다속성 위험평가는 위협과 보안요구사항의 집합을 순위화해서 계량적으로 위험을 평가하는 유용한 체계를 제공해 준다. 본 논문의 목적은 위험을 파악해서 순위화 하는 과정을 다속성 위험평가에 의해서 분석하는 이론과 사례를 제시하는 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze user requirements of photovoltaic generating facilities for detached houses. For the analysis, 202 households that installed photovoltaic generating facilities to conduct a survey. According to the survey results, users mainly demanded 'Reduction in self-burden amount' and 'Maintenance Services.' In addition, when conducting 'Education for photovoltaic generating facilities', they highly wanted to participated in it. Results on the installation status of photovoltaic generating facilities are as follows: Of locations where photovoltaic generating facilities are installed, the most households installed them on the roof, 54%. As for the angle in which photovoltaic module is installed, the range of $25{\sim}35^{\circ}$ was the most common and in the case of installation direction, southern exposure accounted for the rate of 93%. The monthly average generation of households surveyed is approximately 320kWh. Research on technology and policy to address user requirements shown in this study is deemed necessary in the future.

One of the issues of the automotive industry today is autonomous driving vehicles. In order to achieve level 3 or higher as defined by SAE International, harmonization of autonomous driving technology and connected technology is essential. Current vehicles have new features such as autonomous driving, which not only increases the number of electrical components, but also the amount and complexity of software. As a result, the attack surface, which is the access point of attack, is widening, and software security vulnerabilities are also increasing. However, the reality is that the essential security requirements for vehicles are not defined. In this paper, based on real attacks and vulnerability cases and trends, we identify the assets in the in-vehicle network and derive the threats. We also defined the security requirements and derived essential security requirements that should be applied at least to the safety of the vehicle occupant through risk analysis.

본 논문은 열악한 환경의 중소기업들이 제품개발에 있어서 쉽게 접근, 활용할 수 있는 중소기업 기술지원 서비스로써 소셜매뉴팩처링플랫폼 구축을 위한 공공 서비스디자인에 관한 내용이다. 중소기업들이 안심하고 편리하게 구축된 각종 인프라들을 활용하여 글로벌 시장을 선도할 수 있는 혁신제품을 개발할 수 있는 환경을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 특히, 중소기업이 가장 어려워하는 부분인 상용화 아이템 발굴, 제품디자인 및 시제품제작, 시험 검증 등을 지원하는 크라우드소싱 기반의 소셜매뉴팩처링플랫폼 등을 활용한 토털솔루션으로 기업기술지원용 공공 서비스 디자인 모델을 제시한다. 본 논문은 고객의 관점에서 사용자 친화적인 경쟁력을 갖도록 고객의 요구사항이나 행동패턴을 관찰, 분석하여 미래에 일어날 수 있는 서비스 형태와 기능을 디자인하여 고객 및 제공자에게 효율적이고 매력적인 서비스를 제공하도록 하였다.

금융회사는 신규서비스 구축과 서비스의 시행 전에 보안성 심의를 받아 기준을 충족한 경우 실 운영이 가능 했으나, 기업 자체적으로 검토를 진행하고 보안수준을 스스로 유지 하도록 변경 되었다. 금융회사를 포함한 서비스 제공자는 실제 서비스를 오픈하기 전 보안성 검토를 자체적으로 이행하고 있으나 클라우드 등 회사 자산의 다양한 환경변화와 조직 내 각 부서의 세부적인 요구사항을 충족하기에는 현실적인 한계가 따른다. 기존 연구는 전문가 및 실무자를 통해 보안성 검토 체크리스트의 항목을 개선하고 효과를 검증하는데 노력 하였다. 하지만 실질적인 결과를 바탕으로 한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문은 실 운영 중인 시스템 및 서비스의 기획에서 운영까지의 전체 프로세스를 대상으로 보안성 검토를 수행한 결과를 분석하여 보안 실무자 입장에서의 적절한 검토 방안을 제안한다.

