충청북도 청주시 상당구 주중동에 위치한 청주성모병원은 (구)리라병원이 문을 닫게 되어 충북지역 주민의 건강유지, 질병치료에 큰 지장을 초래하게 됨에 따라 천주교 청주교구에서 재정적인 어려움을 무릅쓰고 가톨릭정신에 입각하여 지역주민의 의료에 일익을 담당하고자 병원을 인수하였다. 1998년 3월 25일 122병상 21개 전문진료 과목으로 개원한 이래 지역주민의 신뢰와 호응에 힘입어 현재 의료진 119(전공의 포함)명, 간호사 307명을 포함하여 총 831명이 근무하고 있으며 498병상에 21개 전문 진료과목을 갖추고 충북 지역 의료를 선도하는 지역 거점병원으로 자리매김하게 되었다.

Geostatistical methods were used for the groundwater flow analysis in a heterogeneous anisotropic aquifer. This study area is located at Sonbul-myeon in Hampyong-gun of Cheonnam Province which is a hydrogeological project area of KORES(Korea Resources Cooperation). Linear regression analysis shows that the topographic elevation and groundwater level of this area have very high correlation. Groundwater-level contour maps produced by ordinary kriging and cokringing have large differences in mountain areas, but small differences in hill and plain areas near the West Sea. Comparing two maps on the basis of an elevation contour map, a groundwater-level contour map using cokriging is more accurate. Analyzing the groundwater flow on two groundwater-level contour maps, the groundwater of study area flows from the high mountain areas to the plain areas near the West Sea. To verify the enffectiveness of geostatistical methods for the groundwater flow analysis in a heterogeneous anisotropic aquifer, the flow directions of groundwater were measured at two groundwater boreholes by a groundwater flowmeter system(model 200 $GeoFlo^{R}$). The measured flow directions of groundwater almost accord with those estimated on two groundwater-level contour maps produced by geostatistical methods.

부산광역시 선도기업을 중심으로 한국형 히든챔피언(글로벌강소기업, 월드클래스300)에 선정된 기업의 특성을 분석하여, 부산 지역의 중소 중견기업이 정부의 중견기업지원 사업을 신청 하여, 선정 시 우위에 설 수 있는 전략을 수립하고자 한다. 또한 2016년부터 시행되는 부산광역시 선도기업과 한국형 히든챔피언의 중간 단계인 '부산형 히든챔피언 육성사업'에 도움이 될 수 있는 시사점을 도출한다.

한국남부발전(주) 영남화력발전소는 울산 경남지역 최초의 화력발전소로 1970~80년대 산업발전 중흥기부터 지금까지 산업분야에 안정적인 전력을 공급하기 위해 만전을 기해오고 있다. 또한 발전소건설 이후 체계적인 안전관리 활동을 통해 무재해 사업장으로서의 면모를 다져나가고 있는 것은 물론 안전선진문화를 선도하는 사업장으로서의 입지도 착실히 구축해 오고 있다. 영남화력발전소의 슬로건은 "창의와 역동적인 사업소 구현"이다. 그리고 다음과 같은 분야별 기본방침을 설정하여 모든 업무의 최우선에 적용하고 있다. 첫째, 안전분야로서 '인간존중, 인명중시, 3무(무재해, 무사고, 무상해) 달성', 둘째, 품질분야로서 '설비안전성 및 수익성 제고, 국제표준에 부합하는 물질 경영체제 구축', 셋째 환경분야로서 '환경경영 선진화로 녹색성장 추구 선도적 환경관리로 기업이미지 제고' 등이 그것이다. 인간존중의 이념을 최우선으로 내세우고 있다는 것을 볼 때 이곳이 안전경영을 얼마나 중시하고 있는지 쉽게 짐작해볼 수 있다. 화력발전소로서 규모가 크지는 않지만 구성원 모두가 가족적인 분위기 속에서 신명나는 직장분위기를 조성하려 노력한다는 한국남부발전(주) 영남화력발전소를 찾아가 봤다.

This study aims to present promotion strategies for regional industries by exploring the ways to build industrial cluster focusing on regional strategic industries of Gyeongsanbuk-do(province) which are related to innovation city, by taking Gyeongbuk innovation city as an example. This study presented the methods for linking with innovation cities that focus on regional strategic industries, along with the analysis on the linkage between regional industries and public organizations relocated to local regions. As to the methods for the linkage, methods to build clusters based on the characteristics of each industry, such as electronic information device, new material parts, biological oriental medicine, cultural tourism, eco-friendly energy, etc, which are strategic and leading industries of Gyeongsanbuk-do(province), were presented. It was inferred that the industries which have achieved fast growth such as IT and BT industries, required mutually interconnected collaboration through geographical proximity among related subjects, while sectors with mature technologies, such as automative parts, machinery, steel industries, etc, were found to require more extensive infrastructures like the support of transportation and distribution for promoting current clusters.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the model of rural villages for 21th century guidance-style based on regional Indigenous resources. As a development model on premise environmental sustainability, economic sustainability, social-cultural sustainability, this paper aims to established that accommodate actively change element of village environment that stabilizes local environment and ecosystem on the basis of development model's principle and contents and information area. Judicious control of high temperature is the most important task for the successful intensive-cultivation of vegetables in glasshouses during the hot summer. Estimation of cooling load and wise selection of suitable equipments and facilities based upon the environmental conditions are essential for the efficient temperature control. A series of experiments were carried out to investigate VETH(ventilation, evapotranspiration, temperature and humidity) plot was prepared for the possible practical application in designing some evaporated cooling methods for the following 9 locations; Seoul, Seosan, Taejeon, Pusan, Cheju, Kwangju, Taegu, Chonju, and Chinju.

In this paper, technology gap between Korea's manufacturing industries compared to technology frontier countries was estimated in order to take into account Korea's status as a technology follower country. Then by using this measure the role of technology gap was investigated in explaining total factor productivity growth of the Korean manufacturing at industry level. The main empirical findings are as follows: First, the conventional factors that were emphasized in the previous literature such as R&D intensity, trade openness and human capital play important role in explaining the growth rate of Korea's total factor productivity. Second, the larger the technology gap between Korea and technology leader country (and the faster the technology growth rate in the leader country), the higher the growth rate of total factor productivity in Korea as well. Third when the technology gap is large, the most efficient way of absorbing higher technology from frontier country seems to be the international trade channel rather than R&D or human capital accumulation.

광역사업은 지역 간 협력 및 연계를 통해 산업 경쟁력을 높이는 것을 정책 목표로 권역 내의 협력뿐만 아니라 권역 간 협력을 권장하고 있다. 본 연구는 충청광역경제권 선도산업 중 'New IT' 분야의 R&D 과제 참여기업들을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 원부자재 공급지역과 제품 판매지역을 파악하여 네트워크를 구성하였고, 이를 분석하여 R&D 프로그램을 효율적으로 지원하기 위한 방안을 제시한다.

인천광역시는 산업단지 및 신도시지역의 지속적인 개발로 전력수요 증가에 대한 전력공급의 안전성 확보를 위해 부하 밀집지역에 적합한 154㎸ 옥내변전소 건물 표준형 개발 및 설계도서를 확보하기 위함이며, 21C를 향한 미래지향적인 복지국가 건설과 문화발전에 선도적 역할을 다하고 지역의 특성을 접목시켜 친환경적인 변전소를 건립하기 위해 현상설계경기를 실시한 결과 당선작으로 '(주)에이ㆍ포스트 종합건축사사무소'의 안을, 우수작으로 '건축사사무소 도우건축'의 안을 각각 선정, 발표하였다.
