This study is the first model to apply the concept of media engagement to a political campaign by which the voters' mind toward the supporting political candidates, are read. Thus it provides the theoretical and practical implications to the political campaign, and eventually contributes to the development of democracy. For these objectives, the total of 729 people who have the right to vote were telephone surveyed using the peoplemeter, CATI program in the 18th Presidential Election (12 areas including Seoul) of Dec. 19th 2012, and Re and By-election of April 24th 2013. Research question is to examine how the 5 attributes of the media engagement (interest, immersion, relevance, satisfaction and participation), play a role as the moderating variables in cross-correlation, socio-economic status and media properties. The result shows that of the five properties of media engagement, the relevant factor is the important parameter of mediating variable to the causal relationship. The media usage (TV, SNS, print media), socio-economic status (gender, age, income, marriage and area), involvement and the Presidential Election, and Re and By-election are also effective in the five attributes of media engagement. These results suggest that the a study model can measure the campaign effectiveness. This study will contribute significantly to the development of politics, election, media, advertising, and public relations area as well as to promote interdisciplinary research.

현재 인터넷 공간은 사람들의 관심사나 사회적인 이슈들을 반영하고 있다. 사회적으로 어떤 사건이 발생하면 그 사건에 관한 뉴스 기사나 관련된 다양한 콘텐츠들이 생성되어 여러 사람들에게 소비되고 공유된다. 뿐만 아니라 이와는 반대로 인터넷 공간에서 사람들에게 많은 관심을 받거나 이슈가 된 사건이 사회적인 관심거리가 되기도 한다. 최근에는 인터넷 공간에서 발생하는 정보 검색이나 콘텐츠 생성 패턴을 분석하여 실제 사회에서의 이슈나 트렌드를 예측하려는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 인터넷을 기반으로 분석한 자료와 전문 기관에서 분석한 자료의 상관관계를 분석하고자 한다. 그 중 최근 뉴스나 콘텐츠가 많이 생산되는 2012년 대통령 선거 후보에 관한 인터넷 뉴스 기사량과 전문조사 기관에서 발표한 각 후보의 지지율을 보이고 두 자료 간의 상관관계를 분석한다. 그리고 실험 결과로 대선 후보들의 기사 점유율과 발표된 지지율에 높은 상관관계가 있음을 보인다.

환경문제가 "선거때 표와 연결"이 안되는 나라는 진정한 민주국가가 아니라고 극언하는 국제환경론자의 말도 있다. 온 국토가 오염으로 몸살을 하고 있는 작금 앞으로 의정단상에서 10만 선량들이 얼마나 환경문제에 대한 국민의 소리를 잘 반영시키는가에 대해 관심을 기우리지 않을수 없어 자연공원을 포함한 자연보호및 환경문제에 대한 의원발언을 초록해서 실어보기로 한다.

2006년 끝도 얼마 남지 않았다. 올해는 옥외광고계에 있어 뜻깊은 한해였다. 먼저 월드컵을 비롯해 각종 지방선거, 대기업.광공서를 중심으로 불었던 CI교체 사업 등으로 굵직굵직한 물량이 잇따라 쏟아졌다. 이와 함께 2006년 옥외광고 종사자들의 최대의 관심사는 '옥외광고물등 관리법 시행령 입부개정령'시행에 모아졌다. 많은 이들이 촉각을 곤두세울 수밖에 없었던 이유는 지난 6월 24일부터 시행된 개정령이 옥외광고업을 신고제에서 등록제로 전환하는 내용을 핵심으로 달고 있기 때문이다. 그러나 당초 입법예고와는 달리 기술능력 기준이 확대되면서 찬반 논란을 낳고 있다 개정령의 세부내용 및 문제가 되고 있는 자격증 범위 확대 문제에 대해 알아봤다.

제19대 대통령선거 시기를 맞이하여 우리협회가 주도하는 축산관련단체협의회는 전국축협운영협의회, 한국축산분야학회협의회와 공동으로 범축산업계 대선공약 요구안을 마련하였다. 요구안은 국내 축산업의 가치와 입지가 좁아지고 있는 대내외적 여건을 설명하면서 식량자주율 확대지원, 농가 소득안전망 확충, 동반성장을 위한 제도 마련이라는 3대 축산정책 비전과 이에 해당하는 15개의 핵심과제들을 제시하며 국내 축산업의 회생을 위한 정책 실천을 건의하고 있다. 회원농가의 많은 관심을 바라며 이를 짊어질 수 있는 후보선택에 있어 올바른 안목을 갖추기를 기대한다.

On May 9, 2018, regime change took place in Malaysia. It was the first regime change that took place in 61 years after independence in 1957. The regime change was an unexpected result not only in Malaysian experts but also in political circles. Moreover, the outcome of the election was more shocking because the opposition party was divided in this general election. The regime change in Malaysia was enough to attract worldwide attention because it meant the collapse of the oldest regime in the modern political system that exists, except North Korea and China. How could this have happened? In particular, how could the regime change, which had not been accomplished despite opposition parties' cooperation for almost 20 years, could be achieved with the divided opposition forces? What political implications does the 2018 general election result have for political change and democratization in Malaysia? How will the Malaysian politics be developed in the aftermath of the regime change? It is worth noting that during the process of finding answers, a series of general elections since the start of reformasi in 1998 tended to be likened to a series of "tsunami" in the Malaysian electoral history. This phenomenon of tsunami means that, even though very few predicted the possibility of regime change among academia, civil society and political circles, the regime change was not sudden. In other words, the regime in 2018 was the result of the desire and expectation of political change through a series of elections of Malaysian voters last 20 years. In this context, this study, in analyzing the results of the election in 2018, shows that the activation of electoral politics triggered by the reform movement in 1998, along with the specific situational factors in 2018, could lead to collapse of the ruling government for the first time since independence.

