이블은 컴파일러의 어휘 분석과 구문 분석 과정을 거친 후 SDT(syntax-directed translation)에 의해 생성된 AST(Abstract Syntax Tree)를 분석하여 인식된 명칭(identifier)과 그 속성(attribute)들을 수집하여 저장하는 자료구조로써, 심벌 테이블에 저장된 속성들은 의미 분석(semantic analysis) 단계에서 수집된 속성과 참조된 명칭의 사용이 타당한지를 검사하고, 코드 생성(code generation) 단계에서 올바른 코드가 생성되도록 하는 중요한 요소이다. 따라서 심벌 테이블의 설계가 올바른지와 입력된 속성이 정확한지에 대한 검증과 분석은 필수 불가결하다. 본 논문에서는 컴파일러 개발과정에서 설계한 심벌 테이블을 검증하고 분석하기 위한 목적으로써 심벌 테이블을 이용하여 선언문을 복원시키는 역번역기(detranslator)에 대하여 기술한다. 구현된 역번역기는 C++ 컴파일러와 Java 컴파일러의 선언문 처리 과정에서 심벌 테이블에 입력된 속성들을 본래의 입력 프로그램으로 역번역한다. 따라서 역번역기를 통하여 심벌 테이블의 완전성과 심벌 테이블에 입력된 속성 정보의 정확성을 쉽게 검증할 수 있으며, 역번역과 함께 출력되는 디버그 정보를 이용하여 효율적으로 컴파일러의 개발과 수정을 할 수 있다.
