이 논문은 과학영재교육원의 학생 선발과정을 중심으로 과학영재아 판별과정을 분석해보고, 과학영재교육원의 학생 선발과정에서 발생할 수 있는 오류를 점검하여, 이를 보완할 수 있는 개선안을 마련하고자 하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 분석결과 과학, 수학과 관련된 창의적 문제의 지필평가 성적이 선발의 가장 중요한 기준이었다. 지필평가 단계에서 지망분야에 관계없이 과학, 수학 및 창의력검사를 모두 치러야 하는 교육원에 초점을 맞추어 그 점수 활용에 있어서 발생할 수 있는 오류를 점검하였다. A 교육원의 경우 학생 선발은 다단계 평가를 원칙으로 하고 있었으며, 1단계 지필평가에서 과학, 수학, 창의력검사라는 세 과목 시험의 합산점수로서 선발하고 있었다. 이 교육원의 ○○년도 중등과정 응시자 276명을 대상으로 합격자와 불합격자의 지필평가 점수를 분석하여 과학, 수학, 창의력검사의 시행에 오류가 없었는지 점검하였다. 또 이들의 합산에 의한 선발이 의미 있는 결과를 보이는지 분석하였다. 그 결과 과학, 수학, 창의력검사의 상관도분석에서 과학은 수학 및 창의력검사와 유의미한 상관이 있었으나, 수학과 창의력검사는 독립적으로 분석되었다. 또 이들의 합산에 지원분야별 배점으로 계산한 선발은 본래의 취지, 즉 과학, 수학, 창의력에서 모두 우수한 학생을 선발하고자 하는 의도대로 진행되었으나, 판별분석 결과 합격과 불합격자 판별에서 88.1%의 정확도를 보여 다소 오류가 있었음을 발견하였다. 이는 해당년도에 출제된 문제의 난이도 및 시험 과목별 평균점수 차를 고려하지 않아 발생하는 문제로 파악되어져 원점수 대신 표준점수로 변환하여 오류를 보완할 것을 제안한다. 자체와 직접 관련되는 영역으로는 좌반구의 측두엽과 전두엽 부분이 관찰되었다. 특히 한국어 어말어미 산출시 나타나는 형태점화 양상과 관련된 대뇌영역으로 발견된 브로카 영역에서의 활성화는 어미 변환과 관련된 영역이라기보다는 산출시 관련되는 articulation, motor coordinate관련 영역으로 추정되고, 측두엽의 활성화는 형태소, 의미 관련 지식의 data base로 추정된다. 또한 우반구 전두엽 부분에서 관찰된 활성화는 억제관련 영역으로 짐작된다.러한 동물실험이 그 기초를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다. 또한 행동성향 및 기억의 종류에 따른 약물효과의 차이는 기억과 관련된 질병인 알츠하이머 환자에 있어 개개인에게 맞는 적절한 특징적인 치료약물이 존재할 것이라는 가능성을 제공해줄 뿐만 아니라 학습과 기억력 증진 효과를 기대해 볼 수 있을 것이라고 생각된다. 및 지역산업발전의 기획${\sim}$조정기구로서, 선진국의 지역발전기구(Regional Development Agency : RDA)인 지역전략산업기획단이 2002년도부터 산업자원부와 9개 시도에 의해 설립되어 지역네트워크의 활성화와 클러스터의 형성 촉진을 하게 되었고 2004년도에는 13개시도로 확대${\sim}$운영되고 있고, 지역특화사업(H/W)과 지역산업기술개발과제(S/W)와 함께 패케지 형태로 지원되며, 주요역할은 크게 지역산업의 정책기획 분야와 평가관리, 지역혁신역량 조사 및 DB구축 등으로 구분된다. 그중에서도 권역별, 지역별, 지역산업진흥사업 육성과 중장기 산업발전계획을 수립하기 위하여 지역혁신역량을 바탕으로 한 지역 Technol

본연구는 육종선발 및 원잠종증식과정에서 5령기에 잠아를 마석시킨 다음 회생시간의 차이로 3구분으로 분리하여 얻어진 견질의 차이를 조사한 결과ㆍ마취제사용이 1. 잠아건강성과 밀접한 관계가 있는 사실을 알렸으며 2. 육종과정에서 잠아선발의 기준방법으로 사용할 수 있는 것을 알렸으며 3. 원종제조과정에서 마취제 사용으로 균일성 있는 차대교잡생산에 도움이 되고 또한 잠종퇴화기간을 연장시킬 수 있는 방법임을 일러냈다. 따라서 본연구는 잠아육종 및 원종증식과정에서 새로운 기술체계를 제안하는 결과로 된다.

We analyzed the validity of Science Highschool's selection process for the students from Science Gifted Education Center in order to suggest the direction of improvement. First of all, we invested the students' achievement in Mathematics and Science. As a result, we found that the students are not so good at mathematics and science through the selection process for the students from Science Gifted Education Center. However the difference is not statistically meaningful. On the contrary, The achievement of the students from Science Gifted Education Center is above average who were selected through the other course, e. g. the students who acquired the recommendation of principal, winner of prize in Olympiad of Mathematics or Science. We didn't find any meaningful result in the investigation of Affective Domain in Science. And then we found that the students prefer the generous environment through the selection process for the students from Science Gifted Education Center. As a whole, the selection process for the students from Science Gifted Education Center was not so satisfying. It should be reformed; we should examine the students' portfolio on the activities in the Science Gifted Education Center, and the entrance examination should include both divergent and convergent problems to find out the students' creativity. And the 3 dimensional process is also essential through the multiple steps.

