In this study, the author examined medical information management research trends in abroad and Korea from the perspectives of library and information science. LISA was used to collect research data in abroad from 2007 to 2010 (a total of 225 research articles). Korean studies were investigated using DBPIA to compare research trends. Content analysis results based on subject category show that research in abroad increased consistently and electronic resources and collection-related subjects were frequently studied. In Korea, the electronic resources and collection-related research proportion was also high, and much research was done in the areas of bibliometrics. However, medical information management researches did not increase in Korea between 2000 and 2010.

The domestic vehicles remodeling the "CNG Bi-fuel Kit" are mostly in operation with installing the mechanical regulator applying the Diaphragm. However, due to the material characteristics of Diaphragm and characteristics of mechanical pressure control method, various problems are happening. This study tries to deduce the improvement plan through the checking of performance characteristics according to the pressure control method of CNG regulator and progress of comparative analysis. According to the test result, the decompression method applying the Diaphragm has advantage compared to the method applying the Piston. Furthermore, it was confirmed that through the electronic pressure control, it is possible to improve the general performance of the regulator.

With the rapid growth of the Internet, digital contents have increased in a geometric progression and the types also became much varied. In order to make it easier to identify and search digital contents on the Internet, which is basically a distributed network environment, it is essential to organize and manage metadata. In this study, we have comparatively analyzed the data elements of the meta data formats currently approached from different aspects in diverse fields, so as to provide basic materials for securing interoperability of the meta data formats. We selected Dublin Core, Semantic Header, MARC, IAFA Templates, and TEI Header as the general metadata formats of digital contents used widely in all areas, and we carried out comparisons and analyses based on the literature.

In accordance with the recent expansion of collection operation of independent publications through public libraries, this study conducted a status analysis on independent publications collection in public libraries and in-depth interviews with staff in charge of independent publications in order to suggest ways to effectively manage independent publications. As a result, it was deduced that the measures needed for effective management of independent publications are construction of joint cataloging system for building and sharing independent publications catalog in public libraries; platform for collecting various information of independent publications; support for ISBN, ISSN, CIP issuance of independent publications; and improvement of distribution system.

Purpose: This was integrative literature review for analyzing interventions of musculoskeletal symptom and pain on nurses. Methods: Data were searched by using databases, namely SAGE journals, EBSCOhost, PubMed, RISS, NDSL and KCI Search terminology included nurse and musculoskeletal and the language was Korean or Engli.sh. Data analysis was classified by risk of bias, inconsistency, indirectness and imprecision. Total six studies, one Korean and five English articles analyzed. Results: Risk of bias was serious in three of six studies. Regarding inconsistency, one study was moderate effect size and two studies were small effect size. There was no serious indirectness except one study. Regarding imprecision, three studies were not serious. Conclusion: Evidence from six studies was insufficient to support intervention's effect in means of no repeated studies and no high effect size of intervention. Evidence-based interventions must be applied on nurses for reducing musculoskeletal symptoms.

Purpose: This study aims to conduct a systematic literature review to suitably identify wide and specific issues and topics on service quality in supply chain. Methods: This study is to investigate service quality in supply chain research using a systematic literature review methodology. In order to extract influential journals and papers, we used the SJR impact factor provided by the SCOPUS database. The collected 169 papers were analyzed using bibliometric analysis, citation analysis as well as keywords network. Results: We conducted a bibliometric analysis to identify top authors contributing to service quality in supply chain and their issues, and further examined important keywords and new emerging keywords. In addition, we extracted five influential papers by PageRank to clarify critical issues and divided into five clusters to identify topics of service quality in supply chain by using network-based approach. In order to examine comprehensive issues and topics of service quality in supply chain, we constructed a keyword network to observe difference in the classification of important keywords across network centrality measures. Conclusion: Our study reviewed literature on service quality in supply chain and explored the future directions and trends of service quality in supply chain.

As the technological gap amongst manufacturers decreases, the life cycle of products has shortened, and competition accelerates due to the development of technology, incumbent manufacturing companies face growth limitations. In order to overcome such business issues, manufacturing companies are increasingly interested in changes in business models and innovations, especially in the direction of providing services where they can maintain the competitive advantage of their products. In such context, this empirical study examines managerial leadership, differentiation strategies, and products and services pricing as 'servitization factors', which can be driving forces for moving into a new era of growth for Korean SMEs, focusing on the mediating effects of servitization competency. The results are as follows : First, it was confirmed that executive leadership, differentiation strategy, and information & communication technology capability have a direct effect on service sales. Second, the process competency, partnership competency, and ICT competency, which are presented as the service competence of SMEs, were found to play an important role in inducing service sales in managerial leadership, differentiation strategy, product and services pricing. It also emphasized the role of the public policy such as helping to foster SMEs as key partners in the expansion of social facilities and establishing platforms through ICT and data utilization for the convergence of manufacturing services.

It is well known that nitroglycerin(NG) may evaporate and migrate from the triple base propellant grains in storage. This physical process makes it double base environment to the CCC(combustible cartridge case) which is based on nitrocellulose(NC) without NG. Meanwhile, it is not appropriate to use diphenylamine(DPA) as a stabilizer for CCC in this double base environment because of incompatibility between DPA and NG. So we estimated the shelf life to study the effect of NG migration from propellant to CCC by following the procedures in the STANAG 4257. And we found out that CCC with ethylcentralite(ECL) has 7.5 years longer shelf life than with DPA, when NG migrates to CCC from triple base propellant grains.

We performed shape optimization of an anti-vibration rubber assembly which is used in the field option cabin of agricultural tractors to improve the vibration isolation capability. To characterize the hyper-elastic material property of rubber, we performed uniaxial and biaxial tension tests and used the data to calibrate the material model applied in the finite element analyses. We conducted a field test to characterize the input excitation from the tractor and the output response at the cabin frame. To account for the nonlinear behavior of rubber, we performed static analyses to derive the load-displacement curve of the anti-vibration rubber assembly. The stiffness of the rubber assembly could be calculated from this curve and was input to the harmonic analyses of the cabin. We compared the results with the test data for verification. We utilized Taguchi's parameter design method to determine the optimal shape of the anti-vibration rubber assembly and found two distinct shapes with reduced stiffness. Results show that the vibration at the cabin frame was reduced by approximately 35% or 47.6% compared with the initial design using the two optimized models.

Recently, the incidence of lightning in Korea has been increasing more and more. The damage caused by lightning is also getting worse. Lightning protection system is a prerequisite, not a sufficient condition. Considering the characteristics of lightning, there is a high frequency of lightning strikes in highlands. So, high grades of LPS should be applied to ground facilities of anti-aircraft weapons systems. 4-Level LPS was applied on groung facilities of anti-aircraft weapons system based on lightning incidence rate in past. There are some possibilities of damage from lightning in anti-aircraft weapons system. So, we have to readjust the LPS level with grounding, lightning rods and surge protect device based on lightning incidence rate in now days. Propose 2-level LPS and design with lightning rods, surge protector, separated grounding in this paper.
