A Study on the Factors Influencing the Satisfaction and Continued Use Intention of the Subscription Economy Service: Focusing on Use Motivations, Platform & Service Characteristics (구독경제 서비스 만족과 지속사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구: 이용동기와 플랫폼, 서비스 특성요인을 중심으로)

  • This study attempted to identify various variables that affect satisfaction and continued use intention of the subscription economy services. Through previous research studies, individual characteristics and service characteristic variables were considered together. Finally, use motivation, platform characteristic factors, and product and service characteristic factors were classified and examined. As a result of the study, the motive for using the service that affects the satisfaction of the subscription economy service was found to be functional hedonic, and economic motive, and platform recency and convenience, economic utility, and perceived personalization had a positive effect. Functional and hedonic motives and convenience showed positive influences on continued use intention, while social motives showed negative influences. In addition, it was confirmed that economic motivation, platform recency, economic utility, and perceived personalization showed a positive influence on the intention to continued use intention by mediating satisfaction with subscription economy services.

  • 본 연구의 첫 번째 목적은 Service Quality를 측정하는데 있어서 기대와 성과 측정치를 차감하는 차감식(difference score)에 의한 방법(SERVQUAL), 지각된 성과만으로 개념화/조작화 하는 방법(SERVPERF), 차이를 한 번에 직접 측정하는 방법(non-difference score) 중 어느 방법이 가장 타당한지를 조사하는 것이다. 본 연구의 두 번째 목적은 서비스품질뿐만 아니라 서비스가치 construct가 만족과 구매의도에 대한 선행변수로서 갖는 이론적 가치를 조사하는 것이다. 전국의 특 1급, 특 2급, 1급 호텔 148개의 투숙객을 대상으로 설문조사가 이루어졌다. 연구결과 SERVQUAL이나 SERVPERF에 의한 방법보다는 비차이척도를 이용하는 방법이 보다 높은 설명력을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 만족과 구매의도에 미치는 영향력에 있어서 서비스품질 뿐만 아니라 서비스가치 또한 유의적인 영향력을 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 연구결과와 관련하여 추가적인 논의를 하였다.

  • Knowledge retrieval service that uses collective intelligence which has special quality of open structure and can share the accumulative data is gaining popularity. However, acquiring the right needs for users from massive public knowledge is getting harder. Recently, search results from Google which is known for it's exquisite algorism, shows results for collective intelligence such as Wikipedia, Yahoo Q/A at the highest rank. Objective of this paper is to show that most answers come from human and to find the most influential people in on-line knowledge retrieval service. Hereupon, this paper suggest the influence value calculation algorism by analyzing user relation as centrality which social network is based on user activeness and reliance in Naver 지식iN. The influence value calculated by the suggested algorism will be an important index in distinguishing reliable and the right user for the question by ranking users with troubleshooting solutions in the knowledge retrieval service. This will contribute in search satisfaction by acquiring the right information and knowledge for the users which is the most important objective for knowledge retrieval service.

  • In this paper, first, we examined the factors which would affect users's intention for accepting Smart Healthcare Service. Second, we analyzed weather the types(health care provider vs. health care recipient) of the users would modulate the factors's influences. The independent variables of the research model are novelty-seeking, self-efficacy, facilitating conditions and security. The mediating variables are the perceived ease of use and the perceived usefulness. The dependent variable is the acceptance intention and the moderating variable is the user type which contains health care provider and health care recipient. As the results of the analysis, we recognized that the self-efficacy of the users would affect the perceived ease of use and the perceived usefulness in the smart healthcare services, but the user types(health care provider vs. health care recipient) did not modulate the factors's influences. We also recognized that the facilitating conditions would affect the perceived ease of use and the perceived usefulness in the smart healthcare services, in particular, the user types modulated the influences in the ease of use. We also recognized that the security would affect the perceived ease of use and the influence was more sensitive in the case of the health care provider. At last, we recognized that the ease of use and usefulness would affect the acceptance intentions. The influence of the ease was more sensitive in the case of the health care recipient. The influence of the usefulness was more sensitive in the case of the health care provider.

  • 본 연구는 중국 식당평가사이트인 디엔핑닷컴(dianping.com)을 이용하여 정량데이터 형태인 식당의 음식품질, 서비스품질, 분위기품질을 평가한 값을 수집하고, 비정량데이터인 현지고객들이 작성한 리뷰를 이용하여 텍스트마이닝과 콘텐츠분석을 통해 식당의 브랜드개성을 정의하고, 도출된 식당의 브랜드개성과 지각된 서비스 품질과의 영향력을 파악하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 중국의 경우는 브랜드개성요소 중 세련은 품질에 있어서 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변수로 나타났다. 지각된 서비스 품질 요소와 브랜드 개성과의 영향력을 파악하는 것은 현지진출 전략수립 뿐만 아니라 한국에 방문하는 중국인들 대상으로 관광유치전략 수립시에도 보다 나은 시사점을 제시할 수 있다.

