  • Traditionally intangible assets have been neglected in measuring management performance in the area of business. However as knowledge based times is coming, the importance of intangible assets have been evermore attentive then before. The purpose of the study is to explore the relationship between management performance and intangible assets of resort condominium in Korea. This paper categorizes intangible assets into customer relations asset, cooperative business partner asset, and service operations competence based asset and find relationship between these assets with management performance.

  • The purpose of this study is to emphasize the need for brand equity management to survive in a rapidly changing medical environment by identifying the impact of digital customer experience on brand equity and analyzing the influence of hospital brand equity on word-of-mouth (WOM) intention. The main findings are as follows. As a result of analyzing the effect of digital customer experience on brand equity, the relationship between aesthetic value and brand equity, functional value and brand equity, customer service value and brand equity all showed significant results. In addition, the relationship between brand equity and WOM intention also showed significant results. These findings have practical implications for revealing the importance of the digital service environment in building hospital brand equity, in strengthening relationships with customers and WOM activities, and suggesting the provision of customer services and benefits using digital technology.

  • It is said that customers buy not products but brands embedded in their mind, so that they are used as a key tool of strong marketing strategy. The present paper is a study on service brand equity, on which much research has not been conducted. The purpose of the present study is to propose the way to manage service brand equity which is essential to gaining competitive superiority by examining the effect of the factors of marketing communication on it. The researcher presented a research model by inquiring into existing researches on marketing communication and service brand equity and set up a research hypothesis. Internet service was chosen as the subject of the study. The reason for this is that it is the most intangible and there is no difference in price and quality, so that it is actively being marketed. The present positive study verified the relation between the factors of marketing communication such as advertising, public relations, sales promotion, and word-of-mouth advertising and brand recognition, brand image, and brand loyalty. The results of the positive study are as follows. Advertising, sales promotion and word-of-mouth advertising had an effect on brand recognition. Public relations, sales promotion and word-of-mouth advertising had an effect on brand image. Brand image and brand recognition affected brand loyalty.

  • This study is to find the mobile communication corporate social responsibility activities on brand equity for the purchase intention of the Company's social responsibility activities impact study of 3's customers using mobile communication service quality services residing in Daejeon to analyze whether the control acts through. Results of the study on social responsibility activities brand equity, brand equity is showed to influence purchase intention, showed that the moderating effect between service quality through the purchase of brand equity. In this study, in order to increase the company's ultimate goal is also to improve the brand image of buying through corporate social responsibility activities, we derive a result that can increase the purchasing needs of consumers by providing differentiated service quality research.

  • Recently, Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) is essential corporate activity to establish favorable corporate image and sustainability management. But it has been a little research that investigate relationship between CSR in corporate level and marketing performance in individual brand level. This paper investigate relationship between CSR activities and brand equity, moderating effect of product quality and service quality on the relationship between CSR activities and brand equity. The SEM(Structural Equation Model) result of this paper shows positively CSR activity to product quality, service quality, and brand equity. Also, the result show moderating effect of product quality and service quality on the relationship between CSR activities and brand equity. Based on these findings, implication and future direction are discussed.

  • Many studies on brand equity elements have explored factors influencing on marketing mix elements, but the results showed inconsistencies in their findings depending on the types of service. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of service on brand equity using service as an initial cause. More specifically, this study examined the effects of perceived quality, brand awareness, brand image, brand loyalty, and customer relationship which consist of brand equity.

  • Consumer needs becomes various in a mature mobile telecommunication market, while service differentiation is hard to achieve. Because of the introduction of number portability, switching barrier becomes lower and the competition among telecommunication service providers is getting fierce in order to maintain and obtain customers. Moreover, HSDPA, which is a new telecommunication service, caused the intense marketing activity for the move to the next generation customers. Under these circumstances, brand equity can be a key to a long-term competitive edge for mobile phone service providers. However, there were few researches reporting the mobile telecommunication brand equity, and none of them analyzed if customer equity which particularly is developed at the CDMA market has an effect on HSDPA service. In this study, we identified the determinants of mobile telecommunication brand equity, which is focused on brand image, customer benefit, price, service quality, and marketing activity, and its influence on the HSDPA service subscription behavior. Finally, we suggested the strategic implication of brand management strategies for mobile phone service providers.

A Study on the Influencing Relationship among Image of the Festival, City Brand Equity, and Regional Loyalty (축제 이미지, 도시브랜드자산, 지역 애호도 간의 영향관계 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the influencing relationship among image of the festival, city brand equity, and regional loyalty. For the study, questionnaires were handed out to the visitors of 2015 Andong International Maskdance Festival and a total of 289 copies were collected carrying out frequency analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, descriptive statistic analysis, correlation analysis, and structure equation model analysis. The result showed that image of the festival had influence on city brand equity and city brand equity had influence on regional loyalty. However, image of the festival did not have direct influence on regional loyalty. This research is expected to further extend the study of image of the festival and city brand equity, and the study of Andong International Maskdance Festival

  • The recent development of industrial marketing explains the near absence of research on brand equity in business-to-business markets. With recent change, industrial companies have shifted from a production focus to a customer focus. Industrial brand concept is rapidly developing. The basic purpose of this study is to investigate industrial brand equity affecting the result of business relationship between industrial buyers and suppliers. This research presented a comprehensive constructive model consisting of components of industrial brand equity, and then propose the research model base on prior researches and studies about relationships among components of industrial brand equity. Data were gathered from respondents who work in industrial buying center. For this study, Data were analyzed by SPSS 11.0 and AMOS 5.0. The results of this research analysis were as fallow. Industrial brand loyalty was positively related with perceived value, perceived quality, brand awareness, relationship satisfaction, switching cost, relationship commitment. Also, Industrial corporate performance and purchasing value was positively related with brand loyalty and relationship commitment.

  • This study is purposed to make sure of the Effects of Hotel Brand Equity on Enterprise Trust and Customer Citizenship Behavior. For this study, the effects of Hotel Brand Equity on Enterprise, the effects of Hotel Brand Equity on Customer Citizenship Behavior and the effects of Enterprise Trust on Customer Citizenship Behavior were analyzed statically by the method of multiple regression analysis. Hotel Brand Equity consists of 3 elements(Perceived Service Quality, Brand Image, Brand Awareness), Enterprise Trust is made of 2 elements(Enterprise Ability, Enterprise Sincerity) and Customer Citizenship Behavior has 2 element(Guest Preference, Guest Helping). As a result, three things have been found. First, Perceived Service Quality has a positive influence on both of Enterprise Trust and Customer Citizenship Behavior which means that Perceived Service Quality is the most essential element for hotel marketing performance. Second, Brand Image has a positive influence partly on Enterprise Trust, that is, only on Enterprise Ability, not Enterprise Sincerity and also on both Guest Preference and Guest Helping whereas Brand Awareness has a positive influence on both of Enterprise Ability and Sincerity but it has no influence on Customer Citizenship Behavior. Third, Enterprise Sincerity has a positive influence on both of two elements in Customer Citizenship Behavior whereas Enterprise Ability has a positive influence on only Guest Helping.
