In this paper, the requirements for information security are presented in the ubiquitous ecological(u-Eco) city. The various definition of ubiquitous city is analyzed first, the concept of the u-Eco City, services and major projects are then presented. The framework of the integrated operating center for u-Eco city is proposed, the privacy, data security and network facility protection in the center are analyzed. Unlike to previously proposed security algorithms, the light-weight encoding algorithms(such as block/stream encoding, pseudo-random generator, hash function, and public key encoding) in the u-Eco city center are required to communicate the information in the ubiquitous sensor network. Furthermore, the principal policies guaranteeing the secrecy and authentication for the private information are also presented.

홈네트워크는 무궁한 발전 가능성을 가지고 있으면서 동시에 여러 분야의 기술들을 유기적으로 결합하여 사용하기 때문에 기존의 네트워크 서비스에서 가지고 있던 보안 취약성에 그대로 노출되어 있다. 또한 요소기술 및 환경 등의 특성으로 홈네트워크 정보기기에 대한 불법적인 공격이 빈번하게 발생한 수 있다. 홈네트워크 산업을 활성화시키기 위해서는 이기종 망간의 상호연동 기술은 물론 관리적 측면에서의 기술과 통합 측면에서의 기술 등이 필요하고 정보의 처리, 전달 및 저장을 안전하게 하기 위해서는 특히 보안 기술이 절실히 요구된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 프라이버시, 네트워크, 서비스, 인프라, 미들웨어 및 디바이스의 측면으로 나누어서 홈네트워크에서의 보안 취약점을 분석하고, 홈네트워크 환경에서의 보안 요구사항을 도출함으로써 이와 같은 보안 위협으로부터의 대응방안을 제시한다.

DLS(Digital Library System) have been established by Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development for providing the application services to each school library managers(teacher librarian) and front end users such as students and teachers. DLS's are separately operated by 15 major metropolitan or provincial office of education to cover all elementary, middle and high schools in Korea. There is a necessity which it will analyze the current status of DLS because it's system after starting a service 2 years passed. This study suggested to improvements strategies of DLS by survey from teacher librarian, subject teacher, students of 308 schools.

The IoT technology and sensors used for collecting the environment information has rapidly increased the number and type. With the increasing need for this type of sensor effective system for selecting and testing the sensor nodes for the IoT to develop products and services. In this study, we design and implement IoT sensor testing system for IoT service and product. In order to support rapid prototyping, the proposed system provides testing and management tools for IoT sensor nodes. We analyze the requirements of the proposed system and design the system based on the functional component-specific design. Finally, we implement testing application to verify the functional elements of the proposed system.

Recently, the world's Information Society, already central to humankind, is rapidly changing towards a fully ubiquitous computing society through the development of USN technology. USN application web services provide convenience through environment recognition as well as automatic recognition of specific situations all through the use of USN technology. It has been proven that it can also enable the safety of human life by providing an optimal service through real-time management. Therefore, USN application web services using such technology can be applied to various aspects of life. In this paper, we have implemented a scenario of with a specific user requirement regarding collected meta-data and sensing data based USN technology. We have implemented a visualization of the solutions suitable for each scenario.

e-navigation은 해양 환경의 보호를 증진하고 바다에서의 안전과 보안을 위한 항해 및 관련서비스를 선박의 이안에서 접안에 이르기까지 향상시키기 위해 전자적인 수단으로 선박과 해상의 해양 정보에 대해 조화로운 방법으로 수집, 통합, 교환, 표현 및 분석하는 것을 말한다. 기존 안전 확보를 위한 규제의 방식을 탈피하기 위해 사고의 원인의 많은 부분을 차지하는 인간-사용자의 실수를 사전에 방지하고 또한 사용자의 편의를 증진할 수 있는 방식을 채택하고자 사용자의 요구사항을 정리하고 그에 따른 종합적인 아키텍처를 수립하여 정책, 기술 및 이를 통한 서비스를 제공하겠다는 것이 e-navigation의 근본 목적이다. 선박의 안전 운항을 위해 현재까지 제공된 선상의 시스템이나 해상에서의 서비스를 받고 있는 많은 사용자들은 보다 효율적이고 체계적인 안전 운항과 이를 지원하는 의사결정 지원을 위해 보다 향상된 기술과 성능을 갖는 새로운 도구를 갖기를 지속적으로 원하고 있으며 관련국제기구인 국제해사기구(IMO), 국제항로표지협회(IALA), IEE, ITU 등 다양한 분야의 국제기구에서 지속적으로 논의되고 있다. 이러한 국제기구의 e-Navigation에 관한 논의에 대하여 적절한 대응, 일관성을 가진 대응을 위한 방안 마련을 제시하였다.

