Recently, the value of ICT-based medical devices, equipments, software and service development are is increased according to strengthening the convergence among ICT, medical technologies and services. This paper presents the new convergence business models by applying cloud service to medical industry. In order to develop the new convergence business models, we checked the validity and feasibility through analyzing the medical market environments such as medical data backup, medical regulation etc. and present the new convergence business models and the direction of commercial business models for customer acquisition, market expansion and competitiveness improvement. This study is to provide the guidelines for establishing the core capacity strengthening strategy and partnership cooperation strategy when we design a new convergence business models in various industrial fields.

This study was to investigate the supporting about knowledge, attitudes and service requirements of dental hygiene students on dementia. According to a survey of 200 students in some local dental hygiene, there were positive correlations between attitude and service requirements(r=.59 p=.000) about dementia. The factors of convergence on service requirements for dementia have been shown to be significant in attitude. Therefore, training content and courses are needed to instill diverse service content and positive attitude about dementia for dental hygiene students to provide.

Product-Service Systems (PSS) has drawn significant attention since it can effectively address diverse values of consumers by integrating products and services. PSS has been defined as a system of products, services, supporting networks and infrastructure that is designed to satisfy customer needs and to generate values. Manufacturing companies can accomplish business innovation by devising new service elements and providing PSSs starting from their products. Such new efforts are called manufacturing servitization. With analysis of the company's business contexts, diverse strategies could be set for servitization. Services could be developed so that their product functions can be supported. On the other hand, new services could be devised to drive active emotional values of their customers in a broadly related manner with their products. In this way, different servitization strategies in service space could be employed. In this paper, the product-service integration spaces for comparison of product-service systems in manufacturing servitization is briefly sketched. Various issue spaces, termed dimensions, would be used including service space, customer space, value space and business model space. Diverse PSS cases, including well-known PSSs and brand new PSSs, will be classified and compared to demonstrate the product-service integration spaces.

Interest in the transition to MyData beyond the use of personal data is high worldwide. In order for the ideology of MyData to be realized, various useful MyData services would be developed in practice. Above all, convergence must be premised for the development of MyData. This study proposed strategies for activating MyData convergence services from four perspectives (BLTS: Business, Legal, Technology, and Social). In particular, the purpose w as to revitalize domestic convergence services by comparing European policies and services, which are the most pioneering in the field of MyData, with the domestic situation. It is expected that this study will provide balanced and progressive ideas in the MyData industry and policies.

2007년 12월 28일 ‘인터넷멀티미디어방송사업법(안)’이 국회 본회의를 통과함으로써 2008년 4월 18일 동법이 효력을 발휘하게 되었다. IPTV 상용화를 위한 기본 틀이 정해짐에 따라 시행령과 허가지침 등의 제정을 통해 2008년 6월경에는 본격적인 IPTV 서비스가 제공될 것으로 보인다. 미디어 규제정책이나 IPTV의 성장에 비해 시장에서 뒤늦게 출발하기는 하였지만 IPTV를 시작으로 하는 우리나라 미디어 융합 시장은 크게 발전할 것으로 전망된다. 분석결과에 따르면, 낙관적인 관점에서 볼 때 2008년부터 2012년까지 IPTV 가입자는 496만 가구, 매출액은 1조 2,876억 원, 생산유발효과는 10조 1,750억 원, 고용효과는 5만 6천 여 명이 될 것으로 보인다. 지금까지는 IPTV가 미디어 융합을 주도하였지만, 향후에는 보다 새로운 서비스가 미디어 융합을 촉진.발전시킬 것이다. 4G와 NGN 기반의 신규서비스, Web 2.0 TV 기반의 창의적인 비즈니스 모델, 임베디드 미디어 서비스 등 향후 나타나게 될 새로운 미디어 서비스의 발전을 위해 미래지향적인 미디어 정책과 규제프레임을 갖추어 나가는 것이 무엇보다 중요한 시점이 되고 있다.

