In this thesis, the interactive multimedia contents service system is proposed. The interactive multimedia contents service system which added the on-line merit on the off-line merit of CD-ROM title can transfer messages among users and update contents immediately. The Interactive multimedia contents service system which Integrated the CD-ROM title and Internet sonics is possible to use in on-line / off-line. The proposed system more improved the fault of CD-ROM title in the conventional main media, the search environment by using mutual correlation of the utilization and method of the Internet CD-ROM title.

기존의 방송환경은 시청자에게 단 방향의 서비스를 제공하며, 시청자 각자의 취향에 상관없이 소극적인 자세를 요구한다. 이러한 일방적인 사용자 시청환경에서는 대개의 프로그램들은 방송사에 의해 다수 사용자의 대표적인 시간대에 적절하게 배치되고, 적절하게 배분된 프로그램의 인기도 혹은 시청률, 시청 연령, 시간대에 따른 광고가 그 프로그램을 지원하게 된다. 시청자의 적극적 선별 노력에 의해 선택된 프로그램과 달리 방송 프로그램 콘텐츠와 같이 전송되는 광고는 사용자가 원하는 대개의 프로그램을 지원하는 중요한 수단이지만, 정작 시청자의 관심과는 상관없이 제공된다. 또한, 디지털 방송의 시작과 함께 양방향 서비스 환경에서도 사용자를 고려한 광고의 적절한 분배가 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이러한 일률적인 광고 콘텐츠의 제공은 시청자의 무관심을 초래할 수 있으며, 이러한 경향이 높을수록 효율적인 정보 제공에 많은 제한을 받을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는, 제한적 정보 제공의 해소와 새로운 시청 환경 제안을 위한, 시청자의 성별 및 연령 대를 추론하는 알고리즘을 제안하고 이를 맞춤형 광고, 즉 표적 광고 서비스(Target Advertisement Service) 기법을 제안한다.

This article aims to analyze main features of activation policy and compare major programmes in terms of their impact on employment performances in Korea. Since the introduction of National Basic Living Security Act in 2000, a series of activation policies have been in place for social assistance recipients, low-income employees, and youth unemployed by means of providing tailored employment and social services via in-depth counselling and case management. These activation policies carry both enabling and demanding elements: requiring programme participation in exchange for public assistance benefit receipts on the one hand, and providing various social services to remove barriers to employment through case management on the other hand. Therefore, it merits attention to analyze how various features of activation programmes affect employment outcomes, the effectiveness of delivery system and policy instruments as well. In analyzing employment outcomes of activation policy of which main characteristics lie in provision of employment and social services, this article points out the features and policy instruments of the activation policy that contribute to labor market entry of public assistance recipients and low income employees. In addition, it also delineates the determinants of exit from benefit receipts. Results from statistical analysis show that activation policy with intense employment service helps both benefit recipients and low income employees enter into the labor market at a faster rate. However, tailored social service provision enables social assistance recipients to exit from benefit receipts. These results suggest theoretical and policy relevant implication in regards to redesigning the delivery mechanisms and service instruments of activation policy.

The purpose of this study was to provide the customized-service program for the family of dementia patients as an family-function reinforcement program. This study was designed to develop the therapeutic recreation program for the family supporting senior with dementia. The therapeutic program consisted of assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation. This study found the followings. First, this study shows the possibility of implication of the therapeutic recreation for the family supporting senior with dementia. Second, the therapeutic recreation program has a strong theoretical background. Third, the therapeutic recreation program has the clear goal, performing activity, intervention strategy. The therapeutic recreation program for the family supporting senior with dementia that this study provides would be valuable basic data for future studies.

It is generally recognized that Video On Demand (VOD) service will become a promising interactive service in the emerging broadband integrated services digital networks. A centralized VOD system, all programs are stored in a single VOD server which is linked to each user via exchanges, is applicable when a small number of users enjoys the VOD service. However, in case of large service penetration, it is very important to solve the problems of bandwidth and load concentrating in the central video server(CVS) and program transmission network. In this paper, the architecture of the video distribution service network is studied, then a traffic characteristics and models for VOD system are established, and proposed program allocation method to video servers. For this purpose, we present an analysis of program storage amount in each LVS(Local Video Server), transmission traffic volume between LVSs, and link traffic volume between CVS and LVSs, according to changing the related factors such as demand, the number of LVS, vision probability, etc. A method for finding out storage capacity in LVSs is also presented on the basis of the tradeoffs among program storage cost, link traffic cost, and transmission cost.