국가과학기술종합정보서비스(NTIS: National Science & Technology Information Service)는 국가R&D 사업정보를 한 곳에서 서비스하는 국가R&D 지식포털이다. NTIS의 효율적 기획 및 업무운영 총괄을 위하여 NTIS 표준운영절차(SOP: Standard Operating Procedures) 수립의 필요성이 증대되었다. 본 연구에서는 본 연구에서는 선진이론 모델 및 국내사례를 분석하고, NTIS 구축에 참여한 내부의 환경적 요건과 운용체계 요구사항을 고려하여, NTIS 운용체계에 가장 실무적으로 적합한 NTIS SOP를 수립하였다. 이와 더불어 NTIS 운영주체간 NTIS SOP 정보의 효율적 공유를 위하여 NTIS SOP 공유시스템을 구축함으로써, 업무별 권한별로 NTIS SOP를 공유하고 활용할 수 있도록 하였다.

With the recent advancements in the Internet of Things, context-aware system that provides customized services become important to consider. The existing context-aware systems analyze data generated around the user and abstract the context information that expresses the state of situations. However, these datasets is mostly unstructured and have difficulty in processing with simple approaches. Therefore, providing context-aware services using the datasets should be managed in simplified method. One of examples that should be considered as the unstructured datasets is a deep learning application. Processes in deep learning applications have a strong coupling in a way of abstracting dataset from the acquisition to analysis phases, it has less flexible when the target analysis model or applications are modified in functional scalability. Therefore, an abstraction model that separates the phases and process the unstructured dataset for analysis is proposed. The proposed abstraction utilizes a description name Analysis Model Description Language(AMDL) to deploy the analysis phases by each fat client is a specifically designed instance for resource-oriented tasks in edge computing environments how to handle different analysis applications and its factors using the AMDL and Fat client profiles. The experiment shows functional scalability through examples of AMDL and Fat client profiles targeting a vehicle image recognition model for vehicle access control notification service, and conducts process-by-process monitoring for collection-preprocessing-analysis of unstructured data.

M2M 서비스 지원을 위한 이동통신 인프라 기술은 3GPP에서 MTC(Machine Typer Communications)라 부른다. 최근 3GPP SA1, SA2 에서는 MTC 디바이스와 MTC 서버 통신 모델 기반의 서비스 모델 및 지원에 관한 네트워크 구조 기술표준이 추진되었다. 이 후 후속 작업으로 3GPP SA1에서는 TR 22.888(MTCe: Study on Enhancements for MTC) 문서를 통해 MTC 디바이스 간 통신 시나리오 및 use case 개발이 추진 중이다. TR 22.888 문서에는 MTC 디바이스 간 통신 접속 시나리오 및 use case를 정의하고 이에 대한 3GPP 네트워크 요구사항을 개발하고 있다. 현재 TR 22.888v0.7 에서는 5가지의 MTC 디바이스 간 통신 시나리오가 개발되었다. 각 시나리오는 MTC 디바이스가 접속을 원하는 원격 MTC 디바이스와 연결 설정 과정에서 직접연결, MTC 서버를 통한 연결, 네트워크/MTC 서버 내에 이름 분석 기능(name resolution function) 지원을 통한 연결, 그룹 통신 내 MTC 디바이스 간 연결, 네트워크 코디네이션(network Coordination) 지원을 통한 연결 등으로 구분된다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 M2M에서 디바이스간 직접 통신에 관한 시나리오 및 usecase를 분석한다.

IPTV provides their services only for their subscribers who have a eligibility to watch it by using Conditional Access System(CAS). CAS has been servicing their contents for subscribers by using set-top box or cable card so far, but these days, to solve the compatibility between kinds of devices, linkage with other services as DRM and confirming stability, the research of Downloadable CAS(DCAS) is being advanced steadily. On this paper, we analyse the vulnerability of DCAS based on the OpenCable and make up for the vulnerability in DCAS, then proposes to use secure DCAS system for IPTV. Also we show the result of the research and analyse the satisfaction of requirements.