최근 모바일 단말 기술의 발전과 무선망의 성능 향상에 따른 다양한 서비스가 제공되고 있는 추세이며, 위치정보인식시스템과 결합된 서비스에 많은 관심이 높아졌다. 본고에서는 GPS(Global Positioning System)의 신호가 미치지 못하는 건물의 실내환경에 적합한 경로 안내서비스 및 지하시설물 안내 등 초정밀 실내 측위 서비스를 제공하기 위한 융합 측위 방안을 제안한다. 융합 측위 방안은 실내외 연속 측위를 위해 실외에서는 GPS를 이용하고 실내환경에서는 WLAN 기반의 측위 전용 AP(Access Point)를 이용, 전파신호의 LoS(Line of Sight)를 확보하여 측위하고 전파음영지역에서는 스마트폰의 가속도, 자이로센서 등 여러 가지 관성센서를 활용하여 PDR(Pedestrian Dead Reckoning) 알고리즘 등을 적용하여 측위한다. 또한 측위 정확도 향상 및 오차를 줄이기 위한 방법으로 LSE(Least Squire Estimation) 및 EKF(Extended Kalman Filter), KNN(K-Neighbor Node)/MSSM(Maximum Signal Strength Model) Algorithm 등 다양한 융합 측위 알고리즘을 적용하여 실내환경에 적합한 최적의 초정밀 실내 측위 서비스를 제공한다.

홈 네트워크 분야는 현재 유무선 통신과 디지털 정보 기기를 기반으로 지능화 된 주거 공간을 제공하고자 하는 스마트 홈 연구가 활발하게 진행 중이다. 최근 사용자에게 더 편리하고 실용적인 스마트 홈 서비스를 어떻게 제공할 것인가에 대한 이슈가 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위해 범용성, 유용성, 편의성을 고려한 서비스에 대해 연구하였다. 플랫폼 독립적인 웹서비스를 기반으로 홈 내 자원에 대한 기본 정보을 제공하고, 자원 사이의 관계 상황을 찾아 새로운 관계 정보를 제공한다. 이를 활용하여 사용자 편의적인 인터페이스를 가진 모바일 응용 프로그램을 개발하였다. 향후 장애 정보와 결합하여 홈 내 유지보수 서비스로의 확장을 기대한다.

A lot of electrical energy is used in our daily life. While energy saving concerns are overall, consumption practices of people in general are very different. People want to control their energy use and by knowing the amount of energy they use. Smart plug is a new device that measures electricity usage through each plug at an outlet with on/off control. User experience for electrical devices in regards to electricity usage should be newly designed. In this study, based on the survey, personas have been devised and their energy use experience in relation with smart plugs have been designed. Service models have been designed as well. By designing service with smart plug, user could enhance the experience of energy usage and saving and energy consumption practices could be improved in a sustainable manner.

현대에 이르러서 기술의 발전과 COVID-19 확산, 인구 고령화, 3D 업종 기피 등의 영향으로 부족한 노동력을 대체하고 비대면 업종 증가에 따라 이동성을 갖춘 서비스 로봇이 대거 개발 및 보급되고 있다. 서비스 로봇의 시장 진입을 촉진하기 위한 움직임을 활발히 있으나 이에 관한 체계적인 사고조사 및 안전연구가 이루어지지 않는 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 전문 서비스 로봇의 안전한 사용을 위하여 서비스 로봇의 설치 및 사용 단계에서의 위험성평가 모델 개발과 건설업 무인 시공 로봇의 위험성 평가과정을 기술한다.

1990년대 말 본격화된 인터넷 서비스는 일반 개인들의 라이프스타일은 물론 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화적 측면에서 많은 변화를 야기시켰을 뿐만 아니라 텔레비전의 출현만큼이나 우리 생활양식을 크게 변화시켜 왔다. 나아가 통신망의 광대역화 및 방송의 디지털화에 따라 One phone, VoIP, WiBro, HSDPA, DMB, IPTV 등 유. 무선 통합, 음성. 데이터 통합 및 통신. 방송 융합이 발현되는 신규 서비스들이 속속 선보이면서 서비스, 사업자, 단말기 등이 융합되는 컨버전스 패러다임이 본격화되고 있는 양상이다. 이중 인터넷과 TV가 만나는 IPTV는 통신과 방송이라는 이종산업간의 대표적 융합서비스로서 VoIP, 초고속인터넷, TV 서비스를 동시에 제공하려는 통신사업자들의 TPS 사업전략의 일환으로 현재 전세계 280여 개 이상의 사업자에 의해 추진되고 있다. 이에최근 급부상하고 있는 IPTV 서비스에 관한 개념, 발전과정, 기술 배경, 국내. 외 사업자 추진 현황 및 향후 시장전망을 살펴봄으로써 IPTV 서비스의 발전가능성을 가늠해보고자 한다.