본 연구는 갈수록 설 자리를 잃어 가는 지역 상권에 있어서 최근 10년 여 기간 동안 원주시에서 지속적으로 정치${\cdot}$경제적, 사회적 이슈로 제기되어 왔던 문제는 지하상가 상권의 침체와 활성화 문제라 할 수 있다. 원주 지하상가는 정부의 요구에 의하여 민방공 대피시설로 생겼으며, 각종 연구보고서나 학술세미나의 정책주제로 지하상가 도심 활성화 문제가 거론되고 있다. 특히 매번 지방선거에서는 지하상가 상권 활성화를 선거공약으로 제시하지 않은 후보가 없었을 정도였다는 것을 우리는 기억하고 있다. 그만큼 지하상가의 문제가 심각하다는 의미이며, 지하상가의 활성화를 통한 도시개발은 원주시민 공동의 과제라는 점을 이해 할 수 있다. 이와 같은 지역사회의 요청에 따라 그동안 수많은 개선안들이 원주시 차원에서 추진되었다. 지하상가 주변에 특화거리를 지정${\cdot}$조성하는 '특화거리 조성사업'에서부터, 주차문제 해결을 위한 '공영주차장 건설사업', '재래시장 현대화사업', '주거환경개선사업', '하상도로 건설사업', '지하상가 리모델링사업' 등 단기 및 중장기 사업계획이 추진되고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 크게 개선되지 못하고 있는 실정이며, 앞으로 계속 우리가 깊은 관심을 갖고 해결해 나가야 할 과제로 남아 있다. 그러나 최근 원일프라자 준공을 전후하여 지하상가는 조금씩 변화의 조짐을 보이고 있으며, 일부에서는 도심이 활성화될 것이라는 성급한 판단을 내리기도 한다. 원주시는 미약하나마 인구가 증가하는 추세이며, 전반적으로 도심이 침체의 늪에서 벗어나고 있는 인상을 주고 있기 때문이다. 그러나 이러한 변화가 과연 도심이 활성화되고 있는 징후로 볼 것인가? 특히 이러한 변화의 조짐이 원일프라자의 준공과 직접적인 관련성을 갖고 있는가? 몇가지 변화의 사례를 가지고 간단하게 판단할 수는 없다. 그러나 원일프라자의 준공은 도심지역의 개발${\cdot}$정비를 예정하고 있으며, 장기적으로는 도심 활성화의 중요한 동인이 될 수 있음을 부인할 수 없다. 따라서 본 발제에서는 이와 같은 상황적 변화를 전제로 하여 지하상가 리모델링을 통한 도심활성화와 선진사례를 받아들임으로 지역상권 활성화 방향으로 전환하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 판단된다.

최근에 TV 방송에서 가상스튜디오나 가상캐릭터와 같은 가상현실(VR:Vinual Reality) 기술이 자주 사용되고 있으며, 증강현실(Ah: Augmented Reality) 기술에 대한 관심도 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 증강현실 기술을 방송에 응용한 가상스크린 시스템에 대해 소개한다. 가상스크린 시스템은 움직이는 색상패턴 패널을 추적하여 실시간으로 그 위에 동영상을 합성하는 증강 영상 시스템이다. KBS 기술연구소에서는 가상스크린 시스템을 개발하고 'K-비전'이라 이름지었다. 이 시스템은 사용자가 들고 움직이는 패널에 동영상이나 그래픽 영상 등을 보여줄 수 있는데, 보여지는 모든 영상은 카메라의 움직임과 패널의 움직임에 따라 정확하게 입혀진다. 패널 추적을 위하여 블럽분석(blob analysis)이나 특징추적(feature tracking)과 같은 영상처리 기술을 이용한다. K-비전은 모든 타입의 카메라와 사용 가능하며, 특별한 부가장치가 필요하지 않다. 센서를 부착하지 않아도 되고, 캘리브레이션(calibration) 과정 또한 필요하지 않다. K-비전은 선거개표방송, 다큐멘터리, 오락 프로그램 등 생방송 프로그램에서 활용한다.

There are three focuses in the paper. Firstly, the study identified what channels were most viewed by YouTube users to watch the 'Daejang-dong scandal,' which was the most powerful agenda to influence the candidate preference among voters during the 20th presidential election. Secondly, the study analyzed whether the political tone of the first videos was in line with that of the subsequent videos. Finally, we compared the sentiment of comments on the first and subsequent videos. The results showed that TBS 'News Factory' and 'TV Chosun News' represented liberal and conservative factions, respectively. Secondly, the political tone of channels that were viewed subsequently was neutral, but the conservative channel users left more negative comments and that was significant statistically. In addition, about 80% of the conservative and liberal channel users shared the same political tendency with the channel they watched first, and more than 90% of the comments left at the subsequent videos in line with that of at the first news. Based on these results, the study concluded that the voters tended to seek political news that was similar with their political ideology, and it was considered a sort of echo chamber phenomenon on the YouTube. The study suggests that the performance of high-quality journalism by traditional news outlet might contribute to decrease the negative influence of political contents on YouTube users.