이동통신 시스템은 현재의 3세대 IMT-2000 시스템에 이르기까지 지속적인 진화를 거듭하였고 이제 사용자의 다양한 이동통신 서비스 요구 및 기대치를 충족시키기 위한 4세대 이동통신 시스템 및 서비스에 대한 관심이 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. ITU-RWP8F에서는 "보다 빠른 데이터 전송속도의 지원"과 "서로 다른 유무선 접속 시스템과 융합(convergence)"을 목표로 시간과 장소 및 대상의 구속이 없이 언제 어디서나 누구와도 고속 멀티미디어 통신 서비스를 지원하는 것을 차세대 이동통신 시스템의 비전으로 설정하고 있다. 이러한 차세대 서비스 비전을 실현하기 위하여 현재 WWRF, WWI, FMS, mITF, FuTURE Forum 및 NGMC Forum과 같은 주요 연구 단체는 개인의 관심사, 환경, 일상 생활이 고려된 각 개인의 통신 공간에서 상황에 따라 변화하는 개인의 요구사항이 반영된 차세대 서비스에 대한 연구를 수행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 앞서 언급한 각 연구 단체가 수행중인 주요 연구 내용을 살펴보고자 한다.`

The Quality Management System is based on a system approach method. The Library and information center analyze the requirement of the customer, and manage to be interactive process so that we reach an information service level which the customer expects. This study accomplished theoretical review of ISO 9000 as International Quality Management System, investigated the trend for change of ISO 9000 certification systems. We reviewed ISO 9000 family which the Library and Information center possible apply and presented the requirement in the library and Information center with the process to need for a Quality Management System certification.

In this paper, we investigate the scheduling algorithm of router system for Internet service based on the qualify-of-service (QoS) level of the input source traffics. We suggest an approprite scheduling algorithm in order to satisfy their QoS requirements for the loss-sensitive traffic and delay-sensitive traffic. For this purpose, we first study the service requirements of the multiplexer in Internet and the definition of QoS based on the ITU-T white recommendations. Second. we suggest a functional architecture of the multiplexer and the scheduling algorithm to satisfy various QoS requirements for Internet service. Finally. the performance measures of interest, namely steady-state packet loss probability and average delay, are discussed by simulation results.

CEPS(Common Electronic Purse Specification) 전자지갑 규제 표준을 기반으로 한 전자상거래서비스의 요구사항 및 시장성이 점차 큰 비중을 차지하고 있다. 전자지갑의 전자화폐 충전기능은 물품기능 만큼 매우 중요한 안전 필수 요구사항이다. CEPS에서는 LSAM (Load Secure Application Module) 기능을 통해, 전자금액 충전기능을 담당하도록 정의하고 있다. 전자지갑 본 논문에서는 전자지갑의 전자금액 충전기능을 설명하였다. 그리고 정형기법을 이용하여 CEPS 전자지갑 표준에서 정의한 전자금액 충전기능을 정형명세 및 정형검증 하여, 전자상거래시 발생할 수 있는 취약점을 확인하고 분석하였다.

지상파 DMB는 이동 수신이 가능한 방송 서비스로 개인용, 휴대용, 이동형, 디지털 멀티미디어, 방송매체라는 특징을 가진다. 이와 같은 특징은 차량용 내비게이션과 일치하는 부분이 많아 내비게이션 결합형 지상파 DMB 수신기가 널리 보급되었다. 현재 차량 운전자들을 주 대상으로 하는 재난경보전달 시스템이 존재하지 않으므로, DMB 기능을 내장한 차량용 내비게이션은 재난경보 전달 체계를 서둘러 도입해야 하는 분야 중 하나다. 이 논문의 목적은 내비게이터형 DMB 수신기에 필요한 기능적 요구사항을 도출하는 것이다. 이를 위해 내비게이터형 DMB 수신기로 활용 가능한 시나리오를 연구하고, 이를 바탕으로 기본 수신기와는 별도로 추가되어야 할 내비게이터형 수신기를 위한 고유의 기능을 도출하고, 기본 수신기에서 도출한 기능 중 필요 없는 기능을 분석하였다. 이 논문의 내용은 내비게이터형 DMB 수신기를 개발하는 데 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
