An Innovative Methodology for ICT R&D Project Generation (ICT 연구개발 프로젝트 발굴을 위한 창의적 방법론)

  • The rapid evolution of ICT industry brings not only new services or products but also changes from common individual life to whole human society. Coping with these situations and survival, companies cannot help regarding R&D as the most important thing. So, discovering R&D projects which are suitable for the alternation is a big issue for many companies. To resolve the issue, KT has adopted Innovative Management Methodology developed by Strategos, which is co-founded by Gary Harmel. This paper describes this Innovative Management Methodology tailored to KT R&D. The methodology consists of five phases : focusing discovery, discovery, ideas/domains, domain elaboration & aiming point and R&D project proposal. Also, it shows some interim findings that came from the Innovative Management Process. Finally, the future plan for elaborating the methodology itself and generating new R&D projects is suggested.

  • 본 연구는 R&D 전주기 지원을 위해 과제 기획 및 수행과 연구성과 창출 시나리오를 통합 설계하고, 연구자 관점에서의 실효성과 유용성을 검증하기 위해 프로토타입으로 구현하는 것을 목표로 한다. 기존 연구가 R&D 전주기를 몇 가지 활동으로 세분화하고 모형화하였지만, 개념적 설계에만 초점을 맞추고 있다는 한계를 극복하고자, 본 연구에서는 산업계 및 학계 전문가와 협력하여 R&D 경험을 시나리오에 반영하고 이를 프로토타입으로 실증하였다.

  • Waste reduce, recycle, energy recovery technology is one of 27 key green technology by 2012, the government should increase R&D investment, despite the period 2008 to 2010 average annual growth rate was decreased. Accordingly, this area of government investment in R&D status analyzed in detail and as a result, total government investment in R&D decreased, but in these fields to define strategic product services investment in technology is increasing centralization trend that appears to be investment in the quality of determined that the good is. In particular, in 2010, strategic product service of the technologies 3 technology groups ((1) waste energy equipment (2) waste resource recycling facilities (3) waste based materials production facilities) the proportion of 24-28% relatively evenly invested, government R&D is judged that adequate investment in quality.

  • 최근 USN과 소형 임베디드 장치에 IP 스택을 구현한 결과들이 활발히 소개되고 있으며 Non-IP 기반의 USN이나 임베디드 장치와는 차별화된 요소에 대한 논의도 함께 진행되고 있다. 집중화 되어 있던 자원이 IP기반 기술을 통해 컴퓨팅 환경, 서비스 환경이 분산되어 가고 있듯이 제한된 자원을 갖는 센서 노드에 IP가 부여 되었을 때 호스트 중심의 형태와는 다른 형태의 구성이 가능하게 되고 이를 통한 새로운 서비스 패러다임으로의 전환을 기대하고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 IP가 부여된 센서노드, 소형 임베디드 장치로 구성 가능한 서비스 구조를 제안하고자 한다.

  • 현재 FMC 폰을 통해 제공되는 동시착신, 착신전환, 3인통화 등과 같은 다양한 부가서비스가 제공되고 있어 보다 편리하면서도 다양한 기능을 제공하고 있다. 하지만 FMC폰에 적용된 SIP 프로토콜은 송수신 패킷에 대해 쉽게 위변조가 가능하고 송신자 인증기능에 문제점이 발견되고 있어 보안성이 취약하다. 또한 FMC 폰을 이용하여 여러 가지 부가서비스를 이용할 경우 서비스 자체의 취약점을 이용한 공격 등이 가능하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현재 상용화 되어 제공되는 SIP기반 주요 VoIP 부가서비스를 대상으로 각각의 Call Flow를 분석하였으며 이를 토대로 각 부가서비스에 대한 취약성에 대해 분석하였다.

