The purpose of this study lies in investigating the resent state and characteristics of monographs produced by Korea and Japan, which are the research products on each other's political and economic situations for the period of 1901-2000. To this end, we identified the major political and economic events and issues in the Korea-Japan relations, also collected comprehensively the monographs produced by each county regarding earth other, and analyzed the resent state md characteristics of the monographs with a special emphasis on the publication period, subject matter and producer. Also identified was the relationship between the production of monographs and the Korea-Japan political and economic relations from a historical perspective. Finally, we suggested the necessity of a knowledge and information system for both effective management and efficient control of such research products.

This paper introduces a new bibliometric measure called Quality Factor, which assesses multiple facets of faculty research performance. The computation of Quality factor is based on a combination of publication count, citation count, h-index, and Impact Factor. In order to analyze the relationship between Quality Factor and other bibliometric measures (publication count, citation count, h-index, g-index, Impact Factor), the study collected publication data of 189 Korean Library and Information Science professors from 2001 to 2014 to produce the rankings of the faculty by each bibliometric measure and computed Spearman's rank correlations between the rankings. The overall results showed Quality Factor to be correlated to citation-driven measures (citation count, h-index, g-index), but the scatterplot as well as rank-interval analysis showed Quality Factor to be distinctive and more discriminating than other measures.

새로운 사용자 경험의 향상을 위해 UI 의 개선방안을 모색할 때, 기존에 수행해 오던 일반적 사용성 평가 방법만으로는 모바일과 같이 복합적 컨텍스트를 가진 서비스 이용환경을 파악하는데 적지 않은 한계가 있다. 가령 특정 Task 수행시 Lead Time 측정과 같은 계량화된 사용성 평가방법을 통해서는 실제 사용자의 컨텍스트를 고려한 사용성의 수준(혹은 오류의 수준)에 대한 분석이 어려운 반면, In-depth Interview 로 대표되는 통상의 정성적인 사용자 리서치 방법은 장애의 요인과 결과간의 논리적인 상관관계를 명확화하거나 실측적인 개선 성과로써 도출해 내는데 어려움이 있다. 본 연구에서는 정량적인 사용성 평가방법에 정성적인 사용자 리서치 수행기법 및 통계적 기법을 결합하여, 실측 가능하고 설득력을 가진 근거 데이터를 지지하는 한편 한계로 남겨져 왔던 행위결과에 대한 요인에도 적절한 인사이트를 제시할 수 있는 대안적 사용성 평가 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

This study purposed to examine the relationship between personal goals and perceptions of calling. For the purpose, this study conducted a questionnaire survey of 371 workers(finance, educational service, IT service sector) in Metropolitan area. Data were analyzed by t-test, Pearson's correlation, correlation analysis. The results were as follows. The individuality of personal goals and presence-transcendent summons and purpose & meaning, prosocial orientation of perceptions of calling were significantly different according to school career and the social responsibility, resource provision of personal goals and all sub-factors concerning perceptions of calling according to religion existence. Also, the individuality of personal goals and all sub-factors concerning perceptions of calling were significantly different according to organization type and according to their job, the presence-transcendent summons and purpose & meaning, prosocial orientation of perceptions of calling were significantly different. According to groups which have high or low integrative social relationship goals, perceptions of calling were significantly different. There was a correlation between the integrative social relationship goals and the perceptions of calling. Therefore, in order to encourage workers' perceptions of calling, the importance of integrative social relationship goals were verified. And it is necessary to have supporting systems to let workers design their life goals through their job in their organization.

이 연구는 그동안 밝혀지지 않았던 꼴레쥬드 프랑스에 소장된 한국 고문헌을 실사(實事)하여 소장본의 규모와 전래경위, 자료적 특징을 살피는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 특히, 구한말 한국 고문헌의 현황과 프랑스 내 한국 고문헌 소재파악의 중요한 참고문헌인 "한국서지(Bibliographie Coreenne)"를 저술한 모리스 꾸랑(Maurice Courant, 1865-1935) 개인 소장본과 꼴레쥬드 프랑스 소장본과의 관계를 규명하였다. 이를 통하여 국외 한국 문화재의 기초조사에 일조를 하고자 하며 향후 활용방안을 모색해 보고자 한다.

