Homomorphic encryption is a promising technology that has been extensively researched in recent years. It allows computations to be performed on encrypted data, without the need to decrypt it. In this paper, we perform bibliometric analysis to objectively and quantitatively analyze the research trends of homomorphic encryption technology using 6,047 homomorphic encryption papers from the Scopus database. Specifically, we analyze the number of papers by year, keyword co-occurrence, topic clustering, changes in related keywords over time, and country of homomorphic encryption research institutions. Our analysis results provide strategic directions for research and application of homomorphic encryption and can be a great help for subsequent research and industrial applications.

Although it has been a long subject of study why researchers prefer some cited documents to others, the existing relative researches have had a variety of perspectives on the nature and complexity of the citation behavior and not provided a complete answer to this question. In particular, Korea researchers mainly used statistical analysis of bibliographic information, which has limitations in revealing dynamic and complex cognitive aspects of the citation process. In this study, I investigate the citer perception of citing motives and bibliographic factors through survey and compared the responses according to the researchers' characteristics. After extracting the 22 motivations and 21 factors through the literature analysis and configuring a 5-point Likert scale questions, I conducted a survey in the wat of an e-mail attachment. From the SPSS 22.0, the frequency analysis, t-test, and one-way ANOVA were performed on the 354 valid samples. As a result, it is found that supporting is considered the most important citing motive and social connection, self-citation have little influence. In the case of bibliographic factors, the journal's reputation was recognized the most influential factor and the number of pages and authors was the least. Significant differences in fields of study and research careers were showed in some parts. These results can substantiate earlier studies, determine whether the factors assumed influential in selecting references were intended, and suggest the search point to the specialty library or academic database.

도서관에서 기술의 진보와 표준화로 인해 분류 목록 업무가 근본적으로 달라지진 않았지만 목록 작성 방법이나 이용자에게로의 제공 방법은 분명히 변하였다. 따라서 이러한 업무를 책임져야하는 정리 부서 담당 사서는 전에 비해 여러가지 자질을 필요로 하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 American Libraries라는 미국 도서관계 잡지의 사서직 구인 광고를 바탕으로 1970년도부터 1995년도에 이르기까지 변화한 목록사서의 임용조건을 직책명, 목록경력, 업무감독 경력, 서지 유틸리티, 기계가독형 목록 경험, 분류체계, 기타 경력, 인성, 언어, 주제 분야 등의 요소로 나누어 분석하여 관련 교육 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

As topics of researchers become diverse horizontally or vertically, academic libraries have difficulties to identify the dynamic change of researchers' needs for academic publications. This research aims to illustrate the topic areas of researchers in a department of university by analyzing bibliographies of their publications. First, researchers' publications were used to discover the topic areas where the researchers had published. Second, the cited publications in those papers were analysed to identify the expanded topic areas of these researchers. Finally, highly cited journals were analyzed by network analysis method. The major finding is that the importance of topic areas by the number of journals was not necessarily proportional to that by the number of papers. Researchers have a tendency to use many papers in a small number of journals in a certain topic area. Furthermore, the importance of topic areas discovered by researchers' publications was not the same as that discovered by researchers' citations.

This study examines the application of the FRBR model to an integrated KORMARC format using music materials. To do this, first, we analysed an integrated KORMARC format as well as a KORMARC format for audiovisual materials and then based on its analysis results, constructed an algorithm that allows the transformation from KORMARC to FRBR. Second, we used the algorithm to see whether it fits to the existing KORMARC database. Three suggestions were proposed to support the application of the FRBR model on existing integrated KORMARC library catalogues. This study results can be used not only to improve digital library interfaces but also as basic data in revising cataloging rules for the adaptation of the FRBR model.

This study examined the characteristics of Buddhist books printed using metal type during the Joseon Dynasty period from a bibliographical perspective. It was found that there are 36 kinds of Buddhist books published using metal type during the Joseon Dynasty period that currently exist. In terms of the types used for publication, there were 9 kinds of printed editions by Gapinja, 13 kinds of printed editions by Eulhaeja, 2 kinds of printed editions by Jeongchukja, 3 kinds of printed editions by Eulyuja and 9 kinds of printed editions by Jeonsaja. Among them, The Buddhist books printed using Eulhaeja were 36 % of total with the highest quantity of 13 kinds. In terms of periods of publication, it was found that 27 kinds and 9 kinds of Buddhists books were published respectively in the first and latter parts of Joseon Dynasty periods. Among them, there were 19 kinds of metal type book editions published during the King Sejo period that occupied 70% of total. It appears that such phenomenon was a result of King Sejo's abnormal enthronement and Buddhism-friendly tendency.

The purpose of this study is two folds; first. to identify the negative effect of customer dissatisfaction on trust and commitment. and second to examine the moderating effect of consumers' perceived equity created by various ways in which a company deals with his/her complaints. Our proposed model is empirically tested by a survey data collected from Internet shopping mall consumers who raised complaints. The simultaneous regression model is used to test the negative effect of customer dissatisfaction. To examine the moderating effect of equity, our study employs the group analysis of LISREL. The empirical result shows that customers' dissatisfaction. unless it is concerned with merchandise related dissatisfaction, influences on trust and commitment. Also, we find that consumers' perceived equity has a moderating effect on the relationship variables dissatisfaction and customer relationship variables including trust and commitment.

Historical development of cataloging rules in Korea can be divided into the period of traditional single-entry cataloging, the introduction period of western cataloging rules, the period of international standardization, and the period of MARC. This study tries to review catalog organization relating to catalog structure and choice of headings, and rules for description relating to idenhfymg items from the period of traditional single-entry cataloging to the introduction period of western cataloging rules in Korea.

문헌정보처리 표준화도구인 MARC는 포멧의 문제점과 다양한 웹자원 메타데이터 정보조직의 문제점으로 인하여 웹 기반의 XML표준 포멧의 도입을 시도하였고, MARCXML로 변환되어 시스템간 상호운용되고 있으나, MARCXML은 서지정보의 의미특성이나 메타데이터의 표현을 고려하지 않고 단순히 MARC 레코드의 표현을 XML 구조로 변환한 것일 뿐이다. 시맨틱의 핵심기술로 부각되고 있는 Topic Map은 XML기반의 표준기술언어인 ISO의 XTM을 이용해 정보와 지식의 분산 관리를 지원하는 기술이다. 학술정보자원에 대한 DB 구축 시 Topic Map언어인 XTM을 이용한다면 이미 개발된 여러 메타데이터 등을 한곳으로 통합하면서도 신축성과 확장성을 제공하는 것이 용이하게 된다. 하지만, 기존 시스템에서 새로운 Topic Map을 구축하는 것은 많은 비용과 시간이 소요되는 등 어려운 일이다. 본 연구에서는 기 구축된 학술DB로부터 Topic Map에서 재활용할 수 있는 요소들을 추출하기 위한 정보 소스로서 데이터베이스 스키마와 MARC에서 언급하는 메타데이터를 이용하는 것은, XML의 특징인 시스템간 상호운용성을 확보함과 동시에 기초 학문자료의 복잡한 관계의 개념구조, 자료유형 및 자료간의 의미적 상관관계 등을 표현에 있어 효율적인 개발방법임을 제안한다.