This study aims to clarify background and peculiarity of teacher policy in Finland. Especially we focus on the historical changes of teacher policy, the way of decision for teacher quota and the recruitment of teacher. The following two points of the teacher policies were characterized. First, municipalities have the rights of teacher selection on their own. And the universities for teacher education have strict two phases to select the pre-teacher. The teacher quota was decided by managing the pre-teacher quota in advance. Second, universities and municipalities have a high degree of autonomy in designing their curricula and teacher policy. To date, Finnish teacher policy has not faced any problems in attracting applicants and managing quota. Some suggestions were obtained about the improvement of teacher policy in our country.

In this study, selecting process for scientifically gifted students was investigated and analyzed to science education institute for the gifted in university and was compared with foreign education institute for the gifted. The number of science education institute for the gifted was unequality located to the regions, comparing with the ratio of students. Therefore it is necessary for balancing location of science education institute for the gifted according to the ratio of students to let various students have the gifted education. Comparing with the ratio of gifted students between elementary school students and middle school students, the shape of ratios seems to be a inversed-pyramid. It is necessary to select students with the shape of the pyramid, supporting them to be educated, systematically and officially. The study aims to figure out how to improve existing examination tools to distinguish mathematically gifted children and to clarify procedures and criteria for selecting candidates. Toward this end, it examined correlations between grades of gifted children selected through evaluation by pen-and-pencil tests and their creative problem-solving capability and performance assessment, and analyzed learning activities of the gifted children. According to the analysis, results of pen-and-pencil tests turned out to have low correlations with their creative problem-solving capability and performance assessment, but it was found that their creative problem-solving capability has high correlations with results of performance assessment. The analysis also found that there were some students who participated in a program for gifted children with high marks but had difficulties in adapting themselves to it. It found that there were children who joined the program with low marks but emerged as successive performers later on. In this regard, the existing examination tools to tell the gifted students apart need to be used to the fullest extent, and other diversified tools to evaluate mathematical capabilities that include mathematical creativity need to be further studied and developed. Qualitative studies on affective development of the gifted students and their creative problem-solving processes need to be conducted.

중등교사 임용고사는 현실적으로 수요를 초과하는 다수의 교사 자격증 소지자 가운데에서 우수한 교사를 선발하여 공립 중등학교에 임용하기 위한 공개 경쟁 시험제도이지만, 그 영향력은 중등교육의 발전과 사범대학의 교육과정에서 결정적일 뿐 아니라, 사회적으로도 지대하다. 여기서는 “좋은 수학교사”의 양성과 선발이라는 문제를 중심으로 임용고사가 수학교육의 발전에 순기능적 원동력이 될 수 있도록 개선을 위한 몇 가지 드러난 문제점들에 대하여 논의하고, 필연적으로 임용고사의 영향력 아래 놓이게 되는 수학교육과의 교육과정과의 관계에서 상호 보완적 역할을 할 수 있는 방안과 수학교육과의 교육과정에 대하여 개략적으로 논의하였다.

For years, poor research and working conditions in the field of science and engineering in Korea led to the migration of gifted students to seek a better academic environment. The primary reason for such a phenomenon is the lack of a coherent education system for gifted students. With the support from the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology and the Korea Foundation for the Advancement of Science & Creativity, Hanyang University launched an exploring project to introduce an Honors Program, aiming to provide specialized and systematic learning opportunities as well as supporting greater academic achievements for gifted students at university-level. Students admitted to this program were selected not by conventional standards but by competency-based selection process, assessed through an in-depth interview. The specific goal of this program is to prepare gifted and talented students not only for an academic pioneer with the highest caliber in the field of science, but also for a global leader equipped with a creative view as well as integrity and a convergent mind. Distinctive features of this program include emphasis on fundamental science and consilience, problem solving skills, first-hand education, interpersonal skills, and global communication skills as well as individualization of the learning experience, among many others. This paper provides a short glimpse of the focus and methodology Honors Program in Hanyang University offers.

본 연구에서는 수학영재교육의 정상화라는 측면에서 서울교육대학교 과학영재교육원의 사례를 중심으로 수학과 영재선발 과정 중에서도 수학분야 문항의 분석을 통하여 지원한 학생들의 수학 개념에 대한 반응을 알아보고 영재교육원에 지원하는 학생들의 수학 학습의 문제점을 진단하고, 수학 영재학습 대상자 선발을 위하여 보다 바람직한 수학 문항 개발 위한 개선점에 대하여 알아보았다. 지원자들의 수학 개념, 원리, 법칙에 대한 이해도는 예상보다 매우 낮게 나왔으며 향후 수학영재 선발 문항의 개발에서는 문항의 개발자들이 수학영재 판별을 위한 진지한 고민과 함께 수학영재들의 능력을 적절히 측정할 수 있는 문항을 개발할 필요성을 제기하였다.