이 글은 미국의회도서관에서 발행한 Understanding MARC Bibliographic: Machine-Readable Cataloging의 온라인 버전 최신판(제5판)을 미국의회도서관의 공식적인 번역 허락을 얻어 그 제1편을 한국어로 완역한 것이다. 이 글은 원래 Betty Furrie가 The Follett Software Company의 Data Base Development Department와의 협력으로 작성한 것이다. 제5판은 미국의회도서관의 Network Development and MARC Standards Office의 검토와 편집을 거쳐, The Follett Software Company의 협력으로, Cataloging Distribution Service에 의해 발행되었다. LCMARC과 USMARC을 거쳐, 새로이 태어난 MARC 21의 최신 내용을 알기 쉽게 정리하고 있어, MARC에 대한 기본적인 이해에 많은 도움이 될 것이다. 아울러 MARC에 관련된 업무는 물론 일반 편목 업무의 적지 않은 관례들이 왜곡되어 있는 측면이 없지 않은 한국 도서관계의 현실에서는 우리가 나아가야 할 방향을 다시 한번 생각해 볼 수 있는 좋은 기회를 제공해 주는 유익한 자료가 될 수 있을 것이다.

대학생들의 신체상태와 생활습관 조사를 통해 이들의 상관관계를 비교·분석 한 결과, 정상체중군의 평균 신장과 체중은 각각 163.75 cm, 56.07 kg이었다. 조사대상자중 체중과다는 29.1%였고, 특히 과체중군과 비만군의 체지방율 및 복부비만도는 정상군과 유의적인 차이 가 인정되었다. 저체중군중 13.3%가 흡연경험 및 흡연중으로 답해 여대생의 흡연문제가 심각하였으며, 조사대상자중 81.8%가 운동을 거의 않거나 운동횟수가 불규칙한 것으로 나타났다. 저체중군을 제외 한 다른 모든 군에서 50% 이상이 '아침을 자주 거른다'고 하였으며, 과체중군과 비만군의 경우 응답자 전원이 가끔 혹은 자주 간식을 먹고 있다고 하였다 조사군의 1일 평균 칼슘섭취량은 400mg수준이었으며, 저체중군은 T값이 -1 이 하로 골감소(osteopenia)증상이 우려되었다.

본 연구는 특수목적식품을 개발하기 위한 대표적인 비가열 살균처리 기술인 방사선 살균기술을 이용하여 저장 중 프레스햄의 미생물학적 품질을 평가하고자 하였다. 그 결과 감마선비조사구의 경우 제조공정 단계에 관계없이 $30^{\circ}C$ 저장 4일 째에 모두 미생물 생육이 활발해져 장기저장에 부적합한 것으로 나타났으나, 감마선을 조사할 경우 훈연후 및 살균전 시료의 경우 5 kGy, 살균후 시료의 경우 3 kGy의 감마선 조사로 $30^{\circ}C$ 저장 4일 까지 미생물의 생육이 검출되지 않았다. 따라서, 감마선 조사기술은 프레스햄의 살균방법으로 이용이 가능하며, 특히 장기저장을 목적으로 하는 우주식, 환자식, 전투식량 등의 특수목적식품의 개발에 그 이용이 가능하다 할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to introduce the concept of social capital to the studies of human ecology in Korea. Social capital theory provides a framework for analyzing well being of families because the concept of social capital can be understood as an important family resource, including social networks, social supports, and family structure. The utilization of the social capital theory, considering both positive and negative effects on equality, in the studies of human ecology is expected to contribute to the social understanding of the characteristics of households as a system that are related with environments, and provide a basic theoretical framework for discussing family structure, human capital development, poverty, and healthy families.

This study is to grasp LRM's feature and applications plan to reflect LRM to cataloging related standards and individual system through comparing and analyzing LRM with the FR model in terms of entities, attributes, and relationships. The application plan is suggested as follows. First, the entity can be extended by defining sub-entities of each entity in the standards and the individual system in order to reflect LRM, even though entities such as families, groups, identifiers, authorized access points, concepts, objects, events, agency and rules have been deleted in LRM. Second, the attribute should be subdivided in the standards and the individual system in order to apply LRM, though many attributes have been changed to relationships for linked data and decreased in LRM. In particular, more specific and detailed property names in the standards and the individual system should be clearly presented, and the vocabulary encoding scheme corresponding to each property should be also developed, since properties with similar functions or repetition in various entities, and material specific properties are generalized and integrated into comprehensive property names. Third, the relationship should be extended through newly declaring the refinement or subtype of the relationship and considering a multi-level relationship, since the relationship itself is general and abstract under increasing the number of relationships in comparing to the property. This study will be practically utilized in cataloging related standards and individual system for applying LRM.