The present study aimed to examine how the quality of cultural program services, 'Libraries on the Road' influences users' satisfaction, quality of life, and loyalty to the cultural program services. Online surveys were conducted with users who had participated in 'Library on the Road' of public libraries, and collected 138 valid data. The study verified the hypotheses through structural equation model analysis. Findings of the study indicated that the higher the service quality of 'Library on the Road', the higher users' satisfaction. Users' satisfaction had positive effects on users' quality of life and loyalty to the services. The study extended the literature for the association between the service quality of a particular cultural program that public libraries had provided, users' satisfaction, quality of life, and loyalty to the cultural program.

본 논문은 하이브리드 방송서비스의 여러 유형 중 ITU-T J.301 에서 정의한 AR-STV 환경에서 시청자가 선호하는 콘텐츠 사업자의 선택에 따라 동일한 방송프로그램에 대해서 서로 다른 하이브리드 방송서비스를 소비할 수 있는 시청자 경험과 시스템에 관해 설명한다. 하이브리드 방송서비스는 방송통신융합서비스의 한 형태로서 방송망과 인터넷을 결합하여 각각의 장점을 살려 기존에 방송망에서 제공하지 못했거나 구현하기 어려웠던 서비스를 시청자에게 효과적으로 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적의 일환으로 시청자 선호 기반 하이브리드 방송서비스는 시청자에게 방송프로그램 시청 도중에도 선호하는 콘텐츠 사업자를 변경할 수 있는 선택권을 제공함으로써 방송 참여에 대한 관심을 유도하고, 콘텐츠 사업자들에게는 질 높은 콘텐츠 제공 경쟁을 유도함으로써 발전된 하이브리드 방송 환경 조성에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

제안된 시스템은 다가오는 유비쿼터스 시대에 요구되는 기반시스템으로써 가전 및 응용프로그램 제어, 그리고 온·오프라인 커뮤니티 확립 기능을 포함하고 사용자 요구 서비스를 제공한다. 시스템은 기존의 운영체제에서 제공하지 않던 커뮤니티의 정보를 편리하게 제공할 수 있으며 커뮤니티에서의 네트워크를 위한 모니터링 기능 및 관리 기능을 제공한다. 이를 기반으로 다 계층별 관리 및 서비스 기능을 포함한 프로그램 원격지 및 제어, 설치 및 운용을 할 수 있으며 분산처리를 위한 목적의 자원 모니터링 및 제공 서비스까지 할 수 있다. 무엇보다 이러한 기능을 제공할 수 있도록 하는 시스템에 이동 에이전트와 지능형 관리 에이전트 개념을 도입하여 계층의 관리와 서비스 및 서비스 제어에 대한 기능을 위임하고 이를 실행함으로써 원격지 자원을 최대한 활용하고 사용자의 요구에 필요한 서비스 제공할 수 있다.

This study was searching for elements affecting satisfaction of customers by comparing health management service businesses such as wellbeing care, yoga, and fitness. The discovered elements were analyzed and verified to find which elements are affecting what businesses through case studies. Multidirectional analysis was implemented for each service type using program, physical environment, and provided service drawn from the previous researches with SERVQUAL criteria and measured values on customer satisfactions. According to the analysis, physical environment in forest wellbeing care, program in yoga, and provided service in fitness were the most affecting elements. Thus, each health management service business must consider the lifestyle and trend of customers, and the specialized service corresponding to its uniqueness must be provided to customers. Surely, modernized exercise equipment, personalized program, and comfortable-luxurious settings are must have in order to be competitive. In addition, the business owners have to realize that customers are moving to quality from quantity. This means exercise must be brought up to the level of social value for relationship and links rather than left at the level of simple physical and mental trainings. To achieve these, other programs to support relationship among customers and circulating system with friendly environment must be considered at the same time.

A lot of applications are being developed as a result of popular smart machinery. Especially, Android OS that has high market share in smart phone market, applications are being developed and resulted. response time is delayed because service process of application do not work well although the space for using resource is enough. The purpose of this paper, analysis tool analyze response time of application to grope for an answer to the question about delayed response time of application.