  • SIP 프로토콜 기반 VoIP 서비스는 편리함과 저렴한 통신비용으로 사용자 수가 급증하고 있다. 하지만 Text 형태의 SIP 헤더 정보를 UDP 방식으로 전송하기 때문에 손쉽게 위변조 할 수 있으며, 최근 SIP를 통해 제공되는 다양한 형태의 부가서비스에 대한 보안 위협이 증가하고 있다. FMC 폰을 통해 제공되는 동시착신, 착신전환, 3인통화 등과 같은 부가서비스에 대한 공격을 통해 과금우회 공격 등을 수행할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 FMC 환경에서 제공되는 주요 SIP 부가서비스를 대상으로 각각의 취약성에 대해 조사 분석하였으며, 분석된 내용을 중심으로 SIP 기반 인터넷전화 부가서비스에 대한 공격 시나리오를 단계별로 설계 및 개발하였다.

  • SK텔레콤은 1984년 차량전화서비스를 개시한 이래로 무선호출서비스, 아날로그 이동전화 서비스, CDMA 이동전화서비스, CDMA2000 1X/EV-DO 및 WCDMA서비스를 위한 이동통신망들을 연이어 구축해 왔다. 이러한 다양한 서비스 통신망을 구성하는 많은 망장비들을 관리하기 위해 통신망에 대한 망관리시스템 구축은 필수적이었고, 다양한 방식으로 망관리시스템 구축이 시도되었다. 비교적 짧은 기간내 통신망을 구축, 확대하고, 새로운 이동통신망을 도입하면서 기존망과 연동시키는 일들은 망장비에 대한 빈번한 패키지 변경을 낳았고, 이는 특히 망장비로부터 망관리 정보를 수집하고 망관리시스템으로의 보고를 담당하는 망관리대행자(Agent)의 안정성 및 유지보수 문제를 야기시켰다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기존에 개발되었던 망관리대행자들이 가지고 있던 다양한 문제점들을 제시하고 이를 해결하기 위한 망관리대행자에 대한 새로운 구축방안을 제시한다

An Effect of a Company's Organizational Orientation and R&D Capability on the Success of New Products/Services (기업의 조직지향성과 연구개발능력이 신제품/서비스 성공에 미치는 영향연구)

  • Variables such as R&D capability and organizational orientation have been dealt with in previous studies on factors that affect the success of new products/services in technology-based companies, but there have been few studies examining the causal relationship of these variables from an integrated perspective. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of the organizational orientation and R&D capability of technology-based SMEs, consisting of customer orientation, innovation orientation, and competitor orientation, on the success of new products/services. In addition, we want to analyze the influence of a company's product/service competitiveness on the success of new products/services. The survey was commissioned by a research company, and 382 valid copies were analyzed by conducting a survey to corporate members in the technical job-related industry. The questionnaire analysis was performed using SPSS 26.0 and Smart PLS 3.0.Customer orientation, innovation orientation, and competitor orientation were found to have a positive effect on product/service competitiveness. It can be said that market changes in product/service competitiveness, technology improvement capability, target market analysis, etc. meet the objectives of most research projects, such as the success of new products/services. In addition, product/service competitiveness was found to have a positive effect on the success of new products/services. It can be seen that R&D capability has a positive effect on the success of new products/services and plays an important role in business expansion of SMEs. From this analysis result, it was found that the organizational orientation and R&D capability of a company have a positive effect on the success of new products/services. Based on the results of this study, implications were presented on the factors that a company must have for the success of new products/services.

Factors Influencing the Customer Value and the Performance of National R&D Information Services of the R&D Managers (연구관리자의 국가R&D정보서비스 고객가치 및 업무성과 영향요인)

  • The importance of knowledge and information is ever increasing. The ingredients of the customer value of the information offered for free by the public information organizations are different from those of the ordinary products or services. This study aims to identify the factors which affect the information customer value and the job performance of the R&D managers who use national R&D information service(NTIS). The results show the quality of information service and the perception of services organizations have significant positive effect on customer value. In addition, the customer value have significant influence on the job performance. Meanwhile, the perception of information organizations have not effect on the job performance. Regarding the moderating effect of the information using environment, the results are as follows: the information using environment moderates the relationship between the information service quality and between the customer value and the perception of information organizations, and the relationship between the customer value and the job performance, but does not moderate the relationship between the perception of information services organizations and the job performance. According to the research results, we proposed several implications to foster the customer value management in the field of public information as well as future research directions.
