국내 주요기업(83개)의 개인정보보호책임자를 대상으로 조사한 결과 1백만명 이상의 개인정보를 수집하고 있는 기업이 61.4%(08년 기준)나 되고 국내 개인정보 침해건수는 2005년 18,000여건이던 건수가 급격하게 증가하여 2008년에는 39,000여건에 이르고 있다. 국민들이 개인정보를 안전하게 관리하는 기업을 손쉽게 식별할 수 있는 기준이나 정보가 미흡한 실정이며, 기업 스스로가 개인정보 침해사고를 사전에 방지하고 개인정보를 안전하게 관리할 수 있는 개인정보보호 체계의 필요성이 절실한 시기이다. 이에 본고에서는 국내 외(개인)정보보호관리체계 동향을 비교 분석하고 국내 환경에 적합하도록 개인정보보호에 특화된 개인정보보호관리체계 인증제도를 소개하고 구축에 필요한 방법을 선구축한 기업의 입장에서 살펴보고자 한다.

판문점 '자유의 집' 설계경기 결과가 지난 6월 20일 공식 발표되었다. 조달청이 통일원의 '자유의 집' 개축 결정에 따라 지난 1월 설계를 공모하고 3월 29일까지 총 12개의 작품을 접수받은 결과 주.담건축(오평국)의 안이 당선작으로 선정되었으며, 주.모양건축(곽동희), 한메건축(이충기)안이 우수작으로 선정되었다. 이번 설계경기의 심사는 정명현(홍익대 심사위원장), 이선구(숭실대), 조대성(성균관대), 이호진(건국대)교수와 이준구(남북회담 사무국 실장)씨 등 5명이 맡았다. 당선된 주.담건축의 인은 자유의 집이라는 건물의 특성에 부합하도록 통일을 소망하는 의미로 두 손을 합장한 형태로 하였으며, 지붕은 강토를 수호한다는 취지로 방패연 모양을 형상화하였다. 1층에는 남측출입구와 이산가족 면회실이, 2층에는 남북통로 및 회의실, 3층에는 남북연락사무소와 다목적 예비실, 4층에는 90층 규모의 전망대가 위치할 예정이다. 오는 7월 실시설계안이 확정되면 97년쯤이면 판문점 자유의 집이 통일의 소망을 안고, 단아하고도 힘 있는 모습으로 자리잡을 것이다.

In korea, the power consumption is increasing every year because of economic growth, requiring of convenience and delightfulness condition. As increasing power consumption, Private Use is steadily increasing and the rate of electrical accident is increasing. Therefore we research the electrical safety culture of our people by the survey of electrical safety. The subject to investigation is possessor, occupier of Private Use and electrical safety manager. This paper will be used to base data for the protection of electrical accident and facility accident at Private Use

This paper describe the power quality measuring result of the inter-connected residental PV system. The power quality measuring for inter-connected residental PV system are important to verify their performance and effect of power distribution system with inter-connected residental PV system. Also, these power quality measuring and analysis are essential to improve electrical safety. In order to evaluate influence of power distribution system with inter-connected residental PV system, we measure and analyze power quality index such as power, voltage, current, harmonic, THD, flicker index, power factor and frequency using DEWE5000.

K-EMS(한국형에너지관리시스템)용 상정고장해석(Contingency Analysis) 프로그램에 대해 설명한다. 상정고장해석 프로그램은 가상의 고장에 따른 계통의 상태변화 판정 기능과 심각한 상정고장 목록을 선별하는 기능, 그리고 선별된 고장목록의 완전해석 기능으로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 그간의 연구에서 개발된 고장에 따른 계통의 상태변화를 판정하는 방법을 설명하며, 그러한 방법에 적용한 사례연구결과와 개발 프로그램의 성능을 기술한다.

This paper describes the development of robust processor for analyzing network state in Korean Energy Management System. The important function of topology processing is to convert the switching/device model into a bus/branch model by the status of switching devices. The state estimator also provides a consistent unified solution, not only for measurement of the observable system, but also for the unobservable system. The primary function of the online power flow is to provide a highly reliable and flexible power flow solution that can be used to solve a wide variety of power systems problems. The validity of the newly developed functions has been verified through comparative simulations with the existing EMS functions, which are currently in use in the Korean power system.

전력계통 운영을 위하여 사용되고 있는 에너지관리시스템(EMS)의 다양한 계통해석 프로그램들이 온-오프의 환경에서 급전원의 계통운영 의사결정을 지원하기 위하여 활용되고 있다. 그러나 EMS 환경에서 계통해석 프로그램 운영에 대한 성패는 프로그램 자체의 효율성과 신뢰성도 중요하지만, 프로그램 운영의 기반이 되는 시스템 플랫폼의 성능으로부터도 큰 영향을 받는다. 따라서 EMS 계통해석 환경의 구축에서 시스템 플랫폼 성능과 영향을 고려하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 대규모 전력회사들이 운영하고 있는 EMS 환경에서의 전력계통해석 응용 프로그램들을 효율적 관리하고 운영하기 위하여 이용되는 시스템 플랫폼 기반의 Network Application Manager (NAM)에 대한 프로세스 아키텍쳐의 요구사항과 구축방안에 대하여 현재 개발중인 한국형 EMS(K-EMS) 개발사례를 기반으로 소개하였다.

Although design process is a creative work, it includes a lot of iterations. Statistics show that about 15 to 40 percent of the total design activity is spent on time-consuming retrieval of technical informations such as standard part, handbook, engineering equation,previous design and so on. On the other hand, product structure and parts specifications change with the design process, which also need to be traced accordingly. The BOM, design history, and all the relecant technical informations can be managed can be efficiently within a unified framework called configuration. This paper presents a prototype of a configuration manager which is a part of the engineering data management system for machine tools.

This paper presents a new autonomous kinematic calibration technique by using a laser-vision sensor called "Perceptron TriCam Contour". Because the sensor measures by capturing the image of a projected laser line on the surface of the object, we set up a long, straight line of a very fine string inside the robot workspace, and then allow the sensor mounted on a robot to measure the point intersection of the line of string and the projected laser line. The point data collected by changing robot configuration and sensor measuring are constrained to on a single straght line such that the closed-loop calibration method can be applied. The obtained calibration method is simple and accurate and also suitable for on-site calibration in an industrial environment. The method is implemented using Hyundai VORG-35 for its effectiveness.

Previous studies showed that benzoquinone derivatives inhibited platelet aggregation. but there is no information available on their cytotoxicity to platelets. 1n the present study. washed platelets isolated from rats were treated with 1.4-benzoquinone. a representative benzoquinone derivative. to examine its antiaggregating effect and cytotoxicity. 1.4-Benzoquinone significantly inhibited thrombin-induced platelet aggregation. Consistent with this finding. 1.4-benzoquinone suppressed cytosolic calcium increase induced by thrombin. To examine the cytotoxicity by 1 A-benzoquinone in platelets. turbidometry and lactate dehydrogenase release were measured. Treatment with 1.4-benzoquinone resulted in slight cytotoxicity (30% release at 60 min) to platelets. However. the cytotoxicity was not correlated with increase of cytosolic calcium levels in platelets. All these data suggested that 1.4-benzoquinone inhibited thrombin-induced platelet aggregation mediated by inhibition elf calcium level increase and that 1.4-benzoquinone reveals cytotoxicity to some extent without alteration of calcium level in platelets.
