Boundary Station is an evaluation index that was not reflected in the Seoul Metropolitan Urban Railroad Connected Eare Allocation. Boundary station is a station located at the boundary point of two transportation agencies sharing the same route, and track operation methods are divided into business management and maintenance management. Until now, the Connected Fare Allocation has evaluated the boundary stations from the perspective of business management. Meanwhile, the integrated public transportation fee system requires the need to interpret the boundary stations from the point of view of maintenance management at the developmental level. This study was prepared a measure to quantitatively analyze changes in income with the introduction of maintenance methods in mind. The Change in the income of operation agency evaluated based on the daily transportation card data for the boundary stations of the four Seoul Transportation Corporation and KORAIL sections. This study is meaningful as a basic research for an analytical judgment that evaluates and allocates changes in transportation income of Seoul Metropolitan Urban Railroad in the future.

As the need of eco-friendly transportation systems for sustainable development increases, public transport accessibility has been considered as an important element of transportation system design. When analyzing the accessibility, shortest path algorithms can be utilized to reflect the actual movement and we can obtain high resolution accessibility for all other stations on the network with shortest distance and time. This study used the algorithm improved by reflecting the penalty of number of transfers and waiting time of overlapped routes to get the accessibility. KTX Seoul Station is a target place and this algorithm is applied to multi-layer subway bus network of Seoul to calculate the accessibility, therefore this study presented the accessibility of KTX Seoul station by stations.

도림천의 최상류인 관악산 유역에 서울대학교 관악캠퍼스가 건설되었다. 이로 인해 물순환은 기존의 자연 상태에서 점점 변해 왔는데, 이는 하류 도림천의 홍수 및 수질 오염의 피해를 증가시켰다. 도시화된 서울대학교 관악캠퍼스의 물순환 회복은 하류 홍수피해 방지와 지속 가능한 친환경 캠퍼스를 위해 중요하나, 이에 관한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 SWMM(Storm Wastewater Management Model)을 활용하여 캠퍼스 내 물순환 현황을 시간과 공간에 대해 정량적으로 파악하고, 물순환 회복을 위해 지속 가능한 효율적인 시스템을 구현하고자 한다. 먼저 유역 현황 조사와 함께 SWMM 구축에 필요한 수문·기상학적 변수와 물리적 매개변수를 확립하였다. 수문·기상학적 변수로는 기상관측장비 ATMOS-41의 설치와 기상청 자료로부터 수집하였으며, 물리적 매개변수는 환경부의 자료를 활용하였다. 그 후, 서울대-도림천 배수분구에 대해 SWMM을 적용하여 월별로 유출량, 침투량, 그리고 증발산량을 모의하였다. 시간에 따른 물순환 분석의 경우 강수량 자료와 불투수율의 변화 정도에 따라 월별 물수지 비율을 파악하고, 공간에 따른 물순환 분석의 경우 동일한 기간에 대해 분할한 16개의 소유역 별 유출량과 유역의 평균 유출량을 비교하여 분석하였다. 대상 유역의 월별 물수지 비율을 모의하는데 효율성을 높이고자 배수 구역 및 관망을 세밀하게 나눈 경우와 그렇지 않은 경우에 대해 분석하였다. 그 결과, 시간에 따른 연평균 물수지 비율의 차이는 2020년 모의 결과와 최근 5년 평균(2015~2019년) 모의 결과 비교 시 각 물수지 항목별로 0.47~2.34%의 차이를 보였다. 공간적으로는 16개 소유역 중 저류시설을 포함한 9개 소유역의 표면 유출량이 유역의 평균 유출량보다 많게 모의 되었다. 또한, 유역을 구성할 때보다 관망을 구성할 때 높은 정확성이 요구됨을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 ATMOS-41을 통한 지속적인 수문·기상학적 요소의 모니터링과 SWMM 모델 구축을 통해 앞으로도 변경사항을 추가함으로써 친환경 캠퍼스로의 전환에 이바지할 것으로 기대한다.

21세기 글로벌 결핵 퇴치 올림피아드가 있다면, 단연코 이곳을 두고 얘기하지 않을 수 없다. 서울의 상징 남산타워가 올려다보이고, 서울역에서 불과 5분 거리에 위치, 용산 전자상가를 끼고 있는 이곳은 바로 "서울복십자의원 이곳을 거쳐 간 환자 수만 하루 40명 기준 189,800여명. 물론 2000년 이후 결과다. 90년대 당시만 해도 하루 80~90명이 내원할 정도였다. 이 모두가 국가 보건이 상향된 결과이니 안타깝게 여길 필요도 없다. 2013년이 저물어가는 12월을 맞아 편집실은 대한결핵협회가 전국 주요 도시 4곳에 운영 중인 복십자의원 가운데 서울지부 복십자의원을 찾아가 현황을 살펴보고, 2014년 국민 건강을 살펴보고자 한다.

장대같은 비가 죽죽 내렸던 8월의 끝 무렵. 당뇨와 함께한지 올해로 20여년이 되어가는 박문기씨(70세)는 아침 일찍부터 서울 지하철 4호선 사당역으로 출발했다. 지난해에 이어서 올해도 당뇨캠프를 가는 버스가 사당역에서 출발하기 때문이다. 당뇨캠프의 출발은 서울의 한 곳을 정해 100여명의 참가자들과 스텝진들의 모여 당뇨협회에서 대절한 버스로 출발한다. 참가자들 중에서는 부부, 친구, 가족과 함께 온 당뇨인들도 있고 혼자 참여해 캠프기간동안 친목을 쌓는 사람도 있다.

기업은 경영전략적, 영업전략적, 경제적, 재무적, 또는 그 외 여러 가지 이유로 M&A를 진행한다. 재무적 이유로 M&A를 진행하는 기업의 주주들은 자본이득을 얻을 수 있으며, 해당 기업은 자금조달을 충분히 할 수 있는 여력을 가지게 되기도 하고, 경우에 따라서는 조세절감효과를 얻기도 한다. M&A와 관련된 조세문제로 최근에 가장 크게 이슈화되었던 것은 "하나은행과 서울은행의 합병이 역합병에 해당되는지"였던 것으로 기억된다. 국세청에서는 두 은행사이의 합병을 역합병으로 보아 무려 1조 7천억 원이 넘는 세금을 부과한다는 입장이었다. 동 M&A를 시간 순으로, 중요 쟁점사안 순으로 짚어보면서 M&A와 조세간의 관계를 살펴보자.

몇 년 전 서울 지하철 역 이름 두개가 바뀌었다. 2004년 2호선 구로공단역은 구로디지털단지역으로, 2005년 1,7호선 가리봉역은 가산디지털단지역으로의 변경이 그것이다. 과거 굴뚝공장과 미싱을 돌리던 여공으로 기억되던 구로와 가리봉. 이제는 첨단과 기술 집약적 기업이 모여 '서울디지털밸리'로 새롭게 거듭났다. 바야흐로 국내의 여느 신기술 집적단지가 부럽지 않은 '밸리'로 세인의 주목을 받기 시작한 것이다.