Structural Equation Model for Bus Service Evaluation (버스의 서비스평가 구조모형에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구에서는 2개의 사례지구에 대한 설문조사를 통해 서비스평가 구조모형을 개발하였다. 모형의 가설로서 요인분석과 신뢰성 분석 등을 통해 구성된 '질적서비스에 대한 인식', '이동성에 대한 인식 '환승에 대한 인식', '경제성에 대한 인식'이란 인지서비스(Perceived service)를 나타내는 4개의 잠재변수는 '개인속성'과 '교통특성'이란 잠재변수의 영향을 받으며, 상호 구조적인 관계를 가지고 전반적인 만족도로 대표되는 '서비스평가'에 영향을 미친다고 가정한다. 모형추정결과, 기초적합지수(GFI)가 상인·월성 0.864, 지산·범물 0.807로 나타났고, 조정 적합지수 (AGFI)는 상인·월성 0.823. 지산·범물 0.759로 나타나 적합성은 대체로 양호하다고 할 수 있다. 또한 두 지역 모두에 있어서 잠재변수 간이나 잠재변수와 관측변수간의 인과계수의 유의성도 2, 3개의 인과계수를 제외하면 모두 5% 유의수준에서 유의한 것으로 나타나 전체적으로 모형이 타당하다고 판단된다. 상인·월성의 경우, 운전기사에 대한 인식치가 '서비스평가'에 미치는 영향력이 가장 크며, 요금수준과 더불어 직접적으로 '서비스평가'에 영향을 미치고 있다 기타 편리성, 쾌적성, 시설 및 운영성이 중요한 원인으로 작용하고 있다는 것을 시사하고 있다. 지산·범물의 경우, 쾌적성, 시설 및 운영성, 편리성이 '서비스평가'에 직접적으로 큰 영향력을 미치고 있다. 특히 이러한 '질적서비스에 대한 인식'은 버스의 현행 요금수준과 대기시간에, 그리고 유의성이 높다고 할 수 없지만 이용자의 연령과 버스이용빈도에 영향을 받고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Determinants of Media Repertoires based on New Services and Technologies (신규 미디어 서비스/기기 레퍼토리 구조 결정 요인)

  • This paper was attempting to identify determinants of media repertoires based on new services and technologies. Using the regression and discriminant models, this study examined determinants that included five independent factors such as the degree of innovation, social networks, social influences, demographic variables and media uses. The analyses revealed that all of independent variables except the degree of innovation were significant determinants of media repertoires. Secondly, the results of discriminant analyses showed that terrestrial television use, age, disposable income were significant factors discriminating new media service adopters from the sample. For new media related technologies adopters, family income, and media uses such as newspaper, Internet and radio were significant discriminant variables.

  • The purpose of this study verified the relationship between parents' perception of program value, service quality, and service satisfaction who participate in special sports activities. For this a survey was conducted with parents participating in the program at welfare facilities and private institutions in the metropolitan area. The survey was directly visited by the researcher, and 236 copies of data were collected and used for analysis. For the collected data, the causal relationship was verified through descriptive statistics, factor analysis and reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, the following conclusions were obtained. First, it showed a significant influence in tangibility, reliability, empathy, and guarantee in the relationship between program value perception and service quality. Second, in the relationship between program value perception and service satisfaction, significant influence was shown on user satisfaction and performance satisfaction. Third, in the relationship between service quality and service satisfaction, it showed a significant influence on user satisfaction and performance satisfaction.

A Study on the Backward and Forward Linkage Effects among Korea, China and Japan by International Input-Output Analysis (한·중·일 3국간 전후방연쇄 효과의 변화와 특징)

  • This study analyzed backward and forward linkage effects among Korea, China and Japan by International Input-Output(I-O) tables. Index of dispersion power and sensitivity degrees were measured after making 'Korea, China and Japan International Input-Output(I-O) Table'. The study showed that the inter-dependency between Korea and China was increased while the influences of Japanese was decreased among the 3 countries. Under the de-industrialization, the 3 countries decreased influences over their domestic industry but increased the inter-dependency over the other countries. In addition, backward and forward linkage effects was significantly high in some industrial sectors such as petroleum, transportation, machinery equipment, service and public administration in 3 countries. In the case of service, the linkage effects among the 3 countries increased which means that the roles and inter-dependency of service was also gradually increasing in 3 countries.
