본 연구는 기업의 성과를 향상시키는 중요한 요소로 알려진 종업원의 조직시민행동을 고객관점에서 측정하고, 관련 변수들인 서비스품질, 고객만족, 호의적 구전과의 인과관계를 실증적으로 규명해보고자 하였다. 그동안 마케팅에서 OCB에 관한 많은 연구가 있었지만, 선행 연구들은 조직의 관점에서 종업원의 OCB를 측정하는 연구가 대부분이었다. 자료 수집 단계에 있어 OCB의 효과를 좀 더 폭넓은 산업에 걸쳐 파악하고자 미용실과, 주점, 패스트푸드 점 등 다양한 서비스산업 이용자를 대상으로 설문지를 수집하였다. 분석결과, 접점종업원의 조직시민행동과 관련한 몇 가지 중요한 사항을 발견할 수 있었다. 첫째, 종업원의 OCB는 고객이 지각하는 서비스품질에 유의한 관계가 있었다. 즉, 고객들이 관찰하기에 종업원들이 규정된 역할을 초월하여 조직 내 동료들을 도와주고 고객의 편의성을 지향하며 그들이 속해 있는 조직에 대해 긍정적인 자세를 가지고 있는 것으로 판단되면, 고객들은 종업원을 신뢰하고, 또 그들에게서 제공받는 서비스품질을 높게 지각한다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 조직시민행동은 서비스품질을 매개로 하여 고객만족에 간접적인 영향을 미친다는 사실을 발견하였다. 마지막으로 만족한 고객은 호의적인 구전행동을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 구전은 기업의 공식적인 마케팅 전략 이상의 효과를 가지는 촉진 도구이다. 따라서 서비스조직은 고객의 성과를 향상시키기 위해 종업원의 OCB를 관리해야 함을 이해할 수 있었다.

인터넷의 급속한 확산과 정보통신산업의 성장으로 개인 및 기업의 경영환경은 많은 변화를 가져왔으며, 우체국 서비스도 보다 향상된 품질을 요구하고 있다. 2000 년부터 시작된 우체국 전자상거래 사업인 인터넷우체국은 지속적인 서비스의 추가로 회원 및 매출액의 증가를 보이고 있으나, 보다 내실을 쌓기 위해서는 전반적인 서비스의 점검과 보다 체계적인 구조의 새로운 서비스 발굴을 필요로 하고 있다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 현행 인터넷 우체국의 현황을 분석하고 향후 서비스 아키텍처에 대하여 제시하고자 한다.

고객의 잠재적 가치를 포착하는 것은 특별히 새로운 제품이나 서비스 또는 새로운 비즈니스를 시작하는 서비스 디자이너에게 매우 중요한 작업이다. 가치 포착은 고객 간, 컨텐스트 간 그리고 다른 시간환경 속에서 차별화를 추구하며 심사숙고하는 서비스 디자이너에게 새로운 컨셉 접근방법을 제시한다. 서비스디자인을 위한 차별화 컨셉 프레임은 사용의 해석적 분석을 가이드하는 관점과 렌즈를 제공하여 고객 행동 가치를 유형화하고, 그러한 결과는 복합적인 서비스디자인의 가치를 향상시킨다.

본 논문에서는 최근 인터넷이 직면하고 있는 용량과 속도 저하와 같은 여러 가지 문제점을 해결하고, ATM 기반의 초고속 정보통신망의 이용을 활성화하기 위해 ATM 망을 하부구조로 하는 연동게이트웨이 시스템의 구조와 기능을 정의한다. 그리고 연동게이트 시스템의 서비스 브로커 기능을 통해 멀티미디어 서비스 컨탠츠 사용자가 선택함으로써 사용자에게 보다 광범위하고 다양한 서비스를 제공받을 수 있는 기회를 부여하고, 서비스 제공자에게는 서비스 경쟁력을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다.

무선인터넷 망이 개방되고 위치정보와 관련된 법률이 제정됨에 따라 위치기반서비스의 산업 활성화에 촉매 역할을 하고 있다. 또한, 이동통신관련 기술의 발달로 위치기반서비스의 기술 발전을 촉진시키고 있다. 네트워크기반과 단말기기반의 측위 기술 및 하이브리드 방식으로 위치 정확도를 향상시키는 기술과 위치정보를 보호하고, 효과적으로 관리하기 위한 플랫폼 기술, 그리고 다양한 서비스를 제공하기 위한 응용 서비스기술이 연구되고 있다. 본 고에서는 위치기반서비스를 구성하는 주요 요소기술의 이슈와 동향에 대해 기술한다.

위치 추적 서비스와 같은 LBS 서비스는 신속하게 변화하는 수많은 양의 공간 및 이동 객체를 관리 및 실시간으로 처리해야 하므로 고성능의 DBMS가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 처리와 고성능 처리를 향상시키기 위한 메인 메모리 기반의 이동체 DBMS를 사용한 위치 추적 서비스 시스템을 제안하였다.

인터넷의 발전으로 인하여 여러 가지 서비스가 가능하게 되었고, 이러한 서비스들은 서로 다른 서비스 품질(QoS)이 요구된다. 따라서 이러한 QoS를 제공하기 위해 차별화 서비스(Differentiated Service)의 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 차별화 서비스중 보장형 서비스에서 공평성에 관한 문제로 지적되고 있는 bandwidth skew problem의 문제를 최소화하기 위한 기법을 제시한다. 이 논문에서는 bandwidth skew problem의 현상을 확인하고 제안한 기법이 기존의 기법보다 공평성 측면에서 개선된 성능을 제공함을 보였다.

Under the current IN(Intelligent Network) Architecture, most of their function were performed in SSP(Service Switching point), so the provision or modification of service was limited. To over come these limitation, the structure of 'AIN(Advanced Intelligent Network)' emerged. In this paper, SSP for AIN structure is designed and its performance is evaluated. In other words, the requirements for AIN service implementation are specified on the basis of ITU-T Recommendations. From these requirments and TDX-10 Exchange architecture, the SSP for AIN structure is designed, and its performance is analyzed through the method of simulation and analytical modeling. As a conclusion of this paper, when the system is operated as a standard model, the maximum throughput is 1,270,000 BHCA for Free Phone Service and 1,190,000 BHCA for Credit Call Service. The processors in INS(Interconnection Network Subsystem) are proved to be bottleneck elements. To enhance the performance, several suggestions such as processor and link speedup, and other D_bus service policy are proposed.

Based on the radio wave propagation measurement of DGPS land-based reference stations, the DGPS service coverage and signal quality in the receiving points are analyzed in this paper. The DGPS signal strength and SNR in the receiving point are measured in the winter and summer season, respectively. In case of DGPS reference station that can not provide the designed service coverage, the solution to improve the service coverage is presented in this paper. Almost all DGPS reference station except reference station with low ground conductivity or mountainous terrain provide the DGPS service coverages of 80% or more of the designed service area. The service coverages of DGPS reference stations can be improved to pre-designed service area in case of installation management of DGPS site on the plain terrain and good ground conductivity. It is necessary to get the high efficiency of transmitting antenna to improve the service area.

Currently, the housing supply rate exceeds 100%, and the penetration rate continues to increase. This housing supply rate is changing from quantitative supply-oriented to improving the quality of the residential environment in housing service policies. Despite the increase in the housing supply rate, practical access to the vulnerable class is still difficult and there are many areas that are insufficient to use housing services when necessary. In addition, the demand for residential services is increasing due to the expansion of the scope of the vulnerable class. In order to compensate for these problems, facilities and joint occupancy that cannot guarantee independent living are mainly established, although a supply plan is established for the vulnerable by expanding policies and support projects. This paper proposes an IoT environment-based housing support system for vulnerable groups to support housing services for vulnerable groups. The proposal system improves the quality of the residential environment and provides service-oriented support services. Through the proposal system, appropriate social participation opportunities can be provided by improving the quality of life of the vulnerable and supporting a residential environment where independent living is possible.
